Mirabel was having the time of her life as she came back to the school for some days with her mom. She has been playing and hanging around with the Na'vi children. Grace thought it be better for her daughter to play with someone that is about her age and taking breaks from scientific studies. After all, Mirabel is still a child.

Sylwanin and Neytiri have been keeping an eye on the children, but they have been good friends to Mirabel. To the human child, she sees them like they were sisters to her which reminded her of her former sisters. When the children asked her to play with her, Mirabel always drag Nowu to join with them. The two have become close friends as they learned about each other.

Mirabel loved them all and felt happy to herself that she doesn't feel alone or abandoned but to the teen princesses, they have told her that there are some Na'vi that don't trust the Sky People especially to their father: Eytukan. Mirabel doesn't understand why they don't trust them but to her guess was because of the RDA military especially Selfridge. God, when she once met him and notice how he doesn't seem to care about the wonders of Pandora, that man was a pain in the butt to her but at least her mom knows how to handle him.

One day, as Mirabel was hanging around with the children at the school and Grace preparing things for her class, the young ones were just sitting down on the grass looking at the sky. Sylwanin was looking at the clouds at first, but she was only facing Mirabel with a curious look.

"MirabelAugustine?" she spoke as she got the human girl's attention, "Do you... ever miss your home?"

Mirabel thought for a moment and continued looking at the sky, but she did answer to the princess.

"Sometimes but I don't think they missed me except my little cousin: Rosa."

"What was she like if you remember?" Neytiri asked as she and the other children were joining the conversation with them.

"I don't know very much since I was small and left the planet, but I do know one thing was that she dreams a lot. I'm pretty sure that will be what her gift be." Mirabel answered.

"Does your family have gifts too?" the female Na'vi child asked, and Mirabel nod her head.

"What are they like?" a boy asked.

"Well, my aunt: Pepa, can control weather by her emotions. When she's happy, it's always sunny even when there's a rainbow."

"Rainbow? Like the in the book that Dr. Grace show us?" the second boy questioned, and Mirabel nod her head, "But what happens when she's not happy?"

"When she's unhappy, it's always rain, snow, or even a very strong wind. Then there's my uncle: Bruno, he's a seer. Like he can see the future. The two of us are close but... ever since my failed ceremony, he disappeared."

The children looked at each other in concern and looked back at her.

"My mom, Julieta, she heals everyone. Only by her cooking. When there's like broken bones, black eyes, or even scrapes, just eat her food and feel better. My dad, Agustin, doesn't have a gift but he fell in love with her and so is my other uncle, Felix, as he fell in love with my aunt."

"Does your aunt and uncle have kids?" Sylwanin asked.

"Yes, including my parents. For my cousins, Dolores have hearing ability. Like hearing everything like straight from the distance, even the tiniest sounds."

"Like the animals that hear everything." said Nowu and Mirabel nods her head.

"Camilo can shapeshift into anyone... and then there are my older sisters: Isabela and Luisa. Luisa is super strong like carried a huge bolder and believe that she can move mountains. Isabela can grow flowers and plants. If she was here, she find it fascinating with the plants here in Pandora."

"You do miss them, don't you?" Nowu asked.

"Yes, and I still love them but... I don't think they do since I didn't get a gift."

"But... you have GraceAugustine." said Neytiri.

"And us." said one of the children.

Mirabel smiled at them. She appreciate how much love and the friendship was given and such experience she's been learning. As they continued looking at the sky, Mirabel noticed something that caught her eye. It looked white and it was floating like a dandelion see but the movement was something like how jellyfishes swim.

"Sylwanin... I know I'm still learning about Pandora and all but what do you call that?" Mirabel questioned as she pointed up to the tiny creature.

Sylwanin, Neytiri, and the children looked up and couldn't believe that they're seeing the creature.

It floated down straight towards Mirabel as it landed on her shoulder. Neytiri and Sylwanin looked at each other and looked back at the human until one of the children spoke in native tongue and pointed up. Everyone looked and couldn't believe that more of the creatures came floating down and landed on Mirabel.

"W-What's going on? What's happening?" Mirabel questioned as she was looking confused.

"Stay very calm." said Sylwanin as she looked at them.

Neytiri couldn't believe what she was witnessing. She quickly got up and went off somewhere.

"Can someone please tell me what are they?" Mirabel asked.

"Atokirina. They are the seeds of the Great Tree." said Nowu.

Mirabel heard that word from her friend as she understood what it meant. It means woodsprites. As they were on her head, shoulders, and her arms, Mirabel wondered why they would surround her until a moment later, the wood sprites floated away from her.

"What was that all about?" Mirabel questioned as she watched them float away.

"A sign from Eywa." a voice answered.

Mirabel and the other children turned to see Mo'at and Grace with Neytiri.

"Mother, do you think the Great Mother sees something in her?" Sylwanin spoke in native tongue.

"Might be. I'm afraid we have to take her to the clan, and I have to talk to my mate."

Mirabel knew who she mentioned about. Eytukan, Mo'at's mate. After what the princesses have told her, she started to feel worried and scared. Grace stood close to her daughter and looked at her friend.

"Are you sure about her taking to him?" Grace asked in Na'vi tongue.

"It is the only way. Come."

The children quickly got up and starts following them. They traveled throught the forest which Mirabel got to see more of the plants that she never seen before. Including some animals.

"You should also see them when it's dark," Grace whispered to her, "It's more beautiful at the nighttime when they glow."

Mirabel heard what her mother just said to her. Plants that can actually glow in the dark. That is something that Isabela would enjoy something like that. Maybe there might be some pictures that her mom took a while back.

As the group kept on going, Mirabel stopped as she saw a huge tree that was bigger than the rest of the trees. The human girl knew only one thing that her mother told her about. Their Home Tree. She was quite amazed that she actually got to see their home but starting to feel nervous on meeting the leader of the clan.

They finally reached to the Home Tree and Mirabel saw a lot of Na'vi there. She stood close to Grace as she now saw the natives looking at Grace but also Mirabel. Some were glares and some were whispering in native tongue. The human girl felt a little uncomfortable from all that until she spotted an area that the Na'vi were gathered around and then she saw Eytukan. Once he got the attention of see his mate, daughters, and the children, he frowned as he spotted Grace but also saw Mirabel.

"Eytukan, I see you." Mo'at spoke to him as she stood in front of her mate.

"Mo'at... What is this?" Eytukan asked in a stern native voice as he looked at his mate.

"A sign of Eywa came to a Sky Child."

Mirabel watched the two as they look like they were arguing. She actually can understand what they were saying and knowing how the leader wasn't too happy until he became calm. He knew that she is the only child that came to Pandora not to be blamed. Once the conversation was over, the two turned around to face Grace but also looking at Mirabel.

"Sky Child, step forward." Eytukan spoke in English.

The human girl took a deep breath and walked forward until she stopped in front of them but notice some of the Na'vi were just staring and looking at her.

"Sky Child, you are here because the sign of Great Mother. My mate told me about your past and arrival on Pandora. If Eywa sees in you, then you must learn our way of the People. You may have learned about them from Sky People, but not enough." he said and then looked at his daughters, "Sylwanin. Neytiri. You two have witness the wood sprites."

"Yes, father." Sylwanin answered in native tongue.

"Then you two shall teach her the ways."

"But father, why...?"

"Do not argue your father, Neytiri." Mo'at spoke as she looked at her youngest daughter.

Mirabel looked at the princesses and looked back at Eytukan and Mo'at.

"My daughters shall be your teachers, Sky Child. Even though your not a Dream Walker, but will be one soon. When you learn, you will become one of the People." said Eytukan.

Mirabel looked at the leader as she heard the words. Training and learning to be part of the clan. It may take a lot for her to do but she felt confident of doing. She nod her head and spoke to him in native tongue.

"I will do my best."

To Be Continued...

Author's Note: Sorry for the long wait. I was focusing on some story ideas (even think of new ones) and pictures to draw, and of course there were some writer's block. You gotta hate those but I will try to think of what the next chapter will be for this one.
