Transformers Prime: No Autobots Are Idiots.
Chapter 32: Masters and Students.
(Transformers Prime Universe #192,394,596,203,495,867,019,183, Tuesday, July 20th, 2010, third person POV...)
On the bridge of the Nemesis, Starscream remarks as he rewatches footage of Megatron's demise, "Such a shame, but I applaud you, Megatron. You surely made a grand exit. Oh, I could watch this over and over again! Hehehehehehehehehehe, hehehehehehehehehehehehe! Hahahahahahahahahahaha!"
Inkstorm blasts Starscream with an Energon bolt that scorches his back, making him yell in pain.
Inkstorm snarls as Starscream turns around, "Need I remind you that Megatron said to punish you in his place if you attempt anything or do anything that concerns celebrating his absence or demise?!"
Soundwave says in Megatron's voice, "(Filtered; with Megatron's voice) ENOUGH!"
Inkstorm then says, "Very well. Soundwave, cue the audio/visual. I wish to address the troops."
Soundwave activates the audio/visual and Inkstorm says on every telescreen and P.A. speaker, "The loss of Megatron, the leader of the great Decepticon uprising, and a loving father to me and my siblings and fellow Generals, is a devastating blow to our cause. Yet, we mustn't despair over his tragic demise, but instead, we must build further upon the foundation he laid, with an even mightier servo."
A Vehicon Trooper on the Nemesis bridge asks, "With all due respect, General Inkstorm, if we failed to conquer Earth under Lord Megatron's command, what hope do we have now, while the Autobots still defend it?"
Inkstorm answers, "I studied meticulously under our master, and I have led troops into battle and into relaxation time myself under Soundwave's supervision. And with assistance from any among you with high command ranks, including Shatter, I am equipped to lead the Decepticons. I, Lord Megatron's true heir, General Inkstorm, Emperor of Destruction!"
The Vehicons look at each other before saying, "All hail Inkstorm!" in unison.
Starscream mutters to himself in Soundwave's hearing range, "What good are troops who can't rise up to the task of inflicting destruction in my name, not Inkstorm's? Ah, but wait. Legend tells of one capable warrior, one who exists on this very mudball, one who could be the student to my master."
Just then, a Decepticon Flier emerges from the door to the bridge, and he says, "Decepticons, I have returned!"
Inkstorm remarks, "Azurebreak, what a nice surprise."
Azurebreak replies before asking, "Ah, General Inkstorm. Nice to see you're still online. Wait, where's Lord Megatron?"
Soundwave shows Azurebreak the footage of Megatron's demise, and Azurebreak then says, "Oh, no. Lord Megatron is gone."
Inkstorm then says, "But don't worry; the Decepticons will flourish well under my leadership."
Azurebreak nods before he notices his sister is gone, and he asks, "Where is Drabstorm?"
Soundwave shows footage of Drabstorm joining the Autobots, killing Decepticons, and denouncing any mention or memory of his name.
Azurebreak growls, "My little sister dares to join those accursed Autobots?!"
Inkstorm answers, "Unfortunately, it appears so. I wish there was something we can do to bring her back to you, but there isn't. She's deadset on being an Autobot."
Azurebreak then asks, "General, permission to scout the planet for my sister?"
Inkstorm then answers, "Permission granted. Time: five groons."
Azurebreak nods before leaving the bridge of the Nemesis.

and fly down the highway before transforming to robot mode, with Optimus being first. The entire Autobot army then gets accompanied by all of their generic troops and they stand tall. In the Autobot base, Rafael activates his Techmaster armor and flies alongside Bumblebee as the scout transforms to vehicle mode before driving through the open Ground Bridge portal. Miko does the same by activating her Nitrosmine armor as Bulkhead transforms to vehicle mode before they respectively drive and fly through the portal. And finally, Jack activates his Iron Speedster suit and flies behind Arcee as she transforms to vehicle mode and drives through the portal. In a red sky battleground not too similar to Cybertron, Megatron walks forward while firing pot shots from his Fusion Cannon while Starscream transforms to his jet mode and flies forward. Starscream fires his two missiles at Optimus, but he avoids the missiles while running towards Megatron. Optimus fires a shot at Megatron, and he fires back. The two leaders rush towards each other and they punch each other in the face in unison before the title appears: Transformers Prime: No Autobots Are Idiots.)
(First person POV, Primus' dimension...)
I awoke from my death slumber to see darkness in front of me and all around me.
Then, a light appears in front of me, becoming bigger and bigger until the light transforms into Primus, the god of the Transformers.
I was shocked; I had no idea that the multiverse and the omniverse as wholes existed, and that as a result, every universe is a real life interpretation of various works of fiction, including anything straight out of comic books.
I then composed myself as I asked, "Lord Primus, how may I be of service?"
Primus replies as he answers, "No need for royalty titles; I may be a god, but I don't require anyone aside from my innumerable children to address me as Lord."
I nodded in understanding.
Primus then says, "And to answer your question, you are destined for wonderful and misfortunate things to come in your future when you become resurrected as a Cybertronian. But I have faith that you will be able to overcome the misfortunate things to come with honor, nobility, and compassion. You are to help my chosen 13th champion, Optimus Prime."
I replied back as I inquired, "I normally don't question even God's wisdom and choices, but how am I to help Optimus Prime even as a Cybertronian?"
Primus answers, "You'll have extraordinary gifts and abilities that include the ones I bestowed upon the likes of even Fortressimus Prime and his forces."
I queried, "But why choose me? As you should've known by now, I was on my unmerry way to Hell for becoming a murderous vigilante after my younger siblings and older cousins, biological and otherwise, were murdered. And even though I'm not a religious person, I know that God and His Son, our Savior, detest the notion of killing one's enemies regardless of what side of the law the evildoer or the vigilante are on."
Primus sighs deeply as he replies, "Yes, I am aware of your murderous rampage and brief stay in maximum security imprisonment. But deep inside that rough armored exterior, you are a brave soul who would do anything for his family within specific limits. I chose you for that reason, among others. And I believe – no, I know, that you are prepared for a new life away from the one that took away your moral code, freedom, and life."
I asked, "A new life?"
Primus nods, and his hands glow white with divine power.
And I knew no more, for now.
(Third person POV...)
In the Autobot base, over a week has passed since the Space Bridge battle.
Soon, for the normal humans, their combat training was officially completed.
And because the kids liked to hang out with the Autobots a lot aside from Smokeedge lecturing them on the importance of keeping up with their grades, along with the fact that the human items in the recreation center were starting to malfunction due to being old models, they got a 2012 plasma screen TV with optional video game consoles and with optional settings for Netflix, YouTube, Amazon Video, Amazon Prime, Tubi, HBO Max, Disney Plus, Fios TV, Hulu, Peacock, Paramount Plus, Apple TV Plus, Discovery Plus, ABC, NBS, CBS, Discovery Channel, Fox, NBC, TBS, the CW, Food Network, Animal Planet, AMC, Freeform, FX, Syfy, TNT, Starz, Showtime, the Christian Television Network, and ESPN Plus among others for free thanks to some deals that Smokeedge managed to acquire with vast amounts of money without raising suspicions and without complaints or excessive questions.
At the same time, they also got a coffee table with legs for it rather than cinder blocks, a decent-sized refrigerator, a decent-sized freezer/icebox, a decent-sized 16-person family dining table, a coffee maker, an oven, a refrigerator-shaped pantry closet, a decent-sized range, a shelving system, a couple of food processors, and all other kinds of things that the Autobots wouldn't expect to see in a human residence without using their holoforms to enter a human residence.
For the likes of Jack Darby's relatives, they got along well with Optimus Prime's Autobot army.
For Dylan, Arcee was fun to spend time with, sharing embarrassing stories with each other about their partners, and the military young man of the Darby family asked Arcee and Omega Danger about tying the knot human style.
Arcee fainted at the question.
Bumblebee was a lot of fun to hang around with, telling war stories and playing racing games.
Bulkhead shared stories about his adventures with Wheeljack in serving alongside the Wreckers before Wheeljack deserted them because of Ultra Magnus being assigned to command the Wreckers and get them in line.
Ratchet provided the humans scientific knowledge of every Cybertronian subject, along with basic and advanced medical knowledge in terms of illnesses to avoid if possible, how to repair moderate damages, and so forth.
Along with that, Ratchet fine-tuned Dylan's firearms to run on Energon and bullets interchangeably to avoid suspicions stemming from Dylan buying more and more bullets to stock up on.
Cliffjumper shared with Dylan and the others the story of how he along with Shadowguard, Tailgate, and Arcee among others had managed to destroy Shockwave, Chockwave, Blockwave, Chalkwave, Haulnight, Jetgrave, Nightjet, Jetnight, Grave Haul, Haulgrave, Hub End, and Trailtwin's first natural Space Bridge they built in the aftermath of their last battle against the Dinobots and in their last recorded battle against the Wreckers along with their first and only battle against Tyrannicon and his army of Sharkticons that they won when Megatron got the Sharkticon Matrix and that the battle against the Sharkticons had actually happened when Trailtwin accidentally opened a Space Bridge to the Quintesson-occupied Autobot colony planet Aquatron in an attempt to corrupt Vector Sigma with Dark Energon.
Tailgate shared his tale about how he along with Arcee, Traillead, Dogwheel, Bumperblock, Arcdegree, Dark Rose, Amethyst Spud, Shadeshield, Dark Sentry, Cloudkeeper, Blightscreen, Scrapfender, Atombumper, Ghostjailer, Dragshadow, Lawcrusher, Camgut, Shadowguard, Gearcharger, Duskstorm, Metalvoice, Cloudwire, and the Autobot Six Changers Fortressnose, Warheart, Forceflash, Warbane, Flamestealer, and Ironvibe among others had escaped imprisonment at the hands of Moonspinner and that Arcee was worried they weren't going to make it out alive.
And among the others, Dylan found himself enjoying Optimus' company the most.
Optimus shared stories of wisdom, stories of Cybertron's past before the war, stories of family time, and other kinds of stories.
Dylan once asked Optimus if he had any more children, and Optimus answered that he did, without elaborating further, signifying that it was a sensitive matter.
Optimus could tell that Dylan was also aware that people don't like to talk about sensitive matters, which is why Optimus took it upon himself to train Dylan in the ways of the Primes, seeing leadership potential in the young adult.
In the present day, Ratchet and Elita One both notice Optimus staring at the Ground Bridge glumly and Ratchet asks, "Optimus, why so glum? This planet, all planets, are finally free from Megatron's tyranny."
Optimus confesses, "I do not disagree, Ratchet. It's just... a small part of me hoped to change Megatron's mind, not extinguish his spark."
Ratchet replies, "Optimus, his vileness was not slain by your hand, but by his own twisted arrogance!"
Optimus growls lowly at this.
Ratchet says, "I'm sorry. I know the two of you had quite a history."
Elita One says next, "But Optimus, all the same, you and I both know that the Megatron you knew died the day he chose to become the leader of the Decepticons in the High Council Chambers."
Optimus sighs as he replies before saying with newly found seriousness, "You are correct, Elita. The Decepticons may be in disarray, but they aren't without leadership. And while Starscream is no Megatron, even he is far from predictable."
Suddenly, an explosion sounds in the base, complete with smoke.
Ratchet shouts, "Decepticons! We're under attack!"
The three Autobots rush over to the disturbance, only to see Rafael's model volcano smoking.
Rafael states while waving away smoke, "It's not a Decepticon attack, Ratchet. (Coughing.) It's my volcano. (His volcano flattens) Or at least it used to be."
Shadeskulker observes Rafael's predicament and states, "I see the problem, Raf; you used too much baking soda. You're gonna have to take it easy so that this doesn't happen again."
Rafael replies, "Got it."
At this time, the Autobots posted at Autobot Outpost Omega One were confused at the sight in front of them.
Ratchet then notices Miko painting a model of planets Bulkhead was holding above a paint-proof tarp.
Miko states, "Hold still, Bulkhead; Jupiter needs its red spot."
Miko dips her paint brush in red paint and goes to paint Jupiter's red spot, and she thankfully spills some red paint on the tarp.
Miko states, "Whoopsie."
Bulkhead points out, "I think that's exactly why Marcus insisted on putting the tarp right there, Miko."
Ratchet finally asks, "What... in the Allspark... is going on in here?"
Platinum remarks before explaining, "Oh! Ha ha ha! Silly us, we forgot to tell you guys. Basically, the kids are having a science fair at their school. It's basically a competitive event hosted by every public school across the globe once a year every year. The students who are participating have to do a project related to the sciences of Earth as a vital part of their overall grades that can enable them to graduate to college. But science fairs are mostly for recreation in order to get students interested in science, in order to encourage school students to do their science classwork and science homework no matter if they like it or not, and to test a student's level of intelligence when it comes to answering the questions of a hypothesis. This has been this way for over sixty-two years, ever since the first one in 1950."
Ratchet quizzes, "So, these '"science fairs"' are mostly for fun while also testing a human child's mind?"
Jack replies, "In a nutshell."
Arcee holds up an exhaust pipe and says, "Maybe this needs one of these doohickeys."
Jack points out, "You're a motorcycle, Arcee. Shouldn't you know how to build a motorcycle engine?"
Arcee retorts, "You're a human, Jack. Can you build me a small intestine?"
Smokeedge snorts in amusement before pointing out, "That's the motorcycle's exhaust pipe, Arcee, and it always goes on last to avoid complications during the actual assembly of a motorcycle. And also, a small intestine is something that is naturally developed in a human body when a human being is being born as an infant."
Arcee looks at the exhaust pipe, completely dumbfounded as she didn't know about that detail.
And Arcee's expression immediately turned to disgust the moment Smokeedge explained in short simple details how a small intestine is developed.
Ratchet then says while coming up with a slight lie, "Well, you can't work on these projects in here! You're.. making a mess!"
Overshard points out, "The kids aren't making a mess out of anything; they've long since learned how to keep this place clean."
Rafael replies, "But the science fair is a big part of our grade."
Miko starts to say as well, "Yeah, if Bulkhead doesn't help me finish this model of our solar system—"
But Ratchet interrupts her to ask, "Oh? And what does Bulkhead know of your solar system, or Bumblebee of your volcanoes, or –"
Jack finishes for him, "Arcee of our motorcycles?"
Arcee gives Jack a dirty look, but Jack doesn't even notice.
Ratchet replies, "Precisely! We're not Earthlings, and they're not scientists."
Optimus points out, "But the Autobots are their guardians, Ratchet. Wouldn't it hurt to learn more about Earth by helping our young friends with their schoolwork?"
Ratchet replies, "Well, perhaps our young friends should try learning more of Cybertron."
Shadeskulker replies back, "Well, I think it would be a great idea, considering the fact that if any of us needed temporary homes on Cybertron, me and the other techno-organics would need to learn everything there is to know about Cybertron's environments and new laws to be put into effect when Cybertron is restored and when the newly reformatted High Council is elected into office without bringing back Sentinel Zeta Prime's caste system."
Ratchet nods for added emphasis.
Jumpbee then says, "But Ratchet, know this: if you decide to help them with their science projects, don't go overboard. Besides, we're trying to keep a low profile, and Rafael's volcano blowing a hole in the roof of the school is not keeping a low profile. Plus, Rafael could be among the parties questioned by school authorities about how and why his volcano blew a hole in the school's roof, along with the fact that the kids could easily get low grades if they don't get in trouble first, and the repairs for the roof of the school would cost a lot of money in school funds."
Ratchet looked shocked at what Jumpbee said, but he knew that she was right.
Cliffjumper remarks, "Wow. I didn't know you could make Hatchet shut himself up."
Ratchet throws a wrench at Cliffjumper's head, leaving a dent the size of a medium-sized beach ball.
Everyone laughed except for Smokeedge, some members of his army, Ratchet and Optimus, for different reasons.
Smokeedge remarks seriously, "Word of advice: never anger someone like Ratchet. It'll come back to bite you in the skidplate later."
Everyone else laughed harder at Cliffjumper's pout.
Meanwhile, in a canyon in the Nevada desert, Starscream says, "During the Great War, so much Energon was hidden on this Allspark-forsaken rock that Megatron dispatched some of his finest warriors to guard the Energon. True Decepticon soldiers, now lying in stasis, waiting to be reawakened. Hm, such folly that, late in life, Lord Megatron searched deep space for warriors for three years, rather than here beneath his feet."
Soundwave's radar beeps a negative sound to signify he can't pinpoint the Decepticon signal.
Starscream replies, "What do you mean, you can't pinpoint his signal? I know we are close! Boost the power to your sensors, Soundwave!"
The communications officer does so, and a Decepticon life signal appears on his monitor-like face.
Starscream states while pointing at the Decepticon signal, "Yes... There."
Soundwave's monitor-like face beeps as it zeroes in on the signal, and the three Decepticons – including General Inkstorm – all transform to jet mode and they fly into the canyon.
In the Autobot base, Dylan approaches Cliffjumper as he heals his dent and he inquires, "So, Cliffjumper, if you don't mind me asking something, what did you and the others do when you weren't fighting Decepticons or mining Energon?"
Cliffjumper looked relieved at the question as he answers, "Oh, we basically did training, maintenance, studying everything to know about Earth and the various animal species that live on this planet, the usual. Although, we would try to bring humor to the base when things got too dull."
Dylan then questions, "I see. Anyway, how did you react when Optimus' relatives, along with Saberfist, Steelfist and Tiderally brought Airachnid and Airsized to the Autobot cause?"
Cliffjumper replies sheepishly, "At first, I thought that they were all making a very terrible joke. But as Optimus once explained, his relatives share one thing in common and it's that they're always very serious, never joking or lying about anything. And as Tiderally made it very clear, even he wouldn't dare to make a joke about anything related to helping Optimus' relatives in convincing a Decepticon the equivalent of Airsized in joining the Autobot cause. Steelfist, Saberfist, Optimus' relatives and Tiderally had done something once considered to be unworkable during the later days of the War for Cybertron, and they proceeded to do it again and again."
Dylan then inquires out of curiosity, "And who else did Optimus' relatives, Steelfist, Saberfist, and Tiderally persuade to change sides?"
Cliffjumper lists off several names as he answers again, "They did it with Aero Raid, Armored Corps, Axel, Axor, Black Spider, Blackwidow, Blast Off, Blazemaster, Brawl, Breeze Master, Carnivac, Carzap, Catilla, Choppermaster, Clobber, Crankshot, Crystal Widow, Deaddart, Diabla, Drench, Drift, Explosion Launcher, Fireworks Master, Glit, Tightcutter, Gripthroat, Daresteel, Hot Break, Steamtractor, Laserknock, Hawkshear, Wheelrider, Wildbolt, Landbuild, Combatmaster, Rotorpunch, Rackflap, Oilclaw, Razor Bomber, Kingclaw, Jetswipe, Black Eye, Whirlrotor, Victoryfire, Stargunner, Razorslasher, Slogshot, Cat Rod, Shadowwheel, Scouttake, Thunderbomber, Wild Dragon, Vaingain, Hawking, Eclipse, Eagle Eye, Erector, Gigawatt, Deadgripper, Skyfire, Skyfly, Landslide, Manta Ray, Marinemaster, Piranha, Silverbee, Obsidian, Oil Slick, Onslaught, Flatwave, Flame Dragon, Scoutjet, Scoutlauncher, Scoutslasher, Scoutstinger, Treadmine, Shred, Sandblock, Counterglide, Ironsaw, Stealth Bomber, Stealth Saber, Seadown, Swindle, Firegut, Torque Gain, Vortex, Wasp, Knockdrive, Stake Twist, Wildwheel, Super Rod, X-Gunner, Warbrain, Nosejet, Mixstuff, Battleburner, Chaintwin, Denfentron, Hot Alert, Blastblock, Razorbug, Bumblecap, Victoryspan, Dreadjack, Dragtop, Hawksight, Knife Out, Knockdown, Dreadcore, Rawquake, Fangwing, Steelshell, Chockbome, Shellhead, Kickfang, Coreshot, Stormnel, Acidshark, Acidulate, Burstcast, Tinfun, Shockwar, Coreshift, Bombshot, Chopshell, Buzzshock, Barclaw, Sparrow Shop, Hardox, Infernoshell, Kickhole, Shotback, Shrapler, Needsack, Ranhorn, Razornel, Wasptrap, Zapinok, Scorpshot, Salvoinator, Venomsharp, Springage, Bristlebrain, Birdback, Brougeon, Bludhaha, Bug-Burst, Bombly, Carback, Fenivac, Finris, Gilflector, Hoodpick, Icewink, Killnaus, Igujoy, Octomaster, Oilpunch, Blockgrabber, Skullblock, Skygrin, Snarlhammer, Scowler, Reflecslug, Spacedown, Splashwarp, Stranglemarauder, Thunderhold, Subwing, Starfly, Wildpinch, Soundboard, Screamer, Stagescout, Blightvibe and his spark siblings Grimhead, Wildswipe, Pathwing, Wavenight, Knockwind, Pathjet, Fireknock, Boneknock, and Wingboom, their parents Wingdead and Hidewild, and their decuplet cousins Knockfall, Hotwind, Razorwind, Nightknock, Fallclaw, Hideshot, Shadownight, Strikeshadow, Armorboom, and Boomstreak, along with Squeezebite, Duskracer, Doublestreak, Mudshaft, Slapshell, Clouddreamer, Hydrobite, Sixcross, Snapstreak, Skullstrong, Blastglide, Breakcrunch, Starachnid, Gloomdealer, Ironpounder, Heavyblade, Widescrap, Cloudway, Volttop, Cranklane, Dunewar, Heavytracks, Hardfist, Silverbuster, Boneraid, Junksweep, Flamespike, Meltdrift, Oilsweep, Bonedrift, Cinderpunch, Tigarazor, Goldray, Toppounder, Megaburn, Brushstrike, Skytron, Fierycharge, Topburner, Skything, Darkrazor, Divecrusher, Lazerfoot, Slipbite, Grizzsplitter, Brushrazor, and Fangwheels. That especially shocked Dylan, as Flamewar, Flashblaze, and Shockwave were supposed to be three of the most loyal Decepticons in Cybertronian history. And on top of that, the Quadwal cluster transformatted humans knew Soundwave didn't have any relatives or sparkmates either.
Then Dylan and Cliffjumper walked into the command center.
They both walked further into the command center just in time to hear Bumblebee tell Rafael an old war story.
As Rafael redoes his fake volcano, Bumblebee explains an old war story, "So, there I was in Crystal City. And then all of a sudden, I'm immediately surrounded by Decepticons of all different soldier types: Decepticon Soldiers, Decepticon Rocket Troopers, Decepticon Shotgunners, Decepticon Protectors, Decepticon Seekers, Decepticon Snipers, Decepticon Cloakers, Decepticon Brutes, Decepticon Heavy Soldiers, Decepticon Destroyers, Decepticon Titans, Decepticon Guardians, Decepticon Leapers, Insecticon Swarmers, Insecticon Spitters, Insecticon Bruisers, Decepticon Marauders, Decepticon Wall Crawlers, Vehicon Troopers, Vehicon Jets, Vehicon Tanks, Vehicon Helicopters, Vehicon Trucks, Ground Vehicon Generals, Vehicon Seeker Generals, and so forth. But thanks to my hand-to-hand combat training combined with my knowledge of the weaknesses for every soldier type employed by Autobots, Decepticons, Maximals, Predacons, Quintessons, Mercenaries, and Neutrals, I took them out. And I also took more of them out with my wrist cannons, my Plasma Cannon, my Energon Battle Pistol, a broken sword hilt, nine sets of Thermo Homing Mines, twelve sets of incendiary grenades, eighteen sets of triple bang fragmentation grenades, and an ordinary canister of explosives. Then I spotted a fuel cell and blew the place sky high, taking out all of the remnants of the Decepticons sent to get rid of me."
Rafael remarks, "Bumblebee, that's awesome! You must be a really wonderful soldier."
Bumblebee replies before admitting, "That's true, Raf. But even before recent events this year started to happen, I haven't been promoted to Warrior Class just yet."
Rafael then inquires, "Really, Bumblebee? Then how do you make Warrior Class?"
Bumblebee answers in reply, "The best way to make Warrior Class is battle experience. And I've still got a long way to go, regardless of how long it takes for the war to end with and without our army's new numbers and shared intel."
Rafael then says, "But I've seen you in action; you're awesome!"
Bumblebee replies bashfully, "Thanks, pal."
Optimus puts a servo on Bumblebee's shoulder plate and he explains, "I second your opinion, Raf. But Cybertronian life cycles are millions of years longer than those of human beings in ancient times and in the modern era. And as difficult as it could be to believe, our young scout still has much to experience."
Suddenly, the monitors start beeping to signify exposed Energon is on the move.
Ratchet announces, "It's exposed Energon, and it's on the move."
Bulkhead adds, "And since we aren't the ones who are moving it, guess who is."
Arcee adds, "Decepticons."
Cliffjumper adds as well, "More than likely to be Starscream."
Tailgate adds, "Without permission from the Decepticon Generals."
Sunbreaker remarks, "The Decepticons have been quiet for a week at most, and they're choosing now to make a move."
Optimus replies, "So it appears that it is true."
Miko quizzes in confusion, "They're making a move without Megatron?"
Smokeedge explains, "Megatron's legacy will live on as those like Starscream, Soundwave, Ahellona, and the 30 greatest Decepticon generals currently onboard the Nemesis rise to take his place. You see, it's just like crime bosses in a superhero video game and in some forms of real life according to your internet research: when you take out one major crime boss, especially including Wilson Fisk aka the Kingpin from Marvel Comics, another wannabe with a giant army and a giant arsenal decides to wage a gang war to take control of a city's criminal underworld under the fanatical belief that they are like the next Godfather."
Optimus adds before saying, "Fictional references and real world references aside, Smokeedge is right; Megatron's legacy will indeed live on as others rise to take his place. Autobots, you have projects to complete. Ratchet, I may require first aid."
Ratchet observes the kids still working on their science projects as he says, "The science fair is a big part of their grade. Perhaps I'm better-suited to remain behind and advise them."
Elita One then says, "In that case, I'm staying behind to make sure that Ratchet doesn't go overboard. Besides, we don't need a reminder of what happens if a bot tries to make a simple blaster and Ratchet is the one who helps out a little too much."
Optimus replies before declaring, "In that case, Bumblebee, Cliffjumper, Tailgate, Smokeedge, Sunbreaker, Thaumas, Steelwolf, let us see about this Energon in transit."
They all replied in unison, "Yes sir!" "Yes sir!" "Yes sir!" "Yes sir!" "Yes sir!" "Yes sir!" "Yes sir!"
Meanwhile, in the canyon, Inkstorm, Soundwave and Starscream removed the stasis chamber embedded in the wall.
The three Decepticons stepped back and Starscream says, "Excellent work, you two. Soundwave, the Energon cube."
Soundwave reveals a cube of Energon.
He hands it to Starscream and the Seeker commander puts the cube in the cube-shaped slot that was built into the stasis chamber.
Then, the stasis chamber begins to activate.
Starscream remarks, "The Energon infusion! It's working!"
The three Decepticons covered their optics and visor as a bright blue light shines over them.
In the distance, Optimus, Bumblebee, Cliffjumper, Tailgate, Sunbreaker, Steelwolf, Thaumas arrived via the Ground Bridge.
Suddenly, they hear nearby noises that they can't identify.
Bumblebee states, "That doesn't sound good."
Optimus states in agreement before saying to all of his troops, "No, Bumblebee, it does not. You hold your positions, and await my command."
Everyone nods, and the Autobot leader walks off to where he can hear the sounds coming from.
Meanwhile, the stasis chamber opened and started to reveal the Decepticon Seeker inside.
Starscream steps forward and remarks, "Awaken, warrior! Rise and serve your new master!"
The Seeker in question, Gustquake, walks out of his stasis pod, stretches his limbs, and pounds his fists together before leaning down to Starscream's level and saying his first words, "Gustquake serves only one master."
Starscream remarks before saying, "Excellent. Your loyalty and devotion to the Decepticon cause will set a fine example for the troops. No need to be timid, Gustquake. You may bow."
Gustquake answers, "You fail to grasp my meaning. I am here on a mission assigned to me by my one true master: Megatron."
Starscream looked irritated as he replies, "Yes. Him. Sadly, Lord Megatron is no longer with us."
Gustquake states in disbelief and shock, "Impossible."
Starscream asks before stating, "Why is this so difficult for everyone to grasp and accept? Gustquake, I located you. I awakened you. Thus I, Lord Starscream, am now your master!"
Gustquake growls and gets in Starscream's face, making him nervously back away.
Just then, Inkstorm roughly grabs Starscream by his wings and harshly snarls, "I thought we made it perfectly clear that I am the leader of the Decepticons as Lord Megatron's firstborn child and true heir until we can find more evidence of his demise!"
Gustquake remarks, "General Inkstorm. I haven't seen you since the Battle of Darkmount. Lord Megatron speaks so highly of you."
Inkstorm replies, "That's because I'm his oldest child, destined to take command of the Decepticons in the event my father goes offline or decides to step down, both of which were unlikely until just recently."
Starscream snarls as he attempts to gently break free without harming his wings, "You may be Lord Megatron's heir, but I am his first lieutenant!"
Inkstorm coldly replies, "Yes, and unless you want me to terminate you myself for attempting to recruit Gustquake to your own cause of leadership over the Decepticons, you will do as I say!"
Starscream manages to break free and he gives Inkstorm a missile shot.
And Gustquake was just about to beat up the Seeker commander when Optimus joined in the conversation as he remarks, "It has indeed been some time, Gustquake."
Everyone turns their heads to see Optimus standing there.
Inkstorm growls at seeing the Autobot leader standing there.
Gustquake gently shoves Starscream out of the way and remarks, "Optimus Prime. I haven't seen you since the Battle of Technahar. Megatron ordered me to destroy you."
Optimus points out, "That was a long time ago."
Gustquake replies, "That may be so, Prime, but my orders still stand."
Bumblebee and the others are watching the whole thing from behind a rock wall corner.
Optimus questions before saying, "Is this ancient civil war still worth fighting when so many Cybertronian lives have been lost and worlds destroyed? If you want to be a true leader, Starscream, then stray from Megatron's path and lead the Decepticons towards peace."
Starscream states in reply, "I would be willing to consider a truce, if you both would be willing to bow before me, Optimus Prime."
Gustquake bellows, "Again?! Bow to this!"
He backhands Starscream into a wall.
Starscream gets up and transforms to jet mode to flee, followed by Soundwave.
Optimus then says, "Gustquake, this is a new era on another planet. Side with the Autobots and help us end this war once and for all, for our sakes and for all of our fallen comrades."
But not so surprisingly, Gustquake snarls, "I will never side with a Prime!"
Inkstorm adds, "And I will not hesitate to destroy even you for my father!"
The two Decepticons charge towards Optimus with roars at high speed, and they punch him hard in the face, and then Gustquake grabs Optimus and throws him hard into another wall.
Starscream lands high above the canyon and transforms to robot mode.
Starscream groans as he remarks, "What need do I have for peace when I have Gustquake? With some discipline, he will learn to respect his new master. And the moment it becomes known that Gustquake destroyed Optimus Prime under my command, all Decepticons will graciously bow to me."
Blackstorm pounds Starscream in the head as he retorts, "No Decepticon will ever willingly bow before you, you piece of scrap!"
Back down below, Optimus brings out his Ion Blasters and he fire at Inkstorm and Gustquake.
Gustquake quickly takes out his machine gun before firing on the Autobot leader while Inkstorm deploys his Energon-fueled Subsonic Repeaters before opening fire.
The bullets connected onto Optimus to make dents and small bullet holes.
Finally, the rest of the Autobots rushed over and shot Gustquake from behind.
Thaumas in particular shot missiles from his shoulder-mounted missile launchers, and the missiles did some damage.
Gustquake and Inkstorm try to fire back, but because of how many Autobots there was, they couldn't get them all at once.
Bumblebee jump charges at Gustquake, but he gets grabbed and thrown into a wall.
Thaumas jump charges towards Inkstorm before vaulting over him and giving him a roundhouse kick to the face.
Gustquake aims his machine gun at Bumblebee and fires, only for Optimus to grab the machine gun and jerk it upwards, making the bullets shoot up.
Bumblebee tries charging towards Gustquake again, but he gets thrown again.
Cliffjumper punches Inkstorm hard in the face before the twosome proceed to trade blows.
Steelwolf rushes up to Gustquake and she roundhouse kicks him hard in the faceplate, sending him flying into a stone wall.
Starscream then says, "Do not miss a single moment, Soundwave! We shall need visual documentation of the deaths of the Autobots for the historical record."
Optimus throws a punch at Gustquake, and he throws a punch in response.
Optimus dodges another punch and tries to grab ahold of Gustquake from behind, only to get elbowed and punched in the face at the same time.
Smokeedge appears and he then practices special magic Kung-Fu moves on Gustquake, getting him on the ropes.
Gustquake then uppercuts Smokeedge hard and manages to disorient him with an EMP grenade.
As soon as the grenade detonates on the Autobot Lieutenant Commander, Gustquake punches and kicks Smokeedge multiple times before grabbing him and throwing him in front of the other Autobots.
As Smokeedge slowly gets up while his systems reboot from the EMP grenade, Steelwolf remarks, "This is getting us nowhere, sirs."
Sunbreaker regroups after having knocked out some hiding Vehicon Troopers, much to Smokeedge's shock and secret anger.
Bumblebee then questions in a whisper, "(Softly) Why can't Gustquake transform?"
Optimus whispers back, "(Softly) Gustquake has not yet acquired a vehicle mode."
Gustquake brings out his machine gun again and charges towards the Autobots.
Smokeedge states, "Fall back!"
The Autobots transform to vehicle mode, and they do a speed turn before driving away, kicking up dust in the process.
Gustquake yells in a taunting manner, "So, time has made you a coward, Prime?!"
Gustquake starts firing his machine gun blindly, hoping to hit a target.
Inkstorm exclaims, "Autobots! Come back and fight!"
Meanwhile, in the Autobot base, Elita One, Noisecracker, Jetfire, and Perceptor are helping Ratchet with welding Rafael's volcano while Miko goes into town to buy some brown paint.
After about half a minute, Ratchet and the others finish welding Rafael's new volcano.
Ratchet then says before asking, "Rafael, we're done making the volcano more durable than the previous one. How is your part in this work coming along, by any chance?"
Rafael answers as he mixes a liquid, "It's coming along wonderfully, Ratchet, and I finished cutting the tubes like you asked. At the same time, I am nearly finished with this liquid."
The liquid starts to glow a reddish brown and orange color combination.
Rosa then asks concernedly, "But Ratchet, is this fake lava supposed to be glowing?"
Ratchet replies before asking, "Yes, it is, Rosa. And don't worry; it's completely safe to touch. As a matter of fact, Shadeskulker informed me that this liquid is seen in parties in certain human cultures as a drink. Now, where are Bulkhead and Miko with the brown paint we requested?"
Just then, Bulkhead drove into the base and he lets out Miko with a bucket of brown paint.
Miko states, "Ratchet, we found the brown paint you requested!"
Ratchet replies, "Thank you, Miko. Now, we can easily paint this volcano to make it resemble an actual one. After that, we'll proceed to start with your project."
In short, Ratchet was happily doing the complicated work while his friends were doing the less complicated work.
Meanwhile, back in the canyon, Starscream snarls, "We've lost sight of them all! Soundwave, why aren't you tracking them?!"
Soundwave responds by displaying a map of the destroyed Space Bridge, prompting Starscream to demand, "What? What is it?"
Blackstorm states, "That's a second Decepticon life signal."
Starscream questions in confusion, "A second Decepticon life signal? But I don't understand; Gustquake is the only sleeper buried in this area."
Looking closer, Blackstorm points out, "That's the coordinates of our destroyed Space Bridge."
Starscream asks in horror, "Soundwave, are you telling me that signal belongs... to Megatron?"
Soundwave nods.
Blackstorm remarks, "Our master is still alive!"
Starscream sputters before declaring, "But-but-but-but he was microns from the detonation point! Nothing and I mean nothing could ever survive that blast! Your sensors must be faulty! Ignore the contact! Delete the coordinates!"
Blackstorm remarks as he points out, "You don't tell Soundwave what to do; you're not his lord and master."
Hubbreaker points out also, "And this can't be ignored, Commander. Even if you believe Soundwave's sensors are faulty, it's your duty as second in command of the Decepticons to investigate."
Starscream eventually replies, "Oh, of course. You're right, Hubbreaker. This must be investigated and it will be. If Lord Megatron is still there, I shall be bringing him home."
Soundwave slightly nods, clearly not buying it.
Starscream states, "You three remain here and monitor the outcome. The moment Gustquake snuffs out the sparks of the Autobots, I must bear witness."
Starscream dives and transforms to jet mode before blasting off to space.
Blackstorm states worriedly, "I don't like the way this is going, especially with the underlines of his tone."
Hubbreaker adds, "Yeah, and the way he was trying to deny Lord Megatron is still alive means that he's gonna try to pull a fast one to overthrow our true master."
Soundwave nods in agreement and plays back a recording of Starscream saying, "Must bear witness."
Soundwave says in a perfect imitation of Megatron's voice, "Laserbeak, eject. Operation: Observation." Soundwave deploys Laserbeak, and the Avianoid drone follows Ironspan as discreetly as possible.
Meanwhile, on Agent Fowler's jet, a pilot says over the commlink, "Tango Six-Alpha to Central Command. We're picking up transmissions originating from unidentified technology, possibly hostile. We're moving in to investigate."
Agent Fowler presses a button and says, "Negative, Tango Six-Alpha. This is Special Agent William Fowler intercepting. Strike your report from the records and provide origin coordinates. I'll take it from here."
Agent Fowler's jet flies through the mountains to reach the canyon where the battle was happening.
Meanwhile, Steelwolf and Bumblebee are driving along a path with Gustquake and Inkstorm hot on their tailpipes on foot.
Steelwolf sees a right path up ahead leading to a dead end, and he says, "Precisely as we planned. Quickly, Bumblebee, turn right!"
The two Autobots turned right and they drove towards the dead end before transforming to robot mode.
Gustquake approaches as he remarks, "It will be a shame to crush you and your subordinate, bug, but it is my duty."
Inkstorm then says, "Wait. This seems almost too easy."
Suddenly, everyone hears two horns coming from the exit of the dead end.
Inkstorm and Gustquake see Optimus and Smokeedge approaching in vehicle mode.
Gustquake takes out his machine gun and fires, but it proves fruitless as the two Autobot commanders transformed to robot mode while moving at high speed before Optimus punches Gustquake in the faceplate hard enough to knock him into the wall and Smokeedge axe-kicks Inkstorm hard enough to make him kneel in pain before throwing him into another rock wall.
The other Autobots arrive and switch to robot mode as well.
Optimus states, "Excellent strategy, Bumblebee and Steelwolf."
Gustquake falls face first from the hole, seemingly unconscious.
As Optimus slowly approaches, Gustquake suddenly tries to backhand the older Prime, but he only manages to scratch his chestplate windows.
Optimus states in a threatening manner, "Gustquake, stay down."
Optimus punches the Seeker in the faceplate so hard that chunks of metal fly off of his face.
Gustquake falls onto his backplate.
Inkstorm tries to impale Smokeedge from behind, but Smokeedge manages to catch the blade with his shield.
Optimus knees Inkstorm hard in the gearbox area before punching him hard enough to knock him to the ground.
Suddenly, the Autobots hear a jet approaching, and they look up to see Agent Fowler's jet.
Optimus asks, "Fowler?"
Gustquake wakes up and sees the approaching jet.
Smirking in satisfaction, Gustquake's optics glow green and a scanning beam emits from his optics.
The beams reach Agent Fowler's jet.
Optimus says into his commlink, "Agent Fowler, fall back!" but it's too late as the scanning beams scan Agent Fowler's jet, making the systems go haywire for a bit.
As a view of schematics of Agent Fowler's jet are shown in Gustquake's optics, he gets up, jumps into the air, transforms to his new Earthly jet mode, and flies off.
Inkstorm transforms to his own jet mode as well and flies off.
As Gustquake flies next to Agent Fowler's smaller jet, the Autobot liaison remarks in disbelief and shock, "Well, I'll be a bald eagle."
Gustquake circles back around and remarks, "Air superiority achieved!"
He fires bullets from his machine guns at the Autobots, but the Autobots switch to vehicle mode to avoid the shots.
Just as Gustquake was going to try using his missiles, Agent Fowler chases him with weapons firing, attempting to gun him down.
Agent Fowler snarls, "Stealing plans for a classified military aircraft will not be tolerated on my watch!"
After a ten second dogfight, Gustquake manages to get behind Agent Fowler and he fires heat-seeking missiles.
The computer on Agent Fowler's jet alerts him to this, and he exclaims, "Heat-seekers!"
Agent Fowler comes up to a cliff wall and he flies upward, making the missiles hit the wall instead.
Agent Fowler remarks, "I still got it."
Meanwhile, at the sight of the destroyed Space Bridge, Starscream transforms to robot mode and lands on a piece of debris.
Starscream says to himself, "Nobody could've survived this. Hhaa. As I suspected, faulty sensors. The last thing I need now are rumors that Megatron is still online."
Suddenly, Starscream hears a groan of agony coming from behind him.
Starscream flies over to where he heard the groaning, and he's shocked to see Megatron.
Starscream states in shock, "Megatron!"
Starscream places his right hand on Megatron's chestplate, but Megatron grabs Starscream's shoulder and exclaims, "Die!"
Megatron's optics glowed a ruby red before he collapses.
Starscream then asks, "But how did he barely manage to survive?"
Starscream's question is answered as he looks at a hole in Megatron's chestplate where the Decepticon symbol used to be, and the Seeker commander sees that Megatron barely managed to survive because of one thing: Dark Energon.
Starscream remarks, "Ah, Dark Energon."
Starscream leans into Megatron's audio receptor and says, "Everyone believes you were offline. Who am I to disappoint them... master?"
Starscream removes the shard of Dark Energon from Megatron's spark chamber.
Megatron jolts awake again in an attempt to reach for the shard, before he collapses, his optics closing and going dark in unison.
Starscream remarks again while pushing Megatron away with his pede, "And this time, stay dead!"
Suddenly, Starscream hears buzzing and he sees Laserbeak soon to converge on where he is.
Starscream keeps the Dark Energon shard hidden as he says, "Soundwave, if you are listening, I managed to find Lord Megatron, and he is... unwell. We must transport him to sickbay immediately."
Meanwhile, the Autobots continue to evade the bullets and missiles, but Optimus is forced to switch back to robot mode when a missile explodes near him enough to make him launch a few inches into the air.
Bumblebee then drives up a ramp and transforms back to robot mode before running and then jumping onto Gustquake's vehicle mode.
Optimus notices Gustquake and Bumblebee going up, and he says into his commlink, "Agent Fowler, we require immediate assistance!"
Once high enough in the air, Gustquake tries to shake off Bumblebee, but he manages to hang on.
Then he punches two holes in Gustquake's rear cockpit areas and rips out important wiring, making Gustquake fly down fast to prepare for crash landing.
Agent Fowler matches his jet's speed with Gustquake's descent, and Bumblebee buzzes, "Thanks, Agent Fowler."
Agent Fowler replies, "Anytime, fella; ground floor's coming fast."
Bumblebee jumps onto Agent Fowler's jet, and Gustquake crashes while skidding a few feet, partially transformed back to robot mode.
Agent Fowler remarks, "Happy landings, 'Con."
Bumblebee jumps onto the ground floor, and Optimus stops in front of Gustquake as the Seeker's optics close offline.
Optimus slides off his battle mask and he says, "Had Gustquake chosen to stray from his master's path, we might not be burying him today.
Unfortunately, yet another two Decepticon sleeper agents loyal to only Megatron by the names of Welkinquake and Duskstreak was awakened as Starscream's backup plan, and Welkinquake and Duskstreak had to be destroyed.
(One hour and fifty-five minutes before the final return to base...)
In the same manner as the fight with Gustquake, Optimus, Smokeedge, Sunbreaker, Steelwolf, Thaumas, Bumblebee, Cliffjumper, and Shadowguard were getting soundly beaten by Duskstreak, Welkinquake, and the thirty Decepticon Generals. And this was particularly because the Decepticon Generals were accompanied by over two hundred Vehicon Troopers, three hundred Vehicon Jets, one hundred Vehicon Tanks, four hundred Vehicon Helicopters, and five hundred Vehicon Trucks, except that those were the silver, white, black, purple, red, orange, yellow, green, blue, brown, gold, bronze, copper, gem, grey, gray, beige, cyan, and pink male and female Vehicons sharing the ranks of Soldier, Scout, Sergeant, Lieutenant, General, Commander, Lieutenant Commander, Major, Lieutenant Colonel, First Lieutenant, Second Lieutenant, Brigadier General, Major General, Lieutenant General, Private, Corporal, Admiral, Commodore, and Commandant. And they all had these nineteen colors in different shades for each and every one of the drones.
Paywind shows up in secret, his Grounder frame in white and green upgraded with a winged jetpack with extra wings and rockets for space flight and interstellar travel, his frame having been tested to transform into a Ford Mustang GT500 sports car, and he observes the losing Autobots.
Smokeedge was being pummeled by the toughest Vehicon drones, and his Energon was running low, leaving him in danger of losing his spark.
As Duskstreak was refusing Optimus' offer of defecting from the Decepticons, Paywind super speed runs towards Duskstreak and punches him hard in the face, sending him into a stone wall.
Duskstreak snarls, "How dare you?!"
Paywind replies, "Always check around for stealth attacks, warmongering scumbag!"
Duskstreak roars as he charges, and for the next 3 minutes, Paywind was dodging Duskstreak's attacks while landing powerful blows of his own.
After doing a triple roundhouse kick and a shockwave punch, Duskstreak is sent skidding and he gets to his knees in pain.
Paywind states, "You fought with honor, but your master and his lieutenants don't fight with honor; they fight to kill their enemies at any costs. Stand down and walk away from Megatron's path, or be destroyed and punished by Primus at the Well of All Sparks. This is your only warning."
Duskstreak snarls, "I will never submit to a Neutral!"
Paywind replies, "Fine! Then prepare to die!"
Duskstreak pulls out a two-handed gatling gun and opens fire, but Paywind deploys an Energon shield that bounces or deflects or disintegrates the bullets.
Soundwave was recording the fight and Shatter states, "Please keep filming, Soundwave. This Neutral's skill is as lethal as Optimus Prime himself on a bad day. But at least we will have evidence to show Lord Megatron."
Soundwave nods.
Suddenly, Agent Fowler and an assortment of Lockheed F-48 Air Purifier fighter jets appeared, and they open fire on the Decepticons on the ground.
Duskstreak and Welkinquake scan one of each and they take to the air in jet mode.
Welkinquake and Duskstreak fire bullets and they prepare to fire some missiles when they detect Agent Fowler's jet about to open fire on them.
Duskstreak and Welkinquake evade the shots even as they hear Agent Fowler say in anger, "Stealing plans for a classified military aircraft will not be tolerated on my watch!"
Duskstreak manages to get behind Agent Fowler and he fires six heat-seeking missiles.
Agent Fowler exclaims, "Heat-seekers!"
Agent Fowler manages to lure the missiles to a tall cliff wall, where the missiles explode as he goes high while avoiding both missiles and crashing into the wall.
Agent Fowler smirks as he remarks, "I've still got it."
Back on the ground, Duskstreak, Welkinquake, and the Decepticon Generals chase the Autobots in vehicle mode, and they manage to make Optimus topple over in robot mode with a few missiles and tank rounds.
Paywind takes to the air and uses his Mobile Suit Gundam 00 GN shoulder cannons to knock out the Decepticon Generals.
Bumblebee drives up to a ramp-like stone on one of the cliff walls and transforms to robot mode.
Bumblebee runs to an end point and jumps onto Duskstreak's jet mode.
Duskstreak tries to smash Bumblebee into some cliff walls, but the Autobot scout manages to hang on without damaging Duskstreak.
Duskstreak flies higher, and Optimus notices this.
Optimus says into his commlink, "Agent Fowler, we require immediate assistance."
Duskstreak tries to fly sideways in the hope of shaking off Bumblebee, but he holds on and gets back on top of Duskstreak's vehicle mode.
Bumblebee punches into the sides of the cockpit on each side and he rips out some important wires, making Duskstreak shout in pain.
Bumblebee states, "Okay, this was a bad idea!"
And at the same time, Welkinquake gets badly shot at by Paywind.
Agent Fowler matches his jet's speed with Gustquake's descent, and Bumblebee buzzes, "Thanks, Agent Fowler."
Agent Fowler replies, "Anytime, fella; ground floor's coming fast."
Bumblebee jumps onto Agent Fowler's jet, and Hubbreaker, Inkstorm, and Killclaw try to fly after Duskstreak and Welkinquake, but Paywind blasts them all with his shoulder cannons, sending them flying and knocking them out cold.
Welkinquake and Duskstreak falls to the ground and crashes with great impact, leaving a debris trail behind him as they stop, half-transformed back to robot mode and heavily damaged.
Agent Fowler remarks, "Happy landings, 'Cons."
Bumblebee lands next to Optimus and transforms back to robot mode as Welkinquake and Duskstreak's optics go dark.
Paywind comes up as Optimus states mournfully, "Had Duskstreak and Welkinquake chosen to stray from their master's path, we may not be burying them today."
Optimus deactivates his battle mask and says to Paywind, "Thank you, Neutral. We have not seen any of your kind since the War for Cybertron."
Paywind replies, "You are most welcome, Optimus. And I have to say that it is a true honor to meet you."
Sunbreaker, Thaumas, Steelwolf, and Cliffjumper load the corpses of the dead Decepticons.
Paywind notices Soundwave recording everything and shoots a laser beam at Soundwave, making him transform to his jet mode and flee.
Smokeedge comes up with the newly reprogrammed Autobot Vehicons slash Autobot Transpobots and says, "Let's head home for repairs."
Bumblebee then says into his commlink, "Ratchet, please send us a Ground Bridge. Mission accomplished for the most part."
Ratchet replies, "Coming up."
As the Autobots and Paywind enter the base, Ratchet asks while gesturing to Paywind, "Optimus, who is this?"
Paywind answers, "I am Paywind, and I'm not actually from here. Like Nightimus Prime and the others, I'm from a universe where the Transformers race and everyone affiliated with them or are against them are fiction rather than fact. I was once a human, but when I died, I met Primus."
The faces of every Uniend cluster native Autobot were filled with surprise.
Paywind continues saying, "Optimus, Primus told me that I was to help you and your new army defeat the Decepticons. Primus said that I was destined for wonderful and misfortunate things soon to come. When I was being sent to your universe, a bright light shone in my viewpoint and I awoke in the middle of nowhere in this frame before I took stock of my abilities, equipment, and weaponry and before I scanned my vehicle mode. Now that I have proven myself, I wish to join the Autobot cause."
Optimus states, "Then it appears that there is still more hope for the end of the war to happen. With what we saw during the battle against Welkinquake, Duskstreak and the Decepticon Generals, we now have confirmation that there's still hope for us to end the war between Autobots and Decepticons once and for all."
Paywind kneels on the giant Autobot symbol and pulls out of his back a Masamune Sword before saying as he places the tip of the blade on the floor, "Optimus Prime, I, Paywind, hereby commit my robotic flesh, my mind, my spark, my circuits, and my sentience to the glory of the Autobot cause, to the memory of Cybertron, to the memory of any Autobots across the universe seeking safe refuge, to humankind, to the memory of any and all fallen Autobots, and to the commands of you and the commands of other Autobot commanders of various ranks. I swear to be burned, shot at, blown up, chained, beaten, dismembered, deenergized, and/or die by the sword in pursuit of honor, justice, nobility, and a brighter future for the Autobot cause until the day that my spark gives out and the day all of the Energon in my circuits runs dry."
Optimus smiles at the speech before saying, "Welcome to the Autobots, Paywind."
Paywind gets up and shakes Optimus' servo.
Paywind is then taken to his quarters.
But then, Smokeedge asks, "Sunbreaker, why did you refuse to kill the generic Decepticon troops?"
Sunbreaker took to explaining the life values and virtues that he acquired in life and stood by for years, almost one hundred percent the same ones Optimus has tried to uphold despite the amount of Decepticons he's killed over the years.
But then, Warpath smacks Sunbreaker in the face before throwing him into the wall, much to even Sunbreaker's shock.
Warpath says angrily, "Anyone who won't kill Decepticons is no better than a pacifist, and in war, there's no room for pacifism; you either kill or you get killed!"
Smokeedge steps between Sunbreaker and Warpath while saying, "Enough! It doesn't matter if those like Sunbreaker or Fortress Maximus won't kill Decepticons; we have our preferences for performing heroic acts in war just as much as humans do. Either respect his values and virtues or you'll each have your weapons and transformation cogs permanently disabled!"
Warpath grumbles under his breath as he walks away.
Later, as Optimus observes Bumblebee getting repaired by the Energon Repair Chamber while Smokeedge returns with the Autobot Seeker known as Firmaquake, Optimus says, "Bumblebee, putting yourself at risk twice was the most foolish of strategies. But you performed admirably."
Bumblebee replies, "Glad to have your approval, Optimus."
Smokeedge comes up and Firmaquake asks, "So, this is your base of operations?"
Smokeedge answers, "Yes, it is, Firmaquake."
Just then, the Autobots assigned to be the guardians of the Darbys, the Nakadais, the Esquivels, the Winchesters, and Bursons among others turned up with their charges.
Ratchet comes up and says, "Ah-ha-ha-ha, there you are!"
The humans climb out of their guardians, and Ratchet asks excitedly, "Well? How were, uh, our projects received?"
Rafael answers with a big grin, "We all got A's. Top marks of the class!"
Ratchet laughs joyfully before saying, "Well, we have myself, Elita One, Perceptor, Noisecracker, and Jetfire to thank for that."
Bumblebee then says, "It's a good thing you didn't overdo it this time, Ratchet."
Optimus adds, "Indeed it is, Bumblebee. Our human friends and Ratchet were wise to adapt to the times."
And in the time it took to tell Bumblebee about that, Solus Prime came up with her newly recovered sparkling, Crashspot, said to be the first sparkling invented in Cybertronian history before the averted War of the Primes happened.
Optimus remarks, "Crashspot Prime, welcome to Earth, and to the Autobots."
Crashspot Prime nods before saying as he and Optimus shake servos, "It's a privilege, Optimus Prime."
Meanwhile, in the infirmary of the Nemesis, Starscream says crossly, "The troops will be pleased to hear of our success in rushing Lord Megatron into stasis. Let us hope that our master pulls through."
Starscream scowls at Megatron, mentally cursing him for having loyal subordinates like Soundwave and the thirty Generals were loyal only to the Kaonian gladiator.
The End.
