This story is take place during and after "Escape" "Milo in Space" "Sphere and Loathing in the Outer Space", but before my story Blast from the 2nd Dimension.
Also, just pretend that Milo and his friends saved Octalia for only a few hours, since, come on, the movie Candace Against the Universe just only take one day to let the gang have an adventure which is supposed to be more than one day in reality.
It was not supposed to happen like this.
Savannah looked around her surroundings, stranded on an island with her partner Brick, who was unconscious, lying next to her. And their time traveling gears are all gone, and she was still trying to progress what happened exactly.
(Cut to the timeline where Milo was stuck in the elevator, cut to Flynn-Fletcher residence)
Phineas and Ferb were sitting under the tree as usual, thinking something to do today.
"Any ideas, Ferb?" Phineas asked.
Ferb merely shook his head.
"Well, what about our friends? You know, I just realized that they aren't here, usually they have already been here and have discussions with us."
"Isabella is on a field trip with Fireside Girls. Baljeet is on a lecture, and Buford is at a bully con, strange that they have that." Ferb explained.
"What about Irving?"
"I heard that he has got himself something else to do, although I don't know what it is, something about that he's got a job for intern."
"Well, Dad is out on business, and Candace is currently at Stacy's home."
Cut to the Hirano residence, as Candace, Stacy and Jenny were in the latter's room reading magazines. Suddenly, Candace flinched and got her friends' attention.
"My busting sense is tingling." Candace remarked.
"Ugh, not again." Stacy groaned, "Candace, listen to me again. You promised us that we'll have a girls' day out together with no Phineas and Ferb intervening, so control yourself and no busting, okay?"
"Besides, everytime you tried to show your mom those things they made would disappear." Jenny added.
"Fine." Candace sighed.
Back to the backyard, Phineas and Ferb were still progressing what they should do today. Until this, they saw Linda talking on the phone.
"What happened, Viv?" She talked in worry, "Oh, I got it. Guess we couldn't make it, okay, we can always reschedule. OK, I know it, bye."
"Mom?" Phineas asked, "What happened?"
"Oh, nothing." Linda shook her head, "Vivian just told me that the restaurant was closed today, so we can't have our gig there."
"Oh, sorry to hear that." Phineas said pitifully.
"It's okay." Linda nodded before walking away.
"Man, I sure hope Mom's band can have a good gig, they put a lot of work inside but don't get enough credit..." Phineas said before realizing an idea, "That's it! Ferb, I know what we're gonna do today. We're gonna make a concert for Mom!"
Ferb gave a thumb up.
"Hey, where's Perry?"
Perry just got inside the his lair and to his shock, he found his lair was quite a mess. Then he turned his head to see Irving busy cleaning the mess.
"Oh hi, Perry." Irving called out cheerfully, "Sorry about the mess, Agent M and Agent G accidentally created a mess here. Don't worry, I'll clean up soon."
Perry merely shook his head. To be honest, how his boys' (self-proclaimed) biggest fan found out his secret identity and the agency, let along being an intern here, was STILL a mystery for him. Then again, he got a lock of Ferb's hair without him noticing, so maybe he has his own ways.
"Oh by the way, Major Monogram let me tell you that they had spotted six alien ships on the sky desending over Danville so we need you to investigate. He wanted to tell this himself but he had left due to the clock went wrong again and he mistook 2 pm as 5."
Perry facepalmed, of course his boss would make a silly mistake like this, and he was still a bit upset about things happened between him and Doof. Unforturenately, Irving noticed his expression.
"So, is Dr. Doofenshmirtz still upset about you?" The fanboy asked, as Perry widened his eyes in shock but nodded nonetheless.
"I guess sending a card didn't work then." Irving replied, "Well, I may just heard about your... um.. friendship for just a while, but I think you still want Dr. D back as your friend. Listen to me, Perry. Why don't you just tell him the truth of what you had used to those money? I'm sure that he'll forgive you once he learned it."
Perry gave you an "are you sure" look. He was a bit doubtful if Doof would ever looked at the payment, since he remembered what happened in the 2nd dimension when he tried to tell Phineas why he never let him and Ferb know his secret. Perry doesn't like this but he couldn't help but feel there're so many similarities between Phineas and Doof (for example, both of them have good inventing skills, and being talkative, oblivious and stubborn), and if he doesn't know the family tree better he would definitely have a theory that they are long-lost father and son.
But then again, unlike Phineas, Doof knows Perry better as a secret agent. Maybe Irving was right, it's better than nothing. He slowly nodded his head and showed the fanboy a graditute smile, before jumping on his scooter and left.
"Hey, don't forget to tell me your adventure this time!"
Listening the fanboy's call, instead of feeling bored, Perry smiled this time. He had been (sorta forced) telling Irving the past adventures he had, and despite disliking this first, he gradually got used to it, and Irving seemed to be a good listener just like him listening to Doof's backstories.
Maybe having him in the agency isn't bad.
As long as him doesn't post anything about this on his website, of course.
As Perry came out of his lair, he was too busy focusing on his mind to notice what happened in an alley he just passed.
Inside the alley...
Brick and Savannah, once again, was on a special mission of stopping the criminals from destroying the time stream. And once again, they kicked the bad guys' butts.
"Nice job." Brick smirked at his partner.
"I know right?" Savannah smiled back, both of them looking into each others' eyes before looking away.
"You are not trying to flirt with me, huh?" Savannah smirked.
"Nope, that's too far." Brick said.
"Agreed."
"Well, at least we stopped these guys." Brick turned back to see the criminals, all went bruised and unconscious. Their faces looked different but all of them wear the same outfit, black tight suits with some belt as if they are from another agent organization, "And not to mention, we got this thing." Brick then took out an orange chip, "Although... I had no idea why this is important."
"Me neither, not even Mr. Block knows." Savannah shook her head, but suddenly a smoke bomb was threw to them, causing them to cough and when they stopped, they found the chip was gone.
"What the...?" The time agents then turned around to a person standing on the edge of a building, it wears a black ninja suit to cover itself but its eyes completely.
"Well, actually it's not important for you. It's rather for us." The person said, and through the voice, Brick and Savannah could assumed that it was a she. At the same time, another person suddenly appeared and like the first person, it donned a ninja suit but only it's brown, and it wears a red headband.
"Did you get it?" The second ninja, implying to be a male, asked, as the first one showed him the chip. "Perfect!" They had a high five, "Now let's get outta here."
"Hey, that is our thing!" Brick called to them, "And another thing, who are you?"
"Well, that's not our thing to reply. Although we know you completely, Brick and Savannah, First-class agents from Bureau of Time Travel, a.k.a. B.o.T.T." The female one replied, "And another thing, it's far more important to us than you, and we won't give it to you."
The other one just stared at them silently, but suddenly, his eyes went widened, as the first one looked at him she knew he was smirking and then...
BAM!
A pie was thrown on Brick's face, and Ninja #2 let out a laugh, which made Ninja #1 sighed and facepalmed.
"Grrr..." Brick groaned in anger, "You are so gonna get it!"
"Brick, wait!" Savannah tried to stop her partner but it was too late, as the male agent had already been hot on the two figures' trails. The female agent sighed as she had to follow behind.
A few hours later...
Back to the backyard...
"OK, we had finished the staff, and inviting the special guests." Phineas checked his list before asking Ferb, "You got the place?"
Ferb gave him a thumb up.
"Man, things are sure slow without our friends helping." Phineas sighed.
Speaking of devil, because Vanessa just came in the backyard.
"Oh, hi Vanessa." Phineas greeted.
"Hi, Phineas." She waved her hand at Phineas, before she looking at Ferb and said with a flirty tone, "Hi Ferb, what' cha doin?"
Elsewhere...
Isabella was doing her activities with her fellow troop members, Gretchen and Adyson, but she suddenly cringed when she felt something wrong.
"Chief? What's wrong?" Gretchen asked in confusion.
"Someone just stole my catchphrase." Isabella growled.
"Ugh, not again." Adyson groaned.
Back to the backyard...
"We're making a concert for Mom and her band." Ferb explained.
"Really? Does she know about this?" Vanessa asked, knowing Candace had been telling her the frustration she had when she failed to bust them before.
"Nah, we wanna keep this as a surprise." Phineas said, but then he noticed Ferb was a bit busy with making the inventions, "Hey, Vanessa. Can you help Ferb with those machines? I don't think he's able to finish that much."
"Sure. I've got some learning from my dad, after all." Vanessa shrugged as she walked to Ferb and helped him, at the same time they began to whisper, using the noise so Phineas couldn't hear anything.
"Speaking of your dad, any news between him and Perry?" Ferb asked quietly.
"Nothing happened. He's still mad at Perry." Vanessa shook her head.
"Even after he sent the card?"
"Yeah. And don't worry, he doesn't know it was actually your idea. But dad still insisted that Perry should TALK to him. Ugh, middle-aged drama." Vanessa growled at the last part, "I guess the only way for them to make up is they actually meet each other and confess the truth."
"I hope that can work."
"Hey, what are you guys talking about?" Phineas suddenly cut in.
"Nothing." Vanessa replied hastily, not wanting to spill Perry's secret out. Phineas merely shrugged and went back to his work, as Ferb and Vanessa sighed in relief.
Meanwhile...
"Thank you for you guys trying to sending us back home." Milo chuckled, as he and his friends went into another spaceship.
"It's all nothing, Milo." the Alien Commander smiled, "This time, we'll bring all the ships with you so it will be enough to send you back to your planet."
"I totally appreciate it." Zack nodded.
"Yeah, good thing you can survive in space once you hold your breath, while we can't." Melissa added.
"Can we get in faster?" Cavendish remarked, a bit impatiently, "I just wanna go home and have a sleep on a bed, even if it's just a sofa bed."
"Yeesh... I just can't imagine you roughing out." Dakota remarked, as they all got in the spaceship.
"Oh, by the way." The A.C. smiled as she tied a gem on Milo's backpack, "Here, this communicator can make sure we can communicate with each other. If you are bored or you need our help, don't hesitate to call us."
"Sure thing." Milo smiled as he accepted the offer. The spaceships began flying. However, on the way Murphy's Law caused the ships the Earthlings abroad shook for a while, while it didn't hurt anyone, Doofenshmirtz and Perry fell out of the ship when a hole formed inside before one alien transformed into wooden planks to cover it.
"Dr.D!" Milo gasped.
But then Perry activitited his parachute to catch Doofenshmirtz so they could land safely.
"What is this?" Dakota asked as he noticed another button and pressed on it, before Cavendish could stop him. The spaceship then flew away at a fast speed.
"That's the speed mode." Cone explained.
"Oh." Dakota realized that he just made a stupid mistake, then his phone beeped as he received a text.
I'm okay, you guys go first. We can go back later.
"Well, if he thinks it's okay then we needn't to worry about." Milo shrugged, before noticing someone was absent, "Hey, wait! Where's Cavenpuss?"
The others all gasped in shock as they realized the human-platypus hybrid wasn't with them.
"Where did he go?" Cavendish asked.
Back to the Earth.
With the two ninjas running with the chip, Brick was determined to get them. For life, he has never let two strangers ruin his missions, let alone humiliate him. It was enough for him that Cavendish and Dakota kept ruining his mission, and now this? He won't let this slip for sure.
"You'll never get away with this!" Brick yelled.
"You're not the first one to say this, and for sure, not the last one." Figure #2 mocked.
Meanwhile, the Alien Commander began to check up Perry and Doofenshmirtz.
"Are you okay?" She asked.
"Yeah, we are fine. I've got worse before, actually." Doof waved his hand as Perry nodded.
"Well, we'll have to use another ship to send you back home." AC replied but her daughter, Octilia, interrupted her.
"Um, mom?" She replied meekly, "You got all the ships away to escort Milo to go home."
"Ugh." AC growled at this.
"Don't worry, it's fine. We don't have to get home that early. Maybe we can stay for one day, or two. I'm sure the Murphys won't mind this." Doof waved his hands. Perry, on the other hand, wasn't happy about this.
No way his boys will mind him going absent for one or two days!
"At the same time I can found some scrap metals to create a Galaxy-Travel-inator, with Perry the Platypus it won't be too hard for me."
"If you insist." AC shrugged, we had a lot of ruins need to deal with anyway. Maybe you can see if there's anything good."
"Come on, Perry the Platypus, let's search." Doof turned to his platypus buddy as they began to search for materials, however, they got startled by some sleeping noises, as they ran to a metal box, they found Cavenpuss sleeping inside!
"That was kinda long sleep, what happened?" The human-platypus hybrid yawned.
"You... you didn't go with them?!" Doof gasped, at the same time the aliens ran away, screaming with horror as soon as they saw the hybrid.
(Back to the Earth)
"All right, we're already finished. Ferb, did you call the people?" Phineas asked.
Ferb nodded and gave a thumb up.
"And Vanessa, how is the stage?"
"They just said they had finished." Vanessa replied, putting her phone down for a while, "And of course, never without the 'too young' part."
"That thing never gets old." Phineas chuckled, "All right, let's give mom this surprise." He and Ferb walked into the house and saw Linda in the living room, listening to her "I'm Lindana and I Wanna Have Fun" CD.
"Hey, boys. What are you doing here?" She asked.
"Hey, mom. Could you please come out for a while? We have a surprise for you, and also call Mrs. Garcia-Sharpio and Mrs. Johnson to come here, please."
"Huh, sure." Linda chuckled as she texted them and then came to the backyard, she then saw Vanessa in the backyard, "Oh, hi Vanessa."
"Hey, Mrs. Flynn-Fletcher."
"What are you doing here?"
"Phineas told me about the little surprise they are planning, so I stay here and gave some help."
"Hey, Linda." At the same time, Mrs. Garcia-Sharpio and Mrs. Johnson came in, "Why are you calling us to be here?"
"Well, the boys said they wanna give us a surprise."
"Hi, Mrs. Garcia-Sharpio. Hi, Mrs. Johnson. Glad that you come." Phineas smiled, "Now for the surprise, please shut your eyes for a while." They put the blindfolds on the three women's eyes and led them to someplace.
After Ferb took off their blindfolds, the three women was ready to see the surprises...
Only to stop to widen their eyes in shock when they saw a grand tour bus in front of them.
"Surprise!" Phineas said cheerfully.
Meanwhile...
"I'm sure here's a lot of things that I can use." Doof hummed as he began to search for the scraps everywhere, and Perry was with him, "Hey, don't just stand there and give us some help, Cavenpuss!"
"Really? No calling 'abomination' again?"
"Well... you are created by me, so you're MY abomination, and I would never badmouth my creation." Doof hummed.
"Hmm... actually I'd like to try and get some changed views." The human-platypus hybrid hummed as he left, trying to make his reputation as a freak and abomination better.
"Well, good luck trying. And don't forget to come in with us this time." Doof shrugged. Evil or not, he didn't want his creations get a terrible reputation. Then he saw some of the aliens pushing a huge machine.
"What is that?"
"Oh, our memory-regain machine." One of the aliens explained, "It was a machine we made to deal with amnesia. We shot the ray to anyone who suffered it so it could help to cure." He accidentally slipped and pressed a button, which shot Doofenshmirtz.
"Oops, sorry."
Doof stumbled on the ground before Perry hold him, then Perry waved his hand in front of the scientist's eye. But Doof just sat on the ground, seemed to be processing something in his brain, and then some forgotten memories came back to his brain...
"Now, Perry the Platypus, quake in terror, as I punch a hole through to another dimension! Behold! The Other-Dimensionator-"
"It's not a doll, it's a stand-in. Pretendy the Practice-pus."
"Alright, what's with the giant shuttlecock?"
"We're really sorry, sir. I don't know what happened. One minute we were innocently launching ourselves across the city in a badminton platypult, the next thing we know, we're bouncing on up to the east side to your deluxe apartment in the sky."
"We can help you fix it. I'm Phineas and this is my brother, Ferb."
"I'm Dr. Heinz Doofenshmirtz, but my friends call me... I just got into such a funk."
"Is every platypus named Perry?"
"In a perfect world, yes."
"Aww, well, he's a cute little fella. Hi there. Gootchie- OW OW OW!"
"Hmm. It's a...it's a couch. That's a bit anticlimactic. I guess it's a nice couch, though. Hmm. Hey, I got an idea! Let's swap my couch for that one!"
"Hey Dr. D! Look at this! You're famous here!"
"Heinz Doofenshmirtz, Your Leader?"
"Do I know you?"
"Yeah, I'm you from another dimension."
"I've found a brand new best friend and it's me."
"Wait a minute. I-I'm confused. Why does their platypus fight so good?"
"PERRY THE PLATYPUS?!"
"That's your emotionally scarring backstory? That's your great tragedy? Dude, I was raised by ocelots, literally. Disowned by my parents and raised by Central American wildcats, and you're telling me you lost a toy train? That's it? That's all you got? Really? I had to work as a lawn gnome, I was forced to wear hand-me-up girl's clothing, neither of my parents showed up for my birth!"
"Since you have neglected to take over YOUR Tri-State Area, I think I'll go over there and give it a shot myself."
"Okay, doom for him, too."
"What? But, but I'm you!"
"Doom!"
"Wow, if I had a nickel for every time I was doomed by a puppet, I'd have two nickels, which isn't a lot, but it's weird that it happened twice, right?"
"Yeah, well, welcome to MY life!"
"Oh great, you caught it! Unlock me!"
"Are you even paying attention?"
"Oh, that's right. Uh, it can wait. Later."
"No, it's Heinz Doofenshmirtz. You borrowed sugar from me this morning!"
"I don't have any sugar. I had to borrow some from my neighbor this morning."
"Yeah, that's me. That's..."
"Oh, he's a nice man, but I hear he's divorced."
"Oh, THAT she remembers."
"I got a little something just for you... Here!"
"Choo-Choo!"
"You know, I don't even know what I was thinking with the whole "evil robots" thing. Actually, when I look around, I-I'm really embarrassed. Here, let me clean this up. Look. "Self Destruct" button."
"Aw, you."
"Sir, maybe there is a way. What about Dr. Doofenshmirtz's Amnesia-nator?" Carl suggested.
"I never built an Amnesia-nator." Doofenshmirtz said before making a thoughtful expression. "I think I'd remember building something like that."
"I remembered... I REMEMBERED!!!"
Perry looked at his friend with confusion.
"You... you have a host family! That pizza-delivery kid is your host family!" Perry widened his eyes in shock. "And... and I, and I actually met them before that pharmacist outbreak or when I made that Galaxy-Travelinator, it was when I invented the Other-Dimension-Inator and they came in, helped me fix it and then we went to another dimension where I was more evil and actually took over the entire Tri-State Area, all because he just lost a toy train! Oh, wait, now I remembered." Doof pointed to Perry, "YOU PEED ON MY COUCH!! Well, that does explain why you bought me a new one the next day, though."
Finally. Originally I wanted to do this as one chapter, but then I apart it into at least two chapters. I made this "Monogram mistook 2 pm as 5 pm" so it would make less conflicts on time, also because he CAN make a silly mistake like this.
Like I told before, this takes place before my "Blast from the 2nd Dimension", and it will have some settings, including Irving being an OWCA intern, Ferb is actaually aware of Perry's identity, Vanessa is dating Ferb and she is the only one who knows that Ferb knows about Perry. And this one will explain how Linda found out her boys' activities, and it will explain another part that will be important to "Blast from the 2nd Dimension."
