A Game of Thrones: In the Land of Monsters!
First Arc-Episode Two
Act One
AFTER DISCOVERING WHO her Mother was; Lyarra became very sad, but she never told her Father of her discovery, Lord Stark would tell his daughter the truth someday and until then she'll keep what she knows secret. She paid her respect to her Aunt Lyanna's tomb; Lya also knew of her aunt and cousin, and she too will keep silent about her stillborn cousin.
Lyarra Snow was taught by Maester Luwin during the morning after breakfast while Robb Stark started learning how to fight; she picked up her lessons in reading, writing, math, history and languages quickly. Then after lunch; she had lessons in the womanly arts of spinning, weaving, knitting, sewing, embroidery, music and singing.
By midafternoon; Lya also got training in how to fight by Ser Rodrik Cassel, Master-at-Arms and Castellan of Winterfell, after dinner. Lyarra chose to wield two swords at once before switching to one sword and a long dagger; she preferred to use bastard swords for her deadly dance.
Lya worked hard in her lessons and training; by then Lady Stark was pregnant when the Greyjoy Rebellion began and Lord Stark was called to fight in 289 AC. Once more Lyarra knew it was another girl; she dreamed of a she-wolf who would embody Aunt Lyanna and she'd be more wild.
Catelyn was still annoyed at her husband for interfering withher right to punish the bastard for "threatening" their daughter Sansa. Lyarra Snow was a stain on Lady Stark's honor and a threat to her children; anything the Snow girl did was seen as a slight and an insult to the trout lady, be it real or imagined.
It was Lya who helped Sansa begin learning to read and write at the age of three; Sansa admired her elder sister and wanted to do the same things as her. Robb and Lyarra found ways to play with their little sister; Sansa would be the fair maiden, Robb played the villain and Lya would be the rescuer.
Sansa would watch her elder siblings train with swords; Lyarra Snow would wield two swords, while Robb used a sword and shield. Lady Stark had taken to watch the training from the shadows and she was appalled that the bastard girl was being allowed to be trained with weapons.
It was bad enough that the girl was being taught to be a noblewoman but letting her learn how to fight like those uncultured warrior women of Bear Island and the Mountain Clans. No...Catelyn wasn't going to let the ill-bred tart surpass her trueborn children and steal from them upon her becoming a woman grown.
Lady Stark waddled to her solar; before she enters her laying in period to prepare for the birth for the newest Stark child, Lady Stark needed to send a raven to theone person who can help her find away to get rid of the Snow girl from Westeros!
Act Two
Lord Petyr Baelish known as Littlefinger and Mockingbird was going over his books of his brothel business; both his legal and secret non legal brothels. The man caters toall manners of desire, lust and fetishes; every client who comes to his brothels know they will be carnal satisfied no matter what.
Petyr doesn't care if his clients are straight, prefer their own gender or prefer to bed children before puberty; he provides what men want and they leave satisfied. The Mockingbird has a silver tongue and knows how to gain information, he also is a loan shark and can charge a heavy interest that whoever owes him money will have to work off their debt someway, and he will blackmail to get his way.
Petyr managed to get a seat on the Small Council as Master of Coin and was very good at his job while maintaining his brothels. With the Iron Islands rebelling and King Robert Baratheon away fighting; Littlefinger took a break of serving the Realms to check on his business.
That is until a man was shown into Lord Baelish's solar; the man wore a cloak to hide his Tully guard uniform, he served Lady Stark and came to Kingslanding to deliver a message on her behalf. Petyr gave the man a room to rest in along with entertainment as he opened the letter; a picture of Lyarra Snow was included as Baelish read...
My Dear Petyr;
I need your help...my husband's bastard Lyarra Snow must disappear, I fear for my children's lives. She is not only being taught how to be a noble lady but she is also being trained to be like those uncivilized barbaric unladylike women of the North.
The little tart will do well in a brothel, any brothel, away from Westeros; she shows promise in dance and singing. The whore who seduced my husband was from Dorne; the Snow girl will have no trouble performing.
I don't care if I have to sell the girl; she'll fetch a price and the money can be useful. Help me, Petyr, I must protect my family from the bastard and I must free my husband from whatever spell is on him!
Love, Cat
Once Baelish finished reading the letter; he picked up and looked at the picture of Lyarra Snow. The girl will become quiet the beauty once she had flowered and grown into a woman.
But until then he has a small group of merchants from Yunkai who brought merchandise that will be useful to his business. They were always looking for new flesh for their brothels, pillow and pleasure houses/gardens; they'll want to add a northern bastard to their wares.
Littlefinger took the picture with him to one of his seedier brothels that cater to less savoury tastes and where Yunkai merchants have gathered.
Act Three
Arya Stark was born during a small summer snowstorm and she was all Stark; she was a little wild wolf despite being a newborn and yet she would not settle down for anyone. It was Lya who got her new sister to settle down and sleep; by then the Greyjoy Rebellion had ended and word of Lord Stark returning soon spread.
Winterfell was cleaned and aired; rooms were prepared for guests and a feast was prepared. Lyarra was allowed to dress up for the feast but she wasn't allowed to stand with her siblings to welcome their Father home and guests; Lady Stark didn't want the Snow girl to be seen by guests and steal attention from her trueborn children.
It was the beginning of the New Year of 290 AC; when Lord Eddard Stark rode into Winterfell and everyone knelt in welcoming their Lord home. Ned greeted his family and got to hold his new daughter; despite being welcomed home by Robb and Sansa, he wanted to see Lyarra but decorum kept him from holding his eldest daughter publicly.
Soon a young boy of ten with black hair, hazel eyes and a lean, dark face came forward; he wore black clothes with a golden kraken. He was Theon Greyjoy; the sole surviving son of Lord Balon Greyjoy, Theon was made hostage and ward of House Stark.
Ned went to the Godswood before preparing for the feast; yet it was the sight of Lya who healed his soul. She was dressed in a blue dress and had winter roses woven into her hair; Lyarra Snow looked like a Winter Maiden.
For a moment the Lord of Winterfell and Warden of the North set aside his titles, status and decorum, and be a Father to his daughter. Eddard loved his children with his trout wife but he loved his natural born daughter more; Ashara Dayne lives on within her andone day Ned will tell his child about her Mother, and hoped she would not hate him for waiting so long.
The feast that night celebrating Lord Stark's return home and the New Year was in full swing; Robb, Lya and Sansa were allowed to stay up late. They were allowedone cup of eggnog with brandy; everyone ate and drank, tables were moved as music played and dancing began.
Robb danced with his sisters; he didn't care if anyone saw him dancing with Lya and he ignored his Mother's scandaled look that the Heir of Winterfell was dancing with the Bastard of Winterfell.
Even Lord Umber known as the GreatJon had Lyarra Snow balanced on his toes for a dance and the Great Hall of Winterfell echoed with laughter for thatone night.
Act Four
Catelyn Tully Stark nestled into her husband's side after a late night of lovemaking; Arya was starting to sit up by her-self and she wasn't a year old yet. But Lady Stark couldn't help smiling in pride that she might be pregnant again as she was on her fertile day.
Her chief handmaiden Bela quietly entered the chamber to let her Lady know that her messenger has returned. Catelyn was reluctant to leave Ned's side but the message she had sent to her friend Petyr wouldn't survive the storm that herald her youngest daughter's birth; so she sent one of her loyal and trusted Tully guards to deliver it personally.
So she got up; Bela dressed her Lady in a nightgown, tying the laces of the bodice closed, followed by a warm robe and slippers. Cat left her husband sleeping in her bed and scurried to her solar; she paid the guard for his silence after getting Petyr's reply.
Once alone she broke the wax seal bearing the Mockingbird and eagerly read the letter...
My Beloved Cat;
I managed to find a solution to your problem and saving your family from the Bastard of Winterfell. I spoke with merchants from Yunkai and they are eager to buy the girl once they saw her picture you had sent me.
The Wise Masters of Yunkai are eager to expand the girl's skills and make her the most sought after pleasure slave. The Yunkish Merchants offer sixty million gold dragons for Lyarra Snow.
They are eager to possess her and will send a envoy to gather the girl as well as pass on the money.
I remain your faithful servant; P.
"Sixty gold dragons for Ned's bastard daughter;" said Cat in shock, "that gold could be split between Sansa and Arya to use as apart of their dowries for marriage!"
Lady Stark wrote a reply and instructed Bela to make sure to send it by fastest raven; she even paid her handmaiden handsomely to go to White Harbor and send the message from there, and wait for a reply. Then the trout lady returned to her room, planning ways so that her husband won't notice until it's done and too late to stop.
Catelyn crawled back into bed and began arousing Ned from sleep by stroking his sword between his legs; she was soon riding her husband eagerly. Soon Lyarra Snow will be gone and she'll make sure the girl was a distant memory until no one remembers her!
Act Five
Lady Stark recieved her reply within a week; the Yunkish envoy will arrive in the North within a Moon with the sixty million gold dragons for the Snow girl. Cat had to be sneaky to get her husband's bastard ready to depart within a Moon; luckily Robb Stark was distracted by Theon Greyjoy, the Ironborn hostage/ward had some use despite the fact he was to keep his Father in line.
Sansa Stark had the makings of a true Lady from a young age under the tutelage and watchful eye of Septa Mordane. As for Lyarra Snow now age seven; she still studied hard in her lessons of academics and womanly arts, and trained harder in her weapons of choice.
The day came for Lya to be sold to Yunkai had come; the Yunkish envoy was waiting patiently in White Harbor and sent a message to the Lady of Winterfell. Eddard Stark was called to Bear Island to help fight a small invasion of Wildlings who were clever enough to keep them-selves from being caught.
Lady Catelyn Stark nee Tully was pregnant with her fourth child and she wasted no time to get Lyarra Snow ready to go. She had her handmaidens wash the girl throughly and dressed her in the blue dress; Lya's hair was combed and braided before she was bundled up against the cold, and placed in a wagon.
Soon Lyarra was outside of Winterfell for the first time accompanied by Septa Mordane and six of Lady Stark's Tully guards. The Septa knew of her Lady's plans of selling the Snow girl to Yunkai; slavery was against the law in Westeros but an exception can be made as this was restoring the honor of House Stark in someway and the money was for the dowries of Lord Stark's two trueborn daughters.
Lya was enjoying the scenery as the wagon and her escorts made fast pace until they reached White Harbor ruled by House Manderly. Septa Mordane and the guards disguised them-selves as they snuck into the Harbor with the Snow girl.
Three of the six guards waited at a tavern while Septa Mordane and the other three guards took Lyarra to the seedier side of the Harbor. The guards waited outside a warehouse as the Septa and the girl went in alone.
The Yunkish envoy was a young man in his twenties dressed very lavishly and was very welcoming to the Septa once he saw Lya with her. The man was impressed of the girl after seeing her portrait; she'd fetch a very high price once she has been properly trained and has flowered, she'd also make a very good brood mare and give any Masters fine children.
The man brought his own favorite pleasure slaves and he wanted to see how quick the northern girl can learn the dance of seduction. Lyarra was leery of the foreign Lord but she was in awe of the beautiful women who came forth when the man clapped three times.
"My lovely flowers would like to teach the northern flower the dance of seduction;" said the man draping his arm around the young girl, "the dance is very simple to learn!"
The dance was easy to learn; Lya copied the women's movements as she danced the dance of seduction while a couple of musicians played. She finished the dance by copying the pose at the end; the Snow girl was out of breath but she had fun by the smile she wore.
"Beautiful; she learns the dance well and with proper training, Lady Snow could become famous," praised the man as he applauded.
Lyarra Snow was offered a drink and she drained the cup with how thirsty she was; but she never lost her smile. Until she took a couple steps forward and fell back as the drug in the drink took effect.
Two trunks were brought forth and upon opening revealed mountains of gold dragons. Septa Mordane nodded in satisfaction as she said: "Sixty million gold dragons is a fair price to not only get rid of Lord Stark's bastard but also restore Lady Stark's honor!"
"The Wise Masters of Yunkai wishes House Stark prosperity and many children;" said the Yunkish envoy as his servants carried Lyarra Snow to his ship and prepared to leave.
The trunks of gold dragons were loaded onto the wagon as Septa Mordane and her escorts returned to Winterfell without a look back. The Septa was relieved to be rid of the bastard girl; she will never darken Winterfell nor become a threat to House Stark.
Lady Catelyn Tully Stark was doing the Seven's work to bring the North into the Light of the Seven. It'll begin with the children and in time the worship of the Seven will spread; only Lord Stark's bastard daughter stood in the way and withher gone, the Lady's true work can begin!
