Over the next month Kieran helped Lincoln and pon pon the best he could getting them food pokeballs for Lincoln's team and more all without his sister or the villagers catching on
well that is until now
"Kieran what do you think you're doing?" His grandpa asked as Kieran was trying to get pon pon and Lincoln some blankets with them with him to help carry them
"nothing." Kieran said as pon pon let out a "pon"
"Ogerpon?" Kieran's grandfather said as he tooked the blanket off of pon pon revealing it "it's been quite awhile since you last came to the village."
" you know it?" Kieran asked
"not personally but our family has a history with Ogerpon." Kieran's grandfather said while petting her "now who might you be?"
he took off the blanket covering Lincoln
"uh hi?" Lincoln said "I'm Lincoln."
"are you of friend of Kieran's?" Kieran's grandfather asked
"yea and of pon pon too!" Lincoln said referring to Ogerpon
"very well I believe you two deserve the true story." Kieran's grandfather said "tea?"
"yes please." Kieran said
"I'll pass." Lincoln said
after sitting down Kieran's grandfather began to tell the true story of Ogerpon
at the end of it Lincoln was sitting in a quiet rage while Kieran was speechless
"they just pinned the blame on her." Lincoln said "she was just trying to get her masks back and avenge her friend."
"indeed." Kieran's grandfather said "now you mustn't tell anyone the villagers are very stubborn about their beliefs."
"and they would get angry if we told them otherwise." Kieran said
"correct." Kieran's grandfather said "and while Ogerpon is isolated she is safe."
"and that's better than being hunted." Lincoln said "thank you."
"your welcome." Kieran's grandfather said
and with that they headed back to the cave
"I can't believe they did that!" Lincoln said infuriated
"I know it's awful." Kieran said
"honestly it's so infuriating!" Lincoln said feeling very angry
suddenly a conkelder jumped out to attack
"SIT THE FUCK DOWN!" Lincoln yelled as he round house kicked it to sleep
(beware the anger of a good man.) Kieran said as he watched Lincoln throw a pokeball at it and caught it
"honestly I'm so annoyed." Lincoln said as he grabbed the pokeball
"yeah..." Kieran said
soon they reached the cave
"well then good night Kieran." Lincoln said as he and pon pon entered the cave
"good night." Kieran said as he began to walk home
on his walk back he began to think about his feelings
(man he is so cool.) Kieran thought to himself (he gets to hang out with Ogerpon and he round house kicked a conkelder.)
soon he made it back home and went to bed
the next day
after dealing with carmine Kieran went up to see Lincoln
"hey Lincoln how are you doing?" Kieran asked
" I'm doing fine I've just been doing some training." Lincoln said
"ok then you want to talk about anything?" Kieran asked
"well there is one thing." Lincoln said as he grabbed ruff's pokeball and sent out a midnight form lycanroc
"that. What happened to ruff?" Lincoln asked
"oh it evolved its something that most pokemon do it's quite common." Kieran explained
"oh so noir growing larger is normal." Lincoln said as he sent out noir who was now a noivern
"yea. How much training did you do?" Kieran asked
"well I only got about an hour of sleep last night soo." Lincoln said
Kieran said nothing as he gestured to noir to pick Lincoln up which he did
"H-hey!" Lincoln said
"no go to sleep." Kieran said
"but it's hot!" Lincoln said trying to get out of it
Kieran simply sent out chilled who was now a glalie
"of course he's a glalie." Kieran said as chilled began to make the cave slightly colder
"I'm not *yawn* tired." Lincoln said
" yes you are." Kieran said
"ok maybe *yawn* a little." Lincoln said "I think I'll just shut my eyes for a little bit."
and with that Lincoln fell asleep on Kieran's shoulder
(cute.) Kieran thought to himself as Lincoln slept
pon pon came over and fell asleep next to them
eventually Kieran's grandfather came to the cave
"I figured I would find you here." He said " he's asleep?"
"yea he was mad about what happened to Ogerpon and trained all night." Kieran said
Kieran's grandfather looked at noir, chilled, ruff, and the conkelder Lincoln caught
"i guess he trained a lot." Kieran's grandfather said "a noivern, a lycanroc, a glalie, and a conkelder in one night."
"actually he kicked the conkelder in the face and caught it." Kieran said "it jumped out at us and he was mad about what happened to Ogerpon and then boom conkelder was on the ground."
"that boy is strong." Kieran's grandfather said "I'm glad he's using that strength to protect Ogerpon."
"I am too." Kieran said
"well then after he wakes up you can come down for lunch." Kieran's grandfather said
"I will." Kieran said as his grandfather walked away
soon after Lincoln began to wake up
"you feeling better?" Kieran asked
"yea...thanks." Lincoln said
"you're welcome." Kieran said "anyway I have to go get lunch."
"see ya." Lincoln said as Kieran walked off
at lunch
"so where were you?" Carmine asked Kieran
"I was helping a friend." Kieran answered
"glad to see you making some friends kieran." Kieran's grandmother said
"yup!" Kieran said
a couple months later
Kieran couldn't believe it.
he was going to the blueberry academy!
he immediately rushed to Lincoln's place to tell him
"Lincoln Lincoln!" Kieran said gaining the attention of the amnesiac boy
"yea what's up?" Lincoln asked
"I'm going to the blueberry academy!" Kieran said
"that's great!" Lincoln said "what's that?"
"it's one of the best pokemon battling schools!" Kieran said "me and Carmine are going!"
"so wait are you not gonna be here?" Lincoln asked
"yea... but don't worry it's just for the year plus my grandpa can help you out!" Kieran said
"ok Just promise me that as soon as you get the chance pay me a visit ok?" Lincoln asked
"I will!" Kieran said
on the plane there Kieran realized something
he was in love with Lincoln
