A/N Hello everyone! Happy Easter and welcome to Night 2. Time for our heroes to uncover more secrets from Fredbear's Family Diner, and most importantly, make it out alive before 6 AM. Alright, then, let's roll.

Once the group was rested, Henry entered the location he mentioned onto the map of the Fazwatches. He explained to them that he would not be accompanying them via the watches, as he needed to research further information from the computer he was taken from. However, he wished them all luck and commended them on their resourcefulness the previous night.

They arrived at the diner around 11:45 PM, Vanessa leading the way once again once everyone exited the van. Fifi couldn't help but notice the exterior of the building now that she was seeing it at a time other than the early morning.

"This place sure looks creepy at night," she noted. "I guess there's a good reason for that, though."

"Definitely," Gregory agreed.

"We still have what is needed to defend ourselves, though," said Freddy. "As long as we remain vigilant, we should be fine."

Vanessa nodded confidently as she unlocked the door, removing the chain lock once again, only to jump when she saw Rockstar Bonnie and Funtime Chica standing directly behind the door as she opened it.

"Crap!" she yelled clutching her heart. "You two scared the life out of me!"

"Just makin' sure Fazbear Entertainment's still not sticking their nose in your business," Bonnie explained.

"We figured you'd be back," said FT Chica. "If there's any information left about Afton, you'll probably find it here, but this time you get a private escort down to our little hideaway."

"Nice!" Gregory exclaimed.

Bonnie motioned for the group to follow and he and FT Chica started leading them to the door on the stage…until the chicken started drifting towards the kitchen.

Bonnie grabbed her by the shoulder. "Where do you think your going, doll?" he asked.

"Uhh…Wasn't there a shorter way through the kitchen?" she said guiltily.

"No, kid, you're just tryin' to see if the mechanics left any food again," he replied not buying her excuse for a second. "Focus, will ya?"

"Fine," she pouted.

"Man, and I thought our Chica was bad," Gregory whispered to Fifi, who giggled in response.

The group was led on down to the same stairwell that they were led to before, with Foxy and Sun sitting waiting for them. Foxy stood when he saw the group

"Ah, wasn't sure if ye'd make it on time," he greeted. "I trust Henry was at least a little helpful for you lot."

"I'll say he was," Vanessa replied. "I just have to ask, though, how did you find him, anyway?"

"By chance for the most part," the fox replied. "I'm sure he's told ya by now that most of us had been possessed by some murdered kids at one point."

The group nodded uncomfortably.

"Well believe it or not, that made it harder for Afton to completely take control of me, since he's the one that did the deed. I was fightin' it for quite a while there when I stumbled into that room I showed ya. Henry helped clear out all the bugs Afton put in me system, and as I found the others here, I brought 'em to him. He helped them, too."

He pointed to Sun. "O' course this one's still squeamish about the lights going off, when I told him fifty times it'll be fine!"

Sun stood indignantly. "Is it wrong for me to make sure no one gets hurt?! I don't remember much, but I'm sure there was some kids I was watching that my other half really hurt. I'm supposed to be a Daycare Attendant, and I just hate to see the little ones getting hurt!"

"Wait!" Fifi squeaked. "You were the Daycare Attendant at the Pizzaplex?"

"Yes," the jester confirmed, "and as you can see, I didn't do a very good job."

Fifi's eyes widened in excitement, "I was supposed to help out at the daycare!"

Sun jumped up. "Really!?"

"Yeah!" she responded, "That's why they made me smaller than usual, so little kids would be less…" she froze, "scared of the animatronics. I guess it's too late for that now, isn't it?"

The mouse looked close to tears and as Sun saw that, he turned his head down, "There I go again," he moped, "I made another kid cry, and the lights aren't even out."

Gregory jumped to action and grabbed her hand again. "It's okay, Fifi," he said, "We're gonna fix this."

She was still heartbroken, but she nodded.

"Chin up, lass," Foxy called. "Just remember, you ain't in this alone. You got a whole crew behind ya. Took a while for us all to get that."

That got a little smile out of the mouse. "I know."

Vanessa politely interjected, "Well either way, we know where we're going tonight, and we're going to head straight there first thing. Anything we should worry about?"

"Nah," the fox replied. "They'll probably be a bit more active in there, but you lot can handle 'em. There is another shipment of them S.T.A.F.F. bots comin' though, but we'll not be expectin' them 'till Sunday."

"That is good," said Freddy. "Hopefully we will have found what we need by then."

"Fingers crossed," confirmed Vanessa, but there was still something bugging her. "By the way, Foxy, Henry told us about some of you guys having the memories of the kids that died. Are…any of you guys effected?"

Foxy folded his arms uncomfortably. "We all do, some, save for Mr. Daycare there. It's tough to know you had some kind of role in taking a life. A lot of us tried to embrace that role at first, but we got tired of the whole thing soon enough…We don't want to be monsters anymore."

Vanessa just nodded. He just explained her entire mindset after that night at the Pizzaplex, and why she decided to help Gregory. She wanted to be there for someone rather than chasing after them. Could she really have that with this kid?

"Well, I'm glad you guys decided to help," she looked at her watch. "It's already twelve. Guess we better get in there."

"Gotcha covered," the piratical fox replied. He stepped forward to open the door when suddenly the Map Bot appeared his face.

"Free map. Free map," it droned.

After a moment to catch his breath, Foxy bit back. "Never give up, do ya?"

"Fazbear animatronics must be persistent in their tasks," it replied.

Gregory chuckled at this, in spite of himself. "That explains a lot."

The group entered the same way and, as planned, headed straight for their mark. Like Foxy had said, the S.T.A.F.F. bots were much more active than the previous night, but it was nothing the four of them couldn't handle. With their respective tools and combined wits, they outmaneuvered each bot, stunning them when they could. Eventually, it got to where the bots were spaced out well enough for the group to walk through them without being noticed.

"By the way, Fifi," Vanessa said as she walked, "you never told me how your charging pad worked before."

"It worked fine," the mouse replied, "I got charged in great time! Though, I did have some weird dreams."

Vanessa thought back to what Freddy had said yesterday. "Oh, yeah? Like what?"

"Uh…something about playing shuffleboard with Mr. Hippo?" Everyone else gave a small groan at the mention of that animatronic. "Yeah, that one wasn't too great," Fifi agreed.

"Well, considering what happened last night, you could have had worse," said Freddy. Suddenly he got concerned, "You did not have worse, did you?"

"Shockingly, no," she said with a smile. "I guess that means I'm getting a little braver."

"Hey, you get in a life-or-death situation, you have to be brave," added Gregory. "And smart. I bet I could teach you a lot about how to survive."

"Really?" Fifi smirked. "Like what?"

The boy wore a mischievous grin. "Wanna learn how to hotwire a car? We could take Vanessa's van for a spin."

"Over my dead body!" the woman in question exclaimed.

Gregory and Fifi just laughed as Freddy reprimanded them. The woman shook her head with an exhausted look. This bunch was a headache sometimes, but she was getting used to it. Given the situation she was in now, though, she wondered if it would be possible for her life to ever get back to normal, if it was normal to begin with.

She checked the map on her watch and to her surprise it seemed to lead to a room right in front of them with a closed automatic door. She motioned for the others to follow and it appeared that the door was unguarded.

"Alright, I guess we're here," she stated. She pressed the button to open the door, but nothing happened. She pressed a few more times until she finally noticed that the button was damaged.

"Are you kidding me?!" she exclaimed.

Gregory shook his head. "Somehow I knew it wasn't gonna be that easy."

Freddy's ears lowered. "It seems it never is."

Vanessa heaved a sigh. "Okay, there's got to be another way in there. We just need to take a good look around and see if there's anything that can help us. I'm willing to just ram this thing down if there's no alternative."

"Now why do you always have to be so destructive, Vanessa?" came that all too familiar voice.

They all turned around fast and saw those soulless crimson eyes of Vanny's bunny suit staring back at them…save for Fifi.

"Wha…Who said that?" the mouse stuttered looking about franticly.

"It's Vanny!" Gregory called. "Don't move!"

Vanessa readied her taser. "You better stay back!" she threatened. "You won't catch us off guard this time."

"I thought you'd be so much happier to see me," the madwoman taunted with fake sadness. "You spent all that time putting me together, teaching me to be human. I thought you might have had some sympathy for me! But here you stand, ready to attack me."

"Ha! Like I even wanted to make you in the first place!" Vanessa bit back. "It was the only option I had to get Afton out of my head!"

"Aw, I'm hurt…and I'm sure Mr. Afton would be too if he heard what his lovely adopted daughter was saying right now." Her voice was dripping with sarcasm. "You really should be more grateful to us after what we did for you. He saved you from a bad foster home, helped you go through the ranks in this company. Doesn't he deserve some praise for that?"

"All the while treating me like dirt?" the former guard snarked. "I don't think so."

"Well, what about me then?" Vanny continued. "I gave you something to care for. Something to build up and raise. Maybe even something to love. And you throw me out? I thought for sure you'd be grateful for what happened to those therapists. All that complaining about corporate making you see them."

"I said I didn't want to see them; I didn't say I wanted them dead!"

"Maybe not, but why stress about the details? Regardless, it needed to be done. They were asking to many questions, just like you are now. You like to think of me and Mr. Afton as monsters for doing what we did? Well…maybe monsters are just what you need."

Vanny lifted a hand to the hallways on each side of the group, wagging a finger as if to call something over. Emerging from the darkness came two animatronics that were similar in fashion to the monstrous one Gregory encountered last night, only with different characters as models. One was designed after Chica and the other designed after Bonnie. Everyone stood intimidated as they entered, but soon after were ready for a fight. Vanny, however, called for attention again.

"Now I hope to make this as clear as possible," she said, inching closer to Vanessa. "You will all come with me quietly, and no one will try to sneak or force themselves away. If you do, there will be consequences. Do you understand?"

The rabbit mask was two inches away from Vanessa's face. She looked to the others, but it was unclear whether this was for confirmation or to ensure they were untouched. She looked into the crimson eyes…and nodded.

"There, that wasn't so hard, was it?" Vanny spouted confidently as she turned around, wide open.

"Yeah, right," Vanessa muttered as she took this opportunity to stun the madwoman with her taser. The 'Nightmare' animatronics in each hall instinctively went on the attack as this occurred, but Gregory, Freddy, and Fifi all jumped out of their way at the last moment causing them to run into one another.

"Come on!" Vanessa called out as Vanny went down, and the group ran back the way they came. The 'Nightmare' animatronics soon recovered, however, and roared back at the group before chasing them down the hall.

"Don't let them get away!" Vanny called after them. "And bring back the boy alive!"

As they ran, Gregory's group tried to open every door they came across, but time after time they were locked. The fight to survive was stronger than ever. If they were caught now, who knows what could happen.

Finally, Gregory found an open door and alerted the others. They all gathered around just as the 'Nightmares' were catching up. Freddy stepped forward when he saw them.

"I've got this!" he called, and Fifi took this as a cue to cover her ears. When Freddy saw that she'd done this he put his voice box upgrade to use, by letting out another assortment technical distortion. The 'Nightmares' immediately clutched their heads and howled as if they were in pain when they heard this and soon fell to the ground stunned, then Freddy hustled the group into the room they found, holding the door closed after they entered.

After a moment to breathe, Gregory finally spoke up. "Okay, I said before I knew it wasn't going to be that easy, but that was more than even I was expecting."

Vanessa turned back to look at him. "Well, Gregory, I warned you before we even started this that things were going to get crazy."

"And I warned you not to come back here!"

Everyone's eyes turned to the ceiling when they heard this, and Gregory recognized the form of the puppet he met last night hanging from the ceiling.

"Charlie!" he called. "I didn't think I'd see you again!"

"That was the idea," she responded, "but now that I've seen your supposed friends, I shouldn't be surprised you ignored me."

The boy was incensed, as were the rest of the group. "Hey, what the heck did they do?" he asked.

Charlie pointed to the animatronics. "These two may not have killed anyone yet, but they still have a knack for putting people in danger."

"I'm sorry, do I know you?" Fifi asked offended.

The puppet ignored her and pointed to Vanessa. "And her! She's the daughter of the one who caused this whole mess. She is the last living person you want to trust with this."

Gregory bit back quick. "Hey, I lived with her for a month! She told me everything about what's going on. What's wrong with her wanting to fix this?! I don't care what you think about these guys, okay? We're just trying to make things right!"

Charlie started slowly moving along the wall. "You can't erase more than 40 years of darkness by risking your life looking for information that's probably long gone by now. If you're looking for help from me, then take my advice and get out! What you find here, if anything, will only cause more trouble. You can't stop Afton and everything he's brought on! JUST. LEAVE."

Gregory opened his mouth to retort, but she slipped through a vent before he could respond. 'What is with her?' he thought. 'Why doesn't she want to listen?'

Vanessa turned to the boy looking exhausted. "Friend of yours?" she asked.

He just shrugged. "I just met her last night. She helped me find you guys."

"She seemed rather agitated that you came back," Freddy noted, stating the obvious. "I wonder why."

"Knowing this company, it's untelling," Gregory observed.

Vanessa knew he was right. Henry just confirmed to them last night that some of the animatronics were haunted. If what he said was true, then some kid that was killed by Afton was manipulating that thing. What has that puppet been through? But Vanessa pushed these thoughts to the side returning to the task at hand.

"Have those things gone away, Freddy?" she asked.

"I believe so," said Freddy, looking through the door with his eye upgrade, "though they may still be on the hunt for us. We should proceed with caution and be ready if they find us again."

"Well, what are we gonna do then?" asked Fifi.

During this exchange, Gregory took some time to look at the room they were in, and to his surprise, he saw a garbage chute, a large claw crane and a destroyed metal polisher in the corner. It was the same room he was brought to when he was captured last night.

"Hey, guys!" he quickly interrupted. "I was in here before! One of those things was going to torture me last night, but I broke free and got rid of it!"

"How'd you do that?" asked Vanessa, and he walked to the other side of the room.

"I led it over here," he tapped the side of the chute as he said this, "and I used that crane to drop it down this hole. Maybe we can lure those things over here and do the same thing so they won't—"

Gregory was immediately cut off by a black, metallic tentacle wrapping around his body and mouth. He struggled to break free as he was lifted off the floor.

"WHAT IS THAT!?" Fifi screamed.

"GREGORY!" yelled Freddy as he leaped to grab the tentacle. At this, the tentacle thrashed around violently as the animatronic bear held on for dear life, desperate to save his friend. All the while Vanessa was searching for an opportunity to use her taser. This continued for about thirty seconds until the tentacle finally threw Freddy against the wall, causing him to lose his grip. As soon as the tentacle came, it was gone, with Gregory in tow.

As soon as Freddy recovered, he ran to the chute, calling out Gregory's name in a panic. No matter how much he called, though, there was no response. Instinctively, the bear turned around and sprinted to the door.

"Freddy, what are you doing?!" Vanessa called out.

"I need to find him!" he responded quickly. "I cannot let another child be hurt!"

He opened the door and rushed out, Vanessa and Fifi running to the door in an attempt to stop him.

"Don't go off on your own!" Vanessa yelled. "We'll all be in more danger like this! Freddy, stop!"

But he wasn't listening. He was already halfway down the hallway in front of the door, the only thing on his mind being keeping Gregory safe. And that's when he was hit in the head with a crate. Instantly, he fell over backwards, unable to move, systems apparently shutting down from the impact.

Vanessa and Fifi kept the door open a crack and watched this unfold. Soon, they saw the figure who threw the crate step out from behind a corner. It stood over Freddy triumphantly and gave him one last kick in the side. Vanessa groaned as she heard a voice laughing with the slight tinge of a southern accent.

"Time to settle the score, Fazbear," it taunted, then it picked up Freddy and dragged him away.

Vanessa and Fifi closed the door and turned to each other with mortified looks on their faces.

"Um…" the mouse finally spoke, "that wasn't…"

"Yep," Vanessa confirmed. "That was Monty. See what you missed out on at the Pizzaplex?"

Fifi cringed as she nodded. She did not want to be in that position.

Vanessa placed a hand to her temple. "Why does this always happen? First thing I say, stick together, and next thing I know, we're separated. Just my luck I guess."

Fifi had only spent one day with this woman and she could see she had it rough. She wanted to help as much as she could, but she was programed to only deal with kid's issues not adults. She really didn't know what to say to make Vanessa feel better, so she just tried to return to the matter at hand.

"Well, what do we do now?" the mouse asked.

Vanessa straightened up. "We're going to have to find them. It's the only way we're getting out of this in one piece."

"Okay, but what about the—"

"The information can wait. This company's taken too many lives now, and I refuse to let more be taken. Especially not them."

Fifi lowered her head. She hated to be reminded of this. "You're right."

"Now this place is huge and I have no idea where were going, so we need to start looking as soon as possible. You're the only one with me now, so I need your best effort to help me with this. Am I clear?"

The mouse stood still for a moment, then finally lifted her head back up with a look of determination.

"Crystal," she confirmed.
