Chapter 4
Star Line
Izuku: UA High School's hero course. A training school for those whose goal is to acquire necessary qualifications needed to become pro heroes.
Dash: Aka where the best of the best go to be the most awesomest hero they can be.
Izuku: Among similar courses across the country, theirs the most popular and most competitive, and their acceptance rate is one in three hundred every year.
Dash: Also in a nice way if you aren't good and you're trained less then a pea you're not getting in.
Izuku: That's the nice way of saying it.
There was the scene shift to All Might pumping his fist to the air before posing.
Izuku:The hero who refused a National Honor Reward-
Izuku: Number one hero, All Might.
A man with fire mostly all around his body stairs at the distance before posing.
Dash: The hero who resolved the most incidents in history, the fiery hero Endeavor.
A man in big jean up to nose runs his hand through his hair before posing
Izuku: The winner of the Best Jeanist award eight years in a row, Best Jeanist.
The scene changed to the UA sign.
Izuku: Graduating from UA is a requirement to becoming a pro hero.
Dash and Izuku were standing at the entrance of the exams building.
Izuku: And so, we also tackled the U.A entrance exam.
Izuku put on a determined look with Dash giving her signature toothy smile.
Izuku: I will…
They then start walking to the building.
Izuku: the first step for my dream to become a hero!
Dash: And kick villain butt!
Izuku: Yeah!
(Theme song)
Battle Center B
Izuku, Dash, and the rest of the participants are standing in front of the gates of the battle center
Male Participant: What is this? It looks like a city! UA has more of these. This is awesome!
Izuku was freaking out in the back of the group while Dash was doing some stretches.
Dash: Calm Izuku we haven't even entered it yet and you're freaking out.
Izuku was remembering Present Mike said about the robotic villains and how they're supposed to use their quirks to take them down.
Izuku: Mock Battles, how can everyone be so confident? Aren't they nervous? They even have equipment to work with their quirks…
Dash just stared at him with a deadpan expression and her hands on her hips.
Dash: You really have to have more confidence in yourself.
Izuku then spotted someone in the crowd, it was the same girl that saved him from falling.
Izuku: Oh it's that nice person we met at the gates Dash. The nice person she was assigned the same battle center as us.
Dash looked over and saw Izuku walking to her.
Izuku: Oh yeah I never got to thank her for earlier.
Dash: Well let's go talk to her.
She grabs onto Izuku's hand before they start walking . A hand was put on Izuku's shoulder before he turned around to see Tenya.
Izuku:He's here too?!
Dash: Oh no not him.
Tenya looks over to the girl.
Tenya: The girl appears like she's trying to focus. What are you doing here? Are you taking the entrance exam to interfere with everyone else?
Dash got into his face.
Dash: Hey we are trying to be heroes just like you, we aren't trying to interfere with anyone you-
Izuku put his hand over Dash's mouth and she struggled to get away from him.
Izuku: S-sorry about her you just got her riled up.
Dash:(Muffled) Let me go, I want to give him a piece of my mind!
Bald Male: Isn't that the guy who almost tripped at the entrance of the building? He winced when he was being called out but the girl looks like she feisty one.
Drill Hair Male: At least we have one less rival to worry about, right?
Everyone: Lucky for us~
Izuku: I feel like the others like that lucked out because I'm here…
PM: OK, START!
They look up to see Present Mike on a watch tower and Dash stopped struggling in Izuku arms.
PM: What wrong? There are no countdowns in a real fight! Run, run! The die has been cast, you know!
Izuku was still looking up when he turned around to see everyone else running.
Izuku: Im… Im behind already!
Dash: Come on Izuku!
"Star Line"
Dash met at Izuku because she's a very good friend and they were already behind everyone else.
Izuku: Calm down, calm down, everything fine, everything fine.
Flashback
He had a flashback where he ate the hair and Dash was wheezing on the ground because his face.
Dash:[Laughing] What if the hair just makes your hair longer and all over your body that'll be hilarious!
Izuku: Shut up Dash! All Might I don't feel anything.
All Might: Of course not! What do you think the stomach does?
Dash then appears wearing glasses.
Dash: Well the chemicals in his stomach will have to break down the hair and turn it to energy and send through your body in your blood, muscles, and even brain.
Izuku:(Sarcastic) Thank you for the explanation for that Dash.
She takes her glasses off and puts a hand on her head.
Dash: Always there to help my friend.
Izuku: Well we'd better hurry up, we gotta shower, and eat breakfast before the exam's.
Dash and Izuku put on their backpacks to leave when All Might stopped them.
All Might: you have become a proper vessel, but there one thing that was made in a hurry. You didn't take it for a test drive… prepare for the physical repercussion it'll have on your body.
Izuku: Huh?
All Might: I don't have time to explain in detail, so I'll just tell you this.
Flashback End
Izuku and Dash were still running along the streets of the city.
All Might: To use my court, One For All, squeezing your buttocks and yell this inside your heart-
All Might: S-
Izuku's thoughts were interrupted by a crashing of five robots coming through a building towards them. They stop immediately in their tracks.
Izuku: One points!
Dash got in front of Izuku and the blue screen appeared in front of her plus like eyes and she reached out her hand first her Samuraizer and it appeared in her hand.
Dash: Samuraizer! Go go samurai!
She then made the ice kanji (氷) and strikes it. She then appears in samurai grabs before spreading her hands out before spinning around with ice symbols appearing around her and she appeared in her samurai ranger suit without her mask. A sword appears in front of her she calls the Spin Sword before she catches it and shafts it. One of the kanjis flew in front of her and flew into her face making it her mask. She then opens the compartment in her belt and grabs a black disk inside before putting it on her sword and takes it out.
Dash: Samurai Ranger ready!
The symbols let up and she appears to Izuku and the robots in her samurai ranger form.
Dash: Ranger Together, Samurai Forever!
She then lifts the blade in front of her.
Dash: Ok Dash remember your training.
One of the robots comes rolling up to her trying to get the first strike but Dash slices off its arm before stabbing its chest.
Dash: Anyone else!
Two other one points came rushing at her and she dodged the first strike before it turned into a gun and shot at her. She found some cover where Izuku was and when it was reloading she jumped up and sliced it in half.
The other one punched her in the back sending her tumbling to the ground but she got back up and got into a defensive stance waiting for it to attack. When it did she blocked it punch with her sword and stroked it at its chest making it stumble a little. When it stopped it came rushing at her again and grinned through her mask.
Dash: Never got to use this.
She opens her compartment in her belt and takes out a white disk with a penguin on top of it and puts it in her sword and spins it and surrounds it with an icy wind.
Dash: Spin Sword, Glacier Crusher.
She strikes the robot, slicing it in half and posing. Izuku ran up to her and patted her on the back.
Izuku: That was an amazing Dash. It looks like you got four points.
Dash: Thanks Izuku- wait did you say four were there five of them?
The robot appeared in front of her before sending a punch at her but she immediately turned around and blocked it with her sword but it was at effort and sent her away a few feet and landed on the ground. The robot then went for Izuku next. Izuku cowered in fear before a beam pierced the one pointer.
?: Thanks for the distraction!
Izuku turns around to see a blond boy with very dance clothing. This was Yuga Ayoama.
Izuku: A laser?
Yuga: Merci! We make a good team. But I don't think we'll meet again.
He then ran away yelling "Adieu".
Izuku: We'll won't meet … again?
PM: Six minutes and two seconds left!
Dash immediately got back up and started running.
Dash: Cone on Izuku we gotta hurry!
Dash saw some three pointers in the corner of her eye and split off from Izuku to take care of them. She jumped up and kicked one in the chest before dodge rolling over another one's punch before slicing it haft. The other fired rockets at her but she dodge and sliced a few.
Dash: Come on Dash stay focus.
She then spins her primary disk and it starts glowing before she starts spinning it around turning into a Naginata.
Dash: Ice Naginata!
She puts her penguin disk into the start of the blade before getting into a fighting stance. The robots fired more rockets at her but she easily took care of them she rushed to one of them and horizontally slashing them in the chest making it stumble to another one making then both explode.
She turns to the last one and it fires multiple missiles around her but she spines her Naginata around emitting ice from it and freezing the missiles before picking one up and tossing it at the robot and making it explode on impact.
Dash: Wahoo! Take that you stupid robots.
A robot man appears offended at what she said.
Dash: No offense.
She then heard a scream from the right of her and saw a girl with green hair and her tongue sticking out being surrounded by two pointers and three pointers. This was Tsuyu Asui. She then ran up to one and kicked it in the back and grabbed Asui hand and brought a hand over something on her belt and brought out a white Octagon like box out with symbols on the front just like on her mask. It folded it a Penguin on a board she called a folding zord.
Dash: Go penguin!
The penguin went and used its board to slice through the robots and Dash using her Naginata surrounded in ice and stabs a robot in the chest freezing it. The folding zord returns her and nuzzles her nec
Dash: You ok?
Asui: Yeah, I'm alright thanks, um.
Dash: Dash Nashito.
Asui: Tsuyu Asui.
They both shook hand before being fired at by other robots. Dash Naginata changed back into her Spin Sword and rushed towards the robot and tried to slice its chest but it grabs her punches her in her gut and send her to a wall. She got back up and saw she was about to be fired at when tongue wrapped around her waist and started pulling her away from the robot attacks and kicked them into one another making them explode. Dash looks up and see Asui leaping beside her and held her a hand out for Dash to take and get back up.
Dash: That was amazing Asui-chan.
Asui: Please just call me Asui, ribbit
Dash Oh, ok.
They then felt a rumble coming and the earth started to shake.
Dash: What is that?
Asui: Um Dash.
Dash: Look behind you.
When Dash looked behind her she saw something that was as big as a skyscraper, the zero pointer.
Dash: That's a zero pointer! I knew they would be big, but not that big!
Asui: We gotta move.
They started to run away when Dash caught Izuku frozen in fear.
Dash: Izuku! Move your butt and run!
Izuku looked behind him and saw Dash calling out to him.
Izuku: This isn't funny! I have to run away! I'll get points while I…
The zero pointer was getting closer while he tried crawling away and he started to panic.
Izuku: Shoot, shoot, shoot, I still have zero points.
PM: Less than two minutes left!
Izuku: Two minutes! It'll be wasted. Everything All Might gave me… will be wasted!
Dash rushed towards him and grabbed him by the collar.
Dash: If you don't get up right now i'm gonna have to find another best friend if you get crushed!
?: Ow!
They both turned around to see Uraraka have her leg stuck under some rubble and the zero pointer slowly getting closer to her. Izuku and Dash looked at each other and remembered what she said when Izuku fell.
Uraraka: It'd be bad luck if you fell, right?
The robot was getting closer to Uruaka and Dash looked between them multiple times before smiling.
Dash: I finally get to use this!
She tosses her sword in the air before taking out her penguin folding zord and slams it on the grown. She takes out her samarizer and draws the kanji for "super" (超).
Dash: Penguin Folding Zord! Megamode Power!
Dash went into her Samurai Mega Mode form and jumped up and grabbed her sword before entering her zord which transformed into a giant penguin. When she enters her zord she folds her spin sword and puts it in the control, she puts her primary disk next in.
Dash: Let's do this penguin!
The zero pointer started punching at her but the penguin using it at more suitable speed got around them and striked it chest. The robot stumbles back before firing a rocket punch at her before Dash pushes in her sword making the penguin use its board like a shield but still gets hard sending it to the grown.
Dash: Ugh my first zord fight and I'm already losing…
The robot advanced toward Dash and Uruaka while Dash was trying to get back up. Izuku saw how they were struggling and jumped on his feet.
?: There is absolutely no merit in taking the faux villain.
Izuku runs to the cloud of dust and gets into a crouching passion.
?: But that creates an opportunity… for it to shine…
He jumps up his legs emitting red streaks. Uruaka and Dash look up into the air seeing him launch into the air.
Dash: Izuku!
Izuku pulled his arm back and it glowed red streaks in his arm.
All Might: Squeeze the buttocks…
All Might/Izuku: And yell what's inside your heart…
Izuku: Smash!
Izuku hit the zero pointer in its robotic face which left a huge blow in it. The robot was stumbling and Dash, who was back up at this point gleamed in happiness before ripping her sword out of the control.
Dash: Time to end this!
She pulled on the end of her sword which unfolds to her blade. Penguins then started sky surfing to the robot before spinning it board.
Dash: Megablade, Hail Storm! Strike!
Penguin's wings and board were covered in ice spinning and flew right through the robot making it freeze over and dropping to the ground.
Dash: Samurai Ranger victory is our.
We did it Izuku!
She looked over at Izuku to see him falling from the sky.
Dash: Izuku!
She put her sword back into the control and raced towards him.
Izuku
Izuku: Wait, these are All Might powers. He could jump this high. Landing should be a piece of cake.
He looks at his limbs to see that both of his legs and right arm are broken.
He then remembers what All Might told him about how he had to prepare his body for the power.
Izuku: A few month's is barely enough time. I can barely hold onto this borrowed power. I was being conceived for a second.
He was then having tears in his while he was getting closer to the ground
Izuku: I was given this power to stand at the start line!
He was now at building levels.
Izuku: Come on! Think! What to do?
He then remembers how All Might did a Detroit smash.
Izuku: Detroit Smash! If I aim it at the ground…! Both my legs and right arm are broken. I only have my left arm which means if I'm too early or too late in gonna die!
He pulls back his left arm.
Izuky: If I succeed I won't have any points if I break my left arm there no way I'll pass!
He was getting even closer to colliding into the ground when he got slapped in the face. It was Ururaka who slapped his face with a floating degree of the robot. When he reached the ground he started floating above the air before Uraraka released him and her to the ground. Penguin then landed on the ground Dash jumping out of it. It turned back to its miniature version and changed back into an optogan. Dash ran to Izuku's side.
Dash: Izuku ars ok?!
Izuku: Dash…
Dash: I'm here, Izuku. It's ok.
Izuku: Dash, she saved me.
Dash looks over to Uraraka and sees her limp on the robot arm.
Izuku: Is she alright? She doesn't seem so at least…?
Dash: I think she's fine just looks a little dizzy.
She then sees Izuku crawling to get a point before they both are Present Mike scream times up with sirens blaring. Izuku had a look of horror before he fainted.
Dash: IZUKU!
Everyone started gathering around him and seeing both him and Dash take down the zero pointer. Dash started to get irritated and demorphed. She grabbed Izuku and started walking away. They all moved out of the way and she kept on walking before Iida got in her way.
Dash: Move.
Iida: Wait can I say some?
Dash: I don't want to hear it.
She then started walking past him when he grabbed her shoulders.
Iida: Please listen I saw how you two defeated the zero pointer with your quirks back there and how you saw that girl in trouble and went to help without any hesitation. You two risked everything to save the girl and I just want to say…
That's when an old lady comes in with a nurse outfit and a pink visor comes from behind him. This was a Recovery girl. She gave out some gummies to one of the participants and went over to Dash and Izuku.
Recover Girl: Oh my you were hurt this much by your quirk. It's as if he wasn't used to his quirk yet.
Recovery Girl: Ok set him down sweetie.
Dash set Izuku to the grown and Recovery Girl kissed Izuku on the head making his broken limbs glow and fix them back up.
Dash: Thank you Recovery Girl.
RG: Oh so you know who I am?
Dash: Yeah you're the youthful hero Recovery Girl. Your quirk is mostly in the name you recover people's wounds and breaks. That's why UA gets to do these dangerous exams because you're here.
RG: That is correct so who needs any healing.
Dash then grabbed Izuku bridal style and started to walk home when she bumps into some.
Dash: Sorry.
?: Dash is that you?
Dash opened up her eyes to see Asui in front of her.
Dash: Sorry, Asui , it's my fault.
Asui: It's a fine ribbit, oh is this that kid that helped you take down that robot ribbit.
Dash: Yeah he is, I'm just taking him home.
Asui: Is he like your boyfriend?
Dash just stared at her before laughing.
Dash: Man you're like the second person to ask that today. No, he's just my best friend. I'll never date this guy.
Asui: Well I hope we can become friends.
Dash: Yeah sure Asui later.
She then walked out of the Battlecenter the screen fading to black.
Nashito Residents
Dash was looking at the door for several minutes until Nella threw a blue disk at her.
Nella: Dash you have to be patient it'll come now eat
Dash: Sorry mom I'm just really nervous if I get in or not.
Nella: Don't just stay calm and eat well my little hero.
Dash smiles, taking a bite out of her food before she hears a ring and the door and immediately gets out of her seat and goes to the door. Nella just shook her head.
Nella: That girl.
When Dash came back in she sat at the couch holding the UA letter.
Dash: Ok Dash this is all or never, this is the thing that'll change your life forever.
She open the envelope and takes out some kind of device.
Dash: What's this?
She props it on the table and it makes a hologram screen pop up revealing All Might.
All Might: Young Nashito hello.
Dash: All Might?
All Might: Young Nashito I actually came to town to become a teacher for UA.
Dash: WHAT?!
A man told All Might that they had to move on.
All Might: Oh come on I couldn't do this the first Tim's why can't I do it now. Ugh all right. Young Nashito I that you did pass the written exam but I regret to inform you that you did not pass the practical exam with only 14 points.
Dash was then put in shock. She thought she did a decent job getting villains, she even saved two people.
All Might: Is what I would say if it wasn't for your rescue points!
She looks up with tears in her eyes and see that her 14 point score bumped up to 67 points and sees she above Tenta Iida.
All Might: Congratulations thanks to Ururaka you welcome to UA Dash Nashito!
Dash started to bawl on the couch with tears of happiness.
Dash: I'm in… IM IN!
Nella hugged her daughter, also crying.
Nella: I'm so proud of you Dash.
Dash then got a call on her phone and saw it was Izuku she picked up and what she heard made her cry even more.
Izuku: Dash I'm in!
Dash: What happened then was what changed my life for the better to become a true hero or should I say Power Ranger.
The End
