Introduction
Naruto Uzumaki Konoha's number one unpredictable ninja is walking in the frozen highlands of Mountain country. Some are wondering why he is here. It all started 1 year back, in Steam Country. Due to seeing his mentor as a reckless and unfocused man always going googly eyed at any beautiful woman he sees and encounters while also not seriously putting more into his training except chakra exercises along with a reason that shows his true colors.
Flashback 1 year earlier
Naruto is sweating and moaning in pain as he is trying to call out the Kyuubi's chakra. However he's feeling strained from trying to tap into the power of the Kyuubi No Yoko. But he seems to be temporarily knocked out by trying to exert control over the beast's chakra. Breathing heavily from the forced exertion of his tenant's chakra.
Jiraiya for his part is disappointed at the progress of his student.
"Take five kid. Then go at it some more '' said Jiraiya as he goes off to get in some much-needed research, leaving Naruto alone unconscious at the campsite.
Naruto is getting angry. He has been training for almost a year and his fighting skills and knowledge of being a ninja has continued to be stunted. He goes to the tent to find the canteen that is until Naruto stumbles upon a book. 'Hmm probably Jiraiya sensei's draft book he's been working on.' thought Naruto as he picks up the book to read what's inside, only to discover it's his journal. Naruto about to put it back, notices something in the book that makes him snap and feel extreme rage at not only Jiraiya but also the toad clan and Third Hokage.
' So that no good womanizing, sleazebag son of a bitch had everything planned. So did that damned summons clan and that old monkey. Now I'm angry and I want payback. But first I'm going to have a talk with the Kyuubi' thought Naruto as he focuses and goes inside of his mindscape.
In the Mindscape.
Soon Naruto appears in front of the cage belonging to the very monster fox whose power he was supposed to call upon. The Kyuubi No Kitsune in all it's glory and infamy.
"So Brat you have finally come to control my full chakra. Good luck with that" said Kyuubi as it chuckles at the blonde's attempt until Naruto interrupts with a. "Yeah no" "What now?" said a surprised Kyuubi as he looked at Naruto in question.
"My training trip has been a lie to steal and abuse your chakra. I will not continue. I'm here to tell you I will not use your chakra unless you allow me too. Nothing more nothing less." said Naruto as he fades out of the mindscape as it begins to reshape into a forest-like city. Shock at the changing surroundings. The Kyuubi as it looks in surprise at the change and the attitude of its container.
With Naruto.
Naruto looks at the contract of the toad summons and crosses out his name effectively removing himself from the summons roster. He then leaves a surprise in Jiraiya's tent. 'What you deserve old, perverted son of a whore' thought Naruto as he moves away from the camp to travel the elementals.
End of Flashback
Naruto had been traveling and training to refine his Taijutsu and Ninjutsu to polish and replace what his academy teachers had screwed up. He had encountered an ex-ninja who was an ex-instructor that didn't approve of her home village's management of genin, a distaste that Naruto shares and a former samurai who had seen that the warrior spirit had left his former country's forces. Both were willing to help him with his taijutsu, ninjitsu while the Samurai Taught him how to channel his ki aspect of his chakra. The Samurai also had trained Naruto in Ninjitsu's polar opposite Bujutsu. Their respective regiments had greatly flushed out the excess amount of holes in his fighting stance while also giving him a rigorous amount of training in the technical of unarmed fighting. Greatly passing on their knowledge of both Ninjitsu and Bujutsu to him. For the rest of the year he learned how to channel his chakra and ki separately to both enhance himself and to permeate his weapons.
At the moment Naruto is traveling in Mountain Country to train in the highlands of the Mountainous arctic terrain. Before he could continue on his path. He hears a cry for help. Rushing to see three missing Nin's surrounding an old man. Naruto leaps down to engage the missing nin in fierce hand-to-hand combat. An all-out brawl happens as Naruto fights the Missing nin. While they all are seasoned chunin, Naruto fights like one.
Naruto manages to defeat the chunin but not before taking heavy damage from the fighting having life threatening wounds despite the Kyuubi's power of healing. Naruto, unaware of his wounds, asks "Are you okay" as he slowly passes out from blood loss.
'Hmm a Shinobi. But from his features he's the nine tails jinchuriki Naruto Uzumaki. ' thought the old man. Seeing his savior unconscious on the ground as he remembers seeing the boy from his time in Konoha. The man then sees that his wounds aren't healing as fast as they should. But what shocks him the most is that the wounds are starting to swell unnaturally quick. Seeing this he makes a decision that changes the fate of the world in question.
The man picks up his savior and takes him towards his home in the mountains. 'Whatever fate he will have I only wish him luck on his travels. As I believe he will make great changes to this world. ' thought the man as he carries him towards his home.
In Konoha
Tsunade is not in a good mood as for almost a year her godson figure had went missing for several months after getting fed up with Jiraiya's dumbass training regime. If that's not bad enough for her she is getting reports of Akatsuki going quiet after his disappearance. As if they want to wait for his return to try and capture him.
"Shizune, what do we have for the next week?" asked Tsunade as she looks at her assistant and daughter figure in question.
"We have a meeting with the daimyo about the defense plans for the Toshin fort in the alpine terrain of fire and the Civilian council is wanting to place Naruto in the bingo book again. Despite him being on a supposed training trip." said Shizune angry at the ungrateful Civilians trying to kill her brother figure.
"Have the one suggested whipped and dipped in hot lemon juice." said Tsunade as she is getting really sick of the civilian council.
"Right Lady Tsunade" said Shizune as two Anbu operatives drops down and goes towards the said councilors home to drag them out kicking and screaming for their punishment.
'I better prepare for the Daimyo and will arrive here in two days' thought Tsunade as she goes towards her home after finishing with the correct paperwork she needed to sign.
Back with Naruto
Naruto is laying in a bed unconscious, and still recovering from blood loss after his rescue. The old man was preparing soup so Naruto could eat. Naruto soon stirs awake from his slumber as he looks to see he's in a well kept and clean laboratory of sorts.
"Ah you're awake" said the old man he saved as he walks in with a bottle of sake and two cups. "Who are you and where am I" asked Naruto curious of his predicament.
" I am Tenma Bushin and well you're in the laboratory of my home. You had gotten injured in my defense from those missing nin bandits who attacked me." answered Tenma as Naruto starts to move. "Thank you for seeing me but I should get going," said Naruto as he looks around. He looked in the mirror to see that his body is greatly riddled with infectious wounds. Shocked, he turns towards the old man.
"What did you do to me!" demanded Naruto as he grabs the old man the throat. "Nothing Naruto I didn't do this" said Tenma as Naruto looks at him with confusion. "How do you know my name" demanded Naruto as he starts to squeeze slightly on his throat not enough to hurt him but enough to let him know not to fuck around.
"It was a seal placed on you" said Tenma as Naruto squeezed slightly more." By you" asked Naruto as he looks at the old man with rage as he inadvertently calls on Kyuubi's chakra.
"No by the Third Hokage and his damned student Jiraiya" said Tenma as he lets go of him. " Why would they do that and how would you know that" asked Naruto as he calms down slightly as Kyuubi's chakra goes back into the seal.
"I know because I was in Konoha when you were a child. I was working with Orochimaru when he was a Jonin of Konoha." said Tenma as Naruto raised an eyebrow at this information.
"Explain," said Naruto as he looks at the old scientist in question.
"Please sit, we have much to discuss, so please hold your questions," said Tenma as he begins to explain everything to him from the beginning. But before anything he injects Naruto with something that would remove his cellular infection.
"What the hell was that old man" asked a curious but cautious Naruto.
"Something that will take care of the infection for good. Now we have much to discuss" answered Tenma as he and Naruto sit at the table.
Tenma reveals to Naruto that he was a part of Orochimaru's original genetics team explaining his specialization was genetic revitalization and augmentation, a role where he would revive and regenerate dead cells as well as enhancing them in bloodline holders. He goes into details about how he had a falling out with Orochimaru with his immoral experiments and a falling out with the Third Hokage because of his reckless, greedy, selfish and uncaring behavior .
Tenma explains that Naruto's infection was originally his creation as he reveals that the Sandaime wanted to create a chemical agent that would attack and nullify Jinchuriki's healing factor and shred their chakra coils. Tenma reveals he discovered the usage of who the chemical agent was for when he overheard his name in a conversation with Jiraiya and saw him hand said agent to him hearing them say they would use the agent in a seal that would be placed on Naruto that would activate should Naruto go off reservation.
Causing Tenma to leave the Leaf and Fire Country itself due to how the action was carried out.
Naruto for his part is pissed beyond measure at the betrayal of his trust and his person.
"Well I have good news for you but also bad news." said a calm Tenma as he looks at Naruto in question.
"What's the good news please?" said Naruto in an agitated tone.
"Well, the good news is the chemical agent has been neutralized by the chemical agent I had created for it should I run in your system. But the bad news is the agent had damaged your healing factor and chakra coils." said Tenma as Naruto is shocked and relieved, he has no leash like an animal. While also being shocked that the chemical agent had just about crippled him. He starts to feel sadness and grief until Tenma says something of life changing proportions.
"Naruto there might actually be a chance of a lifetime." said Tenma as Naruto looks at him with a curious but critical gaze.
"What is that" asked Naruto as he looks at the old man.
"Well to put it you have a clan " said Tenma, shocking Naruto in question. "I have a clan?!" said Naruto, surprised at the reveal.
"Yes, the Uzumaki clan, here I have a documentary from Konoha that the Sandaime tried to destroy to keep you ignorant, but It was misplaced. That will tell of the history of the Uzumaki clan and it's relations to the Senju and Uchiha clan. The clan head had given me this particular one containing knowledge for any remaining Uzumaki's in the likelihood of the clan being decimated." said Tenma as he turns on the TV and VCR to soon play the documentary of The Uzumaki clan.
For the next hours Naruto learned of the Uzumaki clan's specializations in fuinjutsu while also learning of the Uzumaki's vast chakra and physical vitality along with lastly the clan's relations with the Senju and Uchiha clans and its history in the elemental nations. As the documentary ends Naruto is surprised at the insight of his heritage of one of his parents' sides. The documentary then releases a large scroll of sorts.
Tenma picks the scroll up and lays it on the table.
"Well, that explains my chakra and stamina but where does my hair come from? All of the Uzumaki in the documentary have red hair. My hair is blonde?" said a curious Naruto as Tenma looks at him with a deadpan look.
Tenma gets out a picture of one particular man in question that would answer Naruto's hair's origins.
Naruto looking at the picture looks wide eyed as he connects the dots to who his father is.
"My father is the Yondaime Hokage!" said Naruto in surprise as the man who is his idol was really his father.
"Yes he is, I'm surprised no one has ever told you. I mean his face is on the very mountain overlooking the village as well as in various textbooks. How do you not know this'' said Tenma as he looks at Naruto who sweat drops at this realization and obvious information in front of him.
' Why didn't I think of it before' thought Naruto as he looks in shocked realization.
"Anyway this process pertains to the Uzumaki clan." said Tenma as he shows a slide show.
"When I was a genetics examiner for hire I had examined cells from a well-preserved body of an ancient warrior that predates the Shinobi era." said Tenma as he shows the picture of a man with armor similar to modern samurai armor but slightly different sporting one addition protection in the area of shins and ankles.
"Who was this warrior?" asked Naruto, curious about the warrior's armor.
" An archaeologist had confirmed the warrior's name as Shenlong; he was referenced as a Lin Kuei, a warrior similar to a ninja but different in many ways However he appears different in that he is like the Inuzuka clan in many ways only with more traits similar to a more evolved feral human. When I looked at his DNA, I discovered something unique about his cellular structure and make-up" said Tenma as Naruto looks at him with interest.
" What is it?" asked Naruto, interested in the warrior's cellular make up.
"As you know humans have 23 pairs of chromosomes in their genetic makeup and structure. Many of the bloodline users have 23 chromosomes that are boasted by chakra that allow their Genetics to have some of their enhanced abilities. However, from this man I found 24 natural chromosomes." said Tenma as Naruto looks at him with confusion.
"But you said that humans carry 23 pairs of chromosomes," said a confused Naruto.
"Yes I did but this man is different. The archaeologist had discovered similar resting places in Ancestor country. That Shenlong hails from a humanoid race that lived in ancestor country prior to the sage of the six paths era. This race closely resembles ours in many ways except in the way of one extra pair of chromosomes. But what I and the sage of the group found is marvelous. The Race had natural attunement to nature energy " said Tenma as Naruto is awestruck by this reveal.
"Okay but what does this have to do with the Uzumaki clan." asked a still confused Naruto as Tenma smirks.
"Well it's due to your clan's genetic code." answered Tenma as Naruto is still confused.
"Naruto don't you think it's odd that the Uzumaki and Senju clans have superhuman attributes that would exceed normal limitations of even ninja of Jonin rank. I had studied the few remaining samples of Hashirama's, Mito Uzumaki's and Tobirama's that still had vitalized cells I found that their cells have similar genetic anomalies with those of Shenlong only that they started to developed the 24th chromosome in their later years due to accumulated damage had destroyed many of those cells before they could be active." said Tenma as he goes towards a safe and opens it that contains a vial of a white ethereal liquid.
"I created this formula. I call it Shinyama (God Wild) it is developed from the genetic material of Shenlong and the strongest Uzumaki Ninja Samurai, Ryuhei Uzumaki combined with my revitalization formula. Now I will tell you this formula is experimental. I have never tried it on any animal much less a human being it could kill you. But I have faith that you will be the one who will become something more than a Jinchuriki, something that would be the physical embodiment of a savage fighting spirit. I believe in you but if you don't want the serum then you can walk out that door the next day but I implore you not to reveal my location to anyone." said Tenma as Naruto looks at the man and the vial.
Naruto thinks to himself about how the Third Hokage not only betrayed him but his clan and family placed a seal that in essence crippled him if he went out of his control let alone allowed for so much shit to happen in his life. Naruto does the one thing that would change the world for the better.
"Do it If I die I'll just come back to life to kick your old ass" said Naruto as he looks at the old man who smiles at the blondes courage in the face of possible death.
Tenma takes a giant needle full of the syringe and injects it inside of the young blonde through his neck effectively introducing Shinyama into his system. Soon Naruto experiences a metamorphosis of sorts as a cocoon of light surrounds Naruto's form. In said cocoon His bones and muscles break and tear while reforming at the same time. His sensory and processing greatly improved. Soon the cocoon of light dissipates revealing an even fiercer version of Naruto with longer hair and bolden whisker marks. His physical form would be considered godlike in the eyes of many women due to how muscular he is. He also sports an appearance similar to the Inuzuka but more feral. Naruto looks in the mirror to see not a monster but a new predatory strength.
"Doctor, you just made my day," said Naruto as he turns towards the man in question who smirks at the blonde's statement.
"No I didn't, I just helped you along. It was you that made the choice" said Tenma as he hands Naruto his birthright.
Naruto seeing the seal is a blood seal bites his thumb and smears it on the seal opening it to reveal a well maintained but very old set of ninja armor and gear, along with scrolls that appear to be pertaining to Uzumaki clan arts. But what stuck out the most is a specially made Tekko Kagi.
"Well old man your debt to me is pay in full for this action. I won't tell any one of your locations and I will take it to my grave" said Naruto as he prepares for the remainder of the training trip.
