Headcanon 2
A/N: Honestly, this is what I believe what happened that's part of her past and I think it would kinda make sense, in my opinion.
When Dr. Ozma Furbanna, one of the most honored animal research scientists in the galaxy, was a child, she's always loved and have been passionate about animals, and always loved learning about them. Throughout her school life, she had a reputation of being passionately interested in different creatures and learning about them, even if some of them weren't so "cute looking". Unfortunately because of this passion about wildlife and her interest in animals, she was picked on alot and would sometimes refer to her as a "total weirdo".
She also has gotten a few snide comments about her being "too serious", claims of being stuck up, rude and a bit cold because of her no-nonsense, anti-social personality, and by "rude" they mean her sarcasm but that's only when they say stupid comments to her.
Because of what she experienced as a kid and teenager, this is probably part of the reason why she isn't really a people person, even when she grew up as an adult, it would make sense if this was the case.
However, she didn't let those experiences and the words of her past schoolmates stop her from achieving her passion about wildlife and animals and never gave up on it, and because of this determined mindset that she kept, it's helped her to become known as one of the most honored animal research scientists in the galaxy.
