IMPORTANT PART: Naruto is gonna have a kagune like Kaneki but different.
It is a beautiful night sky in the city of Tokyo, people talking, laughing and having fun, but on the other side of Tokyo you could see a teen running for his life with a woman giving chase, but this woman wasn't any ordinary woman, she had long purple hair and was dressed in a white knee length dress with a blue long sleeved undershirt with green stockings and a pair of navy blue shoes, that was all normal but she had four red like appendages that was protruding out her back. This woman was Rize Kamishiro and she was making the teen that had the courage to ask her on a date her next meal and the teen was Ken Kaneki and he was a 19 year old with a mop of straight black hair and he was running for his life from the woman that he thought loved him, she was eating him.
Kaneki was running as fast as his legs could take him, he was jumping over things and turning corners but it didn't help his situation with Rize, Kaneki turned one more corner thinking it was a way out of the alley only to see Rize grinning at him and one of her appendages launched itself at Kaneki and pierced through his right lung and Kaneki spat out a ton of blood and cried out in pain as Riza threw him through a building leading him into a deadend in a construction sight, she and spoke.
"Oh my sweet Kaneki-kun why are you running from me, I thought you liked me as well?" said Rize with fake innocents as she stalked towards him with the same sadistic grin.
"Oh well, I guess I was wrong. Well farewell Kaneki-kun" spoke Rize with a fake sad expression, she reeled back all of her appendages and thrusted them towards Kaneki, before she could reach him steel beams fell from above right on top of Rize.
"How...could...this...ha...ppen." gasped out Riza from under the steel beams, still alive but barely.
~ Time skip ~
After the incident with Kaneki and Rize, someone reported two students that wandered into an unstable construction site. The report said one of the students was crushed and the other was left in a critical condition, both were run to the hospital and had to go through surgery where the live student had to have their organs replaced with the deceased one's.
~ Next morning ~
~ Hospital ~
A nurse opened the door to a patient's room and walked in with a clipboard in hand, she looked at the only patient's bed and sighed.
"Good morning Mr Kaneki, you've barely even touched your food." said the nurse and sighed, she grabbed his tray of barely eaten food. "Oh another thing, your friend stopped in to see how you were doing." the nurse said with a small smile and left the room.
After getting checked up Kaneki was asked questions that involved his digestive system and mainly how he was feeling after the operation. After the questions was finished he was released from the hospital and sent home, as he walked into his room he found a bag of food and and a letter from his best friend Hideyoshi Nagachika
He read the letter and smiled and put the food in his refrigerator for later usage. He was sitting on his bed while looking at the front door in a somewhat trance, before he heard something on the tv that scared him.
"Ghoul's cannot consume human food like we can, because their tongues are different from ours." said the man on tv while sticking his tongue out.
'What, no that can't be what happened to me, no way, no way no way!' Kaneki screamed in his mind as he grabbed his head in pain and he ran to his fridge and grabbed all the food that Hide bought him and started devouring the food one after another in a never ending cycle, he ate and puked the food he just ate into the toilet, he cried knowing his life was ruined because of that date.
~ Time skip ~
'What's that smell? It smells amazing, it smells like my mom's cooking, oh how I've missed her cooking' thought Kaneki while running through the city with a hungry smile, he turns a corner and see's a ghoul feasting upon a corpse and starts tearing up.
"You're a ghoul? Aren't you, hey don't cry my name is Kazuo, I haven't eaten in awhile so I can't share that much but here" before Kazuo could give Kaneki the flesh his head was violently kicked off his shoulders.
"Good riddance, you should not trespass on my feeding grounds. Hey I've never seen you before woah what happened to your eye that looks pretty nasty" said a man that came out of the shadows and he grabs Kaneki by the throat and slams him into the wall.
"Did you honestly think you could hunt for food on my feeding grounds? And get away with it?" said the man, he was a handsome man with a mop of blonde hair, he wore glasses with a white sweater and badge jeans with brown shoes.
"No I wasn't I swear, I was just passing by" said Kaneki quickly while grabbing the hand that was around his neck.
"You really expect me to believe that, let me ask you something, if you saw your girlfriend naked and on her hands and knees and you see a man standing over her with his pants around his ankles and saying 'I didn't do it, I was just passing by' that's basically what you're trying to say, for one if that was my girl than I'd kill the bastard." said the man with a glare and tightened his grip around Kaneki's neck.
"Please you have to believe me, I was just passing by, please!" pleaded Kaneki thinking this was his end.
"Like I said you expect me to believe that, hey you wanna know what happens when you hunt on my feeding grounds huh?" said the man with a wicked grin but his face turned annoyed when someone spoke from behind him.
"But these aren't you're feeding grounds, so you have no right to claim them as such Nishiki, so let him go" spoke a feminine voice from behind the newly named Nishiki and Kaneki, Nishiki turned his head and saw a girl and a guy behind, the girl was wearing a school uniform by the looks of it and had beautiful purple hair that fell to her shoulders and had a bang big enough to cover her right eye this teenager roughly the exact age as Kaneki, her name was Touka Kirishima.
The guy to her left was a handsome male who had a mop of red hair with black highlights, he had ocean blue eyes with three whisker shaped scars on each cheek, he wore a similar uniform as Touka but he wore navy blue pants with black and white sneakers and his school blazer was around his waist, his white school shirt had the collar unbuttoned with tie hanging loosly around his neck and he wore a grey tank top underneath. This Male was Naruto Uzumaki and he looked bored.
"Touka and Naruto, it's been awhile. I don't see the problem, I heard that binge eating bitch is dead" said Nishiki while dropping Kaneki to the ground while coughing.
"How does that make this your feeding ground? You don't have any say in how the territory Riza claimed in the 20th ward gets split to the weaker ghouls, just leave it up to those of us at Anteiku" said Touka while her kakugan activated, at which Nishiki looked annoyed.
"Huh? You know I still don't understand why we have to run everything by a bunch of fence sitters from Anteiku" said Nishiki, annoyed and started walking towards Touka and Naruto decided to lean on the wall. "I'm just taking back what was mine, this was my feeding ground" said Nishiki but was cut off by Touka.
"Yeah because you were weak." said Touka with an impassive face while Naruto yawned behind her.
"I don't appreciate being insulted but a punk kid with a smart mouth. Watch it you're starting to piss me off." said Nishiki while massaging his neck.
"You think I'm scared?" asked Touka while walking towards Nishiki.
"YOU SHOULD BE!" yelled Nishiki while running to Touka, with her doing the same, they both disappeared and Nishiki was launched back with a grunt.
"Is that all you got Touka?" said Nishiki with gritted teeth.
"Wait for it" said Touka, just then cuts appeared out of nowhere all over his body. "Do you want me to go harder next time?" asked Touka sarcastically and watched as Nishiki ran past Naruto who was grinning at him as he left the alley. "Don't even want to take your corpse with you?" asked Touka deactivating her Kakugan and glance's at Naruto who smiles at her and she huffs at him while blushing.
She's about to walk away with Naruto but she hears crying and turns around and sees the kid she saved was still there, she sighs as she sees his condition, she rips the hand of the corpse and offers it to Kaneki "Do you want this?" asked Touka to which Kaneki reached out to grabbed the offered flesh but stopped himself from doing so.
"Please miss, you have to help me please, I know it's hard to believe but I'm human and yet I want to eat that'' said Kaneki as he could barely hold himself back from devouring the flesh in her hand.
"Why are you holding yourself back? Just eat it... wait you're the guy that was with Rize, why didn't she eat you and what's going on with your eye?" asked Touka with wide eyes at the last statement Naruto opened his eyes and stared at Touka and then looked to Kaneki with narrowed eyes he walks to Kaneki with narrowed eyes and asked in a stern tone.
"You're a half breed?" asked Naruto.'But that's not all, you smell like Rize and... oh shit you're the guy in the accident' thought Naruto while keeping a narrowed eye on Kaneki.
"Touka-chan," said Naruto, getting her attention. "Let's take him to Anteiku," said Naruto.
"What? Why?" asked Touka with a raised eyebrow. Naruto just grinned at her.
"Because I can't be bothered hearing that 'It's our policy to help our fellow ghouls in their time of need' bullcrap. y'know" Naruto mocked, Touka's face faulted and her eyebrow twitched in annoyance.
"Oh my god, is that it, you gotta be kidding." asked Touka with the same twitching eyebrow, Naruto nods negative with a serious face.
"Fine but you're carrying him" told Touka with a smirk while Naruto deflated but brightened up as Touka pecked him on the cheek and walked off with a skip in her step. Naruto grinned but looked serious at Kaneki while hefting him on his shoulder.
