Ah, Camp Wawanakwa. Green, claustrophobic, isolating, bug infested Wawanakwa. Chris stands on the docks as usual, microphone in hand for the first time ever. "On today's very special episode of Total Drama Island.. You've been watching Gwen, Heather, Duncan, Eva and Owen make their way to the final five!"
Chris stands outside of the cabins. Eva punches a hole in a punching bag on the porch of the girls cabin. Heather runs out of the communal washroom, a bear following her with a roar behind her as she screams for help. Gwen tries to draw but is interrupted when Heather comes her way, so both of them run from the bear towards the confessional, while Duncan fishes and catches a wild Owen, covered in leeches.
"It's been a looong seven weeks. So, we decided to give our weary finalists the day off to contemplate how far they've gotten, and enjoy all the campgrounds have to offer. But what happens to the campers after they've walked the dock of shame, boarded the Boat of Losers and left the camp?"
Cut!
Chris peaks from behind a totem pole. "Where are these rejects living?"
Cut!
Chris stands on the cliff from episode one. "How are they spending their time?"
Cut!
"And who do they think deserves to win the hundred grand?" Chris holds up a suitcase full of cash with his face branded on the center and the number 100,000 underneath him at the bonfire.
Cut!
Chris opens the door to his own personal trailer. "The losers are about to let it all hang out!"
(Confessional: Chris)
"And you won't wanna miss a word!"
(Confessional end)
Chris sits on a jet ski, fake grin as always plastered on his face. "Coming up.. On Total.
Drama.
Island!"
He speeds away.
The theme song plays over an intro sequence.
The first shot depicts Wawanakwa in full, leading up to a giant cliff and zooming past McLean as he sips a coffee before diving into the water below the cliff.
Dear Mom and Dad, I'm doing fine.
You guys are on my mind.
We see Ezekiel under water, watching Geoff and Bridgette with a downtrodden look on his face, both of which are staring longingly into each other's eyes until an eagle picks Geoff up by his shoulders and carries him off. Bridgette tries to reach for him, watching him fly away with concern.
You asked me what I wanted to be and now I think the answer is plain to see
I wanna be famous.
The eagle drops Geoff down as it soars past the sun. He falls down a few tree branches before landing in DJ's arms, who seconds prior was enjoying nature and the copious animals around him. The animals get violent and attack as soon as their peace is disturbed. DJ and Geoff scream as the former runs with the latter in his arms away from the vicious animals.
Duncan laughs hysterically at the scene, but Courtney glares at him with disapproval, causing him to stop.
I wanna live close to the sun
So pack your bags cause I already won.
Heather is in a canoe with Beth and LeShawna going down the stream. Beth is in the middle, trying to separate the two from dueling. The canoe ends up careening off of the stream and down a waterfall, which makes the teens fall to the water below, passing by Harold as he practices a few fighting poses on a dangerously positioned log overlooking the falls. As he stretches his arms and legs out in a dorky position, Izzy swings in on a vine and knocks into him, bumping directly into an outhouse housing Lindsay, who falls out with her skirt around her ankles.
Everything to prove
Nothing in my way
I'll get there one day
Cause I wanna be famous.
Inside the mess hall kitchen, we see Chef preparing some disgusting green soup with his bare hand dipped into the pot. He looks behind him at a tied up Owen and Noah, both looking petrified of whatever Chef is concoting for them. In the mess hall itself, Eva arm wrestles Tyler, easily beating him and dislocating his arm.
Outside on the beach, Sadie and Katie coo over Justin, who is looking at himself in between two mirrors. He winks at one, his teeth glistening.
Na-na-na-na-na-na
Na-na-na-na-na-na-na-na-na-na
We get a good look at the polluted, muggy, teal waters of Wawanakwa, a few seagulls fighting over a cellphone. Katie swims for it, with Sadie watching from the sand anxiously, but the skinny brown clone of her best friend ends up being terrorized by a shark and swims back to shore as fast as she can.
I wanna be, I wanna be
I wanna be famous!
Back on the dock of shame, we see Justin strut to the edge before ripping his shirt off, water from the shark splashing towards Katie drenching his perfectly chiseled muscles. He flexes as the camera goes up and transitions from day to night, then comes back down at the campfire ceremony.
I wanna be, I wanna be
I wanna be famous!
Trent is playing his guitar for Gwen, who is entranced by him. He leans forward, a warm smile on his face. As they inch closer, Cody gets between them and places a hand on both of their shoulders, smiling dorkily. The rest of the cast whistles the chorus of the theme song as the camera zooms out to capture them all sitting around the bonfire. The logo appears above them.
Total Drama Island:
The Creeps Cut
Created by VoiceFromUnderTheCovers and Crimson Candy.
Chris arrives at a resort that we've certainly seen before. He parks his jet ski by the dock, which hosts a few rental boats, lawn chairs with umbrellas and a stairway all the way toward the lobby, which would then bring you into the actual resort. "Welcome to Playa Des Losers! The all inclusive, luxury resort where our campers are sent after being brutally voted out of the game and accept their fates as reality show has-beens."
Chris jumps onto the dock and walks up the stairs with us. "When the clock strikes 10:00 PM tonight, we'll have a sit-down with the entire loser cast, to finally determine that sweet, sweet jury vote and see who gets eliminated from Total Drama Island this week."
The resort is gorgeous. Coconuts grow from imported palm trees, a big in-ground pool surrounds a tiki bar in the middle of it all, lawn chairs perfect for lounging and/or tanning are abundant, a grill for whoever needs it, a jacuzzi that is currently occupied by a pair of blondes, and a buffet table is readily available outside of the giant hotel that houses the seventeen eliminated contestants and the staff who live here too.
Tyler and DJ play frisbee while Lindsay and Beth watch by their tanning chairs, Harold and Cody chat away by the grill as Cody cooks up some hotdogs, LeShawna and Trent sit next to each other to soak in the sun and discuss whatever they're discussing, Courtney, Geoff and Bridgette enjoy a virgin drink with their feet in the pool, Ezekiel writes down something on a piece of paper while sitting at a bench and munching on chips, and lastly, Sadie, Katie and Noah sit together at the tiki bar while Justin gets ready to jump off of the diving board into the pool.
He makes a perfect dive, checking his gorgeous, wet hair in the pink mirror he keeps.. Somewhere in his bathing suit. He smiles, his teeth shining. Sadie and Katie can't help but fawn by their seats, sipping kiwi smoothies from cups.
"Ah.. he is so cute!" Sadie muses, finding herself lost in his eyes. Justin swims toward the group, keeping the smile on his face. She nearly faints, falling back into the water with a yelp. The water from her fall splashes all over Noah's white shirt. It's clear he doesn't like showing skin.
"Get my shirt wet, why don't you?"
"Oops! Sorry, Noah. You guys should come in, it's sooo- Ow!" Sadie flinches, climbing onto her chair again. "Oh my gosh! There's a shark in the water!"
"Haha, that's a new one." Justin chuckles, sitting down next to Katie just before Izzy pops her head out of the water.
"Boo! Hahaha!"
Katie scoffs. "Izzy, was that you who bit Sadie?"
"Aaaand, so what if it was? She totally flipped out when she got bit! It was hilarious! Hahahaha!" Izzy cackles. Noah looks at the girls and spins his finger around his temple, mouthing 'coo-coo'.
"Hey, Izzy. Interesting seeing you here." Justin says, staring down at her.
Izzy turns to him. "Justin."
There's a tension filled pause that permeates around the group as Justin and Izzy glare at each other.
"Okay bye!" Just as fast as she appeared, Izzy dives into the water.
"She is one cooky little weirdo. Don't believe a thing she says, ladies. Mind if I get a drink?" Justin waves down the bartender, who nods and throws a Sprite his way. He picks it up and nods. "Thanks, my man." He takes a glug, both girls watching as the fluid leaks down his chin and burns his abs, fawning over him with dreamy sighs.
"Nice to know the male beauty standard just keeps getting higher and higher." Noah states, eye rolling.
"The standard is like a 5, Noah.. don't fault us for appreciating the 10s." Sadie mutters.
"No.. 11s..~" Katie corrects.
Ezekiel, wearing a shaggy black beanie, orange shades, a golden chain with an E on it, and tanlines all over his body, approaches Trent and LeShawna.
"Yo, yo, T-dog! Mind reviewing these sick lines for me, homes?"
Trent and LeShawna look between each other. She can barely contain her laughter. "What on earth are you wearing?"
"Yo, like the drip? I picked it up from the lost n'd found, dog." He gloats. LeShawna snorts.
"I can see that."
"Uh… Sure, man. I'll take a look at it." Trent grabs the piece of paper from Zeke's hands and begins to read it. "Bridgette, my homegirl, come with me, ditch Geoff, get zest and smoke some green..? Aw, dude..!" Trent crumples the paper up before tossing it behind his shoulder. "Trust me, this is NOT how you make your feelings known."
Zeke frowns. "It's not? But Master Chef spit some game at me."
"HE DID WHAT?!" LeShawna cackles, sitting up to hold her head as she laughs uncontrollably.
He furrows his brows at her mocking. Trent rubs the back of his neck awkwardly. "Hey, look, if I can do anything better just tell me. I just wanna hookup with Bridgette so bad."
"Dude, dude..!" He warns, waving his hands. LeShawna's eyes go wide.
"Oh my god! Bridgette? You know she's taken right?" She says in between laughter.
"Well, yeah, I mentioned that in my fire beats."
LeShawna shakes her head. "Ezekiel.. You are one messed up white boy. Trent, aren't you telling him how sucky it is to be a cheater?"
Trent rolls his eyes. "Ugh, do we have to talk about that right now?"
"It's kinda relevant, so yes." LeShawna replies.
"Whatever, homes. Y'all probably just want some sicker rhymes so that Bridgette swoons for me completely. I understand-io. Later, haters." He walks away, throwing up sign language that neither can understand. LeShawna giggles under her hand.
Trent slaps his face in his hands in defeat. "Alright, I just wanted to help him out with his feelings. I had no idea Chef would tell him to become a wannabe rapper. Is that so wrong?"
"I ain't blaming you, dude. Look, I need to talk to you." She leans on her side too, her curvy hips creating a mountain that Harold can't stop looking at as Cody talks his head off.
"...And we actually started talking after that! The fanmail is insane, but having a cute drummer hit me up all these years after middle school? It's been like, a dream come true!" Cody sighs, flipping a dog or two as they sizzle.
"I know what you mean. If you can believe it, I was a virgin my whole life until I met LeShawna. Isn't she gorgeous..?" Harold asks, already knowing his answer.
"Oh yeah, dude, you dimed a baddie! Hey, what does she do for you anyway?" Cody raises his eyebrows suggestively, bumping his arm with his elbow.
Harold looks around before leaning in. "She gives me full access. I can do anything I want! But really, I prefer to do whatever she wants. She calls me daddy.. Hehe." He whispers into his ear.
"Dude, chills! You are the maestro on this island! Geoff's the only other guy here getting any play."
"What about Tyler?"
"Dude, crickets. I ask him what Lindsay can do, and he's all stonewall. Just like, 'nope, that's inappropriate. Sorry.' which is like, whatever, you know?" He shrugs his tiny shoulders.
"Yeah.. but seriously, Cody. I'm in love with her. I think I'm gonna tell her how I feel soon. Maybe after dinner tonight." Harold muses, looking up and biting his lip dreamily.
"I say go for it. She probably loves you too, H-Bomb." Cody picks up a plate and puts the dogs onto it.
"Awesome…"
"Alright, who wants my wieners? Don't all you ladies come up at once, there's plenty of meat to go around." Cody shouts, waving around the plate with a grin on his face. Bridgette and Courtney scoff, rolling their eyes.
"What a creep." Courtney mutters.
"Seriously." Bridgette replies. They both laugh.
"So… Courtney. You watch any recent episodes?" Geoff asks, grinning.
Courtney blushes. A flashback of the Geoffardy challenge plays, with Gwen confessing everything Courtney told her and the other girls about Duncan, followed by the scene from Trial By Tri-Armed Triathlon where Duncan carves DxC into the Courtney head.
"...I have." She says carefully.
"You don't have to say anything with the cameras on, Court. Geoff's just trying to be a good wingman." Bridgette replies, holding Geoff's hand whilst playfully smacking his arm. He chortles.
"Not like he needs it. Dude's got it all. Good looks, style, the ability to party-"
"Okay, okay, enough.. Yes, Duncan has been.. Sweet lately. But I'm not gonna let that distract me from what he did when he won that reward." Courtney folds her arms, clamming up.
Geoff jumps to his bro's defense. "He didn't do anything. He got a bit cocky, yeah, but-"
"But nothing. He may have cleared the air with Gwen, but I wanna hear an apology from him to me when the time comes." She declares.
Geoff scratches the back of his neck. "Right.. sorry."
"I know you're just trying to be a good friend. You're fine. It's him I have issue with."
"But you still like him, right?" Geoff asks.
"Babe, come on.. You don't have to answer, Courtney. This is your first boyfriend ever, and the conditions are pretty wonky."
"Of course I do. That time we spent together during Chef's insane challenge? I've never been happier, really. But like I said, I'm not forgiving him until he apologizes to me."
"I get that. Good on you to staying true to yourself, Court."
Just as they finish chatting about that particular issue, a frisbee comes flying over their heads, which Tyler jumps up to get, catching it but falling right into the water. Courtney, Bridgette and Geoff are all hit by the ensuing splash, Noah laughing at them from his drier spot. In response, Courtney kicks water his way, drenching his shirt enough to make it see-through. Sadie and Katie then laugh at him.
Tyler pops out of the water, panicking. "AH! H-help! I-I'm drowning!" He sinks back down, bubbles floating up as he does so. Lindsay stands up in a panic.
"Oh my gosh! DJ, save Tyler!" She yelps. DJ nods, putting on a life jacket and putting Bunny down in a chair next to Trent before sprinting into the pool, jumping into it to save his friend. Both guys are concealed underwater, with everybody who cares crowding around the pool to see if they come out. Tyler comes out, carrying a faint DJ all the way to a lawn chair, where he helps get the water out of his lungs. DJ coughs himself back to life, shaking.
"T-thanks, man.."
"Don't mention it."
"Oh thank god. I was sooo worried." Beth says, holding her beating chest. Lindsay squees, running in front of Beth with a letter.
"Oh my gosh, forget about everything right now!"
"What is it, Linds?" Katie asks eagerly.
"Did my royalties finally come in? I should be getting paid just to sit here, don't you ladies agree?" Justin questions with a flex of his abs. Sadie and Katie fawn. Noah rolls his eyes and gags mockingly.
"True.." Lindsay adds, biting her lip, but quickly falls out of her trance. "No, but look! My sister wrote me a letter, which is like, so adorable! But in the letter, she included a magazine, and in that magazine? Is me!" She opens the magazine fully, showing off a totally hot picture accompanied by a caption all about the blonde.
"Oh my gosh.. They make you look even prettier in the tabloids." Beth compliments, standing up to get a better look at the picture.
"I know, right? Maybe if I get work done on my boobs, or lip injections, I can be on the cover!" Lindsay squeals.
"EEEEHHHH! SO PROUD! EEEEEEEEEHH!" Sadie and Katie scream in unison. Justin winces at their siren voices.
"EEEEEH! Congratulations, you just peaked. It's all downhill from here, honey." Noah mocks.
"Hey, Noah, wiener?" Cody lowers himself down to his knees, offering a hotdog to his buddy.
Noah shrugs. "Eh, why not?" He grabs the dog and wraps his lips around the tip of it before chewing down on it. "Mm.."
"Good, right?" Cody asks.
"Mm, exquisite." Noah smiles for the first time ever in this entire episode that isn't at somebody else's expense.
Izzy pops up from the water. "Oh my gosh, that's adorable!"
Noah and Cody both look at her. "What is?" Noah asks.
"You two make such a cute couple!" Izzy exclaims as loud as she can, her hands cupped together against her temple adoringly.
"Oh my gosh, Noah's gay?" Sadie asks. Noah and Cody blush, both embarrassed. Noah growls while Cody stands up and slowly backs away to let his friend take the heat.
"I always got that vibe from him! I have such a good gaydar." Katie gloats, holding Sadie's arm.
"I AM NOT GAY!" Noah shouts back defensively.
"Suuuureeee, buddy, suuure! And I'm totally fully clothed right now." Izzy replies.
"..Uh, you are, right?" Sadie asks.
Izzy shrugs, diving back into the water. Sure enough, nothing. Her crotch, in all of its orange, hairy glory, is exposed to the contestants unfortunate enough to witness it, as well as her freckled ass. Sadie, Katie, Noah, Courtney, Bridgette and Geoff all go wide eyed, with Geoff being the only one to find it funny.
"I can't believe I dated that." Justin mutters, pinching the bridge of his nose embarrassingly.
LeShawna sighs. "So yeah. I think I'm gonna break things off."
"I don't get it. You meet a guy you really click with, from interests in beatboxing and dancing, to fashion sense to even the kinks you guys share, which stay between us." Trent says, LeShawna nodding appreciatively. "And you wanna throw it away… because people at home might judge you?"
"Look, I don't expect you to understand, but rep means a lot where I come from. I like Harold, don't get me wrong. He's a cutie, and like you said, we get along well. But we need to stay friends. I just.. Can't be seen with him like that." LeShawna explains, guilt in her smoldering brown eyes.
"Ouch. Poor guy's gonna get his heart broken."
"I know.. Maybe he'll take it well?"
"He's gonna want more, LeShawna. You see the way he dotes on you."
"I do.. But what could he possibly ask for?"
"Friends with benefits? Maybe?"
"I can't. He's just gonna have to accept us staying friends. Oh, but what should I say to let him down easy?" She asks worriedly.
"'Hey, I know you're in love with me and I really like you too, but my friends and family think we're freaky, so let's just be awkward friends.' That might work." Trent teases, smirking.
"Ugh. Don't make me feel bad now." LeShawna closes her eyes in shame.
"Hey, you do it to me all the time. That's what friends are for. I'm just looking out for you." Trent states playfully.
"Thanks, Trent." She sarcastically says, standing up to find Harold.
Chris approaches Lindsay, sitting on Tyler's lap while tracing her finger against his muscular chest, while Beth watches them, a mud mask on her face. "Hey, Lindsay, Beth. I have a question for you."
"What's up, Chip?" Lindsay asks.
"It's Chris, Lindsay." Tyler corrects before getting right back to butterfly kissing her cheeks.
"Oh yeah, right." She says with a giggle.
"What would you two say you learned from your experience on the island?" Chris asks.
"Ooh, easy! Never trust someone who wants to get someone as gorgeous as Justin eliminated. Sure, he said some mean things about Cody, but he's also a gorgeous model. He's forgiven in my eyes." Beth answers, swooning over Justin even if the cucumbers on her eyes obstruct her view of him.
"I learned that if you're going to have a 'best friend' that makes all of your decisions for you, you should make sure they're not a total jerk!"
Next up is Noah, who is now no longer wearing his shirt as he sips a pina colada. Chris questions, "Hey, Noah, how does it feel not to be in the final five?"
"I mean, I went out on my own terms, but I tried to warn people about Heather and they ignored me. Apparently I wasn't dangerous, manipulative or angry enough to make it through. You can't say I wasn't a team player, though."
A flashback to Dodgebrawl plays, where Noah tells his team "Way to throw those murder-balls. Go team go!" Sarcastically.
Chris aims the camera at Sadie and Katie. "You two have quite the rabid fanbase. How did you manage to patch things up online after the scandal?"
"Oh my gosh, that was so horrifying!" Sadie says, holding Katie's hand in solidarity.
"So horrifying! So many creeps ended up with my nudes and spread them like wildfire all over the internet! Luckily, my mom has been there before, and so she called the cyber crimes division thingy and totally got all those posters arrested forever!" Katie explains emotionally. Not that emotionally, though.
"Yeah, Katie's mom is so nice!" Sadie cheers.
"Oh but nowhere near as nice as your mom! Remember when she paid for our bus from New York to Churchill and it was like four hundred bucks?" Katie asks excitedly.
"Oh my gosh, I do!" Sadie nods.
"Erm.. That's it?" Chris asks anticlimactically.
"Oh yeah, and we decided to start up our own Youtube channel when the show is over, make less short form content so more people can see more Sadie…"
"...And Katie!" They hug each other obsessively.
"You guys are adorable. Mind if I cameo in one of your videos?" Justin asks, leaning forward.
Both girls faint, falling into the water. "Justin! The un-cancellable man! How do you do it?" Chris asks, panning the camera his way.
"One word, Chris: Dermatologist. Or is that two words? Anyway, he sent me a little video a while back that totally set me straight. From now on, Justin is 100% PC, baby." Justin leans back, hands on his hips and teeth shining.
"I like your style. That's what makes the cheddar nowadays." Chris replies.
"Oh my gosh, seriously?" Courtney whispers, giggling between Geoff, DJ and Bridgette. Chris turns to them, raising his brow.
"Oh yeah, we've been planning it ever since your elimination episode." DJ replies, snickering behind his hand.
"You guys are something else." Bridgette says, shaking her head with a smile.
"Same to you, babe." Geoff interlocks his fingers with Bridgette's. She smirks, her arms wrapping around her back and head.
"Wanna head to the jacuzzi, alone?" Bridgette whispers into his ear. Geoff nods excitedly, standing up with her. Courtney recoils.
"Oh, guys, come on." She blurts out in disgust.
"Let 'em have their moment, I'll keep you company." DJ says, watching them go. Geoff mouths a thank you as they walk away. Chris sits next to Courtney and DJ.
"Cooourtneeey, haha, my favorite contestant-"
"You can't weasel your way out of this lawsuit, McLean. I asked to be returned to the competition fair and square after Harold cheated, and you never did." She glares at the host angrily. DJ folds his arms in protest against Chris.
"Hey, I'm just trying to protect you! Your fans would turn on you for sure if you came back for no good reason."
"Tell that to Izzy's fans. Or Eva's! She made the final five. She could win the whole thing!" Courtney complains.
"Look, Courtney, I just wanted to ask DJ what was so funny." Chris says. She rolls her eyes, pulling out her phone to dial up her lawyers. She stands up and walks away.
"Oh that? That's a surprise." DJ states, smirking.
"Come on.. Didn't your Momma ever teach you that holding secrets was wrong? She's gonna see this, you know." Chris grins, hoping to get him to spill.
"And? Mama also told me that privacy is the last semblance of security in the world. Things get more and more dangerous each year, but anything I want private, can be private." DJ states firmly, raising his nose.
"Fine, ya big baby. Whatever. Be boring." Chris stands up and walks away grumpily.
"Gladly." Bunny climbs into DJ's lap, accepting pets and nuzzles from him gracefully. Courtney comes back, scratching under his ear after sitting back down next to DJ.
Noah looks at Justin suspiciously. Justin looks up at him. "What's up, man?"
"I'm onto you, pretty boy." Noah says.
"What?"
"There's something sinister about you, aside from the whole Hollywood sleazebag celebrity thing you've got going on." Noah replies, looking him up and down with squinted eyes.
"Noah, I'm hurt. I thought you liked me.." Justin tightens his fist against his chest. Izzy pops up from the water and leans over Noah's lap.
"Don't listen to him, Noah, and whatever you do, don't look into his eyes too long!" She urges, pointing at Justin with furrowed brows. Noah rolls his eyes and sighs.
"I'm not attracted to men, that's not going to work on me."
"Are you sure..? Cause.. You're the hottest guy on the island, Noah." Justin muses, scooting over into Katie's seat with a bite of his bottom lip.
"Ugh." Noah leaves the tiki bar, walking towards the lawn chairs. Justin watches him go before glaring at Izzy.
"You proud of yourself?"
"Ah, eyes!" She dives back into the water quickly. Justin sips his drink.
Geoff and Bridgette make out in the hot tub, the bubbles really burning the two up. As the steam encapsulated their passionate experience, Ezekiel rocks his chain toward them, stripping his shoes and socks off to jump in across from them. He clears his throat, earning the attention of Geoff as his eyes widen.
"Hey, shawty, I got something to spit at you."
Bridgette stops kissing Geoff, looking behind her at him. "Um… what?"
Ezekiel's face flushes nervously. He worms his way out of the hot tub, leaving his script in the water to crumple up and deteriorate as he runs away. Geoff and Bridgette look at each other, shrug and continue making out, sinking below the water.
LeShawna spots Harold talking with Cody on a bench, showing off his Magic cards. "And this one once carried my entire team through a pavilion of goblins and sorcerers. Duku stood no chance against Jake the Great and Powerful." Harold gloats.
"Cool.. We should play sometime! Maybe get Noah and LeShawna involved too!" Cody replies enthusiastically.
"She seems a little avoidant on the subject of table-top games, but I'm sure with enough convincing, she'd easily fold. No pun intended." Harold quips.
"Hey, baby." LeShawna greets, coming up to him while rubbing her arm nervously and avoiding eye contact.
"LeShawna! We were just talking about you, my fair and beautiful." Harold jumps into her arms, hugging her neck as she unsteadily holds him up.
"Uh.. Cody, you wanna give us some privacy for a few minutes?" LeShawna asks, looking toward the twig boy. He cringes.
"Uh oh." He stands up. "Uh, good luck, dude." Cody walks away, rubbing the back of his neck.
"Ooh, are we going upstairs? You know I can't have sexual intercourse on Sunday's, that's my game night. But the afternoon? I'm all yours." He growls like a tiger.
"Look, Harold.."
"Oh, me and Cody wanted to know, would you wanna play Magic the Gathering with us sometime? Or maybe Dungeons and Dragons? You could make your own character, with her own backstory and traits and weapons, and we could totally form the greatest campaign that ever was." He smiles ear to ear. She sighs.
"Harold, I gotta be honest with you… this isn't working out."
"What..?" He climbs down to stand in front of her, dumbfounded.
"I.. don't think we can be together anymore." LeShawna scratches the back of her head, guilty faced.
"Oh… Why?"
"Just.. I think I lost feelings, ya know? Don't get me wrong, you're amazing, and I really really liked you, but we rushed into this thing way too fast. I was caught up in the heat of the moment, and honestly..? I'm not sure if I made the right choice. I'm so sorry, baby." She lowers her head sadly.
"Oh… Um, okay. Can we still be friends and hang out and stuff?"
LeShawna smiles, relief washing over her as she looks into his eyes. "Harold, you are the zaniest, weirdest, corniest boy I've ever met. Yes, of course we can."
"Cool! Does that mean we can still make-out?" He grins. She scoffs.
"What? No! Ugh, look I gotta go." She walks away, frustrated.
"I'll win you back, LeShawna! You can't resist me forever!" he shouts in her direction, just before lowering himself into a slump sadly. Cody comes up behind him and gives his shoulder a supportive hand.
"There, there, buddy.."
Chris pops up in frame. "Yowch! That hurt to watch. We're gonna take a short break. Will Harold really be able to win back LeShawna? Who do these clowns think should win? And who do they think should go home? Find out after the break!"
Chris holds the camera up to his face. "Welcome back, fans and friends! Time for the Q&A section of the episode! First up, Noah: how would you characterize your experience on the show as a whole?" He aims the camera towards Noah, who was nose deep in a book before Chris interrupted him.
"God, are you always on? It was uneventful, alright?" Noah says. Izzy jumps out.
"He kissed a guy!" For some reason, she's holding a dead fish.
"No I didn't!" Noah defensively barks.
"Diiiiid!"
"Did. Not!"
"Did did did did, did did did did, did did did did did!" She sing-songs, bringing Noah's blood to a boil.
Trent leans into camera view, sitting down at the bar with the others. "Hey, I was there, I can confirm what happened.. He totally did."
A flashback of Cody and Noah's kiss is shown to the viewers. Noah hides in his book, unable to stop blushing. "I have.. No comment!"
Chris pans the camera toward Trent. "So, Trent.. If you could say something to one of the five remaining campers, who would it be and what would you say?"
His eyes go wide as he thinks about it. "Oh, wow, uh.. I guess I'd tell Gwen that I was rooting for her, and… I miss her."
A flashback of Trent's elimination and parting words to Gwen plays. "She's special.. And I'll never take her for granted again. I think I'm in love with her."
Katie and Sadie lean in and collectively go "Aweeeee..!" as the bartender gives Trent a soda. He opens the can and sips from it.
"Gwen was still totally into you when I was on the show, which is like, so weird to me since you're a confirmed shitty cheater who kissed Heather when you had zero evidence that she was a bad person!" Izzy points at him judgingly.
"I was paranoid, and insecure! I never denied that. Look, I'm a shithead, alright? My dad tells me, my mom certainly makes me feel like one, and now you guys remind me all the time. I get it. It's cool. I just wanna move on, and I'm sure she does too." He drinks his can, then crushes it against his head and stands up. "I'm gonna go take a shower. Tell me when the jury votes happening, hey Chris?"
"You got it, my man, Yeesh, tough crowd." Chris tugs at his collar as Trent leaves for the hotel. The host walks toward another contestant for another question. He finds LeShawna eating a sandwich by herself as she scrolls through her phone. "LeShawna! Who do you think deserves to lose the most out of the final five?"
"Isn't it obvious? Heather. She's a conniving, manipulative, backstabbing bitch with no care in the world for anybody but herself. And she got into Harold's mind about going off against me. I ain't forgetting that anytime soon, and I already know she's got my vote tonight."
"Wow. Tell us how you really feel." Chris teases.
"I just did. Leave me alone, McLean." LeShawna shoos him away.
Chris laughs. "Touchy! Hey, Ezekiel, how do you feel about Heather?" He pans the camera to the homeschool, who's currently feeling sorry for himself on a chair. He looks up at the camera.
"Heather? I dunno. She's mean, eh, fo' shizzle. But um.. Honestly she's the smartest contestant left. Plus, she totally promised to cut us in if we didn't vote for her. I'm more worried about Eva gettin' rich and hunting me down, eh. She's terrifying."
The camera cuts to Courtney, her finger on her bottom lip. "Heather is a formidable opponent, but with that said she uses cheap tricks to get her way that I would never sink to. Like.. getting Sadie to try and kill me, maybe? Plus, she helped get me eliminated with Harold. For that, she's going down."
DJ adds, "I gotta agree. Yeah, Eva might be anti-social, and Duncan may be rough around the edges, but Heather is truly the worst person left in the game. Now, I think she can become better! But she's gonna have a lotta work to do in order to make that happen."
Harold's next. "Huh? I'm not crying!" He wipes away whatever liquidy substance was on his freckled cheeks, sniffling. "What was the question? Oh yeah, Heather. Well, she was definitely the scariest female on the island. Scariest and maybe the sexiest too after LeShawna.. You know. I don't hate her like everyone else does, but yeah, she probably shouldn't win. I'm team Owen, personally."
Chris walks up to Lindsay, Beth and Tyler. "So, Tyler, Lindsay, Beth! Gimme your takes on Heather."
"God, where do I begin? Trying to split me and Lindsay up, manipulating my friends to do her bidding, and ruining Trent and Gwen's relationship? She's a dirty player, and there's nothing worse than that." Tyler states firmly.
"She's really mean. Like, really mean. I'm just glad I got to go off on her before I got booted off." Lindsay's berating of Heather plays for the audience, regarded around by fans as the highlight of the season. "That's what they talked about in my cute little photo! Isn't that amazing?"
"Oh, yes! Your tirade against her was so empowering! But the greatest moment I had on the show was when I kicked her butt after she got me eliminated. That was sooo much fun!" Beth enthuses, reminiscing as a flashback displays her vicious assault on Heather.
"I loved that for you!" Lindsay replies.
Sadie and Katie sit next to each other, hands on each other's laps. "Okay, we have like, so many thoughts on Heather."
"So many, oh my gosh, you first!" Katie responds eagerly.
"Okay, okay, so I really didn't like her because she was mean to Lindsay and Beth, but then she was super nice to me for like no reason! I think beneath all of the stuff she goes through, and the competitiveness of the game, she's really nice! People just need to see the nice in her, that's all!" Sadie explains, smiling sweetly.
"You know what's crazy?" Katie says.
"What?"
"I was going to say the exact same thing!" Katie exclaims.
Sadie gasps. "Oh my gosh, we're like, soul bonded! Eeeh!" She squeezes her arm lovingly. Katie hugs her back.
Chris sits in front of Courtney and DJ. "Courtney… who do you want to win it all?"
"Who would I like to win..? Ah.. I can't believe I'm saying this, but I think I'd have to pick… Duncan." A montage of their sweetest moments plays, from the accidental cuddling, to their hug in Phobia Factor, to their custard battle in the cooking challenge, to their food robbery in Basic Straining to their big kiss. She fondles the skull ornament he made for her, smiling fondly. She looks up at DJ. "Don't tell the others, though. Okay?" Before he can even reply, Izzy butts in.
"Oh, we already know." Izzy, Cody, Sadie, Katie, Ezekiel, Lindsay, Tyler and Beth all eavesdrop around her. "You were all over him!"
"My golden retriever drools less over a rib-eye steak." Noah teases.
"And… sorry for eavesdropping." Lindsay apologizes. Courtney groans, folding her arms.
"Duncan? Man that is one tough dude. He's sensitive though, you know? He puts up an act. Yeah, he can be mean, but he's my buddy. I look up to him in a way. Like a big brother." DJ adds.
"Aw, that's so sweet!" Beth cooes.
Meanwhile, Harold does not feel similar feelings. "Duncan? I hate that guy! He made me pee my pants, and nearly killed me when I broke his stupid knife. He fed me kitchen grease and pretended it was apple juice, and he's probably the biggest asshole I've ever met, including my grades 1-11 bullies. He sucks!"
Geoff lounges after a satisfying 'cuddle session' with Bridgette, his arms behind his back and his hat on her head. Bridgette leans against him. "Duncan's not as bad as he wants everybody to think he is. He saved our butts back when we got Bunny #1 killed, he genuinely loves Courtney, and that skull ornament? I mean, come on." Ezekiel slowly swims toward the couple. Bridgette looks down at him suspiciously. He smiles dorkily before jumping out of the hot tub again.
Geoff opens his eyes. "Uh, yeah! Dude might have voted me out, but he's still my bro! I get why he wanted me out, I was the most popular contestant on the show. Pretty cool, dontcha think?"
Lindsay applies sunblock on her legs, her feet covered by water shoes as always. "Well I think he's okay!"
Tyler brushes her hair back. "He was a total dick to me. Yeah, he helped build your bike again, but are you really gonna ignore that?"
"Well it's not like he was mean to me. Besides, it's so cute what he did for Courtney!" Lindsay replies. Tyler shakes his head.
Sadie and Katie share a cup, two silly straws acting as their source for the liquid. "Owen? He was so much fun!" Katie exclaims.
"Ehh, he was kinda mean in the dodgebrawl game."
"Oh, true!" A flashback of Owen's competitiveness in the dodgebrawl contest is played back for us.
LeShawna flips her hair back. "Who do I want to win? Simple: Gwen. Girl is honest, true to herself, artistically talented, sweet as honey and has endured more than anybody else on the island. I'd be a fool not to want her to win! Oh, and those pranks she pulled after I got outed? I taught her well. I was so proud of her."
Cody puts down his Switch to talk to the camera. "Gwen, for sure! I was like, head over heels for her! Now that Trent kinda fumbled the bag, maybe she'll give me a shot!"
"Haha, in your dreams, dude." Noah taunts.
"Exactly! Just like Scott Pilgrim. She shows up all the time. You think she's using my subspace highway?"
"Ugh. You're an embarrassment sometimes."
"Gwen was so cool to me when I became a member of the girls team. I was so afraid, and she and LeShawna made sure I felt accepted." Bridgette says.
"Chyeah, Gwen's awesome! I had no idea she had so much party in her!" Geoff adds.
Justin slicks back his hair. "Who am I most afraid of winning? Eva, for sure. That girl has a major crush on me, and I've seen what she majorly crushes. It's terrifying! And besides, I've had stalkers before. Just none that strong. It's unnatural."
Bridgette taps her bottom lip. "Eva… you know once upon a time, she wanted me dead. But when I accepted my fate and walked away with my head held high, she froze up, and her anger seemed to dissipate. I don't think Eva should win, but I do think that Eva deserves happiness, and I'm so proud of her for getting this far."
"Eva's cool, for sure. But.. I dunno. I think all that money would get to her head." Geoff chillaxly states.
"You do?" She turns around to look at his resting face. He looks down at her.
"Yeah. Right now she's at the bottom, she has to work for people's affection and care and support. If she just has money? Everyone's gonna want her, but nobody'll like her."
"Huh.." Bridgette looks introspective.
Despite the rough day he's had, Trent sits by the pool, strumming on his guitar a quiet, yet live heartthrob of a tune, his eyes closed as he plays for the campers sitting around him, all in their bathing suits as the night sky casts stars upon the resort. Cody, who is now pink from a horrid suntan gone wrong, walks toward the group, stopping next to Trent.
"Yeesh! You got cooked, dude." Trent points out, looking up at the skinny dork.
"What? Who, me? Nah, I'm just tan- Ow, ow, ah, hot!" He flinches rapidly as he sits down, pain all over his body until he's finally done. "I-I'm good! Nice song, dude."
"Thanks.."
"Hey, Trent? We're sorry for getting on you so harshly." Beth says, apologizing for the others.
"Yeah.. that was mean." Katie adds.
"It's cool. I deserve it anyways." Trent says with a shrug.
"Don't say that. You sound like a total loser. Just say 'apology accepted.' don't let people use you like that." Courtney
"Wow.. thanks, Courtney."
"Don't mention it."
"So… who do you guys would want to win if you could vote right now, instead of voting for them out?" DJ asks.
Katie pushes herself into the water, sitting on a pink floatie. "Ooh, I would vote Sadie!"
Sadie mimics her, sitting next to her. "Awww, you'd vote me and not you?"
"Well duh, you can't vote yourself. That's tacky." Katie replies.
"Kay, I'll vote for you to win, and you vote for me to win!" Sadie pokes her cute nose, both girls giggling.
"Uh, girls? You have to be in the final five to get a vote." Bridgette points out.
"Oh yeah.. I dunno then." Sadie replies.
"Well, I know who I'm picking! I choose Gwen." Cody says confidently.
"Wow, even after she rejected you for a sexier, hunkier, sweeter guy?" Lindsay asks. Cody twitches.
"Haha, thanks for pointing that out, Lindsay. Gwen is my dream girl. I'm just not her dream guy. But as long as she's happy? Heyy, I'm happy." He gives a toothy grin. Trent smiles.
"That's really sweet of you, man." He puts his hand on Cody's burnt shoulder, making him aggressively twitch from the sunburn again. "Oops, sorry man."
"Geoff made a really good point earlier, about Eva not being worthy of winning." Bridgette says. Geoff goes wide eyed.
"You'd say that to her face?" Noah questions, almost impressed.
"Well, what I meant was, she'd have to like, build up her anger issues and work past her problems if she isn't rich. But if she is rich, everyone's gonna accept her regardless, so that's bad for her." Geoff explains. Everyone around the pool lets out variations on "ooooh" and "Okay.."
"What about Owen? The guy's practically a saint." Noah suggests.
"To you, maybe. He's a devil to me…" Izzy tugs at her collar. Everyone stares at her. "What?! You all saw my elimination episode. Mewbs do things to me..~"
Justin shivers. DJ speaks up next. "I don't think anybody's giving Duncan enough credit. Dude woke up from a monster nap and saved us during the Dodgebrawl game."
"Which wouldn't have happened anyway without me. But yes, Duncan deserves some credit." Courtney replies.
"I think Owen should win!" Lindsay exclaims. Before she can elaborate, Chris appears from thin air and interrupts the quiet moment between castmates.
"Campeerrrs! How are we feeling tonight?"
"Pretty good!" Geoff replies.
"Meh.." Ezekiel mumbles.
Harold cries into his own hands. LeShawna looks guilty across from the pool.
"Cool, cool! Sounds like we're all ready for the big jury vote! I hope you all have somebody in mind to vote out, and are prepared to meet their fury when they get here. To explain the rules of this jury vote once again, all there is to know is that you can only vote for one person, and there are no backsies. Each answer you give me is final."
Everyone looks between each other before Chris claps his hands together. "Alright! Let's go from reverse elimination order. Geoff, you're up first!" He finger guns the blonde, who immediately shrugs.
"Between Gwen, Duncan and Owen, I don't have a favored to win. But like I said before, I don't think Heather's gonna win, and if she does, it'll be better than Eva winning and ruining her social life forever. I vote Eva." Geoff explains.
Duncan: 0 Heather: 0 Owen: 0 Eva: 1 Gwen: 0
"Izzy?"
"Okay, this is soooo difficult! I don't want Owen to win, but I do. kinda? He did try to kill me, but he's sooo hot!" Izzy exclaims, curling her toes excitedly. The other contestants cringe. "Um.. I gotta go with Eva! Because Heather said she'd cut us in if we didn't vote for her. Plus, Eva exposed me during Jeopardy."
"It's Geoffardy." Chris grumbles.
"Yeah. yeah! So that's my vote."
Duncan: 0 Heather: 0 Owen: 0 Eva: 2 Gwen: 0
"Wait, wait, you actually believe that 'cut us in' crap she was spewing?" LeShawna questions.
"Well, no. But imagine if I'm wrong and I don't get any profit! That would suck, right guys?" She looks around at her castmates. They shrug, mumbling between each other.
"DJ, you're up." Chris says.
"I actually agree with Geoff. I wouldn't wanna vote anyone out but Heather, but I do think that fame and fortune would ruin Eva's life. Just like it'll probably ruin Heather's, but.. That's kinda her fault." DJ explains.
Duncan: 0 Heather: 0 Owen: 0 Eva: 3 Gwen: 0
"Okay, that's three Eva, zero everyone else. Lindsay, offer a fresh perspective."
"Heather." Lindsay answers without missing a beat. Chris blinks.
"That was quick."
"She deserves to be voted off! Especially after tricking me for so many weeks. I don't care what kind of money she has, and I'm sure Ava will be okay. I really just don't want her to win." Lindsay adds. Chris nods.
Duncan: 0 Heather: 1 Owen: 0 Eva: 3 Gwen: 0
"Finally, a different choice. LeShawna?"
"I agree with Lindsay wholeheartedly. Heather needs to get kicked out of this show like yesterday. From trashing relationships to manipulation, nobody deserves to lose out on the cash more than she does." LeShawna states, figuratively putting her foot down.
Duncan: 0 Heather: 2 Owen: 0 Eva: 3 Gwen: 0
"Okay. Trent?" Chris asks.
"Yup, Heather. No surprise there." Trent flatly answers.
Duncan: 0 Heather: 3 Owen: 0 Eva: 3 Gwen: 0
"Suspicious.. You WANT her here?" Izzy teases, smirking devilishly. Trent shoves his hands over his temples, gritting his teeth with a growl.
"Oh my god, Izzy. Shut the fuck up."
Everyone is shocked, including Izzy. Trent looks away, folding his arms angrily.
"Tensiony! Okay, moving on." Chris chuckles. "Bridgette?"
"Like Geoff said, this may be the beginning of Eva's downfall. I know she had a big vendetta against me and the rest of the Killer Bass, but who cares? At the end of the day, I'm a humanitarian first, and grudges really aren't my style. So I vote for Eva."
Duncan: 0 Heather: 3 Owen: 0 Eva: 4 Gwen: 0
Next, Harold. "I know Eva and Heather are in the running right now, but come on, how has nobody even thought of voting out Duncan? The guy is a complete sleaze, a bully, a cheater and a general piece of flushed turd. I should know, I currently hold the record for biggest modeling clay simulation of a turd in the world."
"We can all see that." Noah replies. Sadie and Katie giggle.
"Gosh! Regardless, Duncan gets my vote." Harold states frustratedly.
"Seriously? Not Heather?" LeShawna asks.
"Uh.. look, I don't think she's that bad. Really! Just misunderstood. And besides, we're friends. Sort of. Kind of.." He hugs himself, giving an awkward smile to a glaring Trent and LeShawna.
Duncan: 1 Heather: 3 Owen: 0 Eva: 4 Gwen: 0
"Courtney, I have a good feeling I know who you want out." Chris says.
"Heather. From wasting all of the hot water, to trying to get me killed, I think I'm more than justified in my vote." She crosses her arms confidently.
Duncan: 1 Heather: 4 Owen: 0 Eva: 4 Gwen: 0
"So far, nothing for Owen or Gwen. Sadie, Katie, because you two share a brain, I'll let you go together." Chris starts.
"Oh my gosh, this is so hard.." Sadie thinks.
"So hard..!" Katie gasps. "You know who I'd love to see win?"
"Ooh, Owen?"
"No, Heather! She said if we don't vote her.."
Sadie gasps, finishing her sentence. "We get a cut of the prize money!"
"And she's our friend." Katie adds.
"We're so hipsters, I can't believe we're going against the mold." Sadie exclaims.
"Ooh, we should vote for Gwen then!" Katie yelps.
"Oh totally, we 'hate' Gwen. Hehehe!" Sadie giggles behind her hands.
"Oh my gosh guys, villain era, am I right?" Katie enthuses.
The others aren't as amused. LeShawna rolls her eyes. "Whatever. Just ignore them."
Duncan: 1 Heather: 4 Owen: 0 Eva: 4 Gwen: 2
"I guess that means I'm next, right?" Noah sighs, tapping his temple. "Owen should win. That being said, Heather needs to go. She's the biggest threat left in the game aside from Duncan, no offense to Gwen or Eva. They just have the mental capacity to manipulate the guy. Plus, she's the reason I'm here and not competing for the cash myself."
Duncan: 1 Heather: 5 Owen: 0 Eva: 4 Gwen: 2
"Good points. Cody?" Chris looks at the sunburnt dork.
"Gotta be honest.. I wanna vote for Heather, really I do. But I feel.. Kinda bad? Look, she's a terrible human being, anyone with a brain could see that. But she's also kinda the reason I got my scar and became a hotshot casanova, so.. Yeah!"
"Seriously? What about Gwen?" Trent questions.
"She's all yours, dude… for now." Cody mumbles.
"What?"
"I said she's all yours." Cody gives an innocent smile.
Trent squints at him. "Okay.. so who do you vote for then?"
"Eva. The other obvious answer. I love helping ladies get help, hehe." He chuckles nervously
Duncan: 1 Heather: 5 Owen: 0 Eva: 5 Gwen: 2
All eyes are on Beth. "Easy. Heather. I've never met a worse person in my life! She deserves everything that's coming to her with this vote."
Tyler nods. "Totally! I'm with Beth and Lindsay, Heather deserves the worst for everything she did!"
Duncan: 1 Heather: 7 Owen: 0 Eva: 5 Gwen: 2
"But she's so pretty!" Sadie states, blinking her lashes adorably.
"So? So is Lindsay." Tyler muses, fondling his girlfriend's chin. She smiles.
"Awwww.." The two begin making out. Chris recoils.
"Ugh! Voting isn't over yet! Justin, grace us with a good decision."
"I should vote out Heather… but if she wins and really cuts me into her profits, that'd be pretty cool. And besides, Heather's a.." He takes out his reading glasses, squinting at his phone. "Girl..boss.." He puts the glasses away. "And Eva is way into me. That'd be cool and all, if she wasn't a powerful She-hulk of a lady. She scares me, frankly. I vote her. If she has money and the means to find me, I'd be forced into a relationship with her. That sounds ugly, ha, pun intended." Justin explains.
Duncan: 1 Heather: 7 Owen: 0 Eva: 6 Gwen: 2
Now Ezekiel is on the spot. He goes wide eyed. "Uh.. I guess that makes the last vote, eh?"
"That's right. Make a wise decision here, Ezekiel." Courtney says. "Vote Heather." She whispers to him.
"Uh.. but the thing is, I don't really hate Heather. And my Pa's still sick.. So if he needs the money, and Heather is like, into paying me when she wins, that could go long way, eh."
"I cannot believe how many of you are buying her scam! Me and Lindsay bought it, and look what happened!" Beth warns. "Zeke, vote Heather. Please."
"I'm sorry, Beth. I.. I need that money. And besides, Eva scares me.. If she wanted to, she could kill me with that money, and hurt my folks. I gotta vote for Eva." Zeke scratches his mullet awkwardly.
Duncan: 1 Heather: 7 Owen: 0 Eva: 7 Gwen: 2
Chris smacks his lips together. "Tsk, tsk. Looks like we have a tie. We're gonna need a revote. Sadie, Katie, Harold, none of you voted. So, please, do us the honor of voting for either Heather or Eva to settle this score once and for all."
Harold is outraged! "You can't possibly ask us to do that! We're firm on our decisions, and our opinions should matter. It's up to a third party to determine a reasonable-"
"We pick Eva!" Sadie and Katie yap. Harold lowers his head and sighs.
Duncan: 1 Heather: 7 Owen: 0 Eva: 9 Gwen: 0
"Democracy is dead…"
Chef kicks down the girl's cabin door. Heather screams, pulling the covers over herself, while Gwen and Eva both turn to him with worried expressions. He grabs Eva's arm. "Pack your bags, girlie, you're going home."
"What?! Why?" Her eyes dilate, her world spinning around her dramatically. Chef grabs her luggage under her bed and drags her onto the floor, eventually lifting her up over his shoulder.
"The jury has made their decision. It was close between you and Heather, so close they needed a tiebreaker, apparently. But in the end, those fools Sadie and Katie were the ones who got you eliminated in the revote."
"Sadie.. And Katie?! They squandered my chance at one hundred THOUSAND DOLLARS?! RAAAAAAAHHHHHH!" She pounds Chef's back like a spoiled princess, hauled off like luggage as Duncan, Gwen, Owen and Heather watch with relieved expressions.
"B-bye, Eva.." Gwen waves.
"Yeah, we'll stay in touch!" Owen adds, waving his heavy arm around. Eva looks up at her friends and feels her intense rage settle slightly. She still tears Chef's shirt when he throws her onto the Boat of Losers along with her suitcase. She stands up and preps her voice.
"THANK YOU!" All four remaining contestants plug their ears, but Gwen and Owen try to smile through the pain. Duncan sighs.
"What a relief.. Safe at last."
(Confessional: Heather)
"Am I dreaming? I have to admit, I was terrified of the jury vote. All this time I figured, of course they'd vote for me, why wouldn't they vote me? They hate me!.. It turns out they hated Eva even more.. Haha.. of course they did. I'm… popular."
(Confessional end)
Chef drags Eva off the Boat of Losers and onto the dock to the Playa. As soon as she's on her feet, she takes off like a bat out of hell toward the resort, kicking down the lobby door off the handles. The eliminated contestants gasp in fear, frozen solid. "Sadie, Katie..!"
"Uh oh.." The girls whimper in unison, holding onto each other for dear life.
"You're both.. Dead!" Eva winds up a punch as she walks menacingly toward them, like something out of a survival horror game. Geoff jumps in front of them, flinching with his arms wide open.
"W-wait! Eva, don't blame Sadie and Katie! You should be blaming me."
"Get out of the way, Geoff." Eva speaks through gritted teeth.
"Y-yeah, blame Geoff!" Katie yelps.
"I-I told everyone to vote for you." Geoff admits.
Eva looks confused. "What…? Why? What did I ever… o-okay aside from the Bridgette thing, what did I ever do to you, recently?!"
Geoff raises his hands in defense of his face. "N-nothing! But.. I-I figured that-"
Bridgette takes his hand and joins him. "He knew how you struggled making friends and keeping your cool. Geoff's an empath, he knows what's up in people's heads."
"I am? I don't know the meaning of the word. Huh." He says, perplexed.
Bridgette rolls her eyes and smiles. "Baby, why don't you go and get some soda?"
"O-okay!" Geoff speeds out of the scene.
"What does that have to do with anything?!" Eva yells in Bridgette's face, saliva hitting her. Bridgette wipes her face clean, furrowing her brows at Eva.
"He was worried that if you were rich and famous, people would want you. They'd hang out with you and love you. But none of them would like you. Do you understand? You would never have to work for affection again. You'd be famous. You'd be a star. You'd be wealthy. Everyone would want you. Nobody would ever like you, though. You need to work on yourself, and being rich means you don't have to." Bridgette explains. Eva bites her bottom lip so hard it bleeds. Everyone else takes a step back, expecting a bloodbath for the poor surfer girl, and even Bridgette starts to take a defensive stance.
Eva lunges forward, hugging Bridgette firmly as she sobs like she's never cried before. Bridgette, surprised, gently rubs her back, eyes wide. "T-there, there.. It's okay.. We're here for you."
Chris brushes himself off and yanks his collar at the camera. "And that concludes our very special episode, as well as Eva's career as a celebrity. With our final four established, who are YOU rooting for to win it all? Will Heather deliver on her promise if she wins? Will Duncan apologize to Courtney when he sees her again? Will Owen eat everything in sight, including Gwen's sketchbook? Find out next time on…
