In this story, we take a new direction in which Optimus Prime's Lieutenant Commander, some of the other transformatted humans, and the Nightowl Trines rely on their similarly different origins, including Smokeedge being a Cybertronian first, a Quadwal Cluster human second, and back again, to ensure that the Autobots make smarter choices. Chapter 31: Considerations.

I'm Sliplight.

Along with Acidwave, Ionwave, Novawave, Freecloud, Widestalker, Phaseslinger, Aurorascratch, Earthpillage, Oillock, Hydraurake, Flashdealer, Afterflow, Slamstream, Weaselwheels, Oilclash, Quickcharger, Windjump, Deftglitch, Shockmaster, Fungustorrent, Sidedealer, Pyrospike, Meltcase, Skysplitter, Thunderdash, Stampedeclaw, Groundtwitch, Brushwatch, Cliffrazor, Topbeam, Neutrocharge, Venturecrux, Burstblaster, Pyroburn, Doomtop, Cinderbrawl, Acidscraps, Ionscraps, Novascraps, Seatop, Furyblade, Tridentblockaide, Darkwise, Bonestrike, Aftertop, Turboline, Rumblewhip, Havocblade, and Quakeswitch, we were in shock and a little outraged that Disklight and the others joined the Autobots.

Wanting answers, I took the others with me to the Autobot base via their Ground Bridge, and Disklight says at the end of the explanation, "So, in short, that's why we decided to join the Autobots."

Quakeswitch walks up to Disklight, and she unexpectedly smacks Disklight in the face.

I exclaimed, "Quakeswitch!"

Quakeswitch replies, "She disobeyed rule number 1 of being a Neutral, and for what?"

Disklight replies firmly, "To honor my sire's last request and warning about how we can't stay Neutral forever, no matter how hard we try."

Quakeswitch didn't like that, so she aimed a blaster at Disklight, but then, Smokeedge threw his shield at her and knocked her out.

Smokeedge then says, "Mosssound, take her to her normal cell."

Mosssound replies, "Yes sir."

And so, Mosssound took our last remaining comrade to the prison cells.

I then said, "Optimus, as the secondary ringleader, I request an hour and five minutes to consider joining you."

Optimus replies, "Very well."

And so, after an hour and five minutes, and after having to deal with a hysterically protesting Quakeswitch, we officially became Autobots.

It wasn't easy with considering the positives and the negatives, but, for our comrades, for our family units, for the other Cybertronians we loved, we're going to help the Autobots win this war by any means necessary.

(Third person POV...)

Quakeswitch was fuming in her quarters about how she was "betrayed" by her fellow Neutrals.

She mentally snarls, "Those sons and daughters of rust buckets! The Autobots will just abandon them when they're needed the most! Better that I attempt to get out of here and alert the Decepticons of this development."

However, because Smokeedge's cameras can read minds among other things, Quakeswitch was stripped of her weapons, and put in a cloning inversion machine that turned her into the opposite of what she was just now, as an Autobot.

But as for the real Quakeswitch, she was locked up in one of the maximum security cells on level 50.

In no time, the Autobots' newest recruits managed to get along with Optimus and his forces.

But Smokeedge and the other transformatted Autobots knew that the Decepticons will return soon.

The only question was when and for what.
