A/N: If you haven't been keeping up with my Shinobi of S.H.I.E.L.D.:Codename Maelstrom story the beginning and end of this chapter might seem a bit confusing

(A couple months later – November – The Bus - Unknown Location)

Naruto was meditating in his bunk when he felt a massive energy surge similar to that of the space stone, a couple seconds later Naruto felt a pull on the kunai that he gave Thor and immediately got up and headed for Coulson's office. Naruto knocked once before entering Coulson's office getting his attention.

"Thor needs me for something, don't know what it is but I'm going to see what he needs." Naruto explained

"Do you have a way of getting back to us?" Coulson asked before Naruto tossed him a Hiraishin kunai

"Now I do." Naruto answered before his suit flowed onto his body and he disappeared in a flash of orange

(Greenwich, London, UK)

Naruto arrived to see Thor get sent flying only to stop himself by digging his feet into the ground. Thor looked up and saw Naruto. Naruto looked from Thor to the figure that supposedly sent him flying.

"Thor, who is this clown?" Naruto asked before he felt the energy coming off the figure "And why does it feel like he is wielding an infinity stone?"

"So glad that you could join us Naruto. This clown is Malekith, one of the once-thought-dead and defeated Dark Elves, he intends to use the Aether to bring eternal darkness to the universe so that they can reign supreme. As for why you feel that way, it's because his body is hosting the Aether." Thor answered

"I don't know what this Aether you speak of is, but he definitely wields an infinity stone. A stone that I intend to take and guard." Naruto commented before he shot off towards this Malekith only to be sent flying back by tendrils of this 'Aether' before he saw Thor go in for another attack only to get the same result as last time "Let's try this again."

This time Naruto coated his arm in pure energy before he took off towards Malekith, weaving between the projectiles and tendrils that Malekith sent at him. Eventually, Naruto got close enough and thrust his arm while vibrating it going elbow deep into Malekith, only to yank his arm out pulling the Aether out of him much to his and Thor's shock. Naruto sucked the Aether into his hand before bringing his other hand in to compress it back into the reality stone.

Naruto with the Aether now compressed back into the Reality stone brought it up to his necklace where just like the space stone it integrated into the magatama right next to the space stone before Naruto was overcome by a surge of energy.

"WHAT HAVE YOU DONE!" Malekith demanded

"I took your weapon and compressed it back to its original state. No supreme reign for you, my friend." Naruto answered before he turned to Thor "He should be much easier for us to deal with now."

Thor smirked before they resumed fighting him. Malekith would send Thor flying before going for Naruto in an attempt to reclaim the Aether/Reality stone only for Naruto to send him flying. This continued to happen for around 7 minutes before Thor came back with metal spikes with electronics strapped to them.

"What do you intend to do with those Thor?" Naruto asked

"Just keep the bastard still. I want revenge for killing my mother." Thor answered

Naruto complied using his Telekinesis to keep Malekith in place as Thor threw the metal spikes at him. Each time one landed a couple seconds later it would disappear along with a part of Malekith. Eventually, all that was left was the head and torso before Thor threw the last and final one spearing him thru the chest before he disappeared leaving the ship that had dug its way into the courtyard, they had been fighting in. Naruto cut the ship near the bottom with his Heat Vision before it started to tip and fall towards them only to be engulfed by one of the anomalies that they had been exploiting to defeat Malekith before he turned to Thor.

"My condolences for the death of your mother, as well as Loki." Naruto said before Jane Foster came running to them "And we meet again. Jane Foster."

"How do you know about Loki?" Thor asked

"I have the ability to see glimpses of the future when I meditate sometimes. Helps me to keep the timeline intact." Naruto answered

"And who are you?" Jane asked

"I protected you and your colleagues back when Thor first came to Earth." Naruto answered

"Why the suit?" Jane asked

"So that I don't get hunted by the government or organizations for my abilities." Naruto answered "Anyways, I just came to help you, Thor. If the battle is done, I will take my leave." Before he disappeared in a flash of orange

(The Bus - Unknown Location)

Naruto appeared back in Coulson's office with a flash of orange. Naruto then turned around and took the kunai back from Coulson.

"What did he need?" Coulson asked taking notice of the red reality stone in Naruto's necklace alongside the blue space gem

"Help with a Dark Elf empowered by an infinity stone." Naruto answered as he began turning around

"What's that red and blue gem in your necklace?" Coulson asked

"The infinity stone that was empowering the Dark Elf. As well as what used to be the Tesseract." Naruto answered "I will be taking my leave now." Before he walked out and back to his bunk

A/N: Sorry for the short chapter but I am not good with fight scenes. Additionally, Naruto's domain is Earth, not Asgard.
