Changing the Game. Prologue.
What would you do, if you had powers? What if one day you woke up and you could fly or Heal instantly from any wound? If you could move things with your mind or turn yourself Invisible? What if you could do something even more fantastic? Would you use it to help others and be a Hero like Superman? Would you use your power for your own ends and be a villain? Or would you just wish to live in peace and be left alone?
That is the question that many of my kind had to ask ourselves. They call us Evo's, short for Evolved Human. Humans with special abilities that is. My dad Peter chose the path of the Hero, death was his reward. My Uncle Sylar walked both paths at times, but even he's dead now. Most of us just wanted to live, but they wouldn't let us. The Governments that feared us, or the Corporations that wanted to use us.
My Name is Eric Petrelli, Son of Peter Petrelli. My Power? Power Replication. For as Long as I can remember we've been hunted. I watched everyone I ever loved, be hunted and killed. Consumed in grief, I claimed a bloody vengeance on the ones responsible for my pain. Yet it brought me no joy or relief, only more pain.
This world is a broken place, and I am done with it. So tonight I am leaving it for good, I will use my powers to go to a world where I can actually do some good. A world in need of a Hero, a World of Ice and Fire. What would you do?
