Phase 44: Girl's Outing
It's been a few weeks since Rachel and their team completed the mission on Ion Isle. Jessica was greeted by Ashley who agreed to set her up in DSO after giving big intel on Chinese operations around the world and their bioweapon problems along with Dan Fang's ambitions for China.
A major New Dawn member is held up in a US National Guard base. Three Valkyries are on top of a hill to overlook the base with the moon high in the sky. "We have found the target mistress," Valkyrie said on the radio with Alex.
"Good, bust her out of the base. She will be grateful for my aid," Alex said as the Valkyrie Sniper set up her suppressed DSR-50 on the hill to look through the thermal scope.
"I will cover you from here," the sniper said as the Commando and Tech Trooper were heading down towards the base in the dead of night.
The Commando is wielding a full-kitted M8A2 assault rifle with a special suppressor, Hybrid Scope, M320 grenade launcher, and Laser Sight. The Tech Trooper is using a Vector 10mm with a Holo Sight, a potato grip, and a suppressor along with her wireless Hacking tool.
"Time to get in there and save our guest," the Commando said as the duo headed down to the base within the shadows. The sniper is looking over the base to see a few towers with soldiers holding M8A2 SDMRs.
"Hold it, let me drop those guys first," the sniper said on the radio to put a silenced shot to pop the head of the US Army sniper to drop him. She follows up her shots to take out more snipers to clear them out.
The Tech Trooper can see a LAW nearby. "Time to cause some chaos," she uses her Hacking Tool to wirelessly take over the LAW making it go on a rampage using its auto grenade launcher to blow up barracks and guard towers.
"Make sure no rockets get onto the drone," the Commando said as the sniper lined up her sights onto US troopers armed with SMAW launchers.
"I am on it," the sniper said as her DSR-50 was tearing up soldiers apart with the 50 BMG rounds splitting them apart.
The two enter a building where their captive is lo held to begin peppering guards inside with bullets and grenades. The Commando shoulder tackles a US soldier into a wall to break his spine on impact killing him instantly.
They hear the destruction outside with the LAW destroying buildings, light vehicles and guard towers leaving the base in ruins. The two Valkyries wipe out the guards inside to break open the prisoner.
"Thanks for breaking me out," the woman said to get out of the cell.
"My mistress sends her regards. Time to get out of here," the Commando said as they escorted the prisoner out of the base and into the shadows. The sniper melts into the shadows with the base left destroyed and confused.
On the morning of July 3, 2025, Rachel is enjoying her bed in her own house in the Miami suburbs which is going to be used to raise their new family in the future. Jessica is living there in a guest room until she can find her own place.
"Goodness, that was a good sleep," Rachel said as she looked down to see her future husband still sleeping. "So cute," she thought to reach down and kiss him on the lips to spread out her limbs.
She is only sporting a white tank top and black panties to look into her closet to see her Valkyrie Suit along with the helmet, joint guards, and armored vest. The military was interested in Rachel's suit but the Dragon Silk being made by a bioweapon among other things made it impossible to remake without breaking a ton of laws. Thankfully Rachel has a 3d printer at home to repair the suit very easily.

"These mysterious women broke out a dangerous woman named Ginny Weaver who is one of the top members of the white power terrorist group New Dawn. These women murdered over 50 US soldiers while escaping with this dangerous woman," the reporter said as Jack was surprised to see this woman.
"Oh boy, I didn't think I would see her again," Jack said as Rachel was confused by this.
"What do you mean, you knew her?" she asked.
"I used to date her back in the day but that was a long time ago," he said.
"I see, she is quite pretty," Rachel said as the woman had short brown hair, fair skin tone, and bright green eyes.
"Yeah pretty crazy. I didn't know she was into the white power thing. When I found out about it, I dumped her ASAP. No more I am going out with someone that insane. Seems like she followed her dreams to become a death trooper," he said to look angry at her picture on the screen.
"I see, well you got me now. An upgrade for sure," Rachel said.
"There is an online video of a New Dawn member speaking about their growing attacks on America," the reporter said as she showed off the video of a New Dawn Soldier giving a racist speech.
"America's blood has been poisoned by the filth who claim to be Americans. We need to purge the undesirables and make this nation great once again. The white race will not replace the Jews and their allies in the government. We will kill and destroy this leftist government and bring true changes to this nation," the New Dawn Member said.
"Please turn that shit off," Jack said getting upset by this as Rachel switches to a new channel to see the weather channel to see if it was going to be nice outside in Florida.
"Oh, perfect weather for shopping," Rachel said as she got out of the room to go downstairs to see her new best friend Jessica making some waffles in the microwave in the kitchen.
"Morning blondie," Jessica said as she was in a purple tank top and black short shorts which are her PJs.
"Morning Jessica, how was your sleep? She asked as Jessica pulled out the waffles to put on butter and syrup to place them on the table in the dining room nearby.
"Pretty good, I needed it. After all those questions and stuff at the DSO offices I needed a break," Jessica said.
"But now you are all clear to be part of DSO. We are teammates for real now," she said.
"Yeah, we are, no pants?" Jessica asked as Rachel put her hands on her wide hips.
"It's only you and Jack. Besides I need new clothes due to my new measurements," Rachel said.
"Oh yeah. We are going to head to the mall to gear you up. Damn, that booty is eating those panties," Jessica said to poke her in the left cheek to make her jump.
"Also, I need more food. I need a better refrigerator too," Rachel said as she grabbed some egg, cheese, and bacon sandwiches to pop all four of them in the microwave.
"Holy Shit, all four of those?" she asked.
"Yep, I am so hungry," she said as the microwave was finished to see the biscuit sandwiches looking hot and ready to eat," she blew on one of the sandwiches to bite into it warming up her heart and stomach. "Damn this is so good," she said with a big grin on her bright face.
The two women eat together at the dining table to enjoy each other's company. "So that blond bitch is still alive huh?" Jessica asked. Alex Wesker being alive is very dangerous for the world order at large.
"Yeah it's crazy along with the New Dawn doing some bombings," Rachel said.
"I know some corporations would secretly use these idiots to try to undermine Ashley and her efforts to change the nation. She is getting under their skin," Jessica said.
"So crazy," Rachel said.
"Yeah, those neo nazis so think they're fighting some Jewish cabal but they are nothing but pawns in greater chess games on the global scale. I know the Chinese spread all sorts of nonsense to keep these idiots confused and feeding their antigovernment sentiments," Jessica said as Dan Fang loved these racist fools being used as Chinese pawns to try to send the US into chaos while China pushed their own goals.
"Truly sad but we need to deal with them," Rachel said as Jack came in with his PJs on to let out a big yawn.
"Morning Jessica," Jack said.
"Morning Jack, the girls are going to be coming over to pick us up soon," Rachel said as she finished off the meal to pat her stomach. "That was good, felt those at my hips," she said as she felt Jack slapping her in the ass.
"Even better," he joked.
"Baby," she said with a blush. "Well, I need to dress up and get ready to head off," she said heading up the stairs to get into her room to get into a simple blue dress fitting a bit tight but it's decent to wear. She fixes up her hair which has gotten longer reaching her lower back by tying up her hair in a ponytail.
Within the day, the two women are waiting by the door with Jessica sporting a purple tank top, white shorts, and blue sneakers showing off her lovely hourglass figure. "Gee, that dress can barely contain those boobs," Jessica joked as the button is holding on to dear life.
"I know but it is holding," Rachel said as the van showed up to see Gina, Elza, and another female friend from work Ling Fong who was a former Chinese state agent before joining America many years ago.

"Well, it comes with the perks of becoming a Valkyrie and being hungry but I am fine for now," Rachel said.
'That is a real bummer," Ling said as she looked over to Jessica. "So, you used to work for Shen Ya?" she asked.
"Yep but it's in the past now," Jessica said as Ling had a small smirk.
"You are just like me. I used to work with the CCP back a long time ago but a good man turned me to working with the US," Ling said.
"I see. I never heard about you before," Jessica said confused by this as Dan Fang never talked about her before.
"Because I was before your time. I am a ghost in the eyes of the CCP now," Ling said as this confused Jessica even more. "I was serving China in the late 1990s to early 2000s," Ling said.
"Wait how is that possible?" Jessica questioned to see Ling is about 22 years old now but would be in her mid-40s at this point.
"In the year 2005, she and her boyfriend Bruce went on a mission to find the Connections' main base but they were captured and put on ice in Cyro pods left forgotten in a warehouse. I found them early this year and got them back to HQ. They were former members of USSTRATCOM and went back with DSO which is a successor group to it," Rachel said.
"Crazy story," Jessica said.
"Yes, all my baby sister's friends come from all sorts of places," Gina teased Jessica and Ling pouted at her.
"What do you mean by that," they protested as they all laughed at this.
"Gee I was joking," Gina said fixing up her glasses to drive them up the street to head for the shopping mall. "Well, we will be getting you fitted Rachel. Your tits are huge, bigger than my own," Gina said.

Jack is playing a game called Binary Domain 5 which is a First Personal Co-Op shooter online with his two friends Cortez and Bruce on their Sega Venus consoles which is competing with the Xbox Series X and PS5 consoles with its own unique 1st party games like Sonic, Persona, Shenmue, Like a Dragon, Bayonnta, Nier, Sega Rally and Virtual Fighter with Binary Domain being one of Sega's best co-op sci-fi shooter series.
"Yo, it's so close to the wedding man, can't believe you are going to tie the knot on this," Bruce said as the three men went through a tough level against a group of robots guarding their objective.
"Yeah, but she is the woman of my dreams. I wanted this, we both wanted this," Jack said as they got into position to fend off the robots while getting closer to the end goal.
"I am proud of you man, coming to the next stage of your life is a huge step up," Cortez said as they worked together as a team to take out the robots.
"I hope you don't leave us behind," Bruce said with a light tone to his voice.
"Come on guys, you guys are my best buds. We came through this much now, it's not going to change," Jack said as they completed their co-op mission.
"Think so too, speaking of which. Bruce, when are you and Ling going to tie the knot as well?" Cortez teased Bruce making his blush.
"What are you talking about?" Bruce asked.
"I mean you know Ling for a long time. Think it time to give her the ring as well," Jack said as they go do another Co-Op mission.
"Yeah, she is the only thing connecting me to the past. We stuck together and I plan on keeping it that way. Speaking of the past, I can't believe Sega is still around making consoles," Bruce said as back in the day he used a Dreamcast, and its successor the Sega Dream Weaver came in 2005 when the Xbox 360 came out.
"Yeah it is crazy but they got their act together after the Genesis. Came out with a total banger Sonic Extreme Adventure on the Sega Saturn. A true next leap into 3d and then the Extreme Adventure series kept going strong to the Dreamcast with SEA 2 and 3 and Dreamweaver which has the ultimate send-off SEA 4 becoming a benchmark for platformers in graphics, gameplay, and story," Jack said in a passionate tone for he is a major Sega fan since he got his Dreamweaver when he was a kid.
"Whatever you say Crazy Sega Game Nerd," Cortez teases him.
"Shut up," Jack said as everyone laughs at this,
"Yeah. More choices for games is only a good thing. Sega is going nuts this year," Bruce said.
"Yeah that Persona 6 and Virtual Fighter 8 combo was insane. Good time to be a Sega fan," Jack said as they began their mission to try to complete it as fast as possible.
Elsewhere Rachel and the four other women went to the shopping mall to see it booming today. "Gee, quite the crowd here," Jessica said.
"It was built a few years back. One of the biggest malls in America, the Tampa Shopping Complex," Rachel said as the five women headed inside to see its massive four-level complex filled with shops, restaurants, two indoor theme parks, a musical hall, and a sports hall.
"Fully loaded here," Jessica said.
'It's a sign of the US's continued boom in the economy thanks to Miss Graham and the Labor Party's efforts," Gina said as the five women headed for the clothing shop with colorful outfits on display.
"Wow, these look so pretty," Rachel said.
"We need to get some outfits for you and custom fits when needed," Gina said as they went inside to greet the shopkeeper.
"Oh welcome to my shop. Oh my, this lady is quite tall," the female shopkeeper said to be in awe of Rachel's figure.
"Yes, I am very gifted. I need proper measurements just in case I don't get outfits that fit," Rachel said.
"Of course, that dress is holding onto dear life containing your massive chest," the shopkeeper said.
"Well, I will speak with you if I need you," Rachel said as she browsed the area to see all sorts of pretty outfits on display. "So nice," she said as the women split up to look for clothing.

"Yeah, I can. Good catch," Rachel said as Jessica grabbed a blue sundress that looked pretty cute.
"This is total you," Jessica said as Rachel looked it over to give her a thumbs up.
"Yep, I would. Some of these clothing is too small for me. Shopkeeper, can you help me?" Rachel said as the female shopkeeper came over.

"I need measurements to get some adjustments for outfits and underwear I want," Rachel said.
"Okay, you can come over here to let me check you out," the shopkeeper said as they into the back to let her take her dress off unbutton it, and let it slip off her body. Rachel spreads out her arms letting the shopkeeper use her measuring to check out her figure.

"Thank you,' Rachel said as she collected outfits, underwear, and shoes to pay for them while shipping out the rest to her home later in the day.
"Have a good day ladies," the shopkeeper said as Rachel was holding four bags filled with items with two in each arm but her super strength let her carry them with ease.
"I have so many cute things. I can't wait to try them out at home," she said.
"I bet Jack could keep his eyes on you," Elza teased.
"He always does that," Rachel said.
"Yeah, wish I got a good man," Jessica said as her boyfriend abandoned her for a clone of her.
"I bet you will find something who will treat you right," Ling said.
"Yeah but I am enjoying being with Rachel and her friends," Jessica said feeling warmth on the cheeks.
"You mean your friends. Rachel's intuition was on point with you. You helped in the end and you won a new chance to be part of the friend group," Elza said.
"Besties for life," Rachel said with a silly smile with Jessica loosening up her face.
"Yeah better to have good gal pals to have my back," Jessica said.
"Damn straight," Elza said.
"You have an interesting crew of friends little sister," Gina said to tease her with Rachel, Jessica, and Ling protesting.
"What's that supposed to mean?" the three women asked as Gina and Elza laughed at this. The rest of the women laugh at this for Rachel sees a game store nearby.
"Oh I wonder if that game Jack wants is in stock here," she said as they went up to the store called Game Nexus which has a display of the new Sega games Sonic Ventures which is part of a new series for the Next Gen Sega Console Venus.
"Gee, your boyfriend loves Sonic huh?" Jessica asked.
"Yep, we even went to see the Sonic movie trilogy together on opening day. The third movie was pretty sad adapting the third Sonic Extreme Adventure game," Rachel said.
"Such a manbaby still playing with a cartoon blue rat," Jessica said.
"But he is my sweet manbaby who I need to take care of," Rachel said as she thought it was cute he still plays his favorite childhood franchise. "Besides you like playing Kirby games," Rachel teased her as this made Jessica blush again.
"Point taken," Jessica said as Rachel and Gina went over to the Sega section to see some heavy hitters coming out soon like Persona 6, Sonic Ventures, and the Jet Set Radio Remake.
"Oh, I like these," Rachel said to see several Sega Venus Minis on display in boxes with various colors. The Sega Venus Mini is a powerful hybrid console that is directly competing with Nintendo's new hybrid system while being a cheaper version of the vastly powerful home console the Sega Venus. The Sega Mini consoles have been a thing since the Dreamweaver back in the PS3/Xbox 360 days. "I got this pink Venus Mini, pretty nice," she said as she was thinking about getting some more games on the Sega Net which is Sega's digital game store.
"Seems like Jack will enjoy these," Elza said as she spotted the remakes of the old Persona games 1, 2 Part 1, and 2 Part 2 being sold in a bundle on the package.
"Oh, he wanted this. I should grab it for it, I need to download this on my Venus Mini later," Rachel said as Ling looked over to see a display for the Sega VR 2 headset.
"Oh, look at this, does Jack have this?" Ling asked.
"No, but he is saving one to buy it. It's about 400 dollars compared to Sony's which is 500 dollars," Rachel said as she went to the shopkeeper to buy some games for her future husband. "He is going to love this," Rachel said as she heard her stomach growling.
"Seems like your hungry little sis. Come on, let's head for the buffet. My treat," Gina said.
'That would be lovely," Rachel said as they went out of the game store to put the games into one of the bags to head over to the buffet to get something to eat.
Elsewhere within an unknown location, Alex is visiting the leader of the New Dawn William Sapper within the Connections lab deep within his bunker. "What is the process of your experiments with the locals?" Alex asked.
"It's going well, my goddess. Some of them took well to the T-Abyss virus. Two siblings were the best subjects we needed. The little sister Elizabeth has been gifted bioelectric powers being able to cast bolts of lightning from her fingers or emit a barrier of bioelectric energy," William said.
"What about the other one?" Alex asked.
"The big brother Paul has his brain increase in activity which made him perfect for an implant and a robotic arm allowing him to become a walking hacking tool," he said.
"Interesting, are they in tight holds?" Alex asked.
"The sister has gone loose. She is quite the bothersome bitch. Cursing while blasting away at my troops. Those bioelectric powers supercharged her healing factor making her tough to kill and powering up her muscles makes her a ruthless brawler too. She is the muscle to her brother's brains," William said.
"I think you need to find her ASAP," Alex said.
"Indeed, my troops were able to bond with the Plagas to make them more combat-capable. It's very useful," William said as he injected himself with a Plagas to make himself stronger.
"I am glad it proves useful. You are going to need it. The President is starting to increase her operations with her DSO agents. One of them is deeply important, Rachel Foley. The Main Valkyrie, she managed to destroy a Connections base in the Alaska Isles," Alex said.
"I think we can handle some dumb blond," William said.
"That would be a mistake. I will be hanging around here to check out your progress," Alex said.
"Yes, my Goddess. We will be aiding you in your new world where the rightful people the white race will be in charge with the undesirables like those dirty Jews and their disgusting pawns like the blacks, Arabs and the like will be purged," William said as Alex was not amused with his racist views finding them to be pure nonsense but he is useful as a pawn for now.
Her Uroboros will choose only 1% of all humans on earth who have certain genetic traits similar to herself and Albert allowing them to make superhumans with the rest killed in the process.
"Well, I will be supervising your development in the Plagas and T-Abyss here. I will be going now," Alex said.
"Of course, I need to work with my team to push on the plan," William pulls out a tablet to show an image of Ashley Graham and a Plaga. "Once it's in place, we will make this nation great once again and get rid of this bothersome government," Williams said with a gleeful smile.
Back with Rachel and other women enjoying a wonderful meal at the buffet with Rachel patting her stomach. "Oh, that was so good," Rachel said.
"I found this place on social media via foodie content. It's been highly reviewed and I can see why," Gina said.
"Gee, I wonder how the boys are doing now?" Elza asked.
'Still playing online. Jack deserves a break from all that madness on the island," Rachel.
"Gee, I bet if we came along. That mission would have ended soon," Ling said as she, Bruce, and Cortez would have been a great help in dealing with Ion Isle and all its horrors.
"No, we managed and I got a powerful suit and new powers. It all works out in the end," Rachel said as Jessica sighed but liked Rachel's sunny outlook which made her like her in the first place.
"Well it's all ready for the upcoming wedding," Gina said.
"Yep, all of you will be my bridesmaids and then I will go into the next phase of my life with my new husband," Rachel said.
"Yep, we need to get ready. Hopefully bad is going to happen," Jessica said to prepare to leave to head back home with Gina dropping off Jessica and Rachel at her home. They enter inside the see Jack talking with the boys on the phone.
"So Cortez, who would be your ideal girl?" Jack asked.
"Well, I like them sweet yet feisty you know. A lot of fire behind them. I love a lady who can handle herself. Loyal to a fault and big on family," Cortez said.
"Sounds interesting," Bruce said.
"She doesn't need to be perfect. She can curse like a sailor and I would still find it sexy," Cortez said.
"I bet you would," Jack said as the three men laughed together.
"Well, I need to go. My fiancé and friend are back," he said.
"Cool, see you later," the men get off the call with Jack greeting his future wife.
"Hey had fun at the mall?" he asked.
"Yep, got a bunch of stuff for me to wear. Oh, I got you some games you like," Rachel said to hand him some Sega games.
"Oh thanks, babe," he said kissing her on the lips to go over to his gaming room where he set up his stuff.
"Well, we need to get ready for the wedding. Over a week or so away," Jessica said as they got back living room to unload all of Rachel's stuff for the wedding day was fast approaching.
Elsewhere within the forest, New Dawn troops wielding Honey Badgers, PDR-Cs and M1216s are spreading out to search for the missing sister. "Come on whore, we got your big bro," the ND trooper said as a petite 20 year old woman is on top of a branch to wield her custom Maxim 9 burst fire machine pistol which is integrated suppressed, a red dot sight, and a 24 round 9mm mazarine.
"Whore this," the young woman Elizabeth drops from the tree to grab his head with her legs to hold him down tight pressing his face against her privates. "Oh, this sight looks familiar," she teased as she spun around to line up her burst shots into the bodies of the soldiers to drop them. The guy's face is deep into her crotch as he twists his neck killing him instantly.
"Well had a good view before going to the grave," Elizabeth said as she jumped onto her feet to only be sporting a black jacket with a blue bra and blue panties showing off her shapely pear figure. Her skin is ghostly white while sporting bright blue tattoos on her arms, stomach, neck, and thighs. Her long red hair was tied in twin tails.
"Stupid little shrimp," the soldiers got back up to see the Plagas had taken over allowing them to take hits that normally would kill them.
"Oh boy, Plagas huh? You guys are parasite food now," she said as she whipped her hand to let out a bolt of electricity to stun a Plagas solder to put three rounds into his head as the others resumed shooting at her. "Shit," she puts up an electromagnetic barrier around her body like a second skin to block all the bullets to go to cover behind some rocks.
She can see the shied flicker from taking damage. "Shit, these fuckers are pissing me off," Elizabeth rolls out of cover to blast away Plaga soldiers to down them each with precise third-round bursts.
A few of them get back up for the Plagas bust out of their necks to see thick whips of flesh twisting around and trying to cut Elizabeth. "Wormy bastards," she said as she grabbed a fallen M1216 full auto shotgun which has a unique rotary magazine that has four tubes each with 4 rounds adding to 16 rounds plus one in the chamber. "That is what I am talking about," she said as she shoulders the weapon to fire all four shells to destroy the twisting Plaga to move to the next tube.
She tosses a bolt of lightning to vaporize the Plaga with a direct hit as she follows up with two shotgun blasts killing off the third Plaga. She fires a bolt of bioelectricity to stun the Plaga and shoots the exposed ropy Plaga to leave the host headless to fall onto the ground.
"Holy fuck, that was crazy. I need to find my brother and get out of here," Elizabeth said as she felt something big coming her way. "What is that?" she wondered as she noticed an Abyss Tyrant coming for her. "Oh shit," she cursed as the Tyrant lunges with its giant crab claw almost splitting her in half. She shocks him with a bolt of bioelectricity to stun to put all the buckshot into the shell armor of the Tyrant but it does nothing.
The Abyss Tyrant lunges again but manages to grab Elizabeth ready to crush her body. "Oh no you don't big guy," Elizabeth lets out a big burst of electricity from her body to stun the big brute.
"I like my guys big and beefy but you are too much for me," she switches to her burst pistol and fires bolts of lightning and pistol rounds but she is not doing anything against it. "Damn it, I need to go. I need to find my brother some other way. Smell you later," she empowers her muscles with bioelectricity to go at high speed to disappear in a flash.
"Hold back, we will find the test subject sooner than later," William said on the Tyrant's radio implant to get him back to base leaving the lone young woman to fend for herself and search for her missing brother in this mysterious valley.
