Vanessa and Gregory were just playing a board game, to try to help Vanessa get her mind off her curse. Gregory wasn't all that good, so Vanessa was secretly letting him win.

"Yes! I won!" said Gregory.

"Well done buddy," said Vanessa, clapping.

"Well, you want to play another round?" asked Gregory.

"Why not?"

So, they went for another round. However, as they played, Vanessa started to do some strange things while playing. One, she started to stomp her foot on the ground a bit. Two, while it was her turn, she moved her piece, and itched her ear with her foot. Three, she was sniffing around like an animal.

"Vanessa," said Gregory, "Are you okay?"

"Yeah," she said, "What time is it?"

Gregory looked at the clock, and said, "7:55."

"Vanessa," said Freddy, "Your heart rate is speeding up a bit."

"What?" asked Vanessa, stomping her foot again.

Maybe it's the curse, thought Gregory, But, I don't want her to panic.

"Maybe you should lay down," said Gregory.

"Wait," said Vanessa, "It's the curse! I'm transforming!"

"No," said Gregory, "I'm sure that-"

"Gregory, there's no denying it. I need to be locked up!"

"But-"

"It's for my own safety!"

Vanessa then ran upstairs, and locked herself in. She started to pace the floor, her heart racing. Unknown, Gregory was outside, hoping to comfort Vanessa when she transformed.

The clock struck the hour, and Vanessa was panting hard. She then felt an urge to get out. She then followed her instincts, and kicked the door open, and Gregory jumped at the noise.

"Gregory, get back!"

Gregory did, and held Freddy close to his chest.

Vanessa's ears flopped into giant floppy rabbit ears. She then felt her cotton tail burst out of her pants, making her howl a bit. Her hands morphed into rabbit paws, as she stood there, unable to move further. Vanessa then looked at Gregory, with sad eyes.

"I love you, my son," she said.

Her teeth then popped into bucked teeth, sticking out of her mouth. Her nose curled into a bunny nose, and Vanessa's body started to grow fur all over her body. Then, her socks started to stretch out, and rip apart, revealing her rabbit feet. Vanessa then tried to move forward, only for her to fall backwards on her back.

"Help... me!" she struggled to say. Gregory then looked at Freddy, and then grabbed the rug, pulling her forward, as Vanessa's body started to expand, and rip apart her shirt and pants. Gregory then made it down the hallway, and before he could get to the stairs, he fell back, and turned to see Vanessa was fully transformed, and now too big to fit through. The Were-Rabbit then got up, and walked down the hall.

"Um, Gregory," said Freddy, "We should probably follow her."

"Yeah," said Gregory, "Let's go."

The Were-Rabbit then looked around, and saw the garden outside. It jumped through the window, and started to gorge the plants. Gregory and Freddy saw the window, and quickly ran outside through the back door. There, they saw the Were-Rabbit leaving only leaves behind when eating. It then burped, when Gregory then said, "Vanessa?"

The Were-Rabbit stopped, and turned towards Gregory. It looked nervous, and didn't know what to do. However, it was still one hour since transforming, so some human parts were still there, and then, it shocked Gregory and Freddy as to what happened next.

"Cassie... love... Gregory. Will... be... back."

Gregory and Freddy were in shock, as the Were-Rabbit took off into the night, jumping over fences, and burrowing down into the ground.

"S-S-She spoke," said Gregory.

"It seems that there maybe some spark humanity within her, even when she transforms," said Freddy.

The two then went inside, and decided to make a note to Vanessa when she woke up to order a new window. And it would be a bit awkward the next morning.

Vanessa woke up, and stretched, once more, feeling a massive headache, and no memory of last night. However, this time, there were some scraps of vegetables in her room. She grabbed an uneaten carrot, celery stalk, and an apple, and started to eat them.

"Ugh, this is gonna be a pain staking mess to clean up," she said to herself. She then got dressed, and went to talk with Gregory. And boy, would it be a long conversation.
