Solgaleo

Pokemon are very interesting creatures, they can be found everywhere, land, sea, sky and even in the deep depths of space. But even then pokemon can still be found in other places, like a place called ultra space. Ultra space is an interdimensional that is linked to different worlds and dimensions. And in this space is where a pokemon called Cosmog can be found. This pokemon eventually can evolve into legendary pokemon, a Lunala or in this case a Solgaleo.

Attack Potency

Solgaleo is a psychic and steel type, it is also known as the sunne pokemon, its body holds vast amounts of energy and light, so much so that it can release some of that energy and light to turn a night sky into mid-day. It has a lot of powerful moves. Metal Claw to rip apart its opponents, Iron Head and Zen Headbutt to headbutt its opponents. Flash Cannon and Solar Beam to fire beams of energy, Crunch to bite its opponents. Metal Burst to return damage back to the opponent with more power. Metal Sound to lower its opponent's special defense. Wild Charge for an electrical charge with some recoil, Flare Blitz for a big fire charge with some recoil too. Giga Impact for a super powerful charge.

And its strongest attack, Sunsteel Strike. Where Solgaleo goes up into the sky and slams into the target with the force of a meteor.

Outside of all these powerful attacks Solagleo is more powerful than the Tapu guardians. In fact, in the manga it was able to fight Ultra Necrozma with the help of Lunala and complete form Zygarde. Showing us the pokemon power is truly something to be respected and feared.

Feats

Durability

Solgaleo is mainly a physical pokemon with amazing bulk even for its legendary status. Its metal body is strong even to take hits from other powerful pokemon, like Necrozma. It also has moves to help with defense. Moves like Cosmic Power to increase both physical and special defense, Noble Roar to lower its opponents power. And Morning Sun for healing. It also has an ability called Full Metal Body which prevents others from lowering its stats.

Feats

—Is able to take hits from Necrozma

—Has great moves to increase defense and lower the power of its opponent.

—Can heal itself with Morning Sun.

Speed

Solgaleo is a fast pokemon, it can use ultra wormholes to travel lightyears in seconds. It can move so fast that it appears to become a white blur like when it was fighting Necrozma in the games. While it doesn't have any moves to increase its speed, it doesn't really need to. As it has a move to make up for it, that being Teleport. Like the name implies it can use it to teleport. We see Cosmag used this all the time in both the games and anime, it was able to teleport places that were miles away. Just imagine how far it can go now that it's a Solgaleo.

Weakness

Solgaleo for all its power still has elemental weaknesses like fire, ground, ghost and dark type attacks. And while it was able to fight a pokemon like Necrozma, it still lost to it even when Necrozma was at its weakest and ended up being possessed by it.

Teostra

Elder dragons have always been at the top of the food chain in the monster hunter world. Being creatures, whose very presents can bring calamity and destruction just by existing. Elder dragons come in all matters of different powers and standards. Some Elder dragons are so powerful they can threaten the world, while others are just powerful, but not powerful enough to threaten the world.

But there is a standard among this classification of monsters. Elder dragons like Chameleos, Kushala Daora, and of course Teostra. These elder dragons are what have set the standards of what it means to be an elder dragon. But we are talking about Teostra here, so let's talk about the Emperor of Flame.

Attack Potency

Teostra is an elder dragon who is a master of fire. It can use its fire in many interesting ways. First is the obvious fire breath, where Teostra fires a breath of fire. Next is that it can use its fire to create an aura of fire around its body, which is so hot that just being near it is enough to burn a hunter. But it also has another weapon other than fire.

It can produce a dust that is very flammable, that when exposed to heat will create an explosion. Teostra can both passively and actively create this dust and can spread it far away by flapping its wings to spread them. It can then grind its teeth together to create a spark to ignite it causing explosions everywhere.

Even outside of its fire, it has great physical strength enough to go against other elder dragons like Kushala Daora in a close fight. And its strongest attack is called Supernova. An attack where Teostra explodes all the flammable dust it has to create a super big explosion.

Feats

—Is one of the greatest elder dragons that uses fire.

—Can spread flammable dust everywhere making it dangerous to be near it.

—Can fight other elder dragons like Kushala Daora and Chameleos.

Durability

Teostra is very well armored, its body has scales all over it, giving it great protection. It can take hits from other elder dragons, even from an elder dragon like Nergigante. It's also fireproof, it can literally walk through thick magma like nothing and can withstand its own explosions without any damage. And with its flame aura projects like arrows and bullets are destroyed.

Speed

Teostra is quite the agile elder dragon agile both on land and in the air. It can outmaneuver other faster monsters like Rathalos and even keep up with other fast elder dragons like Kushala Daora in the air.

Weakness

Teostra has earned its title as the Emperor of Flame, but even being a master of a powerful element doesn't make you invincible. It is weak to water and ice, and while it can take hits from the physically powerful Nergigante, it still relies heavily on its fire for fighting. So it doesn't normally rely on its physical strength to win fights.

Alright let's start this death battle!

(In the Elder Recess)

In the fiery pits of the Elder Recess a big monster was sleeping peacefully, it was a big red dragon that looked like a lion too. It was the emperor of flame Teostra. The king of this fiery domain. But the king of fire sleep was about to be interrupted, as a sudden boom noise was heard.

Waking up all of a sudden Teostra looked to the sky to see a hole in it. A second later something came out of it. It looked like Teostra, but it was smaller and was white, it also didn't have wings. This was Solgaleo, who had just come out of an ultra wormhole.

He looked around the new environment he found himself in, before spotting Teostra. Teostra didn't like any creature entering his territory and so roared at Solgaleo to leave. But Solgaleo just roared back, not scared of Teostra. Taking this as a challenge, Teostra charged at Solgaleo.

Fight!

Teostra ran and slash at Solgaleo, but Solgaleo easily dodged it by jumping back. Solgaleo claws glow metallic as Solgaleo hit Teostra with a Metal Claw to the face, knocking Teostra back. Teostra shook his head from the attack and fired a breath of fire. Solgaleo, seeing this, quickly leaped over Teostra, dodging the breath of fire.

Before Teostra could turn around to face Solgaleo, Solgaleo hit Teostra again with a Metal Claw, sending Teostra stumbling and almost losing his feeting. Teostra retaliated by sweeping its tail, which hit Solgaleo. But Solgaleo didn't even flinch from the attack. But Teostra's tail did scatter small dust-like particles onto Solgaleo's face.

Solgaleo jumped back when Teostra tried to swipe Solgaleo with a claw. Teostra then fired another breath of fire, this time swinging it from left to right. Seeing this Solgaleo jumped up and was now flying through the air.

Teostra was very surprised by this, as Solgaleo didn't have wings like Teostra did. So Teostra didn't expect Solgaleo to be able to fly. Regardless, Teostra took to the air and started to chase Solgaleo. Teostra fired breaths of fire, but Solgaleo was having little to no trouble avoiding them.

Solgaleo turned around and opened his mouth and something bright looked like it was about to come out of it. Only for a sudden explosion of fire to hit Solgaleo at his face. This hurt Solgaleo enough to stop what attack he was about to do. It was the dust-like particles that Teostra had spread onto Solgaleo's face from the tail swipe that exploded.

Seeing the opportunity, Teostra flew full speed at Solgaleo, the bigger lion knocking Solgaleo down to the ground. Teostra landed and immediately went for the neck, but as Teostra bit into it. He found that his teeth couldn't pierce Solgaleo's skin. Feeling rather annoyed than threatened by this. Solgaleo pushed Teostra away with his paws hard, almost sending Teostra into a rocky wall from the force of the push.

Getting up, Solgaleo shook his head, before turning around to face Teostra. Only to get a face full of fire. Solgaleo let out a small cry of pain as the fire did more damage to him than any other attack from Teostra so far. Solgaleo jumped away from it. Teostra breathed fire again, however rather than dodge, Solgaleo decided to give Teostra a taste of his own medicine.

Opening his mouth Solgaleo fired a sliver beam of energy. The Flash Cannon went straight through the fire and hit Teostra on the face. Teostra let out a cry of pain from the attack. Solgaleo wasn't kind enough to give Teostra a moment to recover and ran at him at a very fast speed. While running Solgaleo's head started to glow blue. Teostra recovered from the Flash Cannon just in time for a Zen Headbutt to hit his face.

Teostra went flying through the air before sliding across the ground. Getting up, Teostra roared in anger, and an aura of fire seemed to surround him. Teostra opened his mouth, but rather than fire a swarm of dust came out of it. Using his wings Teostra flapped them to send the dust forward at Solgaleo. Solgaleo looked at the dust with a questioning look, unsure as to why Teostra would breathe that out at him. He got his answer when he saw Teostra opening its mouth wide, before snapping his teeth together.

"Solgaleo!" Solgaleo cried out in pain, as the moment Teostra snapped his teeth together, fiery explosions happened everywhere, hitting Solgaleo from all sides. Before Solgaleo could get his bearing, he was tackled by Teostra, who still had his aura of fire on. Which causes even more pain to Solgaleo as the fire licks at him, slowly burning him.

Teostra pinned down Solgaleo and breathed fire down on him. Solgaleo roared in pain as the fire washed over him. Solgaleo let out another roar, this time a louder one and what that wasn't born from pain. Teostra feels himself weakened by Solgaleo's Noble Roar. Now weakened, Solgaleo fought back against Teostra, and slammed his head at Teostra's head with an Iron Head. Teostra recoiled back in pain, as he felt the world spinning.

Now stunned, Solgaleo slashed at Teostra with Metal Claw, sending Teostra back. Teostra breathed fire at Solgaleo, but the effects of Noble Roar were still there, so it came out small and weak. Solgaleo didn't even flinch from the fire breath and instead, fired back with Flash Cannon.

The Flash Cannon hit Teostra on the face, blasting him away. Teostra caught himself with his wings, before hitting the ground. Roaring, Teostra breathed fire down onto Solgaleo. But Solgaleo was the much faster lion and took to the skies before the fire could reach him. Teostra roared and tackled Solgaleo.

The two of them were biting and clawing at each other in the air. The effects of Noble Roar had ended and Teostra still had its flame aura on, burning Solgaleo with each touch. Despite all this Solgaleo was holding his own against Teostra and Teostra was starting to have trouble keeping up.

Eventually it was Solgaleo that brought Teostra down to earth. Solgaleo was on top of Teostra, with small burn marks all over his body. But he was fine overall. Teostra quickly blasts Solgaleo's face with a quick fire breath. That was enough to get Solgaleo off of him. Getting up Teostra breathed out more flammable dust, before flipping his wings forward at Solgaleo. Remembering what happened last time, Solgaleo took to the air, to avoid having that dust on him.

Solgaleo fired a Flash Cannon at Teostra, who just barely dodged it with a leap. Before jumping at Solgaleo with a fiery claw. Solgaleo met the fiery claw with his own Metal Claw. The two of them were in a power struggle, before Solgaleo won and pushed Teostra back down to the ground.

Solgaleo landed on the ground, before flinching when he felt something explode near his side. Looking around he saw some of the areas where the flammable dust was at, exploding into small bursts of fiery explosions. Before looking at Teostra, who was charging at Solgaleo while still having its fiery aura on.

Solgaleo was hit by the charge and knocked into a pool of lava. Solgaleo's screams of pain could be heard as Solgaleo quickly flew out of the pool of lava. His white fur slightly burned, but he was still far from dead.

Solgaleo, now angry, let his body glow. His body seemed to glow with the power of the stars. As he used Cosmic Power boosting his defense. Solgaleo flew at Teostra, who fired a breath of fire. Solgaleo didn't even try to dodge it and went straight through it like nothing.

Teostra, not expecting this, couldn't get out of the way in time, as Solgaleo slammed into him. Solgaleo was now atop of Teostra again. Teostra roared and swiped a fiery claw at Solgaleo's face. Solgaleo didn't even flinch from it thanks to the Cosmic Power. Teostra went to slash at Solgaleo again with his other claw. Only for Solgaleo to bite down on it hard.

Teostra roared in pain, as Solgaleo bit harder down on Teostra's front leg, with glowing black fangs. Drawing blood from it, causing Teostra to roar in more pain. Teostra breathes fire on Solgaleo hoping to get him off of him just like last time. But this time Solgaleo only groaned slightly in pain.

Solgaleo did get off of Teostra eventually, but he didn't let go of Teostra's front leg. Once Solgaleo's feet touch the ground, Solgaleo started to violently shake Teostra around, like a mad wolf would do to its prey. Teostra stopped his fire breath and tried to fight back against Solgaleo, who was slamming him around. But the smaller lion proved to be the stronger one. Eventually Solgaleo tossed Teostra away. As Solgaleo felt the effects of Cosmic Power wearing off.

Solgaleo then licked his lips clear of Teostra's blood. Teostra, getting up, looked at his injured front limb, seeing the bite mark as well as seeing the blood that was coming out of it. Teostra's anger reached its boiling point, before letting out his loudest roar yet.

Teostra was enraged.

Teostra roared again and with a flip of his wings spread a large amount of his flammable dust everywhere. Teostra charged at Solgaleo, leaving a trail of more flammable dust behind him.

Seeing the area being covered in this dust and seeing Teostra coming at him. Solgaleo flew up into the air, avoiding the charge. Teostra took after Solgaleo in the sky. As he flew, he breathed more of the dust filling the air with it, before snapping his teeth.

Solgaleo roared in pain as all the dust exploded creating explosions everywhere even high in the sky. Despite this Solgaleo didn't go down, rather turned around and flew at Teostra with a Zen Headbutt. Teostra wasn't fast enough to fly out of the way, and so got hit, head first by the Zen Headbutt. Teostra went down back to the ground, but quickly got up.

Aiming up Teostra fired a breath of fire at Solgaleo, who fired back with Flash Cannon. When the two attacks met it caused a big explosion, creating a big dust cloud. Solgaleo waited for the dust cloud to clear, but as expected Teostra wasn't as patient and came out of the dust cloud with fiery fangs and claws ready to tear Solgaleo apart.

Solgaleo however, was expecting Teostra to try and use the dust cloud as cover for a surprise attack. Unfortunately for Teostra, Solgaleo was much faster and was able to fly to the side to avoid the attack. Taking advantage of the failed surprise attack, Solgaleo fired a Flash Cannon, which hit Teostra's back almost causing him to lose control of his flight. Turning to face Solgaleo, Teostra breathed out more of his dust and flipped his wings hard to spread it to Solgaleo. Solgaleo, getting tired of this, used Cosmic Power, before flying straight at Teostra. Teostra, seeing this immediately snapped his teeth together, causing the dust that Solgaleo was traveling through to explode, Solgaleo just ignored these explosions as the Cosmic Power made it so that they did very little to him.

Solgaleo tackled Teostra, almost causing him to fall, but was able to save himself. The two were once again clawing and biting each other. Before Solgaleo's glowing dark fangs bit on one of Teostra's horns.

Teostra roared in pain as it felt the horn breaking, he tried to push Solgaleo away. But Solgaleo wasn't letting go.

Crack.

"RRRRRRRRRRRRRR!" Teostra screamed as Solgaleo crushed Teostra's horn to pieces with Crunch.

Solgaleo wasn't done however and went to crush the other horn with Crunch. Teostra roared in more pain, as Solgaleo bit the other horn. Teostra tried even harder to get Solgaleo away from him, flying around wildly and thrashing about, slamming Solgaleo against rocky walls and even turning up his flame aura higher hoping that would make Solgaleo let go. But nothing was working and Teostra felt his last horn crushed to pieces.

"RRRRRRRRRRR!" Teostra roared again and in pure desperation did the only thing he could do right now.

Supernova

Teostra's body started to release a large amount of dust, so much so that one could barely see Teostra from the sheer amount of it, before finally—

BOOM

Pain. That's what Solgaleo was in right now, one moment he was destroying Teostra's horns, the next moment his entire world was on fire. Solgaleo wasn't even registering the fact that he was sent flying through the air, from Teostra's Supernova.

Solgaleo flew through the air at a high speed, before crashing through rocky walls before crash landing outside of the volcanic side of the Elder Recess. Solgaleo just laid there not moving. Meanwhile Teostra was breathing heavily. Using his Supernova wasn't a cheap attack to use. Teostra had released all of his flammable dust at once and ignited in a giant explosion.

While it was a powerful attack it wasn't something Teostra won't be able to use again, not for a while at least. Teostra took a moment to catch his breath, before flying into the direction of where he saw Solgaleo was sent to by the Supernova.

After a quick fly, Teostra saw that Solgaleo was getting up albeit slowly and with great effort. Teostra took a moment to look at the results of his attack.

Solgaleo's body was heavily burned all over. His once white fur was now charred black and it even seemed like a bit of Solgaleo's body was melting. Despite all that Solgaleo got up and looked at Teostra, not with fear like how Teostra expected after someone suffered the wrath of his strongest attack. But rather with pure anger.

Solgaleo then looked up at the sun, before closing his eyes. Solgaleo's whole body started to glow white and to Teostra complete shock and surprise. He could see that Solgaleo's burn marks were starting to fade away. Not like seeing his opponent recover, Teostra charged at Solgaleo.

Solgaleo's eyes shot open the second he heard Teostra running at him. Jumping to the side Solgaleo avoided Teostra's charge, before firing a Flash Cannon, which given Teostra exhausted state was enough to knock him over on his side.

With Teostra down for the moment, Solgaleo went back to using Morning Sun, with the sun high in the air, Solgaleo's Morning Sun was working quite well, with most of its burns healing away. After the move was done, Solgaleo still had wounds and some burn marks on his body, but he was now much better thanks to Morning Sun.

Teostra had just gotten back up after Solgaleo had finished healing. Teostra wasn't happy at all that the damage from his Supernova was mostly gone. Teostra fired a breath of fire, but given his exhausted state, the fire breath came out in an almost pitiful stream of fire. Solgaleo didn't even bother dodging the attack, as Teostra might as well have hit him with an ember for all the damage it did.

Solgaleo roared again, a loud metal sound came out of Solgaleo mouth and once again Teostra was covered in a blue aura. But Teostra didn't feel physically weaker like with Noble Roar. Before Teostra could think more about it, he was hit with a Flash Cannon to the face.

"RRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!" Teostra roared in pain, as the Flash Cannon hurt more than it ever did. That was because of Solglaeo's Metal Sound which weakened Teostra's defense against special attacks, so the Flash Cannon did more damage to Teostra.

Teostra in a panic flew into the air and started to fly away. Solgaleo wasn't going to let Teostra escape however and flew at Teostra. Solgaleo hit Teostra's underbelly with a Zen Headbutt, which was more than enough to knock Teostra down to the ground.

Solgaleo while still up in the air saw Teostra getting up and roared in anger, his flame aura up again. Teostra breathed out more of his flammable dust into the air, hoping to cover the area in it. Seeing this Solgaleo used Cosmic Power to get his defense ready and flew at Teostra.

Teostra snapped his teeth and fiery explosions happened everywhere, but Solgaleo just ignored it just like before. Teostra just barely caught Solgaloe when he tried to charge him. The two of them were standing on their hind legs, biting each other.

Solgaleo ended this by headbutting Teostra with Iron Head causing Teostra to flinch. Solgaleo then hit Teostra with a Metal Claw, knocking him back far. Solgaleo ran at Teostra, but just before Solgaleo could reach Teostra. Teostra turned around quickly and hit Solgaleo with his tail, knocking Solgaleo to the side.

Before Solgaleo could recover, Teostra flipped his wings, sending a line of his flammable dust right at Solgaleo before snapping his teeth. Solgaleo roared in pain as he was hit by this, but came at Teostra again.

Teostra fired a breath of fire at the charging Solgaleo, but as Solgaleo was charging electricity covered Solgaleo and was charging straight through the attack. Teostra stopped his breath attack and tried to get out of the way. But get hit on his sides. Teostra roared in pain as he felt his body being electrocuted. Solgaleo also roared in pain, from the recoil damage of Wild Charge, but his pain was far less painful than Teostra's pain.

In a panic Teostra used his tail to hit Solgaleo away. Solgaleo was knocked back into a crystal wall. Before Solgaleo could get out of the wall. Teostra charged at Solgaleo while on fire, burning Solgaleo's chest.

Before Solgaleo could do anything, Teostra leaped back and breathed fire on Solgaleo, burning him. Solgaleo in a rage, glowed silver and ran straight through the fire breath again. And slashed at Teostra's face. The claw attack was powered by Metal Burst, making it stronger than Solgaleo's Metal Claw attack.

So not only was it strong enough to stop Teostra's fire breath, but it was also strong enough to do some serious damage to Teostra's face. Mainly the eye.

"RRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!" Teostra roared in agony, as Solgaleo had managed to claw one of his eyes out with Metal Burst. Teostra backed away in fear and tried another tail swipe hoping to get Solgaleo away from him.

However Solgaleo was ready this time and caught Teostra's tail with his mouth, before using Crunch to bite down on it. Teostra cried in pain and started to swing the tail side to side, while Solgaleo didn't let go of the bigger lion's tail, even when his feet were no longer on the ground thanks to Teostra's wild tail swings.

Solgaleo didn't loosen his Crunch on Teostra's tail and in fact put both his front paws into Teostra's tail with Metal Claw. This caused Teostra to thrash around even more and Teostra tried hard to get Solgaleo. But this wasn't working, and Solgaleo raised one of his Metal Claws and slashed down on Teostra's tail.

"RRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!" Teostra roared in pain.

This was because that Metal Claw was enough to sever the tail. Teostra stumbled forward before coming to a stop. He turned to look at the remains of his tail, and saw only a bloody stump of what used to be a tail. He then turned to see Solgaleo standing on all fours, while still having his tail in his mouth.

Solgaleo seems to look at the tail in his mouth, before slowly chewing it. Solgaleo seemed to like the taste of Teostra's tail and started to actually eat it. Teostra glared with his remaining eye and roared at the humiliation of Solgaleo eating his tail, while they were in a battle to the death.

Solgaleo stopped eating the tail after hearing the roar, and roared back with Noble Roar, weakening Teostra again. Teostra flew up into the air and breathed fire down. But as expected Solgaleo just flew out of the way.

While still in the air Teostra spread his dust around his body and used his wings to flap the dust everywhere before snapping his teeth. Just like before, explosions happened everywhere, and Solgaleo was hit by them. But thanks to Noble Roar the explodes were weak and only did a bit of damage to him.

Solgaleo flew at Teostra with a Metal Claw ready, and Teostra tried to dodge it. Teostra was only able to dodge enough for the Metal Claw to graze one of his wing membranes leaving thin open lines on one of his wings. This however, wasn't enough to ruin his ability to fly. And so Teostra clawed back at Solgaleo. But Solgaleo didn't even flinch from the attacks thanks to Noble Roar weakening Teostra.

Solgaleo raised his Metal Claw again and Teostra raised his claw in return. Both clawed at each other, before Teostra breathed fire at Solgaleo's face. Which was enough to stop Solgaleo attacking. Teostra then breathed his dust, at Solgaleo's face, before snapping his teeth, causing it to explode on Solgaleo's face.

Using this opportunity Teostra flew at Solgaleo while being on fire to knock him down to the ground, pinning Solgaleo down with Teostra atop of him. Solgaleo tried to get Teostra off of him, but the effects of Noble Roar had ended. While Teostra had Solgaleo restrained, he saw this as the perfect opportunity to use his strongest attack, Supernova.

Teostra's body began to release all of his dust at once. Solgaleo eyes widened at the sight of this. Solgaleo tried even harder to get Teostra off of him. But he wasn't making much progress and definitely not fast enough to escape the attack.

Seeing the panicked look on Solgaleo's face was enough to bring a grin to Teostra's face. This smaller lion will now pay for challenging an elder like him. And with a roar Teostra released his Supernova.

The Supernova explosion was massive, covering the entire area in fire. Teostra was breathing heavily, before looking down at his feet. To his surprise Solgaleo was gone, and all that was left was what looked to be ashes.

Teostra roared in victory, no doubt that Solgaleo had been reduced to ash from the Supernova. After Teostra was done roaring, he started to limp away back to his territory to rest.

"SOL!"

Teostra heard, just in time to get a Flash Cannon to the face. Teostra flew right into a rocky cliff from the attack. Looking up in pure disbelief and horror. Solgaleo was there high in the air, with only minor burns on his body.

How was this possible!? Teostra had killed Solgaleo with his Supernova!

Or that's what he thought. But the truth was, that at the last second, Solgaleo had used Teleport to escape Teostra and the Supernova. And the ash that Teostra had seen before was just the ash of Solgaleo's fur that managed to get burned, before he had teleported.

Solgaleo escaped the Supernova with only having a bit of his fur burned. Now it was time to end this. Teostra tried to fly away from Solgaleo, he didn't want to admit it, but Teostra was scared of Solgaleo. From the beginning of this fight, Solgaleo had shown greater speed, power, durability, and a massive amount of different powers, from firing lasers, to increasing his durability and weakening Teostra power, and even healing.

Now Solgaleo had just shown that he could escape Teostra's strongest attack, with minor burns.

Teostra was screwed!

Teostra flew away in a panic and pitiful way for an elder dragon. But he didn't care, all he cared about was survival and getting away from this monster of a lion!

But Solgaleo wasn't in a merciful mood.

Solgaleo flew at Teostra with the same ridiculous speed he had always shown. With two Metal Claws. Solgaleo aimed to attack Teostra in a way, so he wouldn't be able to escape.

He slashed at Teostra's wings.

"RRRRRR!" Teostra cried out as both of his wing membranes were cut to pieces. Teostra had now lost the ability to fly. Teostra hit the ground hard, he was in so much pain that moving any part of his body hurt. But he had to get away from Solgaleo now!

"SOLGALEO!"

Teostra looked up at the sound. Solgaleo was high in the air roaring, and Teostra could have sworn he saw something that looked like a third eye on Solgaleo's face. But that wasn't important right now. What was important was the fact that Solgaleo was now in what can only be described as a giant sun.

"SOLGALEO!" Solgaleo roared again and both him and the giant sun rocketed toward him. Teostra could only stare with his one good eye in pure horror, before letting out a pitiful frightened meow, that sounded like it came from a house cat and not an elder dragon of fire.

BOOM

The Sunsteel Strike hit Teostra with the force of a meteor, it was as if the entire Elder Recess shook from the force of Solgaleo's attack. When the attack was over, there was a giant crater that formed from the attack. And in the center of the crater was Solgaleo looking at the smashed remains of what was once an elder dragon of fire.

Solgaleo let out one more roar letting all of the elder dragons know that it was the true king here and anyone that dared to face him would meet the same fate as the Emperor of Flame did.

Looks like Solgaleo is the king now.

So why does Solgaleo win?

Well to be quite frank Solgaleo was just far far FAR about Teostra in EVERY CATEGORY. It was honestly absurd how much Solgaleo outclassed Teostra. First let's get this out of the way.

While it's true that Teostra's fire would be able to expose Solgaleo weakness to fire, that was the only advantage Teostra had. Solgaleo was WAY stronger. It was stronger than the Tapus, who would be as strong as elder dragons in the monster hunter world. But more importantly it was strong enough to fight Ultra Necrozma in the manga, a being who can devour entire suns and use that energy in its attacks like Photon Geyser. And in its Ultra form can literally act as a star for an entire plant. It was even stated in the manga that Ultra Necrozma was able to provide light across ultra space. Meaning it could potentially provide enough energy to act as a star for several planets just by existing.

Now I'm not saying Solgaleo is as strong as Ultra Necrozma after all, base form Necrozma was able to beat it right? Well there are two things to consider. One in the games Nebby had just become a Solgaleo or Lunala, before Necrozma attacked it, so it doesn't have any experience or knowledge on how to use its new power that it literally just got. And secondly Necrozma was really only able to win, because it's basically the perfect counter to it. With its ability to eat light energy and it being about to eat enough to devour stars. Necrozma was just too perfect of a counter.

Solgaleo in the manga helped Lunala and Complete Zygarde fight against Ultra Necrozma. While we can't be sure how strong Lunala is, we can be sure how stronger Zygarde is. Zygarde even in 50% form has shown great levels of power, speed and so on. Honestly enough to beat Teostra if it was in this fight. With Complete Zygarde just being stupidly powerful.

It's well known that Complete Zygarde is stronger than Xerneas or Yveltal and both of these pokemon have the potential to end the world. Even if that's hyperbole them, we know for a fact that AZ was able to use them to power his ancient weapon, which was powerful enough to nuke two armies and end a war between regions.

So, these pokemon had to at least have enough power in them to nuke a country. And Complete Zygarde is above them both. Even if Solgaleo or Lunala don't scale to Complete Zygarde, the fact that they were about to help it in the fight should at least put them in a similar level as to Xerneas or Yveltal, who are way above Teostra.

Even if that isn't the case, we know Solgaleo is above the Tapus and the Tapus would be around the same level as Teostra. So Solgaleo is already above Teostra at its lowest.

When it came to durability this should be self-explanatory, being able to take hits from Necrozma, should be enough to prove who was more durable. Even if Teostra could use one of Solgaleo's main weaknesses. That doesn't mean it was going to win. Elemental advantages can only go so far in a fight.

For an example just because Fatalis is weak to dragon, that doesn't mean Dveiljho is going to beat it right? Same thing here, Teostra's fire wasn't going to be enough to win with how weak Teostra is compared to Solgaleo. All of this with the ability to heal itself, Teostra had zero chance of killing Solgaleo, even with its elemental advantage.

Speed is a no brainer here. Ignoring the fact that Solgaleo can use ultra wormholes to travel lightyears in seconds. And just in case anyone is curious how RIDICULOUS far that is. One light year is 5,878,499,814,210 miles. Yeah, and that's just one light year. Now OBVIOUSLY Solgaleo by itself ISN'T that fast. And this speed is only possible by using ultra wormholes.

But even then, Solgaleo was fast enough to appear as a blur while fighting Necrozma, and since I'm sure enough people who have been reading my battles will know at this point the pokemon universe just out-speeds the monster hunter universe by a lot. So Solgaleo is faster, and adding the ability to teleport instantly, Teostra had no chance in the speed department.

The fact is Solgaleo was just stronger, faster, and tougher than Teostra even could be.

The winner is Solgaleo.

+ Is WAY faster.

+ Is WAY tougher.

+ Can increase its states and lower its opponent.

+ Can heal itself.

Lose: Teostra

+ Can expose Solgaleo weakness to fire.

— Is WAY weaker

— Is WAY slower.

— Is WAY less durable.

Ok so remember when I said I won't do battles that are one sided. Well, this battle just made me a giant hypocrite, however in my defense this battle was something I wanted to do before even posting this story. I had thought at first that Teostra fire would make this more balanced even if Solgaleo was stronger. But when actually researching for this fight, well I think everyone can see what the results were like. I almost didn't want to do this because of how one-sided it was, but most of you guys probably read my battles for fun and not for the actual results right? Plus, both Solgaleo and Teostra are some of my most favorite monsters in their series, so I just really wanted them to fight.

Well, I'll try not to do another fight that is this one sided unless there is a special reason.

Also, the next battle will be the tenth battle of this series, and I have something very special for chapter ten. It will be the longest fight so far and I think you guys will like it. After that however the story will go on hiatus. I will still do more battles in this story in the background, and I will still be taking requested battles too. But there won't be a battle for a while after chapter 10.
