Samuel pov
I awaken in a strange room with nothing but an oddly beautiful table and weird armchair, the chair was made of a strange material too pale to be normal leather but too firm and supple to be cloth i disregard the unease the chair gives me and sit down in the ominous chair. Then suddenly a man appers on the other end of the table tapping his metal hand against the table impatiently. The man is dressed in a purple jacket and has a smiley face carved into his hair.
The man lets out a loud laugh and says
"so you were the one who died playing my game, so deliciously Absurd not even I could have made that happen!" He says still laughing like its the greatest punchline he had ever heard.
"its absolutely random, you modded the game so much your computer burst into flames killing you on the spot" he begins to tear up from laughing so hard
My heart drops and my eyes suddenly go wide "I-I-Im dead?" my voice takes a tone of panic
"Of course you are but you are one of the few that earned my respect by giving me such amazing entertainment" he praised like my death and life was simply a show unerving me slightly
I make a frightening realization this was Randy Random, The Randy Random, this realization makes my blood run cold
"So now you remember me. Don't worry; I'm here to give you a second chance in different world as your first pawn in your last playthrough." His voice takes on a more serious tone. "but i get to chose the world and your starting equipment, really i dont care what you do once your there as long as its entertaining"
"thats oddly generous of you" i say in a confused and questioning voice
"On the contrary this world is even worse then your last one" he says laughing maniacally "i hope you like space whales and 2011" he says opening a portal
"fuck am i going to Worm?" I asked worried but already knowing the answer
"yep also im giving you paralytic abasia have fun!"
before i even have a chance to respond i am kicked into the portal and land on the roof of some building in the middle of what is presumably Brockton Bay
