Today was the day. All of the creatures of the Yokai World got ready for the biggest event in the world. The Wedding of Kyodai and Danny. Many thought that having a young boy marry one of the priest's daughters was a mistake. While some thought they looked cute together.
Danny sighs as the other Husbands helped him into his wedding suit.
"Remind me, what is this thing called again?" Danny asked.
"A Wedding Kimono. Normally, it would have your family symbol on your back, but seeing that you're not from Japan..." Steven said.
Danny sighs. All he wanted was to go home. And now, he's being forced to marry Kyodai to do so. However, it was strongly believed that her parents were up to something. Danny stayed on guard for the past few days, but it seems that Kyodai's parents are waiting until the last minute. He sighs as he slips on the last of his wedding clothes.
"I'm really getting married. At age 14. To an Oni. Who's my friend." Danny said, listing down the things he noticed.
"Lad, we feel you," Scott said, looking sore.
"Aisuru went all out, did she?" Caran smirked.
"I knew she was dying for it, but damn! I thought the bed was gonna break!" Scott said, sighing.
"Well, at least Sumai was good. I know she's emotionless, but I could see that she was smiling on the inside." Caran said.
"Shai was a little nervous, but we were able to get into it," Steven said.
"Daidouji was fine. She didn't go too nuts." Louie said.
"Um, guys? Teenager in the room?" Danny said, blushing greatly.
"Sorry about that, lad. We have been waiting for years for that moment. It's a little easy getting lost in ya first time." Scott said.
"Luckily, you have a much better reason to wait than the rest of us," Louie said.
Danny sighs and looks in the mirror. He really hope this wedding will go off without a problem and he could go back home.
With Kyodai,
"At long last! I never felt so good in my life!" Aisuru said, smiling with glee.
"We get it. You're happy to have sex." Daidouji said.
"And what about the rest of you? Don't tell me you didn't enjoy it." Aisuru asked her sisters.
"It will be a while before we get the sign of our child, Aisuru," Samui said, holding her belly.
"You don't even have one and you're already acting like you do," Daidouji said.
"We wanted a child for years. Oni aged differently from humans." Sumai reminds them.
"True. Still, I can't wait for my little nieces or nephews! As well as my own child!" Aisuru said, still smiling.
"Girls, I'm happy for you. I really am. But did you forget that this is my day?"
The sisters turn to see Kyodai in her uchikake dress, trying to place on her headdress.
"Oh, you look so pretty, Kyodai. I wish you didn't cover your chest, though." Aisuru said.
"He's 14. I'm not going to do what you did to your husband during your wedding!" Kyodai told her sister.
"Come on, I've seen how men look at your breasts." Aisuru said, squzzeing them.
"You have five seconds to move your hands before I break them" Kyodai warns Aisuru.
"Fine. Kill joy." She said, backing away.
However, Kyodai was more worried about something else. She knew her parents were up to something, thanks to her sisters, but no one knew why. She was able to slip the headdress on, covering her horns. If it wasn't for her size, she could have passed off as a human.
"By the way, Kyodai. I looked up how American weddings go." Shai said, looking down.
"You did?" Kyodai asked.
Shai told her all about it and the others were surprised.
"Wow, that is different," Aisuru said, remembering how she got married to Scott in his homeland.
"Well, we got a wedding to do. We'll be waiting for you." Samui said.
"Yeah." Kyodai sighs.
She really hopes things will go alright.
The sisters and their husbands stood on both sides of the storage. They saw Danny walk down the alley first, trying his best not to trip on his Kimono. He reaches the other before bowing, remembering the lessons that Steven taught him.
He stood on the stage waiting for Kyodai to appear. He also knew that Japanese Weddings were a bit different from others. It didn't take long for Kydodai to appear, making him blush.
Kyodai walked down the alley before reaching the stage. Shaking his head, Danny offers a hand to her. Kyodai smiles before taking it. Since she was three feet taller than Danny, she felt odd that she was marrying someone shorter than her. However, she was doing this so she could leave. It was the only reason she agreed to the marriage. Well, she did think Danny was also cute.
Once they stood together, the lower priest start speaking. In Japanse.
Kyodai held back a groan. She knew Danny didn't know Japanse, and her parents thought he'll agree to it anyways. She move her eyes towards him, seeing that Danny was lost on what he was saying. Taking a breath, she decides to do something she should have done at her sister's weddings.
"I'm sorry to interpret." She said in Japanese.
"I'm after I didn't have the time to teach my new husband Japanese. He only knows English." She added.
The lower priest looked at her before nodding. Now knowing that Danny didn't understand Japanese, he quickly translated what he say before, making it easier for Danny to understand the Japanese vows.
However, before the vows could be finished, the doors bust up, making the sisters and their husbands turned to it.
"NOT YOU TWO AGAIN!" Kyodai shouted.
Danny blinks as he remembers the two Onis that tried to make him a meal for Kyodai.
"Call the wedding off!" The Thin One said.
"Yeah, we're going to marry her!" The Fat One said.
Angry that the two morons still didn't get it, she grabs Danny's hand before glaring that them.
"For the last time, I DON'T LIKE YOU TWO!" She shouted.
"You're marrying a human! Humans are nothing but food!" The Thin One said.
"FOOD?!" Aisuru growls, not liking how they called her husband that.
"Times have changed! I'm not going to marry you two because you two can't understand the word no!" Kyodai said.
"We Onis! And we are better than humans." The Thin One said.
"Yeah, better!" The Fat One repeated.
Kyodai growls, having enough of the two.
"GET OUT! THIS IS MY WEDDING, AND I WILL NOT DEAL WITH A COUPLE OF NOBODIES THAT ONLY LIKE ME FOR MY BEAUTY! I DON'T EAT HUMANS! I NEVER DID!" She shouted, surprising Danny with how loud she was.
The two Onis looked surprised before growling themselves.
"And how do you know he didn't try anything with your sisters?!" The Fat Oni said.
"EXCUSE US?!" Kyodai's sisters shouted.
Yes, Aisuru tease about having Danny, but she knew that they like each other in their own way. She would never take another boy away from her sisters.
Daidouji thought Danny was cute when she first saw him, but she knew that he belong to her sister. Plus, they did seem like friends. She would never take away someone from her sisters.
Samui remained emotionless, but she was clearly mad at what they said. During his stay, Danny kind of warmed up to her pretty quickly. He admit that it was weird not showing emotion, but he didn't ask her to change. It took her sister's husbands a few years to get used to this, while Louie got used to it after their first date.
Shai glares at the two onis, her shyness all but gone. She did learn that Danny was just as shy and meek as her, and she got along with him pretty fast. The only person to accept her that quickly, besides her sisters, was Steven.
Kyodai was just about to blow up. She still remembers their talk at her cave. She knew Danny wasn't that kind of guy. Yes, she admitted that marrying him was not the best course of action, but thanks to her parents, it wasn't easy to change. She knew her sisters. They found their love and would never do anything to hurt each other.
Danny sighs, not believing what they said. He touched Kyodai's arm, making her look down. She took a breath and looked at them.
"That was low. How dare you! My sisters are not those kinds of people! They found their love, and I'm happy for them! Don't you even say that again!" She said, glaring.
"Look, I only agree to this marriage so I can go home. However, that doesn't mean I using Ky. She was visited by many people that were kidnapped before me. She heard about their homes, and she wanted to see them. Plus, you two can't take a hint!" Danny said, crossing.
"Stay out of this, sack of meat!" The Thin Oni said.
"Yeah, Sack of meat!" The Fat Oni said.
"Shut up!" The Thin Oni said, slapping the Fat Oni.
Danny rolled his eyes, understanding the two were too stupid to think with their brains. He just wanted this to be over and go home. Didn't mean he didn't enjoy his time here.
"Look, it's clear we have a couple of Wedding Crashers, and by all means, that gives us the right to two you two out," Danny said, making Kyodai nod.
Everyone that was was invited to their wedding so his point. Soon the guest stood ready to throw the two out. The Two Onis looked ready to say something before something came flying through the doors and smack Danny on the head.
"OW!" He said, rubbing his forehead.
"Are you okay?" Kyodai asked, surprised.
"I'm fine." He said, looking down to see what hit him.
Danny's eyes widen when he saw what hit him.
"Is that a Boomerang?" Scott asked.
Danny reaches down and picks it up. It wasn't any boomerang. It was the Booo-rang! Then that means...
"I think we're going to have a few more wedding crashers. And ones I'm more familiar with." Danny said, confusing everyone.
"Danny?!"
Everyone looks up and saw three teenagers standing at the gates, each of them shocked at what they were seeing.
"Tucker? Sam? Jazz?" He said, surprised.
And where we go. Danny's and Kyodai's wedding has started and they're already getting a few wedding crashers. The two Onis were the first wedding crashers and tried to put Danny in a bad spot. Too bad they didn't think it through. And I would like to thank skylily6 for the idea of Danny's friends, and sister for the second group of wedding crashers. Though the person left out how they got to the Yokai World. And I haven't thought how either.
But the wedding isn't over yet. I did plan on having Danny show his ghost form to the guests as well as to Kyodai and her family, but I save it for the next chapter. If I don't forget.
