When we got to the common room everyone was there eating. It was Fred and George who noticed us first. "And where have you six been? Did you see the troll?" They shot across the room at us gaining the attention of everyone.
"There you are. Are you ok? What you did was very stupid! With a troll on the lose you could have been killed. What were you thinking? What was so important that you would run off like that you four? Hang on I don't remember seeing you girls at dinner in the Great Hall. Where were you two?"
So, we told them everything. What their brother said about Janaya and how she ran off. How Harry punched him in the nose while I ran off to find her. How when I finally found her, she refused to leave the bathroom and when I was finally able to convince her to leave to go to dinner and were about to leave the bathroom when the troll came in and we were cornered. How the boys knew where we were thanks to Jaxon, and I having twin Telepathy and barged into the bathroom and distracted the troll long enough for us to get around it and out the door. How as soon as we were out the door the boys followed, and we ran yelling for the Professors. How it must have worked because we literally ran into Professor Snape. How he stood in front of us and got hit with the troll's club and is now in the hospital wing with a few broken ribs and a concussion. How the other Professors arrived and swiftly took down the troll. Then how I am supposed to write my father to ask if he knows anyone who could take a temporary Potions Professor position here at Hogwarts because Professor Snape is going to be out of commission for a little while. Everyone was shocked and silent until Percy broke it.
"Well, that answers some of my questions. I'm glad you are safe. But what were you thinking and are you ok?"
"Yes, we are fine Madam Pomfrey gave us a Calming Draught and we were thinking the girls didn't know about the troll, so we needed to warn them."
"If you have twin telepathy why not just warn them that way?"
"Because our twin telepathy is so strong, we hear each other all the time so we have learned how to put walls up in our minds so that we don't hear each other all the time."
"Even in our sleep we had to learn to put up walls just so we could get a decent night's sleep." Jaxon says.
"But there is a setback. We cannot hear each other at all when we do this and at the time, I had my walls up so I could focus on Janaya and Janaya alone."
"Which is why we have decided to warn each other when we put up the walls." Jaxon again takes over for me.
"And check up on each other every fifteen minutes so that this never happens again." We finish together.
"Oh ok. I didn't know you guys do that."
"Do what?" We say together.
"That! Talking at the same time and finishing each other's sentences."
"OH! That we do it all the time. We sometimes slip and do it while in class too. It annoys the Professors too."
"Oh, it doesn't bother me at all. Don't forget I have twin brothers as well and they do the same thing."
"Oh, ok well then can we eat please."
"Of course, go ahead."
After we eat, I write father and tell him everything and ask him about the Potion Professor position the needs to be temporarily filled. I send it off with Twinkle. An hour later I get a reply.
The next day we are called into the headmaster's office. "As you know Professor Snape is in the Hospital Wing and we need a temporary Professor for Potions. How did the letter to your father go? Does he have a person in mind?"
"He does and he will be here in about five minutes."
"Good, good. I wanted to see how you all are."
"Just a little shaken still but other than that we are fine."
"Good now Harry I have something that your father left in my possession before he died. It is time it was returned to you." He pulls out s cloak out of his desk drawer. "Try it on, Harry."
He does and his body turns invisible. "It's an invisibility cloak. You say it was his fathers?"
"Yes."
"Huh, well ok then."
"Harry, take it off, he will be here in thirty seconds."
"Ok." As soon as Harry takes it off and puts it in his bag father walks out of the Floo without anyone else.
"Emperor Moore how are you? Did you bring the temporary Potions Professor with you?"
"No, he had a family emergency, so I came to offer my assistance. I will take the temporary Potions Professor position, if you will have me. And I am well thank you."
"Of course, it would be an honor to have you teach potions. To have a Potions Grandmaster teach the students it would be wonderful."
"Yes, well let's get down to business. Now my children and godchildren need to have privet quarters so their Guards, Servants, Elves, and Privet Tutors can stay as close to them as possible. And it needs to be done as soon as possible. I'll also need quarters for myself of course."
"Of course, I will find you quarters and the other four quarters as well."
"You misunderstood. When I said to find my children quarters, I meant all three of my children. I have adopted Harry in the Muggle world and blood adopted him as well."
"How did this happen if I may ask?"
"You may it seems that my daughter and her twin were blood adopted nine times. First by the Potters, then Sirius Black, followed by the Malfoy's, the Lestrange's, Severus Snape, Tom Riddle, your granddaughter, the Kasanoda's in Japan, and finally a man by the name of Niklaus Michalson. When I tracked down Harry, I found him in such horrid conditions that I took him, gained guardianship of him, and reported his relatives to her majesty herself. She then tasked the police to track them down and arrest them for child neglect, child endangerment, and child abuse. As of two weeks before the start of the school year they are staying in Wormwood Scrubs Prison for their crimes. I adopted Harry in the process of his relative's trial and blood adopted him a week after that."
"I see well that is unfortunate. You see when Harry's mother died, she left a protection on him that requires the blood of his mother's direct bloodline. I am afraid you will just have to say you lied and harry can go back to living with them over the summer."
"I am afraid that is not possible Dumbledore. When I blood adopted Harry, those protections would have diminished slightly or disappeared altogether, so it is simply not going to happen. Besides he is more protected with me than with anyone else. He has Guards, Servants, Elves, and Privet Tutors all who would do anything to protect him. So, no not going to happen."
"Very well. Shall I give you a tour of the castle then."
