Chapter 20 The Legacy Orchard

It was a bright morning and Headmasters Grimm were taking their students to a hill to show the Legacy Orchad Ever After oldest tradition.

Daring, Hunter and Sparrow were racing to the top and Daring made it to the gate while Hunter and Sparrow stoped to breath.

"Woohoo! Fastest, right here."Daring said.

They heard a cough and saw Cerise next to the gate."With that time, I don't think so."

"Students! I know I don't have to remind you to be on your best behavior."Milton said while he and his brother take out they're keys, and opened the lock with them."As we enter the Legacy Orchard!"then many cheered.

"Ooh, how hexciting!"Apple said.

"Yay, how hexciting."Raven said unenthusiastically.

"Today, you'll be able to read yearbooks from untold generations of students who came before."Giles said and then books came down.

Shin looks at a book and saw many of the past stories here."interesting."

"I've heard of this! Each tree carries the yearbook stories from a different class!"Apple said while she and Raven checked each book.

"Okay, this is actually kind of cool."Raven said.

The students spent the morning reading the high school adventures of their forebearers, Shin was with Raven and he then sees some of the guys running with a book with Milton chasing thme while getting tired.

"Boys! No running! Do not use that yearbook as a bookball!"Milton said.

"He always tries to keep order around."Shin said.

"Got that right."Kivat said.

Shin reads a book and it showed some of the previous class members like Cerise's mom and Sleeping beauty aka Briar's mom.

"Hey Shin maybe the next generation will know about the tales of Kiva."Raven said.

Shin chuckles a bit and then Apple said."how about the tales of Ixa?"that made them narrow they're eyes at her."Come on, I can already see it."she then grabs her arm.

"Hey, back off."Raven said pushing Apple away."we maybe be friends but I won't let you steal my boyfriend."they then glare at each other.

"Somethings never changes."Shin said and Kivat nodded.

"Attention students!"Giles clapped making all the books go up."I hope you have had a story filled field trip."many of them agreed.

"It's so much fun!"Maddie said.

"Yeah it was pretty cool seeing all these stories."Shin said.

"Students. At the end of this school year you will plant a new seed in this orchard, an e-corn that will grow into the newest story tree..."Milton shows them the e-corn.

"Representing the stories and adventures from your class."Giles said.

The students cheered.

"Who will volunteer to be the editor for this class's very special yearbook?"Milton said.

Apple grabs Raven's hand and brings her foward."Oh, we-we volunteer!"

Then they all clapped for them.

"This might not end well."Shin said.

"Hey Shin."he looks at Cerise."maybe you'll get to show all of the future classes all your armors."

"Not a bad idea, Raven and Apple want each for me to be either Kiva or Ixa."Shin said.

"That will be hard."Poppy said going up to them.

"Now its time for a group photo."Milton said and they went together with Cedar going to take the photo.

They stood together until the billy goats threw a paper air plane that hit Milton making them run while he goes after them making Cedar take the photo in that pose.

After that they went away with Raven and Shin together.

"Can you believe that Apple picked me to help with the yearbook."Raven said.

"Yeah, it's crazy, still it might not be has you both want."Shin said.

"Hey Shin."he looks at Cerise as she goes to they're side."I wonder if your going to show the book how you play your violin."

"That would be great."Raven said.

"Well it's just a picture so I don't mind."Shin said.

"Yeah, good thing you got over that fear of being in public."Kivat said.

"How about I take a picture of you Kivat along with the rest of your friends and family."Raven said.

"Hey that would be good."then Kivat sighs.

Maddie then comes to they're side."what's wrong?"

"It just, I miss my sister."he said.

"You have a sister?"the girls said.

"Yes, her name is Kiva-la, she went with a friend and she went her own way."Kivat said.

"Oh don't worry."Maddie pets him."I'm sure she'll visit you again."

"Yeah."Shin said."I'm sure Kiva-la will come one day or another."

"Say how about we go and have some tea."Maddie then grabbed Shin's hand and runs foward.

"Maddie."he said.

"Hey Maddie!"Raven said.

"Too late."Cerise said.

Raven grunts and said:"he's my boyfriend and he's always getting taken away."

"Don't be like that, Shin's a nice guy, it's not like he'll cheat on you,"Cerise said and she frowns a bit."even if it hurts some."

Raven looks at her and wonders why she said that.

Maddie and Shin were still running until she tripped making Shin worried."Maddie!"he then grabs her by the waist and rotates Maddie making her face him.

She then stares at his eyes and giggles."that's foward of you."

"What?"Shin said and she got up.

"Heres something for you."she then kisses his cheek making him blush."wowie, your still shy even after you Raven's boyfriend."

"I just didn't expect that."Shin said.

She then takes him away and he remembers how he wasn't like the most popular boy in school but he always got the attention of the girls which made him get hated by the other boys and even got bullied, he just stayed away from them for most of his life trying not to be noticed since he didn't know what he was and who his family was when he got here, girls just wanted him because of his looks so he didn't find real friends until he met Maddie and Raven before meeting the others, but he's glad that he came since it gave him something to good in his live along with having his family back.

Note:heres the legacy Orchad, yes I know it's short but I can't do much with it outside of adding a few scenes with Shin, so hope you enjoyed it and more of Shin was revealed.
