Himawari Headquarters: I Will Not Bow, not to a Talking Corpse
I sat and allowed myself to cry for a good amount of time. I never could have a good life, can I? Fate has some kind of vendetta against me for some unknown reason. How dare these...fucking...things...think they can make me into their puppet, dance, and do whatever they fucking say. No, not me. Checking myself over, moving and flexing my muscles, and seeing that they were nowhere near as sore as they were earlier today, I quickly got up and went to the bathroom, working on my breathing to maintain some level of sanity. Reaching the bathroom, I opened the door, to see that it was as bare as the rest of my room, and walked to stand in front of the sink.
I turned on the water, as cold as I could get it, and gathered the fluid in my hands, before splashing it onto my face. I turned off the water and placed my hands on the corners of the sink leaning on it for support while looking at myself in the mirror. "Such a broken soul you are, aren't you?" I whispered to myself, looking at my red eyes that spoke of hurt. The feeling of helplessness, which gripped me for the last couple of hours or so, is now being replaced with, blazing, uncontrolled, fury. I sneered in the mirror, "You wanna be the one in control? You wanna be the one who's really alive in this world?" I asked myself rhetorically, already knowing what I wanted, but even I was still trying to remind myself what it really was that I wanted. Raising my left hand, with a face of hatred, a burning passion to seek retribution, I gripped my hand into a fist and swung it at the mirror, only stopping at the last moment, within millimeters of cracking the glass.
I smiled to myself, "It's time. Time to no longer be controlled. Time to force a path for myself, if fate wants to fuck with with me more." I said sharply as I leaned closer, getting within millimeters of nearly kissing myself in the mirror, my breath was hot on the glass as my hot exhales caused fog to form, "You wouldn't want to die pathetically, do you?" I said, growling in absolute rage. I backed up and took a few breaths, calming my temper for now. Turning to the opened door, I looked out into my room, seeing that I also had a small window with the curtains allowing some sunlight through. Seeing that the sun was nearly setting, I took a final sigh as I thought up my next moves, which were pretty simple, wait to recover and wait to strike.
I finally walked out into my room, feeling that my chakra was nearly replenished, I looked down at my hands and brought them up, palms facing me. My gaze lingered on my nails as I flipped my hands over so the palms faced downward. Channeling a little bit of chakra to my nails and imagining them to grow sharper, they eventually grew sharper, like talons that can rip flesh. Satisfied, I stopped channeling chakra to my nails, letting them become normal normal-looking. With dinner coming up soon, I decided to do basic stretches, getting myself ready. "It would be imperative for me to see who I am dealing with first before taking action." I thought as I glanced at my map in the corner of my vision, seeing that this wasn't that large of a compound, four red dots were stationed at the perimeters, obviously guards. Likely, they are nothing but civilians, but I know not to underestimate them.
Finishing my stretches, I stood up straight, hand on my chin as I pondered. "You are fully recovered." The gamer system notified me as I smirked slyly. "Good, now we just need a plan." I unconsciously decided to start pacing around my room, my focus now fully on the map provided to me by the gamer's mind. A thought came to my mind as I nearly smacked myself for forgetting, I internally spoke, "Hey, Gamer system." "How can I help, Katomi?" I wondered for a moment before asking, "Can you play Fate to Black by Metallica, please?" "As you wish." Answered the gamer system, before the song started playing in my head as if I were wearing headphones, however, it wasn't too loud to the point where I could not focus. Turning my attention back to the map, I continued analyzing the walking corpses.
"Let's see, 4 guards, likely civilian strength, but they have weapons. One red dot in the room down the hall from here, likely the boss, possibly genin level based on the fact that the strongest was usually the leader. And four red dots throughout the compound, likely the lackeys from before." I thought to myself, immediately thinking of a plan, "They still do not know that I have been training in chakra for some time and would likely be too slow for most of my attacks if I were to go with the loud option. However, some do have weapons which will make it tough to get in close, making the stealthy option the better choice, besides the fact that I am still a child and currently do not have any jutsus or my weapons back at my nest." Letting out a sigh, my mind was already made up, I would act at nightfall, after dinner, when everyone was asleep. When the coast is clear, they will fall to my hands before knowing it, except the doctor, I'll save him for last, he is most definitely civilian level and unarmed.
"Hm, for a group of gangsters, they don't seem like much. The lack of any green dots tells me that I am the only innocent here, which tells me that they are just starting to get into trafficking. And with that, they likely weren't in this town for that long, maybe they came here in the last few months, just starting to set up shop." I mused out loud. "Oh yeah," I said as I looked back through the curtains, out of the window into the distance as I spoke out loud, "And my bastard father will pay for this...personally."
Himawari Headquarters: Big Shoes to Fill
Smoking my cigar, fresh from the Land of Grass, I laid back in my chair at my desk, silently curing the damned paperwork. Puffing out some smoke, I sighed slightly, "Shit, who knew it would take this much work, huh?" I asked myself out loud, thinking about the long road ahead after getting established in this treasure trove over the last few months. We have many more men to recruit, hopefully, we can finally get ourselves another shinobi. Being the only one here with at least some chakra training would do no good if I had to do all the hard jobs myself. Putting down my cigar in its ashtray and checking the clock on the wall, I sighed and got up, seeing that dinner time was almost here. The potential clientele waitin' for our drugs can wait until later, I'm gettin' hungry myself.
Stepping out of my room and making my way down the hall to check up on my new toy, I knocked on her door. After waiting a few moments, she answered the door, her strange and exotic face looked at me with coldness and perhaps, something else I could not recognize. I disregarded the stern face of the little brat before speaking, "Follow me, dinner time, gotta get you all fattened up." She nodded before stepping out of her room and closing the door, following behind me towards the dinner hall. We walked in silence until we reached the dining hall, Roshi finished cooking up some good grub, however, I needed to get some more slaves to handle this kind of work, not men I use for better means. Either way, the man's got a secret talent in the culinary arts, so I ain't complaining. Bidding the young girl to sit down at the table, she complied gracefully, staying as quiet as usual as the food was placed down in front of her.
After finishing our dinner, I bid her to walk with me back to her room for bedtime. Looking at her still stone-like face before speaking, "Ya know, it'll be nice if you can talk more, or you wanna go for the mysterious aura?" She remained silent, eyes facing the floor, "Such an obedient one you are, now, it's bedtime, so no noise, no funny business. You can bathe if you want before bed, just be asleep soon enough, got it?" She nodded, still facing the floor as we reached her room. I yawned, "Well, it seems I need to tuck in as well, got enough work for tomorrow morning anyway. I see ya later, tomorrow I'll teach ya about the guys around here, we're a small little family for now, but we're gonna grow bigger in time, well, have a nice night." I said as I closed her door and made my way to my bedroom next to my office, greeting some of the men who were also making their way to bed.
Himawari Headquarters: You Should've Known the Price of Evil
"Breath in, hold, and breathe out," I said to myself quietly channeling chakra into my eyes and nails, causing my eyes and tattoos on my face to glow red with rage. The moon is now high and dinner was a while ago at this point, it's time for the fucks to learn where their place is, and never step out of it again. I got off of my bed after sitting cross-legged, patiently waiting for my time before putting my sandals back on. "Gamer system, play, I Will Not Bow by Breaking Benjamin." I mentally thought. "As you wish, playing: Animal I Have Become by Three Days Grace. Since you are in an elevated mental state, this song shall provide you with a small mental amp." The system responded. "Good," I said simply as I picked up a hardcover book and made my way to my door, checking my map to see where my first target was. I quietly opened my door and closed it behind me, using my enhanced senses to check my surroundings, "Target 1, next room down." I said quietly, seeing that my first target was in the room next to me, likely one of the lackeys.
I quietly opened and closed the door, locking it behind me as I turned to my first victim. I slowly stalked my way towards him as he snored quietly with his mouth slightly parted. "Perfect." I thought as I stood beside him. Without warning, I shoved the hard-cover book I was carrying into his mouth, preventing him from screaming. He woke up startled and glanced into my eyes frantically. Before he could reach for me, used my sharp fingernails and stabbed him in the throat, causing blood to fly into my face, I stabbed again, then stabbed again until he stopped moving. I then slashed his throat open, causing more blood to spill out as I made my way back to the door remembering to take the now bloody book with me.
Stepping out of that thing's room, I turn my focus to the room right across from his, "Target 2," I whispered, before opening and entering the next room. Like before I strode up to his bed quietly, it's good that civilians are not trained to sleep as light as a ninja. Since he is also a back sleeper I didn't hesitate to quickly open his mouth and grab his tongue with my pseudo-claws stabbing into his tastebuds. He immediately woke up in pain, however, my hand was so far into this monster's mouth that his screams were muffled. Like before, the fucker had the gull to glare at me in my eyes. I quickly channeled the chakra throughout my body, providing me with a bit more strength as he started to wiggle. Without prompting, I took the book I was holding and immediately started bashing his fucking head into bits, causing my face and body to be covered with more blood. Hitting his forehead repeatedly as he started to bite down on my hand, I successfully managed to cave in his skull, causing him to stop his pathetic squirming. Finished with my work, I spat on his worthless corpse and got up to my next victim.
Before leaving his room, I noticed a small hunting knife on his dresser and decided to take it for myself before leaving. "Target 3, the boss," I once again muttered quietly as the song I was listening to blared in my head, I started whispering the lyrics before entering the boss's room, "Show me how defenseless you really are~" I sang before walking to the boss, without even attempting to cover his mouth, I quickly stabbed the knife into his throat, causing him to wake up chocking on his blood. I stepped back as he immediately got up and swung wildly at me. "Don't fight your fate, trash," I said as I ducked under his swing and stabbed him in his crotch with a squelch. Ripping the knife out, my eyes widened slightly in surprise as he fell on top of me, spraying more blood onto my back. I turned to stab his eye as he blocked it, by allowing himself to get stabbed in the hand. I quickly channeled the chakra into my foot and kicked as hard as I could in the rib, getting a satisfying crack in return.
I leaned down to his drowning form, slowly choking while face down on the ground, and whispered, "It's all right, it's all right, it's all right, it's all right, it's all right, it's all right~" After my singing, I can hear his sweet whimpering as I raised my trustee book and slam it into his jaw. I then took the knife and stabbed it into his back over, and over, and over, and over again. Finally seeing that his body was now unmoving, I quickly sliced the knife into his neck and moved in a sawing motion, eventually decapitating the vile creature before me. Done with the victim, I decided to finally get up and leave, finally done with my work in this area of the house.
I walked for a while into another part of the compound, where I was violated by that doctor. I came to the room, and seeing that the light was still on, I pushed open the door fully, seeing that he was slumped over and snoring on his table. Walking over to him I woke him up by stabbing him in the back, causing him to wake up with a scream that was quickly interrupted by me shoving my book into his mouth, "Remember me, bitch?" I asked, whispering into his ear, causing him to turn his head sharply as my glaring red eyes bore into his soul. His face turned pale immediately, but before he could move, I changed chakra into my forehead, before quickly moving my head back and then forward, striking him in the nose, breaking it instantly. He let out a groan of pain, as I tore my knife from his back and stabbed his hand that was coming at me, getting another grunt of pain from him and nailing his hand into the wood of the table. Grabbing his head, I continued to headbutt the fucker until he went unconscious. With a click of my tongue, I ended his sorry life by using my fingernails to slice his throat.
Finally done with my work here, I leave the office, bringing my attention back to my map as the song ends. "Good, the guards have not been alerted," I spoke as I let out a sigh stopped channeling chakra throughout my body, and slowly made my way to the back of the compound. I made myself to a closed door that went to the backyard of the compound and waited as I watched one of the red dots move its way toward the side of the compound, seemingly making its rounds to the other side. Deciding that dealing with the guards would be pointless, I opened the backdoor and stepped out, gracefully making my way to the nearby forests without alerting the guards.
Former Residence of Haruka Misamoto: I Will Never Change the Animal I Have Become
Panting slightly after the events, I finally reached the house of a very special person. Without even trying to be quiet, I channeled some of my remaining chakras into my fist and punched the door open, causing a loud bang to rattle the house. "Alert: You are running low on chakra, please act with caution." The system reminded me, "Thanks," I responded before entering the house, hearing the drunk bastard stumble his way into the living room. I glared into his eyes as his face became pale and I could hear his heart beating faster from where I was standing, "Y-y-y-you, h-h-how-? S-s-so much b-blood. W-why are you here?" He sputtered out nonsensically as I stalked my way towards him causing him to back himself up to a wall, shaking in fear. "You, committed a major sin, selling your own daughter into that life," I said causing him to grow even more pale. "You are filth!" I screamed as I channeled chakra into my hand and threw a punch, landing the punch into his stomach, causing him to fall to his knees gasping for air.
I moved to stand over him, glaring down at him in disgust before sighing, "You're not even worth my time," I stated before drawing my knife and stabbing it into his head, killing him instantly. Breathing slightly heavy after all of what I've done, I went to collect the letter and photo from my pillow in my room. Taking out the photo of my mother and father, I briskly ripped off half of the photo with his face on it, putting the rest of the photo and the letter into the waistband of my underwear. Taking half of the photo with my father, I moved to the kitchen, picking up a matchbox before striking a match and lighting up the photo. Not bothering to waste more time, I place the lit photo near the curtains of the living room, causing them to slowly start burning. Making my way back to my room and stepping out of my window, I took one last look at the room that was mine since being reincarnated, and stepped out of the window seeing the smoke starting to make its way around the house. Feeling content with my actions, I then started on my way back to my nest, deciding to take it easy so I could recover my chakra as my old house slowly started to become consumed by flames.
