"N-Nee-chan?"
Souta stood from the chair, rubbing his wrists as he stared with wide blue eyes. His mouth opened and shut a few times, completely baffled as to why this weird man was currently laughing like a maniac.
Kagome's brow rose and her expression did not reveal too much, "Touch you?" She repeated, "I did feel something as soon as I came into contact with you," She let out a hum, "Do you have some sort of permanent barrier around you?"
Gojo took a step back, allowing Kagome's hand to fall away from his arm as another chuckle escaped his mouth.
The two siblings simply stared at him in return.
"Really? Are you serious?" Gojo snorted with amusement, shaking his head, "I have to ask, have you been living under some rock?"
"Huh?!" Souta looked offended on Kagome's behalf, "We're not a part of… whatever you are a part of!" He huffed, "Sorry we didn't know you were famous or something!"
"I would rather not fight if I don't have to," Kagome said after her brother let out his frustration with his ranting, "Can we just leave things here?"
She knew it was a stupid question.
"Sorry, Nee-chan~" Gojo snickered when Souta glared at him for his teasing name and tone, "But technically you're intruding in an important place for Jujutsu Sorcerers. There's no way you weren't noticed – I mean, you just opened a portal here like it was nothing."
"Jujutsu Sorcerers?" Kagome blinked, tilting her head, "I… haven't heard of such a thing." She admitted.
Souta gaped, "Then those monster things that attacked me and my club aren't Youkai?" He bit the side of his cheek, "This weird guy isn't some sort of Reikai agent?"
He immediately shut his mouth as soon as Kagome sent him a warning glance.
'Reikai?' Gojo thought, 'Even I know very little about that subject.' His face twitched, but he kept his light-hearted teasing expression, 'This is interesting.'
Perhaps just as interesting as Sukuna reviving in a vessel who could apparently control him.
"People are starting to surround this building," Kagome noted, letting out a sigh, "A portal was the quickest way to get here. I didn't expect so many to notice it. Normal people don't."
"Not many can just bypass Tengen-sama's barrier like you just did," Gojo stated, "It doesn't exactly help that everyone here was already on high alert because of the other kid I had to bring here tonight."
Souta inhaled sharply, "You're talking about Yuuji, right?" He did not bother to wait for an answer, "What happened to him? Is he okay!? He ate that gross finger! What about that thing that possessed him!?" His concern for his classmate was clear in his non-stop questions.
"Again, that mouth of yours is going to get you killed one day, kid," Gojo shrugged with a smile when Kagome glared at him, "Welp, we have less than a minute before we're interrupted, but Itadori Yuuji is alive for now," He removed his blindfold completely as he stared at Kagome with deep intent, "So, what do you plan to do now, Nee-chan~?"
"We're obviously going to get Yuuji outta he–?" Souta began before Kagome sighed again and covered his mouth, "Mmmph!?"
"Let's talk again very soon," Kagome glanced at Gojo with raised brows, her sword slicing into the air, "Without interruptions."
And with that, Gojo watched with fascination as Kagome and Souta disappeared into yet another portal that closed just as quickly as it opened.
The doors to the isolation room were slammed open only a moment later and Gojo found himself among his fellow Sorcerers as they demanded answers and were angered when not a word left his lips.
'Talk again very soon, huh?'
