Hey, hey!

Nothing to put out right now. Enjoy the chapter!

They were married now. Naruto and Sasuke wasted no time coming back to Konoha and doing what they've dreamed of doing since they were young. Marrying Hinata.

Naruto watched Hinata walk into the bedroom with a tray of drinks. Two coffees and tea for Sasuke. She had on a long silk lavender colored robe that dragged on the floor. The robe hugged her body deliciously and Naruto watched her every movement.

Currently Naruto was lying on Sasuke's stomach as he watched Hinata approach them. He bit his bottom lip as Hinata smiled at him and blushed. "It amazes me that we can do the things we've done and you still blush Princess." He sat up and took his coffee from Hinata that she handed to him.

It was late in the night. 10 at night, but the three were still wide awake.

Sasuke sat up and took his tea and watched as Hinata placed the tray on the night stand and stood up to enjoy her vanilla coffee. She was really starting to like coffee a little more than tea.

Sasuke continued to eye Hinata. Her tiny frame. How she held such strength in that small body that brought him so much pleasure. "Why is Ino coming over in two days?" Hinata looked at Sasuke and blinked as her memory came to her. "Oh! Fitting for the diplomat mission."

Sasuke immediately frowned at this. This was Ino they were talking about.

"What will you be wearing? This isn't a seduction mission. You shouldn't need Ino to 'dress' you." Hinata hummed at Sasuke. As she stood innocently and sipped on her coffee. "It has been recommended by the Hokage that I do this Sasuke-kun. I am a noble clan leader that has to give off the persona that I am elegant, beautiful and powerful."

Even though Hinata didn't feel like any of those things.

Again Sasuke shot her a pointed look. "So, you're going to flirt with them. That's what they're using you for." It was a statement. A bitter, jealous statement. Naruto rolled his eyes at hearing Sasuke. "Jeez Sasuke. Stop it. What do you want her to do? Not go? When did we start getting options like that?"

Sasuke shot Naruto an annoyed look and Naruto challenged the look. Hinata frowned at the negative energy that was starting to fill the air. "Please stop it." Hinata placed her coffee down and leaned over Sasuke. Her fingers started to mold into his skin on his shoulders and back as she started to massage him.

Sasuke grunted as a reply. Much too stubborn to voice that he was enjoying the attention and body work. Hinata still frowned as she worked Sasuke over and Naruto actually felt bad and started to rub Hinata's arm tenderly. She looked over at Naruto and still looked a bit upset. She could tell neither of them wanted her on this assignment.

"I take all my duties very serious. No matter what condition I am in. I do not take my work for granted."

Which was true. Even when Hinata was heavily drinking. She took her work serious. She never wanted a mission to fail because of her. She put her all into not being a burden.

"I know."

"Yeah I know Hinata."

Both Sasuke and Naruto said this at the same time. Hinata let out a sigh. "Why do neither of you want me to go?" Sasuke still had his eyes closed, but he was starting to soften up for her.

"Why can't you just let us take care of you? We already showed you we can. You have already shown us several times that you can take care of us and yourself. There is nothing else to prove to anyone, Hinata."

Sasuke reached over to take Hinata's hand that was on his shoulder and turned to look at her. "I've watched you over the years do things I'm sure no other woman has done in her lifetime. Endured more pain and suffering that a grown man couldn't handle. Bite limbs off. Maul thugs. Over and over again face off people that were out of your strength level. You faced them with no fear. You have taken control of your own destiny and are running the clan that you were once terrified of. Hinata, I GET IT."

Sasuke stared at her sharply. Wanting her to understand that he didn't think of her as a weak woman. Beneath him or anything. She was his equal. He loved her. "You've proven yourself. There is no other reason to push yourself. I know if you go on this mission, you'll go above and beyond and that is what concerns me."

Hinata faltered. She really didn't have a rebuttal for that. Sasuke genuinely was concerned and she never wanted him to feel as if she was brushing his feelings to the side. That she was dismissing him.

Hinata would always and forever feel guilty for what she said to Sasuke and Naruto in the apartment. She never wanted them to see her at her lowest and that was the reason why. She said things that she wanted to end her life over. She never wanted to hurt Naruto and Sasuke like that.

So, with that guilt. If Sasuke asked her to not go. She wouldn't go.

"Y-You know if you tell me not to go. I will not go."

Right now Sasuke was just asking why she had to go. He never once said, 'Hinata don't go'.

Sasuke closed his eyes and let out a sigh. "Don't guilt yourself Hinata. I know if I told you to not do it you wouldn't. I also know why you bend to me and Naruto so easily now too, so stop it."

Naruto nodded his head in agreeance. He was still nursing his coffee as he watched Sasuke and Hinata talk. "Yeah Hinata. We're not holding a grudge over what happened in the apartment."

Naruto leaned his head back and finished his coffee before placing it on the nightstand beside him. "Kakashi-sensei a long time ago warned us about seeing you at your lowest. Recently Neji warned us. That's why he wanted you to stay at his house. Me and Sasuke wanted you with us Hinata. You couldn't keep hiding yourself from us."

Hinata was silent. She still had a hesitant look on her face. She closed her eyes and begged for the fear and guilt to leave her. "What…What if it happens again? I cannot keep doing this to you two. You both deserve better."

She wanted them to have better and at the same time she would lose her mind if they left her.

Naruto pouted at the way the mood turned somber. Sasuke and Hinata could be so moody sometimes. "If it happens again, I'll handle it again. Maybe I'll give you another wakeup call like Sasuke and dump water over you. Maybe me and Kurama will find another way to snap you out of it. Let's not dive into a lot of 'What if's'. For what? I'm positive it won't happen again."

Hinata blinked at Naruto and his…assertiveness. Sasuke looked at Naruto just as caught off guard. It reminded Sasuke of Naruto saying he would go get Hinata himself if she was too stubborn to leave Konoha and if she was really in too much danger after finding the truth about the Uchiha clan.

It was rather attractive when Naruto was being protective.

Naruto arched a brow waiting for Hinata to reply back to him. "Okay?" She snapped back to attention and made an 'o' face. "Oh! Yes. Okay." Naruto finally smiled and laid back on his pillow. "Come here Hinata."

It was rare Naruto said Hinata's name so she scurried over to him and straddled his lap. "Naruto-kun?"

Said person didn't reply back. He ran his fingers through Hinata's silky hair and watched as her tresses came cascading down. Her hair was so long now. Like a waterfall that he could get lost in. He unfastened her silk robe and bit his bottom lip as he watched her intimates play peek a boo with him.

"You're so beautiful. So soft. Yet so dangerous."

Sasuke and Hinata was starting to know when Naruto and Kurama were present. This is one of those moments. His eyes danced mischievously as a single claw trailed down Hinata's cheek. To her slender neck, her silk robe catching his attention. How it was soft and shiny. Matching her skin perfectly. How she wore a spaghetti strap teddy that matched the same color and material as her robe underneath.

Sasuke watched how Naruto and Hinata interacted. He supposed this is why when he watched them be intimate it was so explosive. They ignored their sexual desires until they couldn't anymore and went crazy on one another.

Sasuke could clearly see Naruto had an erection. Solid and begging for attention.

Seeing Naruto excited made Sasuke excited and Sasuke typically wanted his excitement catered to immediately. However, he'd play along with Naruto and Hinata's game. For now.

Naruto ignored his urges and looked at Hinata. Giving her all his attention. "Vixen. I have questions." Hinata smiled sweetly at Kurama. "I have answers. You and Sasuke can ask me anything."

Hinata watched as Sasuke laid on the pillow near Naruto's head and looked up at her. His cheeks were slightly rosy from being aroused, but he looked to be interested in their little game.

Naruto smiled from feeling Sasuke's body heat. He could sense Sasuke's arousal stirring from the relaxing intimacy. "Okay Princess. Don't take this the wrong way. It's more Kurama's question than mine. So like…I get you and Neji are really close and just found out your actually brother and sister. Still like, do you two have to look so much like a couple?"

Hinata looked at Naruto 100% confused. "W-What? We do not look like a couple." Naruto pouted at this. "Kurama won't let it go that you and Neji were almost wedded off, when we were younger."

Hinata frowned at the thought. Family affairs were triggering for her. "Yes, and that was very wrong and disgusting." Naruto nodded his head. "Yeah. That's what I said, but when we got married. That fit that Neji threw. Plus, you and Neji…you just fit. He looked all fancy and more like-"

Naruto had a grumpy face on. Sasuke knew this was a Kurama AND Naruto issue. Naruto has always had an issue with Hinata's social status and how he just could never compete and fit in it. Naruto could be the strongest ninja in the universe, but none of that meant anything if he couldn't fit in Hinata's social status.

Being told by Shikamaru that he was lightyears away from fitting into the Hyuga clan's social status and politics. That really bothered Naruto. Now every time he saw Hinata all dolled up, he just felt like she was out of arms reach for him.

Hinata leaned down and kissed Naruto's grumpy face. She understood his insecurities. "Does Naruto-kun have to be so likeable? I hear so many women compliment you, when you came back to Konoha. Especially your charming looks."

Sasuke smirked at Hinata's rebuttal. "Even I hear it. How nice he is. How he takes his health and workouts so serious. What they want to do with him." Hinata and Sasuke looked at one another and thought the Naruto fan club that recently has started was rather amusing. It also fueled their desire to keep Naruto to themselves.

Naruto kept eyeing Hinata. "Okay. So you get jealous just like me. I get it. I don't even see those females. If I do, I barely talk to them. I definitely do not entertain them. You are around Neji all the time. You two have this weird twin shit, where you guys can like, read each other's mind or something. It drives me insane. Even Kakashi-sensei said you guys closeness was off the charts."

Finally Naruto admitted it was something that bothered him.

Sasuke leaned on his elbow and faced Naruto. "They're siblings Naruto let it go. Neji grew up around girls. He's not going to have a relationship how me and Itachi have. Be glad Neji isn't the old him and that him and Hinata have a good relationship now."

Sasuke's annoyed expression soon morphed to a smirk. He was much too aroused to be grumpy and let the topic of Neji kill his mood. "Neji isn't having moments like this with Hinata. All dressed up, in silk." Hinata blushed heavily and covered her face. Naruto stared at Sasuke as he spoke before looking back at Hinata. Sasuke made a good point. They were all good mediators for one another.

Still. Naruto just felt something was off about Neji and Hinata's relationship. Maybe he was just an overprotective, jealous spouse. Or maybe Hinata was hiding something that her and Neji didn't want anyone to know. Right now. Naruto would let this slide. They were too close to their mission to put each other in emotional distress. "Sorry Princess. I get so jealous."

Hinata nodded her flustered, rosy head and lowered her arms to rest on Naruto's chest. Arching her body. "M-My turn. Are me and Sasuke-kun enough for you now?"

Sasuke looked at Naruto. "That's a good question."

Naruto tilted his head and looked at Hinata slightly appalled. "What? You two are crazy. You both have always been enough for me."

"Then you add Kurama." Sasuke pointed this out and Naruto rolled his eyes. "What? Kurama? The tailed beast that was placed inside me the day I was BORN. The one that has been here? You guys, really."

Hinata held one of Naruto's hands to her cheek and cradled it. She looked down at Naruto and looked serious. "You want to be loved Naruto-kun. You deserve it. You've always wanted to be comfortable in your skin and it's been hard for you. Do me and Sasuke make you feel loved? Comfortable to be you? Are we enough?"

She kissed the inside of his palm and Naruto shivered as Hinata looked at him. Putting him in her hypnosis. She kissed down to the pulse line on his wrist and kept her lips there as she looked at Naruto.

"Me and Sasuke-kun are selfish people. Broken and dark. It is hard for us to get up from the bed sometimes because our subconscious tells us not to. We have so many burdens that we lay on you and depend on you to bring us light so we can make our way out the darkness." Hinata closed her eyes as she spoke. She enjoyed holding Naruto so close to her and leaned into his hand.

"That's a big burden you carry Naruto." Sasuke said this as he looked at Naruto and laid his head back down on the pillow. "You get neglected from the emotion we know you want. Are we enough for you?"

Naruto felt Sasuke ghost his lips along his neck. He smiled from the affection from Hinata and Sasuke and started to turn lobster red in the face. Naruto laughed and started to sit up. His tail holding Sasuke in place as the sneaky Uchiha started to lay provocative kisses on Naruto to get him excited.

"How can you two ask me something like that and you guys give me attention like this? Yes! You two are more than enough. I can't get enough of you two. I love both of your personalities. Can't you two see how insane you both drive me? How much I'd do for you two to keep you happy and to myself."

Sasuke liked to show his strength every now and then. He wrapped his arms around Naruto even with Naruto's tail holding him at bay. Breaking through the grip. Naruto grunted at Sasuke being able to do this. His strength. It was attractive when Sasuke showed up to play.

Hinata looked at the two. Still straddling Naruto's lap and giggled. Sasuke looked at her and smirked. Catching Hinata off guard he attempted to push her back on the bed onto her back. Hinata smiled brightly at this. This caught Naruto and Sasuke off guard as she pushed against Sasuke's hands and was pushing Sasuke on his back.

Sasuke was being light before, so he actually now was wrestling with Hinata like he would Naruto. Seeing how much strength was in her tiny body. "I forget you and Neji would train on how you could challenge an opponent bigger than you."

He said this with an amused grin. Sasuke was a fighter. Just like Naruto he was always up for a challenge. He just wasn't hyper about it like Naruto. He didn't walk around begging for a confrontation.

Sasuke watched as Hinata's muscles flexed. Showing that she was actually trying now. His grin only grew, "You're competitive."

"So is Sasuke-kun." That was all Hinata said as she leaped out Naruto's lap and tackled Sasuke to the bed. The two rolled until Sasuke saw he was going to roll Hinata off the bed and on her back. Instead of her, he flipped them and he ended up falling on the floor, on his back and Hinata fell on top of him.

Hinata straddled his waist and stared at Sasuke with a pout. They both were breathing semi-heavy a little from the amusement. "Sasuke-kun let that happen. I lost."

Naruto poked his head over the bed and stared at the two of them. He rested his head on the bed and grinned. "Say. Hinata. It's my turn again. How did you end up killing Kabuto so fast?"

Sasuke laid back on the floor and looked up at Hinata. "It was swift and seemed like it required little to no effort on your end. Wouldn't Kabuto know about your blind spot and how to look out for it? Especially with your grandfather giving them intel."

Hinata looked at Sasuke and felt Naruto move her hair to the side along with her robe to expose her shoulder to him. He took the opportunity to lean down and lick at the exposed skin before nibbling and kissing it.

Hinata hummed at the affection and the fact she was in a position that she could feel Sasuke's erection rubbing against her core. This was a little game her and Naruto played. They liked to withhold on sexual intimacy until one of them broke. Hinata was ecstatic Sasuke decided to play. She felt like she would be the first to crack this time around.

Sasuke watched as Hinata's eyes started to glass over and how Naruto's kisses started to travel to her neck before he stopped. Hinata bit her bottom lip and continued with the conversation like she wasn't just being pleasured. This was such a sweet torture for the three of them.

"Kabuto did go for my blind spot. If I would have been walking straight forward like you, Naruto and Kakashi-sensei then Kabuto would have snuck up on me. However to substitute for my disadvantage, I turned my back to you. That way I could see where I would have been blinded at and now I made you my blind spot. If anyone approached team seven, it would have been obvious because you all would have fought them. It was awkward to travel like that, but it proved to be effective and gave me the leverage to see Kabuto coming in advance and to catch him off guard."

Naruto smiled at this. Relief and excitement in his eyes. "You couldn't see us the whole time? That explains so MUCH! I was literally having a mental breakdown and kept thinking about you. It was driving me nuts how your chakra was so calm and cool. I didn't understand why you weren't on edge like me and Sasuke. Even I could feel him on edge. I was getting so upset you weren't going crazy over us. I like it when you're a little off because of me."

Hinata and Sasuke both looked at Naruto taken back. They saw how Naruto's multicolored eyes danced and believed him when he said he was going crazy over not getting Hinata's attention.

When Naruto loved. He loved hard. He really gave you his all.

It was something Hinata and Sasuke cherished.

Hinata leaned up and kissed Naruto. Calming his rising anxiety as he thought back to that day. "I was very worried for you and Sasuke. I believe using team seven as my shield and blind spot proved to help me focused. Kabuto was strong, but I learned my best skill is the element of surprise and the fact that I'm swift. I…don't hesitate like I used to. I told myself to immediately kill Kabuto when he got into arms reach and that is what I did. I didn't have time to rethink my decision."

Sasuke took Hinata's hand and sat up as he looked at it. "Right in the temple. Just like that?" Hinata met his eyes and stared right into his Sharingan. Watching as Sasuke licked her fingers as he looked at her. "Yes Sasuke. Just like that."

Sasuke proceeded to slide Hinata's robe off one shoulder. "Are you and Naruto finished with your games? I've waited patiently enough. Don't you think?" Before he started to kiss her, he wanted to know if they were done. Sasuke didn't like creating a buildup this intense.

Hinata smiled at this. Sasuke was getting impatient. "One more question for Sasuke." Said person groaned and looked at Hinata. "What is it?"

"Tell me about yourself."

Your likes.

Your dislikes.

Your goals and dreams.

Sasuke actually smiled at this. "If I answer, we all have to answer." Naruto and Hinata nodded their heads excitedly in agreement. Sasuke leaned back on his hands as he looked at them. His eyes back to charcoal black. "My mind is different than what 13-year-old me wanted."

He eyed Hinata when he said that and she blushed at the hidden meaning.

"I like my wife's cooking and I like training with my husband. I like that my wife still makes me shrimp in my seafood dish even though she doesn't like them. I like that my husband tries really hard to focus and listen instead of rebuttal everything I say and do."

Sasuke stroked Hinata's exposed legs and Hinata traced her fingers on his shirt, over his chest. He made out that she was tracing her name. Mentally engraving it on him. "My dislikes are seeing my family hurt. I still do not like sweets or loud areas and I don't like being placed on missions with you and Naruto anymore."

Hinata pouted at this as she still traced on Sasuke's chest, but she understood. She even felt the same. Naruto was still laying on the end of the bed and grunted in agreement. "Yeah. I thought when I was younger, it would make me perform better when together with you guys. Not the case. I act reckless and I'm all over the place."

They decided a long time ago that they were going to break the rules. That they would show affection and fall in love with their teammates. When they decided 'love' was in the picture, separation as a team should have followed. Neither of them could let each other go though. They accepted the risk. It turned out to be worth it back then. Now, they'd rather separate work from home.

Sasuke looked up at Hinata and smirked. "I'd do a diplomat mission with you though. Since you're getting so dressed up." She could tempt him the whole mission if she wanted.

He chuckled when Hinata leaned over and shyly buried her face in his chest. "My dream and goals flipped a 180 from years ago. I want my brother to live. I want to understand him. That way we both can heal. I…am truly grateful that I never gave into the curse mark and Orochimaru. That path probably would have led to my brother's death and I eventually would have found out the truth and I would have went insane. More than I already am. I have you two to thank. You both really pushed me to go on that training mission and it really helped me."

Naruto looked at Sasuke and gave him a hearty smile. Touched by Sasuke's words. Taking in a rare moment of Sasuke being vulnerable. Hinata looked up from Sasuke's chest and her cheeks were still rosy, but joy and happiness were in her eyes. So happy to hear Sasuke say this. It was everything she's ever wanted to hear from him.

Sasuke smiled at Hinata's rare display of happiness. She usually had a calm expression on her face. Never a look of pure, unfiltered, happiness. "My dream is to stay with you two until we grow old and fade into the afterlife. To have children and grandchildren. To be happy. As happy as we can get as ninja's."

Sasuke turned to look at Naruto. "Your turn."

Naruto grinned at this. "Well shit. With what you said. How can I trump that?" Naruto still laid on the edge of the bed as he looked at Sasuke and Hinata. He took a deep breath to really think about his answers.

"I still like ramen. Forever will like it, butttt now I love a really good hearty piece of meat that is medium rare. With sides of seasoned asparagus and sparkling cranberry cider to drink. Oh man I'm making myself hungry."

Hinata giggled at Naruto, "I will make you that for dinner tomorrow then."

Naruto's eyes lit up and his tails wagged in the air happily. "Yes! You're the best! So, like I was saying. I like different foods now. I like working out. It helps keep me focused and balanced. I like meditating. Mixing my diet, workouts and meditation really keeps me calm and not all over the place. I'm glad you and Sasuke really helped me want to keep up with my routine. Thinking back to when I was younger. I was all over the place and so depressed from it."

Sasuke looked at Naruto in a confused manner. "It made you depressed? How?"

Naruto shrugged his shoulders. "Like. I just couldn't ever do anything right. I was always messing up, and pissing people off because I couldn't focus long enough to really understand or hear them. Like, I get a lot of things that I didn't know was because of my upbringing, and the fact I didn't have parents to teach me. Like how detergent and fabric softener were two totally different things. I get that I was just always behind the average kid our age, but I also get I really had an attention and hyper issue. It was insane."

Naruto laughed at this. It was a bitter laugh as he looked at Hinata and Sasuke. "How did you two handle me back then? I think about it, and I could have a coherent, really good thought process going on. I could see things that were really detailed and connect the dots, but I was just so all over the place I couldn't get the thought out or remember to even mention it. That had to be so annoying for you two to deal with. Like you guy saw me and my potential, but I kept coming up short for you two."

Sasuke played with Hinata's hair as she laid on his chest. "In the beginning when I didn't bother to know you or understand you. I thought it was all arrogance and you just being some street punk from the orphanage because that's what all the adults said. After I got to know you, I realized you were just a kid not on meds for his attention and hyperactive disorder. That people didn't take the time to help you. I'm glad Jiraiya took the time out to help you with meditation."

Hinata looked at Naruto from her relaxed position. "Hanabi has a hyperactive disorder. She was diagnosed when she was three. She is still on medication, but is weaning off them because she has a better understanding on how to manage it. By the time I met you Naruto, I already knew. I thought it was common knowledge that everyone know about this disorder and the symptoms."

Naruto's eyes widened. "Really? That makes so much sense. Why you were always patient with me. You…really saw me for me Hinata." Said person blushed. Sasuke finally sat up and picked Hinata up with him as he made his way back on the bed. He kissed Hinata deeply and always knew there was a reason he found her silent way of knowing things attractive.

A flashback to Naruto bothering the third Hokage for more missions and how Naruto almost got Hinata in trouble with her father. How she looked furious and terrified, but she didn't lash out at Naruto. She talked to him calmly and calmed down his anxiety. Now that Sasuke and Naruto thought about it, it was very obvious Hinata knew.

What Sasuke saw as Hinata 'babying' Naruto and picking Naruto over him. Was actually Hinata understanding Naruto and wanting to help him overcome his shortcoming.

She knew Naruto didn't want that label on him. So, she waited for Naruto to want to acknowledge his special situation as she helped him along the way.

Naruto cuddled up to Hinata as she laid in the middle of him and Sasuke. Hinata looked at Naruto. Wanting him to continue. They haven't finished their game. "Of course on top of everything I like. I love you and Sasuke. I love my God parents. I love Kakashi-sensei. I even love that annoying brother you have Hinata. Neji is cocky, mean and a prick, but he shows up. He's always there for you and I can't take that from him."

Naruto laid on his back as he looked at the ceiling. "I still dislike my doubters. I do dislike seeing you and Sasuke upset. I dislike whenever your sister starts to get in her moods and I'm unfortunately around her. I sometimes dislike how big our room and house is sometimes, but that's me being picky. Maybe it's because I don't want people to get the wrong idea and think I'm rich. Like no, my wife is."

Naruto grinned when he heard Sasuke laugh and Hinata call out his name flustered. "What? You are. Money brings depression is all I've seen over the years from getting to know you Hinata. That's why I dislike it sometimes. Let's see. My goals and dreams. Pretty simple. Still want to be Hokage and learn as much about being a ninja as possible. I want what you and Sasuke want. I dream of growing old with you two. Have all these kids you two want to have. Growing gray hairs from them and all my grandchildren and then spending the afterlife making Sasuke annoyed and you blush Princess."

Naruto turned and looked at Hinata. "I just want you two forever. A life with you two forever."

Hinata cupped his cheek and leaned over to kiss Naruto, but he stopped her. She was avoiding her turn. "Now you Princess."

Sasuke wrapped an arm around Hinata and used his elbow to prop himself up and looked at her. Waiting for her to share.

"My likes. I still like pressing flowers. I still love the water and I still like sweets. I still love Naruto-kun and I love Sasuke-kun just the same. I love my life now."

It was short, but the last part was very impactful. Considering Hinata's thought process from when she was 13 years old, compared to now. "Hinata?" She looked at Naruto as he looked up at her.

"You weren't going to go that extra mile to actually kill yourself with your own hands, but…did you really wish to die like you said back then? Did you have a plan thought out?"

Hinata could see the scared look in Naruto's eyes and felt Sasuke's hold around her tighten. They knew the answer. "Yes. I did want to die. I did plan to go out on a mission and have myself killed. I didn't want to live back then. I hated myself and the life I lived. I couldn't stop drinking. I told myself it wasn't an issue, but it was. I couldn't stop my addiction, my failures or my dark thoughts."

Hinata smiled after she said this. Even though Naruto and Sasuke's whole aura turned somber. Hinata was hurting so bad back then. It was painful to hear. "Don't be upset please. We went on the mission that turned horribly bad remember? I built a connection with Naruto-kun and Sasuke-kun before we faced Zabuza. That night really made a big difference."

She left it there. If they didn't talk that night. If Hinata was still in the same dark mindset. She might not have fought back as hard against the Zabuza, when he had the knife against her throat. Or later against those gang members.

"You both say that you didn't do much for me. When you did many things that helped me get by day by day. Even before we expressed our feelings. So, please don't think I overcame everything alone or with just my family. Team seven SAVED me. Not the Hyuga clan."

Naruto smiled brightly at Hinata. That meant a lot to him. He knew it meant a lot to Sasuke because he buried his face in the crook of Hinata's neck so she didn't see his expression. "Go on Princess."

Hinata giggled at Naruto. "Umm. My dislikes. I still dislike crowded places, however not as much anymore. I dislike when…I have to act differently from being upset. I do not like when people upset me or people I love. I dislike when every so often, I still get that desire to drink. It upsets me, but I understand that comes with the recovery."

Sasuke kissed the side of Hinata's neck before lifting up to look at her. "You do well in small social gatherings. You and your brother's hookah parties seem to really relax you."

Hinata hummed at this. "Me and Neji learned that a lot of people in our family do not like large gatherings. If it's needed for a political reason then that is understandable. Other than that, even my father avoided big gatherings. We just personally like small groups. People we know and trust. I started to feel better when I realized it wasn't just me. Hanabi really is the only social butterfly in our family. Her and my grandfather were."

Naruto's eyes lit up and a grin crossed his face. "Oh…" Hinata looked at him confused and looked to see Sasuke had a face similar to Naruto's. "What is it?"

Naruto chuckled while he grinned at her. "Your father was able to tolerate a lot more, I noticed. Compared to you and Neji. He could tolerate Hanabi and his father. You and Neji could not. I won't even say Neji, because I could tell the whole time with Hanabi he didn't really want to punish her."

Sasuke looked at Hinata with a dark grin, "You did though. Kakashi was right. Neji follows you and you dictate the shots. He said to always look out for you."

Hinata made an owl face, "Oh. I suppose you're right." Naruto laughed at this. He was head over heels with an absolute psycho. The way Hinata back handed her sister. Naruto would NEVER forget that image. "I'm not going to lie. Hinata…that backhand slap you did to Hanabi."

Naruto looked at Sasuke who looked equally amused at someone else misery. The fact that they could finally talk about the infamous slap and Hinata's total meltdown was nice. Even if it was all dark humor laced.

Sasuke grinned. "I saw it coming. Neji loves Hanabi and coddles her too much to snap on her. Plus, he wasn't the one going through a mental and physical impairment. I told myself it was either going to be you or Naruto that snapped on Hanabi. Her slamming your foot triggered Naruto, I could sense him reaching the verge of bashing the door in. However, when you felt as if Hanabi was judging your looks and looking down on you. I knew you'd be the one to make the first move."

Naruto looked at Sasuke appalled, "You thought I would do something to her little sister? No matter how upset I get, that's not my style."

Sasuke chuckled at Naruto. He leaned over and traced his lips along Hinata's lip. Since she was turned looking at him equally as appalled as Naruto. "You and Naruto were not in the right place mentally during that time."

He looked up from Hinata and looked at Naruto. "Don't try to sell me that story. I saw the look on your face, and you too Hinata. I'm glad that you finally grew a back bone towards your sister. I understand you want to protect her, but even my brother has to give me a reality check every now and then."

Sasuke kissed Hinata lightly and grinned when Hinata followed his lips up. The two separated and Hinata looked at him tenderly. She turned and looked at Naruto and could see he was still playing their silent game. This made her smile. "I was absolutely vile to Hanabi. I felt bad about it. It just added to how bad I was feeling after the apartment, taking my grandfather's life in front of my family and then hurting Hanabi."

Naruto shook his head. "Yeah man, you did a lot Hinata."

Both Sasuke and Hinata gave Naruto a pointed look.

The young blonde just laughed at this. "What? You did. I had no clue you could be so mean. That day in the apartment was the first time I actually had to give you the 'Sasuke treatment' from when he goes off the rails. I didn't like having to yell at you like that, and you almost had me, when you started crying. Luckily I studied about you Hinata. I really went out my way to make sure we handled you the best way, for you to be okay."

She looked at Naruto curiously and he just smiled at her before holding up his fingers. "Denial. Dismissiveness. Anger. Bargaining. Depression or crying. Acceptance. I've been looking up about addiction and typically those are the main stages a person goes through. Especially when an urge starts to take over. You went through all those stages, until Sasuke pushed you into acceptance. Believe it or not. I was proud of you Hinata. You were in so much PAIN, and you didn't try to do some hospital trick, to get some type of high. You took the harsh treatment from me and Sasuke and you endured. I couldn't let you endure for too much longer. That's like never getting an award for staying on the right track. It wasn't fair."

Hinata blinked at Naruto. Totally absorbed in everything he said. Naruto really took everything serious. He paid so much attention to her. He listened to her advice for his attention problems. His eating habits and in return he did everything he could to ensure she stayed on the right track. "Oh Naruto-kun."

Naruto bit his bottom lip as he looked at Hinata. "I told you Princess. I'll handle you. So, don't worry. I have you and Sasuke numbers down on how to handle you two. I get you two. Life is hard for us all, but it can get unbearable for you two. I understand, I like the challenge. Believe it. Just promise me, no more smacking the shit out your sister, degrading Sasuke or screaming you hate me."

Sasuke leaned on his elbow again and his chin rested in his palm. "That was insane, but I do not want you to belittle yourself to make up for it. Sober you is enough of an apology for me."

Sasuke again was impatient. He turned Hinata to look at him as he kissed her deeply. His grip on her jaw was tight. She could feel his excitement rug against her and knew Sasuke was reaching the end of his patience before he forced Naruto and Hinata to let him have his way.

Naruto blinked at the two. How Sasuke just randomly reached for Hinata to kiss her in the middle of their sentimental conversation. Hinata and Sasuke both were nuts off their rockers in their own way. "Go on Princess."

Hinata held back a smile as Sasuke groaned when she pulled away and smiled at Naruto. "My goals and dreams. I still want to be the strongest Hyuga. I want to be stronger than Neji. As of now, he is the only one above me. I want to be the best clan leader for the Hyuga clan. I want to help Naruto-kun be the best for the Uzumaki clan and Sasuke-kun for the Uchiha clan. My dream mimics both of your dreams. I'm a little nervous to be a mother, but I want to experience it one day."

Naruto looked at Hinata, leaned over and finally kissed her lips fully. "Well. We can always practice for your dream Princess." He looked up at Sasuke and smirked. "We're done playing our game."

Sasuke sat up and removed his shirt.

Finally.

End of chapter.

So, no honeymoon, but a cute night as newlyweds.

I wanted to add this chapter to build on their relationship and bond. One of those 'behind the scenes moments' is what I wanted to go for with this chapter.

I hope you enjoyed this chapter. Next chapter will be the preparation for the mission. After that, we will get into revealing the Hyuga secrets.

See you Saturday!
