Scene Switch: Forever Rock
The lion prince named Laval was playing with his crocodile best friend named Cragger and they were clashing their wooden swords on the top of a log.
"I'm going to get you this time Laval" Says Cragger while he tries to use his tail to sweep the legs of Laval but the crocodile's attempt failed, allowing Laval to disarmed his crocodile best friend with his own wooden sword, putting it on Cragger's neck
"Got ya Cragger" Says Laval while laughing in victory and then he got off the crocodile and helping him up.
"Darn it" Cragger groan in frustration because Laval won again for the second time.
They walked back to the Forever Rock and the lion prince picked up a sharp rock, drawing a line on Laval's symbol on rock which is a head of a lion.
Cragger sat on the edge, looking down at the water and Laval joined him there beside his friend.
The crocodile avoided the lion's gaze by looking away, crossing his arms in defeated while Cragger murmured under his breath inaudible tone.
"Hey... What's that?" Says Laval.
Cragger notices it too and he sees a basket floating in the water.
"What's a basket doing in the water?" Cragger muttered to himself as he stood up and jumped into the water, swimming towards the basket and retrieving it before going to the shore.
Laval approaches the crocodile while looking at the basket in Cragger's hands.
"I wonder what's inside?" Laval says to the crocodile.
Cragger suddenly became nervous when he sees that something moved inside the basket
"Uhh... You check what's inside Laval" The crocodile then give the basket to the lion prince.
Laval raised an eyebrow at Cragger before taking the basket from the crocodile's hands.
The lion prince lifts up the blue blanket, causing the lion to gasp in surprise and Laval's eyes to widen.
"What is this thing?" Says Laval while Cragger came closer to see what the lion sees: A baby.
Not just an animal baby like a cub, kits or a hatchling but a human baby inside the basket.
"Laval... What are we going to do with this... thing? I have zero idea what that is" Cragger tells the lion with a massive hint of confusion in the crocodile's tone while they both looked at the human baby who was sleeping peacefully but then it didn't take long before the baby woke up, crying loudly.
"Will you make that "Thing" stop crying" Cragger demanded while covering his sides of his head due to the cries of the human baby.
Laval panicked for a moment before he looked at the human baby with calm expression.
"Hey c'mon now little one... Shhh... Shhh... it's okay. I'm here" The lion prince somehow succeeded in making the infant stopped crying and then the human begins to reached out for Laval with the child's tiny hands.
"I guess... I'm keeping the baby" Laval tells Cragger and the crocodile nodded in response.
"I think I'm gonna go home" The crocodile then walked towards his speedor and then drove off, leaving Laval all alone with a human baby.
"I guess you're coming with me" Says Laval while tickling the tummy of the infant, making the baby laughed as the lion prince walked towards his vehicle while carrying the human infant in one hand while driving the speedor back to the Lion Temple. Hopefully Laval gains some answers about this human baby.
