Hey everyone! No guests or residents this time. They all went out for a day on the town. So now it's just you, me, and the next chapter of Miraculous Gamer Guild. It's a little lonely right now but that won't stop me from producing more for a story I love.
That being said, I think it's time to answer some reviews. Let me just find where I put my list and… Alright! Answer time!

LunarCouncillor- Thanks! I agree that she should have gotten more attention in the show.
Wingd_Knight- Yeah I had to find a good flow for this one, but it was so worth it. Yeah the GiW just got called out by the boys for potentially running off something unlawful. I especially loved writing the Jellie pairing, or Janielle if you still want to call her by Dani. I know a bit of impact was lost there, but Damian is a paranoid little birdie. Don't worry about Ellie not talking about Vlad. She has her reasons to not say anything out loud.
I figured that would be a funny moment to have happen to Jon. With how parents are, especially these two, it'll definitely come into play. The only thing you have to wonder is when. As to how the two biggest hero teams see Danny, that will also be saved for later. Hope I can deliver on those expectations, lol.
Speedykitten1643- I'm glad you enjoyed it! I will most likely be sticking with Black Specter (Danny X Juleka) as it stuck out to me as such an interesting pairing. Glad you like the Jellie pairing.
Guipa- I can understand that and I apologize, but she mostly does it to spite Vlad for what he did to her. Yeah I figured it'd be good for the kids to bond like this. I could just see Damian holding onto this information and smiling in the background as Bruce pulls his hair out trying to find it himself.
Fregreg- Oh, so you think you figured it out huh? Well to be truthful, you were really close. On Danny's side it's more of one of the "No Phantom Planet" AUs. Phantom Planet has not happened, and probably won't in this story.
As far as Miraculous goes, I guess I did go for that. I was more aiming for "Master Fu has not changed over guardianship yet" which I guess lead to this. Good eye.
KRock_0- Yeah I wanted her to work with the boys, especially since I planned to have her with Jon. I can see what you mean, but it just felt kinda right for her. The other names are good, but I like to be a bit unique.
IggyAlfi2319- Thanks for the compliment. I don't personally speak or write French so I had to trust translators for this one. Sorry if I didn't get it right, lol.
I like Connor from the earlier Young Justice, as well as some other characters. I decided to add them in to help flesh out the story a bit. Glad you're interested in Jellie. I'll do my best!

With everyone's input and the surprise cooperation of the few heroes that were asked, I've been able to expand the game beyond the original idea.
As such, it is my pleasure to announce that World of Heroes: Relic Wars is now in the full development phase.

I've been able to work up models for each of the heroes that allow me to use their image.
Sadly voice acting has been a bit of a problem with the limited time a Miraculous holder can be out.
There's also distance in the case of international heroes.
LadyTigress16: I'm sure you can get the Miraculous Heroes' attention to get their help.
The temporary heroes are going to be a different story though.
Mousegirl15: Yeah. That's true.
But who knows?
Maybe some temporary heroes will find themselves working on a more permanent basis.

GhostWatcher: As for international heroes, I think I can get Phantom's for you.
If not I've been told I sound very much like him at times.

Just look for his fights on YouTube.
The ones he's in public for usually have people trying to get famous for covering them.
If he's uncomfortable sharing his voice I'll happily send over my own.

I think he'll be more than happy to do it though.
He seems to be a cool guy, seeing as he's helping people around his haunt.
GhostWatcher: Even the ones that would and still just yell at him for being a menace.
CyberPegasus: On the topic of Phantom, I've come across a dilemma.
Each hero can carry up to three items into battle.
They also bring a unique item with them, such as the actual akuma or a Miraculous.
These can have a huge effect on the battle.
I have not been able to decipher a good one for Phantom.
GQueen: Why not use the Fenton Thermos?
He uses those to catch the ghosts he fights.
GhostWatcher: One, my parents would probably flip if they allowed something for a game that makes Phantom into a hero.
Two, it only works on ghosts.
BatTuck: Maybe he Infinimap?
SpiderRose: The what?
EbonyRaven: The map of the Infinite Realms.

Titans Tower, Jump City
Raven hummed as she looked over the chat, intrigued by the previous conversation. She wondered just how rare Danny's collection had to be if he had a book detailing the Infinimap. Perhaps she should take a trip there in disguise and have a look. Ancient and dangerous knowledge or not, a good book was hard to pass up. A small round communicator on her bedside table began to buzz, causing her to pick it up.
"Raven here." Answered the mysterious sorceress. "Go." She looked down to see it was Dick at his computer.
"Hey Raven." Replied the former Boy Wonder. "I need you to come here for a moment. I have some more questions of the spectral variety." Raven raised a brow at him, curious of his intention. She shrugged as she willed her cloak on.
"On my way." She cut off the communication before beginning her trek through the tower. She looked to the side to see Beastboy and Cyborg playing games yet again. She chuckled to herself as she witnessed her boyfriend perform one of his victory dances. She continued her walk as she entered Dick's room.
She could clearly see his computer, along with several windows he had open. Most of them revolved around the sensitive situation around Amity Park, as well as other ghostly anomalies across the world. The leader of their team turned in his chair, spinning towards her.
"Thanks for coming Raven. I wanted to understand a bit more about ghosts, especially the kind found in Amity Park. If the situation gets worse over there I want to be ready to intervene." Raven nodded as she thought over the details. She collected her thoughts before speaking.
"The ghosts of Amity Park are more like spirits than the ghosts seen in mainstream media. In fact quite a few of them are actually spirits such as the Hellhound. Spirits are usually born from the power of concepts or from the imprints of departing souls. If a departing soul is strong enough to resist the pull, they are more likely to wind up in the Infinite Realms as a spirit themselves." Dick nodded, already typing in this new information.
Raven decided to continue, knowing that he wouldn't look up until they were done. "This is usually only possible in highly spiritual places. Amity Park was already spiritually active, but the Fentons' work multiplied the energy of the town. It's highly possible that anyone who dies in the town is likely to become a ghost themselves." Dick hissed a bit as he winced.
"Yeah so maybe don't let Joker go there for one of his 'fun vacation.'" Raven nodded, the squinting of her eyes portraying her mutual discomfort. "I'll log it into the database. If only we had an answer for everything I was wondering." Raven hummed as she watched the leader pull up two different pictures.
One was of the Parisian superhero Ladybug, the girl mid combat catching her yoyo. The other was of Marinette, one of the few public images of her with Jagged Stone. She raised a brow as she looked between them.
"Who's the other girl?" asked Raven. "I recognize Ladybug from the files you debriefed us with." Dick looked up to the picture, chuckling nervously as he rubbed the back of his head.
"That's Marinette. I must have left the article open from when I was checking my MDC order earlier. I was in the middle of trying to piece together who Ladybug is so I can more easily get in touch with her. It's been a while since I looked and I really should close it." Raven placed a hand on his shoulder as she took a closer look.
"You have your answer right there. They're the same person." Dick blinked a bit as he stopped, halting his process as the mouse almost reached the close button. Did he hear that right? He looked to the sorceress in confusion.
"Um… what do you mean? It's hard to tell based on facial features." Raven nodded as she stood up.
"There's obviously a magical affect being exuded by the photo so it's not surprising you don't see it. Growing up surrounded by magic, however, I've got a good tolerance to simple spells like this. Same eye color, same hair color, even the same nose structure. If they're not the same person then they're obviously related. Maybe someone should suggest a better change to her appearance so magically inclined people can't pick her out."
Dick had to take a moment to process the new information. He quickly looked over the images himself. It was hard to see, but he was able to pick between the lines now that the curtain was lifted from him. Actually, now he couldn't unsee the similarities. He groaned as he sat back, rubbing his temples.
"I can't believe I didn't see it. You said it was simple magic and yet I couldn't see through it." Raven shrugged in response.
"Simple doesn't mean weak. It's worked for millennia so I'm not surprised you couldn't see through it. Just relax. It's not like you were tripped up by subtle differences." Dick sighed as he leaned forward, happy that Raven brought that point up.
"Wait…" His face turned from relief to concern as he began to type in his computer. He quickly pulled up an image of Phantom that he had earlier when he was categorizing known ghosts. He then pulled up the recording of his first training session with Danny and Tucker, pausing on a still frame of Danny. Raven furrowed her brows as she leaned forward to get a better look.
Dick quickly zoomed in on Danny, enhancing the image to catch every detail. The heads and faces of the two targets were facing the same direction, giving a good profile. The hero Nightwing took a closer look as his eyes narrowed. Same hair style, same facial structure… He turned Phantom opaque before moving the image over Danny's head.
His eyes widened as it was a perfect match. It was clear as daylight, but it was taking a while to process this startling revelation. Looking through Danny's family tree, neither of his parents' sides sported a relative that looked like him. Raven blinked a few times before slowly standing straight.
"Well… Guess we both missed that one." Dick didn't respond at all to the girl's words. The date of the class photo was two weeks ago, the same day as the image. Still, there was no denying that Danny was Phantom.
Dick stood up in complete and utter shock, not believing his eyes. One single thought rang through the hero's head. Part of this thought was a word he heard Kori yell when she was angered at a woman for calling Silkie a freak. It was a simple one, one that could normally be kept inside. At this very moment, however, he found his personal filter to be shut off.
"WHAT THE GLOBNORF!?"
That's chapter 21 done and done! I've been waiting on this one for a while now. Not only do we get more info on Max's game, but Dick finds out the identities of both Ladybug and Phantom. Let's just say next chapter is going to be very, very interesting. Anyway, it's time to bring this chapter to a close.
