Sorry for not posting in such a long time, I posted the fourth chapter very recently for those of you who want to read it. Still, hope you enjoy chapter 5. Took me hours to make it. Merry Christmas to y'all.
Matt did not expect himself to find nearly the entire house trashed. Sure he expected a few things to be out of place here and there but nothing like this.
"Natz was not kidding when she said you guys were chaotic," commented Matt. "Where's Aether by the way?"
"I'm in here."
Matt entered his brother's room and saw that Aether was taking care of the four kids with the help of Jean(acting as a mom), Diluc(bringing food and drinks), and Ganyu(the nanny).
"I really hope nothing bad happens. Klee, no bombs!"
Matt left the room and went outside to see that Lance and Anna had managed to shoot down an entire nest of bees and managed to fend off the angry flying insects with their spells. Natz on the other hand, had finally woken up and was helping Matt clean up the mess in the living room which was no easy task.
Ayaka and Thoma had knocked over various stacks of items and furniture by accident but also got trapped in the mess they were in. Since both Matt and Natalie's abilities would cause more harm than good, the two had to clean up everything by hand.
"Natz. We are all not going to last another day like this," commented Matt. He finished another stack of papers and placed them on top of one of the chairs he flipped back.
"I know. Do you think someone will be willing to help us out?" asked Natz as she flipped over an overturned table.
"Nope. In fact, everything including now doesn't sound very believable," replied Matt. "Though I think this can last for another day before chaos strikes here."
"What do you have in mind?"
"Well, I'm going to need the whole team to be here so we can make a plan."
"Okay, I'll call them in."
Later…
The entire EBF crew was sitting at a table. On it were several sheets of paper, a few pencils, an eraser, and the NES console.
"Okay so what's the plan?" asked Anna.
"Well, we got all the information that we needed," stated Matt. "But now we need to figure out who should go where."
He pushed forward one of the many papers on the table for the team to see.

Rooms
-We have ten rooms total. Three are bedrooms, one is a kitchen, two are bathrooms, one is a garage, two other areas are living/dining rooms, and the last room is not usable(Dad's room)
-Restricted resting areas are the bathrooms, the kitchen, and Dad's room.
-Each bedroom can hold up to four people max. The two living rooms can be converted to hold a max of six people(One can hold four people the other can hold two). The garage can hold up to five people but will only be used as a last resort.
People
-Including us, there are at least 25 people in this house.
-GI characters may not share a room with EBF characters(Matt, Natz, Lance, Anna, Nolegs).
-The chibis(Klee, Diona, Qiqi, Sayu) are not allowed to stay together in one area.
-Ganyu and Baizhu don't mind sharing a room together.
-Baizhu requests that Qiqi remains with him.
-Qiqi has no preference.
-Jean and Diluc do not mind sharing a room with each other either though both would also want Klee to be in their sights.
-Jean also wishes for Barbara to remain with her.
-Barbara also wishes to remain close to Jean.
-Ayaka and Thoma also do not mind sharing a room with anyone.
-Ayaka requests that Sayu remain with her.
-Diona doesn't mind being around the other Chibis or people but prefers not to be with Diluc.
-Xiangling and Chongyun do not mind staying with anyone as long as they are not placed with Jean and Diluc.
-Yomiya also has no preference.
-Kokomi and Gorou prefer to remain together and avoid Ayaka and Thoma.
-Aether says that he, Amber, and Paimon do not need a room and will live in their Serenitea Pot.
-My brother will fit into any of the rooms we have left.
(Bonus: See if you can figure out who will go with who in which room. The answer will be revealed in the story down below. Hint, save the EBF team and David's placements for last.)
"Okay, so what are we going to do?" asked Lance.
"I already have the solution," said Matt.
"Already?" asked Anna.
"Yep," answered Matt.(Warning answer is in the next line)
"Since Aether, Paimon, and Amber will not be using any of our rooms, we don't have to place them in any rooms and our person count decreases by three people. Our bedrooms can hold only four people which means that anyone who wishes to share a room with at least two other people can take up one room. This means that Jean, Diluc, Klee, and Barbara can have one bedroom while Ayaka, Thoma, Sayu, and Yomiya can have the second one. We also have Ganyu, Baizhu, and Qiqi who wish to remain together in one room so they can take up another room with space for one last person. As for the remaining members, we have to consider who does not want to be placed with who. Diona doesn't want to be placed with Diluc and she can't be placed in Ganyu, Baizhu, and Qiqi's room because we can't have more than one chibi per room but since the room Diluc is in is full, that makes her a free character that can be placed in with the others as long as it does not have another chibi. Xiangling and Chongyun prefer to share a room with one another as long as they don't have to deal with Diluc and Jean but like Diona, that room is full so they can also be placed in the same category as Diona. Gorou and Kokomi also follow the same story and as a result these characters can take the living room in any order and have a single spot leftover. Now the only ones left are us and my brother. David is the only one who can be placed in any of those two leftover spots since the rest of us are not allowed to share a room with the GI characters. This leaves us, the EBF team, with the last option: the garage which is large enough to hold us all," explained Matt. "There problem solved."
The team looked at Matt for a very long time before Natalie spoke up. "How is it that you're able to solve this room riddle problem but not even know a single thing about the EBF world history?"
"Well," started Matt. "Let's just say that what I learn at school in this world is very different from what you guys learned at school in the other world. Aside from that, I've decided to enroll Natz in a nearby school that's very close to here, because of her resemblance to a teenager. Anna can stay home with Lance because Lance is a bit too old for high school and some middle schools have ended the school year in this area so it's normal for her to be at home."
Matt got up to tell his brother about the news but then turned to Lance.
"By the way, you might want to change out of that German uniform. Everyone was looking at you in my school and trust me, it wasn't for a good reason," informed Matt.
Lance sighed as he headed to the bathroom. Moments later, he returned in an Army helmet and jacket.
"I mean something less military and more casual," said Matt. "By the way, you can keep the flairs."
Lance grumbled and came out in the casual shirt and hat.
"Why don't you have to change?" asked Lance.
"Well, for one, the only thing I have from our world, aside from the flairs, is my Heaven's Gate sword. I can't equip any of your armors here for some reason," answered Matt. "In addition, Anna and Natz's clothes look pretty normal in comparison to your military outfits."
"Well, when do I start school?" asked Natz.
"Tomorrow. I'll help you out a bit," replied Matt.
