Another chapter to upload. I wanted to point out how awesome it is that you guys are in tune with my stories. A review asked about Itachi and Kakashi, and I'm like 'Wow. They're gonna love the next chapter'.
Kakashi will be in this story till the end. I too adore 'Daddy Kakashi' moments. I enjoy writing him this way.
As for reviews. Thank you for being there for me with certain negative reviews that don't bother to read the stories. Don't worry, negative reviews do not bother me. I write because I love to write. I stick around this website because I grew up with it, but in the new year I will be treating it more like my secondary and AO3 will be my primary.
This chapter is titled, 'Sasuke was Sasuke' because it is a little bit of a Sasuke-centric chapter. So, I hope you enjoy it!

Sasuke blinked at Naruto. It took him a moment to figure out what Naruto just said because he was in such total shock.
Finally Sasuke took Naruto's arm, yanked him into the bathroom and shut the door. He turned around to look at Naruto like he was insane. "Are you fucking nuts? You can't just go out there and kill Danzo. If we could just go around and kill who we wanted. Could you imagine how fucking crazy everything would be? You're a Konoha ninja, not a fucking rogue ninja."
Naruto listened to everything Sasuke just said, but he's had his mind made up for the past few days about this and there was nothing Sasuke could say to change his mind.
Seeing Hinata have a legit mental breakdown and willing to end her sobriety. Seeing Sasuke literally breakdown and cry from feeling like everything was his fault.
That was it for Naruto. These were his lovers. He had to protect them. "Sasuke. Get out of my way."
Sasuke held an arm out to block Naruto when he tried to open the bathroom door. "Calm down. You and Hinata aren't clicking. You're all sorts of screwed up from it. If Hinata didn't ask you to do it, then don't do it. You'll never earn her trust back."
Naruto growled at this. "You may be okay with seeing her like this. Hearing her in pain as she's sleeping. Every day she's in pain and fighting this stupid dark chakra. You may be okay with her 'enduring', because that's what society expects from her, but I'm not okay with it. It's fucking STUPID. Someone that I love is hurting and the least I could do is get rid of one of her problems that's causing her harm. Hinata has to be political and protect her clan, I don't have to be."
Sasuke scuffed at this. "You don't have to be political? Your future career that you want so badly is politics. Why do you think Hinata isn't asking you for help?! To protect you. You moron!"
Naruto glared at Sasuke, "So this is my fault?!"
Sasuke just couldn't win in this, "NO! I DIDN'T SAY IT WAS YOU FUCKING IDIOT!"
"Naruto-kun?! Sasuke-kun?!" Both males immediately stopped arguing at the frantic sound coming from Hinata. Sasuke opened the bathroom door and both ran out to see if Hinata was okay.
Hinata was in the bed. It had started to get dark in the room since the natural sun light was setting. She was frantically looking around in the room for them and once her eyes laid on the two she urgently crawled out the bed. She was terrified. She was alone in the room.
Naruto held Hinata and hushed her. He frowned at feeling how hot her bare skin was. He really just wanted her to rest. "Hinata. You were sleeping. You need to rest. We didn't mean to wake you." Hinata clung to Naruto and ignored the aching pain of being on her swollen feet. She shook her head as she clung to him.
"I woke up because I couldn't feel you on the bed anymore. The room is dark. You left me. You said you wouldn't leave me. Please don't leave me. I don't want to be alone anymore."
Hinata bounced in place frantically, her hands balled into fists and pressed against her cheeks. She looked like a child begging to not be alone because they were scared. She squeezed her eyes tight and tears fell down her cheeks. "I know you're angry with me Naruto-kun. I'm sorry! I'm really trying to make up for what I did in the apartment. Please tell me what else I have to do so you won't leave. I'm really, really sorry!"
She buried her face in his chest. She felt his vest and just knew he was going to leave her alone. That they both would soon leave her.
"Neji won't come back. Hanabi hates me. My mother is gone and now my father. Once Kakashi-sensei finds out how bad off I am, he'll abandon me. You and Sasuke-kun are all I have left! I-I-I…I am so ALONE!" She was hyperventilating and finally the anxiety attack that Sasuke predicted would come has finally crashed down on Hinata.
This wasn't an act from her cravings. Hinata was terrified that she really messed everything up and was going to lose the two people she loved the most.
Naruto held Hinata and lifted her up bridal style as he carried her back and sat her on the bed. She was sitting at the edge of the bed and Naruto kneeled down on his knees in between her legs. He wrapped his arms around Hinata's waist and hugged her. "Don't talk like that Hinata! I'm not going anywhere."
Sasuke stood beside the two and balled his fists, "Neither am I."
Naruto couldn't take this. This was driving him insane. "Hinata. I want to do something for you. I need you to tell me to do it. I need you to allow me to do this. Let me finally be in that dark, twisted world you're stuck in. Let me be there for you. Let me go kill Danzo. For you."
Hinata gasped and her tear-stained face looked at Naruto in confusion. This is why he's been acting this way? He was planning to do this all along? "W-What? No Naruto you can't!"
Her face right there showed Naruto that Sasuke was right. Hinata was trying to protect him. She didn't ask for their help because she didn't want them to get involved and to mess up the reputation they've made for themselves. Especially Naruto.
Hinata was still thinking about his dreams and ambitions. Even though she was riddled in pain. If this didn't break Naruto's heart and make him want to go to war for this woman than nothing would.
Naruto looked up at her and his eyes were frantic. Unstable and wild. He cupped her cheeks and smiled passionately at her. "Yes. I can. It's not hard Hinata. I know I could do it easily. Just say the word."
He leaned up and pressed his forehead to Hinata's, "Your enemies are my enemies Hinata and my enemies are yours. Let me help you. Let me and Sasuke in, Hinata. Don't push us out anymore." Hinata's bottom lip trembled and she closed her eyes conflicted, "W-What a-about-"
"Don't worry about my future Hinata. Don't worry about me becoming Hokage. You have so much shit to worry about, you don't need to worry about that." Naruto leaned over and kissed her. He hadn't kissed her in weeks. Withholding both of them from intimacy, love, and care.
Hinata opened her eyes to see tears staining Naruto's cheeks. He gave Hinata a wet smile and used his thumb to rub her cheeks, "I love you so MUCH Hinata. I don't want to see you hurting anymore. I don't want to see you crying anymore. It hurts me to see that. It's killing me. You haven't smiled not even once in weeks. I'm losing you and I just want you to come back to me. I…can't do this thing called life without you. It's supposed to be me, you and Sasuke. I won't accept you not being with us."
Hinata reached over and hugged him. She buried her face in Naruto's neck and cried. Naruto hugged her back and closed his eyes, "Hinata. Let me do this for you. I followed you, now you follow me. I go kill Danzo, tomorrow we go to the Hokage and the council won't be stalled out anymore. Everything will be quicker now."
Hinata nodded her head in his hold. "Okay Naruto. I trust you. Please come back to me. Come back to us Naruto."
Naruto smiled a bright smile as he squeezed her slightly and pulled back to kiss her cheek. He knew it hurt her. He couldn't contain his happiness that he's earned her trust in helping her finally. "I'll be back before midnight. I promise."
Sasuke looked at the two of them in silence. He watched Naruto stand up and look at him. Sasuke used his hands to wipe Naruto's remaining tears away. Danzo deserves whatever Naruto does to him, for making Hinata and Naruto break like this.
Sasuke leaned over and kissed Naruto. It was a full kiss. An emotional one that made Sasuke hold on to Naruto like his life depended on it. When Sasuke separated he somberly grinned at Naruto, as his blonde lover smiled at him. "Good job Naruto. Now come back, so I don't have to go get you."
Naruto chuckled at this. "Umm Naruto?" Said person turned to look at Hinata as she sat on the bed and looked up at him. Her eyes finally had a sparkle to it of mischief. Naruto hadn't seen her glow like this in a while. "Yeah?"
"Danzo. It would be better if you left him alive. Barely. Please bring him to me. I know where to hide him until further use."
Naruto arched his brow at Hinata before he smirked at her. She still looked as serious as ever, but he could see hopefulness come back into her eyes. "Yes ma'am."
When Naruto left it was just Hinata and Sasuke. He looked over at Hinata and took her hand to guide her gently back to her pillow to rest. Sasuke laid beside her and the two looked at one another. "Hinata. What's your pain level at?"
He went to touch her skin and noted how hot it was. Hotter than usual. She was losing this battle with the dark chakra. Sasuke didn't know how much longer Hinata could resist it. "Right now. A ten." Sasuke shook his head slowly, "How can you just sit there and take this?"
Hinata's eyes became heavy. She was growing tired again. She hoped she could sleep for at least a few hours this time. "It makes it easier when you and Naruto are around me. I-I think the dark chakra is scared of you two." Sasuke smiled at this and rubbed Hinata's hair as she started to fall into a slumber.
When Sasuke noticed Hinata's breathing even out he mimicked Naruto and slowly got out the bed. He created a shadow clone and looked at it as he started to grab his ninja gear. "Watch her. Lay in the bed with her. Don't let her think she's alone. Don't let anyone touch her other than Naruto."
The clone silently nodded it's head as it made its way to the bed to lay with Hinata. Sasuke quickly got dressed, put his gear on and slipped through the night. Traveling across the village, to his former sensei's apartment.
Kakashi opened his apartment door to see Sasuke standing there. "Why are you dressed for a mission?" Sasuke shook his head, "Do you really want to know?" Kakashi let out a sigh and let Sasuke in his apartment, "No."
Sasuke didn't have to look for long because Itachi was laying on Kakashi's couch. "You both owe me. I'm hoarding a criminal in my house for you Sasuke."
Sasuke ignored Kakashi's picking. He looked at Itachi who was dressed in a plain white shirt and black sweat pants. "I need your help. I need to go do something and I require your assistance."
Both Kakashi and Itachi looked at Sasuke with an arched brow. Itachi slowly sat up and studied his brother. Sasuke hadn't reached out to him since Hinata has been in the hospital. Kakashi was the one to inform Sasuke that Itachi was in his home. Itachi has heard that the young Hyuga female was going through some troubling times.
She lost her father. She was now clan leader and she was in a lot of pain. "What's wrong?"
Sasuke further frowned at the unnecessary question. "I need your help. I need you to come with me. Not ask me questions. Just help me for once in your life. This isn't about me and you. I need to help Hinata. She's too stubborn to ask. So please, just be there for me."
Itachi frowned at the slight insults and jabs Sasuke made while asking for HIS help. "Fine."
Itachi looked at the prison as him and Sasuke stood in front of it. "So you wish to kill Orochimaru." Sasuke frowned as he felt a water droplet hit his face. Followed by a series of others. "Yes."
Itachi nodded his head. It made sense. Sasuke's lover was in pain because of this hold Orochimaru had over her dark chakra. "You love her that much?" Itachi looked at Sasuke as his little brother finally expressed an emotion other than anger. Sasuke took several deep breaths and his eyes were threatening to spill out tears. "Yes."
Itachi didn't probe what exactly was going on in his brothers relationship. If Hinata was okay or not, because it was obvious she wasn't okay and his brother was in desperation mode right now. Just to bring the women he loved relief. "Good. She risked everything so you could have your life back Sasuke. She's always been on your side. You have a good woman."
Sasuke nodded his head as the rain started to pour on him and Itachi. Thankful because that way his tears could mold with the rain water. "I know. I'd do anything for her and Naruto. I…I always thought you were my worst nightmare, but there is something worse than you and I'm watching it happen right before my eyes. I have to do something."
His worst nightmares was watching Naruto and Hinata fall. Naruto to grow enough hatred and anger against the village that he'd do something he couldn't take back and deflect against Konoha.
Hinata, becoming like his brother and being tainted enough to become a cold-hearted human being. That she would get so much blood on her hands that she would go insane, slaughter her family and deflect from the village.
Sasuke saw it happening. Day by day. All because of Danzo and Orochimaru. These people had to die.
Itachi wanted to ask Sasuke more. His brother was in heavy distress. Itachi could see that, but instead he'd show Sasuke that he would always be there for him. "Well. I'll follow your lead when you're ready."
The two snuck in undetected inside the prison. Easily sensing out where Orochimaru's cell was. The serpent was on his cot, lying on his back. Not chained and free to play with a soft small ball as he tossed it in the air. "If you two come any closer, I'll put that Hyuga girl in so much pain, she'll die from it."
Orochimaru held his hands up in the similar signage that he used last time to raise the intensity level of Hinata's dark chakra. "Don't test me. I've been messing with her for weeks. It's easy for me to figure out the right level now that will push her to the brink."
Sasuke walked into the cell and looked at Orochimaru with his Sharingan blazing. Orochimaru looked at Sasuke's eyes and smiled from ear to ear. "Hmm. You've awakened a different level of your Sharingan. How exciting! Tell me, did you unlock your Mangekyou Sharingan because of LOVEEE Sasuke. You're heart broken, because I hurt that little gremlin you love so much."
Orochimaru smirked at Sasuke as he saw the utter rage on his face. "Good. It's nice to know I could make you stronger some way or another. See. You needed me after all."
Sasuke scowled at this mad man. A long time ago, when he was eager and impatient to grow stronger, he would have fallen for this madness. Now it just sounded utterly stupid. "What is it that you want?"
Orochimaru looked between Sasuke and Itachi amused. "What do you think? I'm still in need of a vessel. I'd prefer Itachi's Sharingan, but knowing I helped create yours Sasuke. That gravitates me more to you."
Sasuke tilted his head at Orochimaru. The thing that Sasuke liked about Naruto, he was so forceful and had such a big presence. No one saw Sasuke coming. Sasuke liked being in the shadows. He liked to be unnoticed.
He liked to be underestimated. It was easier for Sasuke to hide who he really was.
Who was Sasuke?
Sasuke was a changed man. Yes. That angry, bitter, dark soul was now more level headed. More understanding and more open to people he loved.
Still, Sasuke was Sasuke. He wasn't a happy go lucky person. He didn't like mornings. He didn't like a lot of people. He didn't like rainbows and sunshine. Sasuke liked to hide in the dark and to watch people that deserved to suffer. Burn.
Sasuke knew he was a ninja that lusted after blood. He knew he had the same dark thoughts as Naruto and Hinata. That's why they all bonded so well. Sasuke knew better though. He was an Uchiha and he couldn't show that he was so dark. People would watch him, and fear him. So because of this. Technically, Sasuke was a changed man.
However, Sasuke was Sasuke. He was an Uchiha, and he would always want vengeance.
"As long as you are alive, you can cause Hinata pain. I'll just make sure you're not alive." Orochimaru held his hands up in a threatening manner again and before he could even blink Sasuke had pulled his sword out and sliced Orochimaru's hands off.
Did this monster honestly think Sasuke spent three years not thinking about ways to kill him?
Their background from the prison cell started to morph and Orochimaru never realized he wasn't in control from the very beginning. Itachi looked at him as he was sitting on the cot hissing out in pain from being handless. "You're still very arrogant. It's always been easy for me to trap you in my Sharingan, Orochimaru. Your cocky behavior was always your down fall. Being a sannin took away your humility."
Sasuke held his sword to Orochimaru's chest and slightly pushed in his skin. "Now I'll put you in pain. The same pain Hinata's been in. You'll feel pain, until you die. I hope you scream for mercy until your last breath you scum bag."
Itachi watched as Sasuke spent what was hours in his Sharingan, but minutes in real time, torturing Orochimaru. The vile snake did exactly what Sasuke wished for. He screamed. He begged and he died. Sasuke slicing Orochimaru's hands, really was him slicing his wrists. Orochimaru slowly bled to death in reality.
Itachi took Orochimaru's hands and scraped his nails deep across his own wrists. On both sides while Sasuke was torturing him. Making sure Orochimaru was still alive when this happened.
Sasuke and Itachi stood next to the dead serpents body. Sasuke watched Itachi take off black gloves and place them in his pocket. Itachi looked at Sasuke and shrugged his shoulders, "Konoha's Hokage is a medical professional. She's going to want this place swept for evidence to make sure it's no foul play and a real suicide."
Sasuke nodded his head and didn't say anything else until they left. Once they were back in the rain and far away from the prison, Sasuke looked at Itachi. "Come back to the Hyuga compound with me. We'll hide you there until things get situated. You'll get an actual place to stay and the Hyuga's will take care of you."
Itachi looked back at Sasuke before he nodded his head to take up the offer. "Also, Naruto took care of Danzo." This caught Itachi completely off guard. "He what?" Sasuke finally smiled as he looked at his brother. "Naruto is way worse than I am in making sure Hinata is okay."
Lies. They both could get down right horrid to ensure Princess was okay.
Itachi couldn't help but smile in amusement hearing this from Sasuke, "I see."
Sasuke did let out a heavy sigh though as they traveled. "Hinata might…be upset with what I did. She didn't want me and Naruto to get involved at all. Naruto had to pull a lot of tricks out to get her to agree for him to pursue Danzo. So, she might be upset I did this, but as long as it brings her peace I don't care."
Itachi looked at Sasuke from the corner of his eyes and smiled. "You're a man in love. Only explanation for my hot-headed brother to be so caring and understanding."
When the two Uchiha's made it back to the Hyuga compound. True to Sasuke's word he got Itachi situated in an empty guest house. He was comfortable and he was safe. It kind of brought a sense of comfort to Sasuke. Knowing his brother was in the same area as him.
Sasuke made his way back to his home and inside the bedroom. Once he quietly shut the door, he started to peel his wet clothing off. "You left her with a clone teme." Sasuke had already sensed Naruto leaning against the wall near the bedroom door so he continued to undress unfazed. "A shadow clone, yes. She didn't wake up and seems okay."
Naruto let out a frustrated sigh, "Where did you go?" Sasuke finally was fully undressed and took his clothes to the bathroom to hang them up. He looked over at Naruto and saw that he was equally wet, but he was dirty and bloody. "Clean yourself Naruto. What is wrong with you?"
"I was worried about you." He stayed dressed in case he had to go find Sasuke.
Sasuke paused and turned around fully to walk back in the bedroom and retrieve clean underwear and clothing. "I went to eliminate Orochimaru. So Hinata could sleep better and end all of this madness."
Naruto started to peel his clothing off and looked over at Sasuke with a shocked expression. "Yeah? Is it done?"
Sasuke looked at Naruto as the blonde became fully nude and Sasuke closed his eyes. It had been a while since the three of them had intimacy. With everything going on, it's almost been a month. "It's done. Itachi is here. In a guest house. I'm tired. I know you're tired. Let's get sleep. Has Hinata woken up at all since you've been back?"
Naruto turned the shower on and poked his head out the bathroom. "No. She's been sleeping soundly. Seriously." Sasuke put on a white shirt and a pair of black pajama pants as he made his way over to Hinata. Their room was so freaking big it was not simple to just go from his dresser to his bed.
Sasuke touched Hinata's forehead and noticed how she wasn't scorching hot anymore. She was fine. Room temperature again. Sasuke let out a sigh of relief. A huge weight felt like it was lifted off his shoulders. He wanted to move Hinata and place her in the middle, but he worried that he might wake her. Hinata needed to sleep.
So, Sasuke laid in the middle. It wasn't long before Naruto approached the bed in his night clothing and laid beside Sasuke. Spooning the younger Uchiha.
Naruto smiled when he heard Sasuke sigh through his nostrils and felt him relax in his hold. Naruto leaned over and kissed Sasuke's cheek, "I care about ya. You know that right?" Naruto smiled when he saw Sasuke's skin flush, but Sasuke only grunted in agreement.
Sasuke woke up to soft lips kissing his chin. He could recognize those soft lips anywhere. Hinata was kissing him.
"Sasuke-kun."
His eyes were still closed. He didn't want to open his eyes and find out this was all a dream. That Hinata wasn't really kissing him. That she wasn't coming back to him and Naruto. "Sasuke-kun." Hinata hummed as she continued to kiss his jaw and her hands started to explore under his shirt. "Koibito."
Hearing this, Sasuke slowly opened his eyes to look at her. Hinata looked good. The black veins were slowly slipping away and her skin wasn't swollen red that much. Her pale look was starting to come back and her eyes were no longer red and tired looking.
Which made Sasuke question, "What time is it?"
Hinata hooped her arms under Sasuke's and hummed as she pressed her body against his. "Noon." Sasuke leaned his head back from Hinata's tender touches and searched her cloudy orbs. "When did you wake up?" Hinata leaned up and gave him an eskimo kiss, "11:30. Naruto-kun is still sleeping."
Sure enough, Sasuke looked beside him and saw Naruto clinging to his other arm. Sleeping soundly.
This brought a smile to Sasuke's face before he looked back at Hinata. She was straddling his waist and looked at him with adoration. "You didn't have to do what you did Sasuke-kun."
Sasuke arched a brow at her. She knew. She knew what he did. "I couldn't sit there and let you suffer another day. Once you gave Naruto the green light, I figured you were releasing both of us from our restraints."
He paused for a moment before he cupped her face and whispered. "You don't have to do this alone anymore Hinata. We're here for you. Let us take care of you now. We proved to you last night that we can protect you and take care of you."
Hinata blushed at this. She bit her bottom lip and leaned towards Sasuke's lips. "Thank you. I love you." She pecked his lips before she sat up on his lap. "I feel like it's been years since I've felt normal like this, when it's just been a few weeks. I didn't know pain could make time go by so slow."
Hinata reached up and removed her tank top as she looked at Sasuke. Her clouded eyes now proving it was complete lust. Sasuke silently stared at her. Hungrily taking her all in. "Let me thank you Sasuke-kun. You and Naruto-kun."
Sasuke didn't stop her. He didn't want to at all. Even if he wanted her to rest more. Eat a full meal finally and to just talk more with her. Instead he watched as Hinata dipped under the blankets and maneuvered his pajama pants and exposed him.
Sasuke let out a strained groan when he felt Hinata wrap her petite mouth around his growing erection. His mouth was open and Sasuke grunted out another pleasured sound when Hinata ran her tongue over his head.
Naruto stirred in his deep sleep when he felt shock waves of pleasure and sexual sounds around him. It had been a while since he's been able to sleep in. Hinata usually woke him up every hour or hour and a half as she moaned in pain. The sounds he was listening to now definitely weren't moans of pain.
Naruto grinded his hips at the hand that was stroking his length. "Hinata." He cracked his eyes open and first saw Sasuke with his eyes squeezed shut and his mouth gaped open in bliss. Naruto looked down and saw a head, that he deemed Hinata's, bobbing up and down as she was stroking Naruto's length.
Naruto immediately relaxed. Hinata was okay. She wasn't in pain. She was going to be okay.
Sasuke didn't last long. He wasn't trying to. He didn't hold back and let Hinata whisk him to nirvana. Sasuke felt Naruto kiss along his neck and that just made the orgasm ten times better. "Fuck."
That was all Sasuke said as he gripped the sheets and felt Hinata swallow everything he was giving her. When Hinata pulled away she immediately wasted no time and engulfed Naruto's erection. She stayed under the blanket and was so eager to have him. To consume him and praise everything he's done for her.
Naruto furrowed his brows and groaned. "Hinata." He hissed when Hinata pulled away slightly to nip at the head of his dick. She swirled her tongue along his length and started to bob her head as she swallowed him again. She was trying to milk him. Begging him to give her everything he has.
Naruto reached down under the sheets and took a handful of Hinata's hair and gently pushed her all the way down on his length as he exploded in her mouth. He hissed when he felt Sasuke nip at his shoulder and jerked as Hinata kept sucking on him.
When Naruto had rode out his orgasmic wave he felt Hinata slowly crawl back up from the sheets. She wiped her mouth and looked at Naruto with wild bed head before lying on his chest in peaceful content. "I love you Naruto-kun."
Naruto wrapped his arms around Hinata and kissed the top of her head. "I love you too Hinata."
"Princess."
Naruto laughed at Hinata when she corrected him. "I'm sorry. I love you too Princess." Hinata looked up at Naruto and her eyes traveled over to Sasuke before a light blush came across her cheeks. They were so handsome and they were hers. Finally a small smile graced her features and Hinata buried her flustered face in Naruto's bare chest.
Her boys were no longer boys anymore. They were men and her men saved their Princess.
Sasuke adjusted his pants before getting out the large bed. "It's the afternoon already. I have to go check on Itachi. He's here in one of the guest houses. He helped me last night." Hinata looked up from Naruto's chest. She laid her cheek on him and he held her in a tender manner. "He is staying here right? He can stay here as long as he wants. I will arrange to get him settled."
Sasuke smirked at this, "I doubt Itachi wants Hyuga's in his face pampering him Hinata. Just getting off Kakashi's couch and sleeping in a bed is good enough for him. Don't forget you have the Hokage to see today as well."
Hinata nodded her head at Sasuke and stretched slowly in Naruto's arms. Naruto bit his bottom lip as he felt Hinata's soft breast rub against him. "Let's get you showered and clean so we can see Granny. Okay Princess?" Hinata hugged Naruto and smiled in content as he hugged her back with equal love. Sasuke eyed the two as he threw on more presentable clothing to walk out their house. "Don't do anything without me."
Naruto watched as Hinata got out the bed and made her way to the bathroom to shower. How she had a little pep to her step. How her little bum bounced in her tights as she power walked to the bathroom. Hinata covered her butt and breast as she turned to look at Naruto embarrassed. "Naruto-kun!" He smirked at her and stuck his tongue out.
When Hinata closed the bathroom door Naruto looked at Sasuke as he got out the bed and stretched. "We wouldn't do something like that Sasuke. It's going to be better with the three of us." Naruto looked around the room and clicked his tongue against his teeth. "I just gotta figured out how to make this house 100% sound proof. I don't want anyone to hear us."
Sasuke grunted and hid a light blush as he put socks on and slides. "It's going to take getting used to. We live here now. It's not that different from when I grew up. It's more spacious though. You'll adjust fine. We have a house to ourselves. Just not the land. You don't have to confine yourself to one space."
Naruto stretched his sore limbs and Sasuke surveyed Naruto's built body for any damages he might have gotten from Danzo. "Yeah. I just get nervous that I'll walk out and a house cleaner will be out in the living room staring at me. Ya know? I'll be shirtless or just in my underwear. That shit would be embarrassing."
Sasuke grinned at this. "Tell them not to come. It's not hard Naruto."
Naruto walked up behind Sasuke as the young Uchiha was leaving out the bedroom. "Let's all be back here by dinner. We'll have some fun then. How about that?" Sasuke looked over at Naruto and nodded his head. A small smile gracing his face as he shut the door so Naruto and Hinata could get dressed.
Sasuke made his way out their home and into the neighboring guest house. He knocked on the door and spoke up, "It's Sasuke." Itachi opened the door and looked at Sasuke with an amused grin, "I know your voice Sasuke. You don't have to say your name."
Sasuke gave Itachi a dull look, "Hn. Did you get settled?" Itachi frowned at him and let Sasuke in. "I knew the Hyuga clan was different, but 'helpers' and 'servers'. This compound is a miniature village. How can they afford all of this?"
Sasuke shrugged his shoulders, "Hinata handles the books with Neji. I've caught little glimpse of it. They have a unique system that works for them. Hinata plans to make them an open market, so prepare for the Hyuga clan to look even wealthier."
Itachi went to the small kitchen to pour some tea. He took an extra cup from the cupboard and poured Sasuke one as well. "This will be your life. You're lucky. You can retire. You don't have to work. Just be a trophy husband." Sasuke scuffed at this, "If Naruto reaches his goal and becomes Hokage and Hinata really expands the Hyuga clan like she wishes. That's exactly what I will be."
Itachi wanted to laugh at this, but instead he just grinned. "Imagine. Taking missions only when you want. Traveling whenever you want. You'll get fat and sloppy with your ninja training."
Sasuke frowned at this. Why does everyone think he'll get fat, because he's happy? "I doubt that. Especially with your old friends the Akatsuki still out there. Heavily trying to get to Naruto."
Itachi sat on the couch and accepted another low blow from Sasuke. "Alright. We're here. Alone. Out with it Sasuke. Tell me you hate me. You'll never forgive me. That I'm the worse person ever for what I did."
Sasuke leaned back on the couch and lightly sipped on his hot tea. "You know your faults. I'm sure nightmares will haunt you for the rest of your life. That is good enough for me. Our mother and father. They were part of this coup. There were many key players in the massacre I've learned Itachi. Not just you. So, while I do blame you for the innocent lives. I will not put all the blame on you because you weren't sane back then."
Itachi shook his head as he looked at Sasuke. "Don't make excuses for me."
Sasuke actually smirked at the remark before looking at Itachi. "Trust me. I would never do that. I just don't hate you anymore is all. What you did to me after the massacre was beyond messed up and I should hate you. I should hate you for kidnapping Hinata and hurting her the way you did, but I don't anymore. I feel sorry for you. Now that I take a full look at how certain people were raised, like Naruto and Hinata I compare it to how we were raised. How you grew up and how I didn't see you sinking."
Itachi leaned back on the couch too as he looked at Sasuke intrigued. His brother has grown. Granted Sasuke was only 19, he had matured over his years. Calmer now. "Sinking?"
Sasuke nodded his head as he stared off in thought. As he relaxed with the calming tea, "Me and Naruto bonded over being orphans, but I never knew what stress you took on until I was put on a team with Hinata. She's nothing like you. That's what I thought at first. In my eyes she was quiet, meek, frail and weak. Just an annoying burden. Her and Naruto got along perfectly. Mainly because she always crushed on Naruto since the academy. She never liked me, which was odd because honestly I never came across someone, while growing up, that wasn't amazed by us Uchiha's."
Itachi actually smiled at this. He enjoyed hearing this story. "That's because she has a historical dōjutsu. She wasn't shocked or amazed by you. I'm sure half the people in your academy doesn't have one. All females gush over the dark haired, quiet and powerful Uchiha men. It's utterly annoying because it's unauthentic."
Sasuke looked at Itachi and his eyes widened slightly, "Exactly. That's exactly how I felt. Hinata wasn't like that though. She treated me like I was the annoyance. Like I was a nuisance to her life. She kept up to par with me and Naruto's training and never spoke to me unless it was team seven related. It…made me angry and I was utterly evil to her. I tried to break and bash her as much as possible, but that just created a wedge in our team and before I knew it. I was the odd man out. Naruto and Hinata had casted me out and after a while of being alone and being treated as the toxic teammate. I couldn't take it. I started opening up to them more."
Itachi held in a grin. Sasuke got a slice of humble pie.
His brother always had a cocky demeanor that Itachi was curious where it would have Sasuke end up. "Once I started to try to understand Hinata more, I noticed when she would have training with her family, she would come to practice the next day horribly bruised. I never remembered my training ending like that with family. Hinata wasn't weak. I had already concluded that. So, to see her beaten like that. I knew something was wrong. Me and Naruto found out she was being abused. We found out she had a drinking habit she adopted since she was like six or seven. She was suicidal and moments away from going out on a mission and just ending her life."
Itachi squared his jaw as he listened. He didn't actually know this. "Her brother was one of her abusers. Their relationship is weird to me, but at the same time it reminds me of our relationship. Our love and hate for one another, and at the same time how we still need each other."
Sasuke smiled to himself thinking about his own toxic relationship with Itachi. "After finding out about the abuse and alcohol addiction. Hinata stayed with Kakashi for a while. She'd go through the rollercoaster of being sober and relapsing on and off again until she finally crashed and burned when you came along. I understand why you gave that information to her. So she'd trust you enough to eliminate Danzo in the future, but that information about her clan put her in a horrible relapse."
"I'm sorry." That's all Itachi could say. Nothing he could possibly say would fix the past anyways.
Sasuke shook his head and gave a solemn smile, "You know. After going on a mission that we shouldn't have went on. Hinata killing over 12 men and biting a Jonin level missing-nin finger off. After Orochimaru almost killing us when we were 14. Her drinking half a bottle of rubbing alcohol and sewing herself back up. After fighting against the dark chakra and overcoming the animal instincts it gave her. After winning her rounds in the Chunin exams and becoming a Chunin her first try. I thought Hinata wouldn't relapse anymore. I thought she was going to be okay, but it wasn't the missions. It was this place. Her family. This VILLAGE that made her relapse. It made her a bad person, like it did you Itachi."
Aww. Itachi saw the connections now. Sasuke looked at Itachi and looked to be in thought. "Hinata was terrified for years that her clan was going to seal her with the caged bird seal, but she took that burden. She took the reputation of being the outcast, so her sister could thrive. Just for her sister to grow up to be ungrateful of Hinata's sacrifices. I don't want you to see me as ungrateful. I understand what you did and how you wanted to protect me. Still. You and Hinata were wrong for pushing your siblings out. For not sharing the burdens with us, but I understand. Our ages made it hard for this to happen. You didn't want me to be exposed to that world at that time and Hinata didn't want her sister to be exposed to that world."
Itachi furrowed his brows together and shook his head. Emotions that he had suppressed for years were slowly creeping back up. "You've been through all of this? With her and Naruto?"
Sasuke nodded his head and a small smile graced his face. "More than that. We grew up together. They weren't my first kiss, but my first everything else. I learned I don't need to sink into darkness or hatred to get stronger. They make me stronger. I want a family with them, but Konoha needs to be fixed before I start one. Akatsuki needs to be gone before we do any of this."
Sasuke took a deep breath. Him and his brother both weren't talkers, but Sasuke talked more than Itachi typically. "Naruto didn't kill Danzo, he brought him back for Hinata to do what she wishes with him. It works better. No investigation for a dead Danzo. He's just missing right now. Naruto is going to merge with the nine tails as well. Probably tonight or tomorrow."
Itachi looked at Sasuke with widened eyes as his brother stood up to stretch. "So you get a rich, crazed Hyuga and a nine tails hybrid as a lover? Interesting. Your hands are full."
Sasuke side eyed Itachi, "I'm not sharing them either."
Itachi fully laughed at this and held his hands up innocently, "I would not ask you to do such a thing. So when will Lady Hinata be introducing everything to the Hokage?"
Sasuke looked at the clock on the wall and looked to be in thought. "Her and Naruto probably just now left. We woke up late. At noon. Hinata has been in horrible pain since bringing Orochimaru back. This was the first night she's slept in weeks. Meaning this was the first night I slept in weeks. Naruto too."
Itachi stretched out on the couch now that Sasuke had stood up. "It makes sense. You were running on fumes last night. That's why you were so upset. It's good to see you're doing better."
Before Sasuke left the small guest house he turned to Itachi. "It's good to see you're not sick anymore either. Good that you're doing better. Thank you for last night."
Itachi and Sasuke matched eyes as the two brothers finally found each other again.
Whether Konoha liked it or now. The Uchiha's were going to make a comeback.

So, the boys finally have come in clutch for Hinata and saved their princess. Hinata isn't in physical pain anymore! Yet, she still has her secret. We still have Akatsuki to deal with before we tackle with the internal secrets of Hinata and Neji.
Next chapter is the preparation for battling Akatsuki, also an early warning for the lemon next chapter.
