5th June, 8:00 am, year 2005

Sharp noise of birds interrupted Y/n's sweet slumber and right after a moment their alarm joined in to put an end to their sleep.

Y/n was sound asleep for about 3 hours now but their time was up.

They woke up with an empty stomach doing summer salts. Their eyes faced difficulty to adjust in the sudden brightness brought by their annoying housekeeper.

Y/n got up from their bed and yawned, rubbing off the eye gunk from their eyes.

"Good morning." Their housekeeper greeted with a bow to which Y/n greeted back "Morning."

"You need to get ready for your school, please head over to the bathroom." She politely requested.

Y/n's housekeeper was a woman in her late 30s like their mother, with the name Sae Chibashira. She had been their housekeeper for as long as they could remember. She was a polite lady who dedicated herself to her job. She did what was told.

Y/n's relationship with her was quite simple with a friendly bond. She was a loyal housekeeper, and their everyday schedules were given to her to be taken care of, by their mother.

Y/n's mother was a strict woman who controlled them and their brother along with all the servants in the house. Y/n's schedules were all decided by her and the implementations were taken care of by Sae. Sae was fiercely loyal to Y/n's mother and her orders but she also had a soft spot for Y/n; she would let them do their own will if it was appropriate. She was one of the allies they had at their home they would say. But she wasn't always on their side if their will was to defy their mother.

Y/n did not really find it conflicting or suffocating being under their mother's control because she gave them enough space and time to let them have their own fun when they needed it. She wasn't the strict type from the olden times. She was only strict about Y/n following their schedules, other than that, she was a completely normal parent.

"Goodbye y/n, have a great day." Sae bid goodbye to Y/n as they stepped out of their car. They arrived at their school; and today, was their first day after their suspension for a month.

Y/n cheekily smiled at Sae with a glint in their eyes.

"Yeah, will have a great one."

And with that she drove off.

Y/n went inside with their head high. Everybody knew today was their comeback. And as soon as Y/n came into other students' sights, they rushed to them.

"Eyebags is back!" Their best friend named Haru exclaimed smacking their head. They chuckled and headlocked him.

"Ya missed me so damn much, ay?" He replied with a "ask me who didn't." Y/n and him both giggled and hi-fied as they walked through the hallway. A lot of people greeted them along the way, expressing their happiness on their comeback. They hi-fied with some and smiled at some. Y/n was feeling as energetic as ever; because they had returned to their den.

Y/n reached their classroom and took their seat beside Haru. The class was about to start but their homeroom teacher had not come yet. Y/n wondered if he had to inform the principal about their arrival after the suspension. And just when they had thought so the speakers announced that they were requested to come to the principal's office. Y/n stood up and started heading there; mentally readying themselves to hear their lecture about not violating school rules and such after the thing they had pulled last time to result in them getting 20 days off.

Y/n arrived at the office and knocked. The door opened revealing a blonde girl with bangs along with their principal and their homeroom teacher.

"Come in L/n." Y/n stepped inside and stood in front of the principal.

"L/n today is your first day after your suspension for bunking the school with all of your classmates. I hope you realised your mistake during the suspension period. The thing you did was outrageous and shameful for us as a prestigious and reputed school. And having such an act being taken place in my school simply attracts punishment. You being a bright student shouldn't have done such a thing coming from just as prestigious and nice family. I understand that having extra classes right after vacations is not right but it is important for catching up with your course. But you don't violate rules like this in rebellion. I hope to see you in my office for a good reason unlike this one in the future."

"Okay sir." Y/n nodded being unbothered about the whole speech and turned their heels to leave.

But was stopped by their homeroom teacher.

"L/n, please wait. I have some job for you."

Y/n faced him and glanced at the blonde next to him who had a slight smile on her face.

"Yes sir?" Y/n questioned.

"This is Sano Emma. She is a transfer student from Hyakkao academy. Please take her to your classroom because I have a meeting to attend right now with the principal. Also help her see around the school during recess." He finished. Looking at the girl, Y/n nodded.

"As you say, sir. Follow me Sano." Y/n told the girl and turned around to leave. She followed after Y/n with the same smile she had on.

"I'm Emma from hyakkao academy. It's nice to meet you, I hope you will help me with the school as a kind person you are." She said walking next to Y/n and giving them a wider smile. Y/n looked at her, judging her as a soft innocent girl from her statement. Y/n thought she was cute with that smile. They smiled back showing their whites brightly at her.

"You are gonna love this school as long as you stick with me."

"I already love it Y/n san." She giggled remarking. Y/n got puzzled.

"How do you know my first name?" Y/n questioned surprisingly. They weren't that famous.

"You are pretty popular outside this school, how would I not know? Besides, I've seen your kumite matches before."

"Oh.. Well you're one of my fans you say?" Y/n gave her a mischievous smirk to which she giggled and replied, "Absolutely." Y/n started liking her persona already. They both chatted for the rest of the time they had before they reached their classroom, the Class Second B.

Both of them entered their classroom and saw everyone divert their attention towards you two. Y/n stood with their arms crossed; in front of everyone with Sano next to them, they lively introduced her to everyone with a loud voice.

"This is Sano Emma. She is a transfer student from Hyakkao academy. She is nice and cute and hence my bitch from now on. You guys can talk to her and have fun but she'll belong to me. If I catch anyone trying anything with her, the one responsible will face consequences. Thank you." Y/n announced and let Sano speak.

"It's my pleasure to have you all as my classmates. I hope to spend a great time with you all for the rest of the year." She smiled and bowed politely. Y/n then showed her to her place.

They walked to their seat and turned to their right.

"Yuno get up from here." Y/n ordered with a smile. Yuno, their fellow classmate stood up obediently and took a new seat somewhere else.

"Sano this is your seat now." Y/n asserted and motioned her to sit down.

"As you say Y/n san. I'm delighted to sit next to you." She said smiling and took

her seat while Y/n took theirs.
