Much has happened since the day Brad Mann was vanquished and the rice folk were set free. The rice people were sent back to the Omurice Kingdom and had their homes rebuilt. Milky Queen's parents Milky Emperor and Milky Empress allowed their daughter to live on Earth and passed the crown to her younger sister Milky Princess as long as the older sister kept her promise to visit from time to time. Milky Queen joined the heirs of the other rice kingdoms Tsuyahime and Moeminori on earth to form an idol group known as Mai Princess, and the three now live in the land of Second Rice in Japan.
It's not just Milky Queen who had things happening with her. Both Calliope Mori and Kiara Takanashi received an invitation by the idol agency Hololive to join their new English branch "Hololive English -Myth-" where they would meet Ina, Watson, and Gura. On days Kiara would have her hands full on Hololive business, she could count on her new employee Utano Pandora, whom she found sleeping in a box of KFP chicken nuggets one day, to help the chimkins with the shop, especially Jimmy. Eventually, Pandora would learn more about idols from Kiara and strive to become one herself.
As a cute animal-eared human, Tori Thaiga was able to go try out different food from many restaurants under the guise of a tiger-themed cafe maid without alarming other humans and learned to cook as well as open up her own maid cafe. Auteru Tori found the love of her life and began taking care of him. Coyo (the coyote girl's nickname) took an interest in Tekken tournaments outside of Japari Park and became a regular participant.
As for Riceman...well, he didn't change much. He continued to follow Milky around and cause more mischief instead of returning back to the Omurice Kingdom.
With their lives intertwined, their paths would often cross. And as time passed, Milky Queen's circle of friends as well as her fanbase grew bigger and bigger. To sum up her adventure on a metaphorical level, she became a Meteor that broke out of her Palace of Glass and through her Shibuya Blue to end up where she wanted. Her Crystal City where she would become a Regina of music, inspiring her fans and beyond.
