A few weeks later, Annika was standing in the middle of the shore beside the waving ocean, sitting on the wooden stool in front of the makeshift canvas board with a wooden art canvas stand crafted with wood while holding a paintbrush and palette with some paints on it. First, she used a pencil and an eraser that came from the wrecked ship and started to sketch the background of the view of the outside world flawlessly such as the waves of the blue ocean, light blue sky surrounded by white clouds, a bright yellow sun shone above the shore, soft sandy ground full of corals, pebbles, and seashells. Because she learned to draw, sketch, write, and paint on canvas board perfectly from Helmaer when she was young in her demon form, Annika started to paint the canvas board using the paintbrush and cleaned the paints with a glass of clean water, spending a few minutes of painting the picture carefully until she finished painting the canvas whole completely. She let the painting dry for a few minutes and sat on the wooden stool for a while, waiting for the painting to be finished and dried, hoping that she was about to finish her project. Later, after the painting was dried, Annika once again painted and sketched the scene into a picture of the outside world while adding some animals and insects at the shoreline.

"All done," said Annika.

Afterward, Annika walked onto the shoreline, marched to the water, stepped on the water, sunk herself, and dived into the depths of the ocean, swimming away to explore on her own. Underwater, Annika swam across the underwater area for the first time rather than the River Styx in the Netherworld where she was born as a cambion. She saw the underwater was full of corals, seashells, reefs, seaweeds, rocks, and many more, she dived herself into the ocean floor and touched the sandy ground with her feet. She turned around and saw a pod of dolphins swimming around underwater and playing together while chirping and she giggled before swimming forward to explore the ocean alone. She spent entire hours exploring the ocean, meeting the sea creatures, and befriending them but also protecting them from extinction. As Annika swam to the bottom of the ocean near the island while meeting some sea creatures who were responsible for all the help needed for her to learn about nature, she was able to learn to breathe while landing on the ground and standing up to walk underwater. While walking through the ocean floor, Annika encountered a school of shrimps who showed up to meet her for the first time.

"Oh hi I'm Annika." greeted Annika.

"I'm Polly, the leader of the shrimp and I knew that you're guardian of nature and animals." introduced Polly. Then, a nice octopus saw Annika's beauty and realized that she was a guardian of nature and animals.

"Are you the one who was sent by Mother Nature." asked the octopus.

"Of course." replied Annika, "Who are you?" she asked.

"I'm Gabby, you're a new friend and I really like you," said Gabby.

"Really, I like you too," replied Annika.

"Me too, I got plenty of new friends?" said Gabby, then some of the crabs and lobsters came out of nowhere and saw Annika who smiled at them.

"Wow, I never heard about some cute animals." surprised Annika.

"Of course, you are the number one favorite guardian on the island," said Gabby lovingly.

At the same time, back at the treehouse, the animals were making soap out of wood ashes which were now used as cleaning supplies. First, the grizzly bear took the broom, pressed it to the floor, and swept across the floor of the treehouse over and over, scooping the dirt and dust into the duster pan, then walked to the trash bin and disposed of the dirt and dust to the makeshift trash bin. After the grizzly bear swept the floor, the deer grabbed the mop, dipped it in the water with clean soap, squeezed it gently, pressed it to the floor, and mopped across the floor of the treehouse whole. Once the floor was mopped, the seagulls dropped some white cloths on the floor and wiped the floor, drying them whole. When the floor was dried and wiped with the white cloths by the seagulls, the swarm of bees and wasps dropped some polishing wax made of natural ingredients including beeswax on the floor entirely, and the bear cub polished and waxed the the floor of the treehouse shiny. In the meantime, as the bear cub was polishing the floor, the hummingbirds pulled out some white cloths, and some squirrels sprayed some water on the roof, allowing the hummingbirds to scrub and wipe the roof. With the treehouse clean and neat, the animals head around the room just as Annika comes back to her treehouse after diving into the ocean along with the animals, she is stopped and is surprised by the new things she likes.

"Oh my god, you made this for me." adored Annika, the animal cherishingly nodded in agreement, "Oh I love you all." she went on dewy eyes at the animals who were happy that they made her cheerful.

Annika was about to learn more about nature, she also knew that she started her own hobby; cleaning around the island to keep it green and clean. For the past few days, Annika spent her happy life on the island doing her healthy natural routine, providing for her animal friends' needs, and treating them like her family. Outside the treehouse, Annika and the animal friends work together so hard to harvest fruits and vegetables, but unaware the nest of rabbits live beneath the ground and starts to hoard the vegetables. However, instead of being mad at them, Annika let them eat whatever they wanted and accepted them into her family. A few days later, the vegetables and fruits were harvested so the animals, now including the rabbits started to share their food with love and care. Back inside the treehouse, the small critters were eating the plates of vegan food made by Annika while drinking coconuts. In the meantime, Annika was shown washing the dishes after supper and refused to rest. Every week, Annika and the animals do laundry while using plants and leaves to create new outfits. Outside, all of the animals were bath in the lake by Annika using some soap made with natural ingredients and some enjoyed being cleaned by her. Every day, Annika kept doing her happy routines and worked hard every week as she never stopped, but the animals always helped her with her chores.

"Wow this is the best day of my life," said Annika, resting on the hammock on evening with Evergreen.

Living with the animals in her new home, Annika was very happy to have her own life but there was still missing about her, she was yearning to have true love. Seeing her being sad and yearning for true love, the animals were worried about her and decided to find a way to make her happier, they huddled with each other and formed a plan to cheer her up and make her happy. The next day, while Annika was still asleep on the hammock so lonely, the animals were preparing to show Annika a special surprise, a makeshift mannequin of a prince which Annika gonna like and ease her loneliness. Soon, the makeshift mannequin was made, and all of the animals departed and gathered more materials, the pelicans went to collect some plastic garbage and nails while the chimpanzees went to gather some palm leaves and wood planks. When the pelicans are back with the bag of plastic garbage and nails, they are reunited with the chimpanzees and the animals who mix the materials to build the mannequin of the prince which is now completed. In the bedroom, Annika was still asleep when the seagull pirate flew over her and landed on her forehead, she opened her eyes to wake up and see the seagulls.

"Good morning." said the pirate seagull, "There something I wanna show you something that surprises you." Annika got up and leaped from the hammock, walking downstairs to get to the living room. Once she was in the living room, Annika approached the glassless open window and looked down to see what animals were doing.

"Oh my." wondered Annika, she went off and climbed down to get out of the treehouse. While she was out of the treehouse, Annika followed the animals through the jungle and she eventually headed to the shoreline. Annika sees the animals go back to them and goes after them. Back at the treehouse, Annika was exhausted until she shrieked in shock when she saw the mannequin and happily smiled, "Oh my, it that the prince I was looking for, it looked just like him so suddenly." she tearfully became more happier.

"I hope you will like it," remarked Henry.

"Thank you all, I love you all so much." sniffled Annika passionately.

Filled with joy and happiness over their newfound romance Annika walked to the mannequin, placed her hand on his left shoulder, pulled the left hand to her waist, grabbed his other hand, and danced happily in front of the animals. Unbeknownst to her, at the bottom of the ocean near the shore where Annika and the animals lived, across the ocean, there was a group of mermaids that came out of nowhere and saw all of the animals change and get along with each other. One of them was a beautiful blonde-haired, blue-eyed girl with freckles, she wore a blue seashell bra and had a blue sparkling mermaid tail believing that someone was protecting the sea from extinction, they swam up to the surface and popped out until they saw Annika dancing with her mannequin prince cheerfully at the shore and kissing him happily. Impressed by her presence and that she was sent to protect nature and animals by Mother Nature, the mermaids hatch the plan to kidnap her and take her to their kingdom in the hope of finding peace and harmony. at the same time, Annika was shown that she was bathing the animals outside the treehouse once again this time in the lake. One of the monkeys approached a lake's water and tried to take a dip but a crocodile emerged from the water and roared, making the monkey screeched and ran away.

"There you go, I hope you like clean and neat," said Annika, the monkey jumped off the lake in fear and landed onto her arms before the seagull pirate landed on her shoulder.

"Annika, before you get to know about the human world, you must build the boat because the shark was gonna help you to get to the human world. I hope that I need to take you to the human world you see." explained the seagull pirate.

"But why?" questioned Annika, worried.

"Because you have to move on to find someone new like humans." responded the seagull pirate, "Before you do, you have to learn about human things," he told Annika to learn about human things. The seagull pirate took out the bag of human things, removed them from it, took the hairbrush, and showed it to Annika while demonstrating the human world lessons.

"This is the hairbrush, when you have tangled hair you need to brush gently, not even your teeth." demonstrated the seagull pirate, but Annika grabbed the hairbrush and brushed over her teeth. "No not that."

"Sorry." sighed Annika, she brushed her hair with a hairbrush gently. The seagull pirate took out the pipe as he must warn her about the risk of bad health.

"Listen, lady, this is very important that you should never smoke it will kill you." explained the seagull pirate, Annika recklessly grabbed the pipe.

"Like this." Annika grabbed the seaweed on the pipes and ignited it with a match she makeshift which she was smoking.

"Annika!" wanted the seagull pirate, grabbed the pipe back from Annika who was so confused.

"Don't you dare, you might die for sure!" warned the seagull pirate.

"I'm sorry about it." sighed Annika.

"Alright, listen up. It is time to prepare for Annika's next birthday by building the boat that could take her to the human world. I want her to be accompanied by someone who can protect her." the seagull pirate announced the animals to volunteer for companionship with Annika as a request. Just then, a silhouette appeared inside the treehouse, grabbed Annika, and flew off with it.

"Aaaaaahhhhhhh!" shrieked Annika, when she was taken by the captor.

"Annika!" exclaimed the seagull pirate, fearfully with worry. The animals rushed to go after Annika in a fit of action while the seagull pirate was worried, they reached out of the forest into the shore and attempted to save her but the captor was too fast as it carried her away, leaving them helpless to stop them. While being taken by her flighted, silhouetted captor who was gonna take her to someone, Annika was frightened as she needed to figure out what her captor wanted with her.

"Please let me go, I swear," begged Annika, panicked.

The next day, back in the depths of the ocean, there was a seashell palace called Atlantis inhabited by mermaids and sirens who lived peacefully with sea creatures. The kingdom was ruled by a great sea king who dedicated his duty to protecting his kingdoms and animals from threats and he dearly loved his family, people, and the animals. Inside the seashell palace, Annika was lying on the seashell-shaped bed unconscious, she quickly opened her eyes and got up from the bed but when she looked down she saw a pair of mermaid fins. It is revealed that someone cast a spell on her legs and turned them into a mermaid tail after she took a breath to gain the ability to breathe underwater. Just then, the same lead mermaid appeared to greet her with a warm heart and brought a gift basket for him as a gratitude for caring for nature, all of her mermaid friends swam up to her and brought more gifts to welcome Annika and thanked her for supporting the nature. Just then, Annika's other sea animal friends also arrived in time at the kingdom and came to visit the mermaid, but when they saw that Annika had turned into a mermaid by her captor, they didn't recognize this. Suddenly, the seagull pirates appeared in a giant bubble along with the other animals and Annika spotted them along with the sea animals, she was happily relieved that her friends were there for her so she up off the bed, reached the seagulls, and reunited with her friends.

"Guys, I knew you guys came for me." smiled Annika, hugging the seagull pirate, and squeezing him so tight.

"I know Annie!" winced the seagull pirate, but then, he saw that Annika had a mermaid tail like that.

"Annika, you're a mermaid why?" thought the seagull pirate, he pushed Annika off of him while flapping his wings in shock.

"By the way, my name is Mary. It turned out that your captor didn't kidnap you, it was our father who used the trident to turn us into fairies so we could take you to our kingdom," explained Mary.

"Excuse me, are you the one who turned me into a mermaid?" asked Annika.

"It was a long story," replied Mary.

"Why?" questioned the seagull pirate, shrugging in confusion.

"What do you want?" asked Annika.

"Because I need you to find someone to love again no matter what happens someday you'll be fine," explained Mary, Leo came to tell her for one chance.

"Annika, there is one thing that you need to forget about bad things," explained Leo.

"What, what are you talking about?" questioned Annika, confused.

"Look, listen to me, you need to try new things you need to know, that someday you will find someone new who can be with you for the first time as long as you are happy," recommended Leo.

"Really, thank you for everything I need to know about who I am, and I'm proud that I will change into my own life." smiled Annika.

"Who is that guy." asked the seagull pirate, when he spotted the Sea King and he didn't know him for sure, "Who are you?" he asked.

"Oops, hi, I'm the Sea King, at your service." introduced Sea King.

"Oh that, it's fine, I'm Captain Peter, I'm a human pirate when I was reincarnated into a seagull." grumped Peter.

"Peter, you're Captain Peter." shocked Annika, who didn't know that the seagull pirate had a name for no reason.

"It's Peter Lionel, that's my full name I guess." explained Peter, "I still love my pirate hat so much."

"Oh that gonna hurt your feelings." embarrassed Annika.

"Yeah, but how do we change Annie back to normal," said Peter, asking Leo if Annika has to be changed.

"Don't worry, I brought the necklace can change anything if she can," explained Leo.

"Really." thought Peter.

"Trust me, it gonna be fine as well," said Leo.

"Great how are we supposed to go home." worried Annika, then she saw there was a whale who could help her.

"That Willie, he can take you home." introduced Leo.

"Oh thank you great uncle for everything, I appreciate you and our heritage. I hope you will know me I was and I never wanted, it gonna be fine." smiled Annika.

"Annika I hope you will have a better life." cherished Leo.

"I know, I'm glad that I got my first true family was animals, but I was still looking for my true love." smiled Annika, she told her great uncle that she still needed to find the true love she ever wanted, she gets to the whale's mouth inside along with animal friends who get in as the whale swims away in process while Leo waves his hand to say goodbye.

"Good luck, Annika, I believe you." smiled Leo. Back at the island, where Annika was in the oasis's pond when she was now wearing her clothes and her necklace started to glow up as the dazzling light surrounded her tail which turned them back to human legs again.

"My legs, they're back." cheered Annika, she stood up and ran off to her treehouse. Back at the treehouse, the animals were worried if Annika would be normal again either, suddenly, Annika came in with her human legs she got them back and everyone cheered for her.

"Annika, you're back to normal again." smiled Henry.

"I know, but still I still have you all back." smiled Annika, then a baby monkey jumped onto her arms, "I missed you too. And you too, Timothy. I missed you too." smiled Annika.

"I missed you so much, I just wanna you to take care of us please." sobbed Timothy, his eyes shedding some tears when he cried because he always loved Annika so much he cared. He reached toward Annika, wrapped his arms around her, lifted her, and hugged her so tightly.

"I was right all along and now I'm staying forever because you are all my family, I don't want to leave you all. I can't leave you all so bad." sobbed Annika.

"Annika, I was gonna be proud I taught you about the human world that could fit for peer." smiled Peter, "Daughter, I love you so much," he confessed.

"What do you call me that." confused a shocked Annika.

"Because you are my daughter I never wanted," replied Peter.

"Awww, I love you Peter." smiled Annika, grabbed Peter, and wrapped her arms to hug him so passionately.

"When you start a New Year resolution, I'm sure that you would like it." reminded Peter.

"Really?" cheered Annika.

"Of course, my sweetie," replied Peter, he and Annika started to embrace each other while the animals watched them passionately.

On Christmas Eve the island was covered in snow because of the weather, the plants were engulfed by the snowflakes and the water froze as ice. Inside the treehouse, all of the animals were celebrating their spirits to spend their time with Annika who was curious about the holiday she never heard of since she was born in the Netherworld with her father and people. All of the birds were giving gifts and treats such as nuts, fruits, and berries and the others gave them the next they built. The monkeys, gorillas, and apes were given fruits and vegetables as gifts but also handmade items made out of wood thanks to Annika's skills. At the same time, at the shoreline, the mermaids came to visit their friends and brought more gift baskets to the animals but Mary also made a seashell necklace in case it can turn her into a fairy, mermaid, or anything. Annika came up with the gift baskets she made for the mermaids, walked to them, and gave them each of them, she was given a seashell necklace by Mary and she was grateful that she had the most Christmas she ever had but still homesick while she was preparing to move away from her kin to explore. However, the animals were still worried about her for some reason, even Peter eventually grew closer to Annika and he cared about how much he never be separated from her.

"Annie," asked Peter.

"Yes, Peter," replied Annika.

"Oh, I was hoping." nervous Peter.

"What is it?" asked Annika, confused.

"Sweetie, I was so afraid to lose someone new, even true love." sighed Peter.

"Why?" gasped Annika.

"Because I never wanted to lose you once again, Annika. There is no reason to get to the human world alone." sobbed Peter.

"Peter, what's wrong are you crying that I'm leaving." frowned Annika, sadly.

"Annika, you must stay suspicious of the human world on your own." reminded Peter.

"Peter, what do you mean I didn't have faith to go, I better regret this." angered Annika, she walked toward the treehouse inside while the animals were shocked and confused.

"Oh no, what have done to her feeling." shocked Peter, worried about Annika's strange behavior changes against him.

"Poor lady." shocked Henry.

"Peter, what gotten into you, moron! What are you thinking about her life and future!" complained Timothy.

"I hope that you will better reconcile with her now!" grumped the ostrich.

"You mean to Annie we love didn't you!" angered the capybara.

"Yeah you're an idiot and you broke her heart suddenly!" shouted the alligator. He turned around backward at Peter and slapped him with his tail.

"Weirdo!" said the parrot, angered.

"Yeah, what kind of discouraged father who rather used to be." asked thought the rabbit. This time, Captain Peter's memory was triggered when he realized that he was actually the true identity of a human pirate captain who was diagnosed with a terminal illness, his crew was killed in the storm by the Sea King who grabbed him in his hand in revenge for his people.

"Good ahead, kill me," begged Captain Peter.

"Hey old man, what are you doing?" asked the Sea King.

"I just wanna die," explained Captain Peter.

"Nope, I wanted to help you deal with your secret with my faith and seek redemption for what you did to my people." said the Sea King. "Just tell what the real reason about, but nobody wanted some insistence without any proveniences."

"Why not?" confused Captain Peter.

"What's your name?" asked young Leo.

"I'm Captain Peter James Hook," said Captain Peter, he succumbed to his illness and passed away in the Sea King's hand. After recalling this, Captain Peter was shocked that he was cursed by the Sea King for killing the merpeople, even the animals were confused about him.

"I remember that once I reincarnated into a seagull by the Sea King," explained Peter.

"What happened," questioned Henry, but Annika, saddened by this, shed tears in despair and ran away.

"Oh that's a sad story I never know that." shocked Timothy.

"What can I do now." worried Peter.

"Go and talk to her." angered the ostrich, telling Peter to apologize to Annika. In the bedroom, Annika was lying on the hammock, sobbing in sorrow, she never knew that Peter shouldn't leave her behind. Captain Peter flew up to the window, flapped his wings, flew to Annika, and tried to apologize to her.

"Go away, leave me alone," murmured Annika.

"Annika, I admit, I'm actually also the reincarnation of the pirate captain because I died on a very stormy day," explained Captain Peter, this caused Annika to suddenly discover that Peter was the reincarnation of the pirates.

"Wait, what are you." shocked Annika.

"It was I, I'm actually a pirate eventually," said Captain Peter.

"Oh my goodness..." gasped Annika, horrified by the truth, "I don't understand, I just wanna stay with all of my dream future but heritage drove me madly. It no use to abandon my evilness from my hybridization."

"What do you mean?" asked Captain Peter.

"The truth I get to know about is: My name is Abyzou, I grew up in my darkest world called Netherworld but I found the place that could change my life better, my other is a demonic cultist and my father is one of the demons."

"So who told you?" asked Captain Peter.

"My friend, he's nice to me and he told me to stay on earth to learn about the light of my heart," replied Annika.

"So your friend was the one who made you leave your former home after he gave you knowledge about humanity and supernatural beings." shocked Captain Peter.

"Yes, I was turned into a human when I entered the human world. Which is why I need to figure out what to do now," said Annika.

"Annika, there's nothing you can't complain about your heritage." consoled Captain Peter.

"Exactly, I did everything to hide from my family and clans." Annika begins to sob with all of her tears falling out of her eyes. Seeing that Annika was afraid that she would be stuck with her former homeland forever, Captain Peter suddenly broke down mentally over her terrifying heritage behind the demon and the human, his eyes were also shedding some tears his face, believing that he couldn't lose his best friend and started to cry emotionally as he was afraid that Annika would leave him sadly.

"Don't worry, I'm not gonna lose you ever again. There has to be a way to protect you." worried Captain Peter, "I have to protect you from the evil you have been corrupted by!" he continued to sob over Annika and swore that he would protect his friend. Many of the animals overheard about Annika's heritage and decided to keep her safe from her evil clan.

"There has to be a way to protect her from her clans." he must figure out how to keep his granddaughter from her demon clan.

"There is another way to keep her safe from her family." Timothy's voice was heard when he stepped forth to explain if there was a way to send Annika away from her family, "What if, we should celebrate the banquet first." Shocked by Timothy's idea to keep Annika from the demon clan, Peter becomes terrified about how Annika would leave him behind with all of the animals just before the demons come to slay them.

"Why not?" asked Peter.

"Well, once after her banquet, she will hide underwater with her new family so her former one won't find her now," said Timothy.

"What!" shocked Peter, realizing that Annika gonna leave him behind.

"He's right." Gus' voice is also heard when he tries to tell Peter about letting Annika go, "The truth is... is she was still a demon that we have to let her go safe so her family won't find her and I believe that she will be free in the world of humanity once and for all."

"Yeah, Maybe, you just let her go now and we have to move that is a balance of nature we need to know," said Timothy.

"Yeah, I understand, but I cannot let her go," replied Peter, he sobbed sadly that he was gonna lose Annika for the first time, and the island animals approached and comforted him.

"It's okay, we have to find a way to keep her safe, for as long we have a choice," said Henry.

"But not for long, we have to make some gifts for her as a remembrance once and for all." determined Timothy, he swore that he and the animals would keep her safe from danger but before this, they needed to create some gifts hoping that Annika would remember them.

"What about the real healing salves, it would be her remembrance." Henry got an idea in order to make sure that Annika would remember how she loves her animal family rather than being as evil as she almost is. Not waiting for Annika to leave her home behind, the animals go to make some gifts for her. The swarms of bees were harvesting some honeycombs into the tons of jars Annika and her family had made. The cranes and flamingos were middle of the river, scooping some clays onto the bamboo baskets which happened it be made by Annika and flew off. In the tree, the flock of birds was trying to lay their eggs but to no avail, and soon they were able to try to lay some eggs so many onto the baskets, with the eggs gathered and birds flapping their wings to the treehouse. When they are at the treehouse, they begin to make some really good healing salivas as a gift for Annika.

"Now we should make it for Annika so she can use it in case she was hurt and wounded," said Peter, he is shown that he also laid some eggs onto the same basket with the eggs. With all of the ingredients and the animals and insects preparing for her banquet gift, they enlist the chimpanzees, monkeys, and gorillas to find some materials. The apes went to gather the materials that came from the trees, while they were at the tree, they started with the giant log and carved it into a giant mortar. Once they brought the giant wooden mortar to the treehouse, the monkeys poured some tons of clays onto the mortar and mashed them gently, the chimpanzees were looking for the jar of honeycombs they needed.

"Hey, we found a ton of jars of honeycombs in here now," said Peter, offering the tons of honeycombs in the jars.

"Thanks!" said the chimpanzees, claiming the tons of honeycombs in the jars and putting them onto the mortar mashing them, and merging them.

"Don't forget the eggs we have." said the pelicans, the birds poured some eggshells into the mortars and mixed them into good healing salves. "We did it, hooray!" the animals cheered that they made the good healing salves for Annika.

"So what the next?" asked Peter.

"Now, we just need to build the raft as a new home so she can move to her true home," said Henry.
