For Izuku, as defined by the previous chapter, everything was difficult. He had no father, no peaceful childhood, no friends... If he remarked the endless shortcomings and the marked differences with the now, he would fill an imaginary list that surely would not have total brake. However, one thing he was always sure of was that he never regretted not following in his heart's footsteps when it all began...
And, right now, his worried expression was fixed on a frozen blonde-haired woman who hadn't moved since he had stolen a kiss from her.
At this point, Izuku now rethought whether he should have regretted doing that at that moment.
"R-Ryuko?" He catches her attention, which he accomplishes almost instantly when he sees her jump back slightly after reacting. "I-I didn't mean to..."
"Can we have another?" She queries quickly, interrupting and surprising him. She was embarrassed to realize her request, her hands against her chest being the ones trying to calm her pounding, crazed heart. Her red face was no match for Izuku's who now didn't know what to respond, more noticing how she for some reason was transforming and a long tail was beginning to wag at the sides behind her.
"Emm... I... I think we should dedicate ourselves to covering that up first..." He noted with surprise, noticing that she was certainly taller and using her Quirk in stages. "Stopping growing is a good start..."
"Oh, sorry!" She apologized as resumed her normal figure, the boy thankful that the clothes didn't start to stretch yet and thus tear. The last thing he needed was to see her naked... "Can we now?!"
"Huh?" He reacted, embarrassed at how directly she was. They were in the middle of the hallway, this was bad if anyone heard them... If he hadn't already. "I-it wouldn't be a good idea to do it here..."
"Oh, that's right..." Comprehends she, her hand on her chin represented her serious assessment for a decision. "Then tomorrow we'll plan how to manage to do it more often!"
"E-Eh?" he repeated, totally red-faced and seeing how she was determined to achieve her goals. "M-More?!"
She cocked her head doubtfully. "Now aren't we a couple? Couples kiss a lot, and I want that." She reasoned with a logic that worried Izuku a little.
Couple. Wasn't she right about that anyway, they weren't boyfriend and girlfriend now? I mean, it's not like he knew right but...
For Izuku, women were always unattainable because of his shyness and his remarkable sentimentality developed from years of Katsuki's bullying and being a Quirkless who nurtured a way of life full of repression, rejection and illusions.
He always spent his time in the safety of his home, the only corner where he could be safe and hide his feelings from everyone. Even from his mother, who did her best as a single parent trying to preserve the dreams of a hurt little boy.
It wasn't until he was growing up that the internet did its own thing and learned from it what it couldn't from a father. Izuku grew up on his own in many ways and longed to thrive as a strong and reliable man. Someone who by himself could do so many things and bounce back from others without depending on anyone or anything. In other words, the perfect human. A guide for others by his experience and knowledge.
His dream of being the next peace symbol was just that. The manifestation of his greatest desire that entailed not being a lie like All Might was by always fearing that he would be the end of him at any moment.
No! Izuku dreamed of being someone splendid! A guide for those who always needed a helping hand! A figure where everyone could-!
Wait a minute, the next peace symbol needs to watch the same inspirational video of All Might's debut three times per meal...
The boy sighed. He had always admired the former hero. So much so that hearing when this one was afraid of him disappearing as a hero, as a symbol, and that evil would thrive didn't bother him at all if he heard the possibility of being one. He would fight because back then All Might's peak performance would not disappear in vain.
He idolized him because in his heroic figure, Izuku saw the security he always needed in his day-to-day life and wanted to project in the present...
But then, the change happened.
One For All. The ability of an absolute power that could be passed from one person to another, growing brutally at all times, appeared in his path as Quirkless, breaking his status as an unlucky Deku.
When in his hands was the chance to become the symbol he so longed for at the hand of the hero of his dreams, Izuku knew immediately that he must not waste that opportunity.
And so it was that Kikai was born.
He went through countless things and fights until he managed to prove his potential correctly against Overhaul, winning with his conviction and perseverance. In return it seems he attracted a beautiful heroine to his company.
A great reward if you asked him. Maybe it wasn't the right thing to see him like this, but she was the only one who had come close to that level with him... Maybe he shouldn't hesitate this time... Maybe...
"You... Do you want to be my girlfriend?" he asked hesitantly. His intrigued eyes glow in the darkness, the moon in the window being what reflected the red of his face. Ryuko, puffed up by the air held in her chest at the shock, freezes for seconds to answer.

"I'd love to..." She sighed in response, approaching him shyly, being that he did as well. Both looking into each other's eyes and lips, knowing full well what they wanted from the other. "You said we couldn't do it here..."
"Fuck that..." He whispered a contradiction he, kissing her unabashedly to her surprise and pleasure.
A night of revelations would only prepare them differently for the impending situation they would face together in the morrow...
...
Toshinori Yagi was the kind of person who couldn't relax when it came to his work. Part of being the No. 1 hero wasn't just his power, skills or charisma... There was also the deep devotion to his work. A devotion that eventually took away his entire physical condition and, consequently, his spirit.
While the world moved, he had stood still...
Then, Inko appeared in his path with a kind umbrella and a greeting on that stormy night as he left a supermarket.
While he was grateful for her compassion and kindness for his person, situation and duty, he was also always saddened by her pity. She looked at him with understanding, perhaps because he reminded her of her son and the decisions she made with her son as a mother, and from then on, he began to see her more often than expected...
Everything was going great in the atmosphere of a man who had never had an outing with a woman and she did not even take long to notice it. Given the consequences of his shyness, idiocy and clumsiness on the subject, she guided him... And, over time, they both began to feel too comfortable with their closeness.
The monitor screen reflected in his eyes. Within focus, the kiss marked on his cheek is still there, reminding him perfectly that if he was doing this it was for more than his duty and desire to care for Izuku. His drone numbers moving through the sky as numerous cameras focus on different incidents of theft, violence or simple vandalism.
The blond rests his face on his hands, watching everything carefully. Within the glances, he knows he can't do anything else having called the authorities from home.
And yet...
"Hatsune-shonen, you should sleep." He instructs her from his communicator the blond without taking his gaze off the screen.
"Funny coming from the retired number one hero. The authorities will get there as fast as they can."
"The vandals got away and the thief in the store already took what he was looking for. They won't get there."
"Then maybe now would be a good time for you to distract yourself with this..."
She sent him an image, something that found quick attention in him. He looked at it closely, something funny he found within his hypocrisy...
"I can't wear this, it would draw total attention."
"Oh, but that's not all. For now, let's make the drones more efficient. But, if a hand is needed, then have that girl and I bet on this..."
He looks at the blueprint again. A large-scale project, that's for sure... The face of his former self is reflected in his mind as he looks at it.
"I'll present it as a final backup plan to the committee..."
"It won't be necessary, Toshinori-san." Informs another voice on the communicator that catches the hero's attention.
"Nezu." The blond pulls himself together. "Shall we act without the government's directive?"
"You know perfectly well what I think of the government. Not for nothing I scrambled the call..." Informs the short bear in the darkness of his large office as he leans back against his seat with his usual friendly smile, reflecting the only illumination by the moon shining its light against the glass outside.
"They were listening to us." The blond is suddenly overwhelmed, intrigued by what would happen.
"Not exactly, but if they were waiting for us to say something off course..." He adds this one as he jumps out of his seat and walks around his office, watching the starry sky in the distance.
"From me?" the blond wondered incredulously as he walked over to the window, watching for anything out of place.
"From me." Clarified the vacant-eyed bear. "I picked my nose a little where I shouldn't have and made the mistake of bringing it to the attention of those who know what I saw... I am going to act as I please from now on, until they deem that I may be a threat to reveal what I now know..."
"Should I know this?" the blond asks uneasily, pacing around the apartment.
"Young Mei and Shield will be spared from this. You, possibly. Me, I don't think so..."
"Nezu, if I make a few calls..."
"You would condemn everyone to a cruel truth. It's necessary, perhaps, but it's not the time yet... Your successor is out there and it's too early to depend on him." He reminds him.
Toshinori worries. What on earth did that slippery director do to come under the sights of government agents? The fact that they were now preparing for something big implied impending chaos.
He looked at his monitor screen, where multiple drones were capturing different incidents around different locations in the nearby cities... How much damage and chaos can something that hasn't been said, broadcast, or discovered yet do?
"We will do proper testing of the prototype." Toshinori assures. "Now more than ever we will have to hurry to prepare for anything that may occur..."
...
Morning rises in Japan in beautiful fullness. The night heroes leave their work for the day heroes to take care of the rest. Nejire came out of her room after conditioning and getting ready for work, already being Wednesday, not that she had a choice.
Her gaze goes to the rest of the hallway. Ochako comes out yawning but ready for anything and Tsuyu more of the same, but Ryuko and Izuku even looked out. The three looked at each other and then to the rooms, knowing full well that either the two woke up earlier or were still sleeping (rare for both of them, said case).
Uraraka moved toward the kitchen while Nejire corroborated the rooms. Upon arrival, she knocked on Ryuko's room, seeing her open almost immediately looking full and cheerful.
"Oh, Neji, darling!" Hugs the blonde, much to her surprise and joy. "I had such a good night, you can't imagine! I think we'll have a nice home-cooked dinner today! Oh, right, work... I'll be a while, see you downstairs." She locked herself in again.
She had a drop on the back of her head at how the woman looked like her at times. She turned to Izuku's door and knocked, waiting for an answer. He opened it almost instantly, looking eager and pleased; this was drastically reduced when he saw her, which surprised her out of clear expectations that it would have been someone else.
"Hado-san!" greets Izuku with his usual motivated demeanor. However, she doesn't err on the side of doubt that this has an extra rush of something... "Is everyone downstairs already? I still have to settle my things a bit, I couldn't stop thinking about what happened yesterday..." He explained as walked inside and continued to tend to his bed.
She peeked out from the frame, seeing how the boy had made the place his own. She was surprised to see many boxes, bags and rolls stacked in a corner. He noticed and was slightly embarrassed, looking for the excuse to explain.
"So, this is what Asui and Ochako meant by your fetish?" She asked him in a strange context that embarrassed him for the obvious misunderstanding.
"H-Hobby! It's a hobby! Where did you hear such a thing!" He explained, somewhere between embarrassed and desperate at how she could confuse all that. She just averted her gaze and started whistling, demonstrating her clear insanity on the subject. "I just like heroes..." He muttered with resignation and some sorrow, tapping his index fingers together. It was then that he realized she was still there that he exhausted himself. "Anyway! Get out! I'll be there in a while! Get out!" He pushed her while she neither fought but was surprised by his attitude. He finally slammed the door shut, to which she resigned herself and left.
After setting things up and getting ready, he came out of his room, just as Ryuko seemed to peek out of hers, glad to see him. They both then cringe at the memories of last night, knowing that hadn't settled anything.
"H-Hey..." He started, moving down the hallway slowly in anticipation of her, who quickly followed him out in her heroine's attire, stretching down her dress continuously amidst the embarrassment. The green-haired one struggled not to see her breasts that stood out with the movement. He was about to say something to her, but she stopped him.
"N-Not here..." She interrupted him. "Did you sleep well?" she asked, to which he nodded sheepishly. He was about to say something, but her finger interrupted him against his lips. "Later."
Later. How long would that be? I mean, not that he was worried about it or anything, since he'd still be here... But he wanted to talk to her, to know more, to know everything. Maybe and even get to know each other even more than in a month they had known each other...
Walking down the stairs, they both saw the girls preparing breakfast. Sighing, Izuku rejoined and decided to pretend that nothing was happening, going towards them to follow everything normally. The heroine bit her lips with the blush on her face being remarked a little more by the pressure on her face.
"I want to kiss him again..." The crafty dragoness expressed, struggling to restrain herself.
...
Izuku moves through the city with Tsuyu behind him. They find themselves assisting a pair of heroes who requested a helping hand when the group split up, so they went to succor the swift cell phone theft of a thief with extended mobility skills.
"Tracker style!" Izuku exclaimed inwardly as he made his way from the rooftops, nimbly jumping from side to side, following the trail of the criminal who was annoyed that he couldn't lose him. "He's below me! Follow my position!"
"Roger that. We're getting closer, you can act." Tsuyu reported from her communicator as she continued to jump in as the heroes they were assisting kept pace with her.
"45 ASP impact!" Izuku unloaded as he lunged at the criminal at high speed, aggressively sweeping his legs from behind, quickly subduing him as he fell to the ground, avoiding his head from hitting hard, as the rest arrived.
And as they take it upon themselves to restrain him, the crowd applauds for their work and he nods, embarrassed by so much attention. After a while, the heroes congratulate and thank them, dissolving the group when their communicator signaled the mandatory break.
As he follows the frog girl to some quiet place, he can't help but focus on his changes.
His investigations had begun since All Might imminently retired. To be exact, as soon as he met him he couldn't help but evoke his effort to imitate him (being Quirkless). Notebooks full of documentation, theories and enlightenment filled his hands to allow his little passion to burst into eagerness...
Then, from the accounts of his historical notebooks on heroism, there was a sort of diary of progress, evolution and analysis; no one knew of its existence, plus he couldn't help but spit about it in front of Ryuko and now he tries anyway not to let her find it or read it by chance.
Hours and hours of the night he spent studying and dedicating to his hobby paid off in the long run. Especially for the central theme he spent a lot of time analyzing.
Firearms.
It wasn't that he was thinking of doing an American recreation of a school day in the country, let alone implementing something like that in his fighting weaponry set, but after so much evaluation (and obvious inspiration) he began to notice that all of his skills and behaviors were going over in being the exact carbon copy of All Might, which derived to minimal frustration at his lack of imagination in the time he decided to keep up with his teacher.
He did not like the idea of being the only carrier having such deficiencies and being the least interested in concealing them, because although his pride was not in danger, his ego was. If he wanted to make a mark in the world, he had to stand out on his own. All Might had made it clear to him how different they were and how much they could be, which led him to rethink his ways of doing things and how he would be when he was doing his duty.
Because of all this evaluation, his final realization hit upon the existence of firearms and their power, something that frankly resembled his Quirk; a weapon or a tool when used, with lethality relative to its power.
With that conclusion, Izuku decided to take that side to signal his movements. More of a reminder to him to ensure the level of force to use...
And as he pondered, a hand quickly grabbed him by the shoulder from the darkness of an alleyway and made him disappear, startling him because he was unable to speak as a mouth smashed into him. He was overwhelmed when he realized it was Ryuko, who had thrown her combat weapon to the side. Her tongue crashing into his mouth aggressively and wildly, Izuku clenched his toes at the pressure and excitement of such an unexpected act.
"R-Ryuko..." He managed to mutter as he broke away from her to breathe, a line of saliva being cut through the air at that. "W-Wait..." He wanted to stop her but she was quick to rub her tongue against his cheek and then move down to his neck, making him moan, something she couldn't help but retort as he clutched at her dress, tugging at her elasticity hard to hold back the spasms of pleasure his body was receiving.
"Ah~. Izuku~..." She enjoys as she pulls him tighter against herself. Her perfume, scent and sweat permeating against him and vice versa. He seemed to notice this and quickly applied force to hold her back, turning the situation around so that she was the one against the wall now. Her arms stretched upward as he held her wrists, trying to catch his breath. "Rawr~. I didn't know you liked being the one in the lead~."
"R-Ryuko, we're on patrol! what are you doing here! we were supposed to wait for you at the bar!" the poor boy whispers in embarrassment. She just winks at him with amusement.
"I got bored. I wanted to see you..." She confesses to him, to look slightly shy. "I-I was wrong?"
Wrong. I mean, yes. Totally... She was supposed to behave like a grown, reasonable, adult woman. Being at work, having so much to supervise, control, manage... Unable to be able to share intimate time for God knows how long into the evening... Unable to talk freely about what they wanted...
"Fuck it..." He murmured kissing her quickly, which surprises her but she well receives and returns. She lifts herself up against the concrete, wrapping her legs around his hips who clams up as he holds her weight as he leans against the wall. She hugs the back of his neck with her elbows, holding him firmly against her body.
How the fuck could they hide everything that was going on right now? Tsuyu should be looking for him after his spontaneous disappearance... Would she have noticed? was something even distracting her? Uraraka would be more likely to look for him, knowing full well that-.
As he disconnects the communicator from his ear with his only free hand and a grunt as he hears murmurs of who knows what in it, Ryuko squeezes one of her breasts against the occupied hand and consequently receives a brain shock he never thought he'd feel in his damned life. His eyes riveted on her expressions as she bites her lip while trying to hold back her moans as he massages this one and his erection clung to her aggressively, his first sexual experience being burned into his eyes and soul...
Stop. They had to come to a complete stop. He comes to and stops, to which she gasps as she tries to catch her breath by looking to the left side of the alley, possibly from embarrassment. The green-haired man looks at the other side, thankful that there is no one in the vicinity. Anyway, the heroine had moved them both away from the initial route by a few meters.
They couldn't hide the sweat, the marks, what the fuck could they do? Izuku put on his mask and looked for a way to assess how Ryuko could cover herself, surprised to see her in perfect condition, smiling at her with amusement and some lust.
"H-How..." He stammered in surprise.
"I'm a dragoness, love. I have my tricks~." She winked at him as she stepped out into the street first on the side that seemed to be where she came from, shielding the wings of her transformation that seemed to appear abruptly. He turned back for a second, smiling at her again."See you at the bar~." She explained as she firmed up her dress, showing that the most uncomfortable thing on her were her buttocks, which apparently didn't forget the feeling of the boy's touch...
He came out the other side at that; sweaty, shaken, overwhelmed. If he could even define what the fuck had happened, no one would believe him. Tsuyu had apparently been intercepted by none other than Nejire who were surprised to see him come out of there, seemingly exhausted.
"Midoriya-kun!" the light blue-haired one was surprised, rushing closer as her breasts jiggle. Izuku is thankful that his underwear doesn't give away his aroused state or the erection in his pants couldn't be covered by the previous event. "We couldn't find you, and you weren't answering the communicator either..."
"Ah... I thought I saw something suspicious and when I went to look down from one of the roofs, I dropped it in the trash. I had to wait for them to move away to look for it... I think it broke." He showed sheepishly, either because of the blatant lie or because in the midst of his lust it seems he had shattered the device.
"Ryukyu-san already told us not to act alone." Tsuyu scolds him, being that her tongue seems to sense something, but doesn't give her time to acknowledge it as Nejire hugs both of them and sets about flying to the destination.
"Come on, let's enjoy what's left of the break, they're waiting for us there!"
And Izuku was seriously thinking how to kill his mini-Izuku before getting there...
...
He swallowed deeply as he adjusted his mask so that it wouldn't come off even if God demanded it. His mouth surely must have been relieved after so much kissing, but he didn't even want to expose himself to an unexpected or problematic surprise otherwise. He finger-combed his hair again, nervous that even that might give him away, despite his usual unruly hairstyle. His anguished gaze sees Uraraka talking to Ryuko who had just arrived and was bringing everyone's orders apparently.
"Here I brought them~!" Nejire announced with usual infectious happiness. The heroine looked at both of them, and Izuku knew perfectly well that it was more him he noticed as her smile tightened with amusement, in what her tongue furrows her lips in pleasure. He swallows deep at that.
"Perfect. Here it is a drink and a bit to eat." Announced the blonde as she set everything down on the table and sat down across from the boy who quickly knew he was in danger from her direct stare, which she quickly disguised as the rest of them settled in. Our guy gave her a begging look, reminding her of where they were. "How's the day going?"
"Kikai went off on his own again." Tsuyu stated to the embarrassment of the boy who made a groaning noise as he rubbed his arms against his thighs...An attempt to reduce the erection that was bothering against his pants. "And broke the communicator."
"I'm sorry..." Apologized the boy, totally embarrassed by the last thing she said. His look under the mask and hood only showed his uneasiness.
"It's okay, I needed an excuse really to buy better ones." Accented the heroine dismissing him. To then resume her seriousness. "But we talked about this, Kikai. You must stop acting on your own, even if with Nighteye you didn't either, you must understand that your team is there to assist you, just as you do the same with them... I put Tsuyu with you especially because of the versatility in her movement, allowing her to make monumental leaps since she progressed in her training to keep up with you."
"I will do my best not to repeat that. Sorry, Floppy." The frog shook her head nonchalantly and the heroine smiled reassuringly at that.
"Well... We don't have much time left, so enjoy the break as much as you can. We'll have community activity today."
"Okay!"
Izuku only sighed as he inwardly prayed never to repeat such an experience for the sake of his pants. Fortunately, time would dictate a better progress for their relationship going forward if all went well...
