New World V - The Twin Skies is Tough for a Mob

12/8/2018 Minna's Office, Neu-Luftwaffe Air Base, Frankfurt Nighttime - Clear Sky

Third Person POV

It was nighttime here in the air base. The Night Witches have gone and gone on their patrols. But here inside the office where the lamp lights were left on as the rest of the room was slightly dark. Of course… Richard's wife, Minna-Dietlinde Braun-nee-Wilcke was seen pretty much multitasking like any other Witch does. On her right hand, she was doing the last of the paperwork and on the hand… well, her left arm. She was still taking care of their daughter Ann. Still young as she is as she was sound asleep. As for Richard, he was also doing paperwork for her in order to alleviate the stress. Of course, the two were alone with their daughter until Minna managed to finish the last remaining paperwork.

"Phew… That's the last of it. How are you holding up, Dear?" Minna asked her husband as he was still working the moment he stopped and looked at her.

"It's going fine and- Wait a second… Are you sweating a little?" Richard said in confusion as she nodded just to admit it.

"O-Oh… it appears that I was too focused on it. But regardless, it's not that concerning. I've been experienced in doing paperwork for a long time before I came to this world, that is." Minna said as he chuckled.

"That's good to know." Richard said as he would continue back his work. "So… about-"

However, the two noticed where they noticed Ann suddenly waking up as she began to cry. Indeed, Minna had to cradle her in order to soothe her.

"Now, now, Ann. Don't cry… Here.~" Minna decided to unbutton her uniform and take her bra off halfway as she decided to breastfeed her daughter Ann. Of course, Minna would lightly pout at her husband the moment he looked at her. "You do know it's not nice to see me doing like this, Richard…"

"S-Sorry." Richard blushed as Minna only giggled.

"I was joking. But still… We've raised a fine daughter. She just looks like me. Her hair, her eyes… And one day, she'll copy my personality entirely… and maybe borrow some of yours." Minna said as she would at her daughter where she was receiving milk from her mother through the breastfeed.

Richard smiled as he remembered the time that he and Minna would fall in love and finally get married for the first time in their life. He recalled those days where Gertrud and Erica would congratulate them on their marriage. And later on… He even remembers that Minna asked him to try for a baby… and they did. Both of their virginities are gone down the drain. Of course, their wedding ceremony happened on March 11th… which was Minna's birthday. And what's new to him is that after the two managed to have sex (as Minna has her familiars activated forcefully during that time) to have their virginities gone. In just three days, Minna was pregnant with his child… their child. Of course, it would have to do with her magical energy accelerating the organic birthing process within her womb which is considered a very rare occurrence. And then on March 21st, Richard found out that she was ready to give labor. Minna was rushed to the hospital thanks to Richard's help in getting her there. Of course, he was there to look after his wife. And the moment she gave birth to a newborn baby which turns out to be a girl… She named her Ann. The reason why she named her is because she wanted to give her a name that was named after her ancestor back in her world named Anna. So calling her Ann would be the wisest choice. And throughout the months, she and Richard would continue to raise Ann in hopes that she can become a Witch. Not only as a Witch. But to make her a talented singer when she grows at. Preferably at the age of 11. But still, she was recently born into this world. If Ann were to gain a familiar similar to Minna's, then Ann would be the first Modern Witch in this world. And at times, she would even take her daughter for a joyride on her Striker Unit, her Bf-109 K-4. And apparently, Ann loved both the wind and the skies. As the time went on with the two raising their daughter while Minna learned about the world's Idol culture… she decided to give it a go. And to this point, she is loved by many fans, primarily in Japan due to her unparalleled beauty and cuteness. Of course, she's doing this as a trial run. That is until both Minna and Richard were sought out by Adolfine that Minna was needed back to be appointed as the new Wing Commander of the Neu-Luftwaffe. And indeed, her skills in tactical commanding and careful decision was needed. So she joined. However, Richard would follow her because of his choice. And of course, their synergy was pretty something. Minna is a singer, and Richard is an indie band guitarist. As time went on… Minna's Third-Dimensional Understanding is starting to fail, her magic is slowly waning away… and Krawatte is struggling to help her. Hence why she decided on stepping down and leaving her military life behind and trying to live both as a Witch and a human being. Of course, Karlsland did introduce a program for Witches over the age of 20 who are willing to reintegrate into the norms of the society if they wish to leave their military life behind. Richard would be the first to know of her final intentions. And Bronislava would be the second to know.

"I can tell. Hey, if you want to teach her how to sing like you did back in your world… Perhaps I could teach her how to play a guitar?" Richard asked her of the idea.

"You and I truly do have tastes in both music and singing. Like how I remember when you introduced me to your independent band. What was it again?" Minna asked him as he responded.

"Schadenfreude Sortzmen." Richard continued. "And I do remember that time, too. You even invited Barkhorn and Hartmann to our small indie concert back at our home's garage."

"I did." Minna smiled. "And do you remember what happened next, Dear?"

"Yeah. You were astonished to listen to a whole new kind of genre of music. Lost for words, apparently." Richard continued with a chuckle. "Trude on the other hand, wasn't a fan of it as she called it trash."

"That, I remember, too. Again, listening to new music genres is something to go by after all. Your world is truly something." Minna said she would finish breastfeeding Ann as she put on her bra and buttoned up her uniform in order to cradle her as she slept once again. "Ahh, there she sleeps again…~"

"I can see that. By the way…" Richard continued. "Are you sure it's wise to not have this Keiwa kid not to fight the Neuroi from the briefing you held an hour ago?"

Minna is aware of it. Ever since she saw the news of Keiwa taking down the Neuroi at the Sea of Japan… The whole world has their eyes on him now. As a result, the Witches all over the world have grown their complete disdain towards Keiwa because he was a male. But not only that, he is also a Slave. She no longer smiles as she keeps her slightly serious expression the moment she remembers the whole flashback of how the briefing began.

[Flashback - The Briefing]

Background Music | Persona 5 OST - Suspicion

Inside the large briefing room, it looked like a university's auditorium classroom where Minna was seen standing in front of the podium as the projector was showing off what appears to be a powerpoint presentation of tomorrow's operation. All of the Karlslandian Witches including the known aces were present. The Typhoon Witches and the Typhoon Coffin Platoon were in their seats on the second row. Keiwa was, of course, sitting there next to Tomoko, Mio, Aurora, and Eihn. While Minna was on the podium… Gertrud and Erica were standing between her because Minna trusts them more while Richard was seen standing from backstage to watch his wife.

"As you all know… we have Identified the Neuroi as the Twin Neuroi which has appeared above the skies of my birthplace… Poznan. Thanks to Schnaufer's report, the Anti-Witch Terrorists have smuggled the Neuroi Core for whoever knows what until an accident causes the Neuroi to awaken." Minna continued as the next slide switched to show screenshots of the Twin Neuroi above the city as it was smoldering in flames. "As for this Twin Neuroi… I can only assume that this one has two Neuroi cores. Therefore, I have devised a plan which will involve cooperation of all Witches. Destroying the core at the same time on each Neuroi will help us secure our victory. Of course, we have the Typhoon Witches and the Typhoon Coffin Platoon. Which I will be taking command of the two as well. And Kaburagi?"

"Yes?" Keiwa asked.

"While I understand your contribution regarding your stunt back at the Sea of Japan. I cannot allow you to fight a Neuroi head on. Here in Karlsland, we act differently in terms of strategy in our own way." Minna said to him as he stood up in shock.

"A-Are you kidding!?" Keiwa retorted. "I can fight the Neuroi with just my wits!"

"While I can understand your concerns. But I cannot allow you to send yourself into the battlefield to take necessary risks." Minna said to him as she maintained her serious composure.

"And on top of all that, Kaburagi…" Gertrud continued. "The Witches here are in disdain because of what happened back in your country."

Of course, Keiwa would look at the Karlslandian Witches scowling at him with glares on their faces. He is still hated by them as of currently.

"Kaburagi, I think you should avoid attacking the Neuroi from now on since we're in Karlslandian territory. We might as well follow their rules of war. Please understand her." Mio said to convince him. Keiwa lightly groaned and sighed the moment he sat down.

"Right…" Keiwa said with some small disappointment. But he did speak to Minna. "Since you want to lead us. Then please, lead us with your insights."

"Thank you." Minna continued as the next slide showed the B-17s. "We will be traversing by using eight B-17s that our ally Liberion has lended us. Or rather… their world's America."

"Typical Liberions…" Gertrud said silently to herself.

"With it, we Witches will load ourselves up into the bomb bay as the travel to Poznan will be long but short. However, it will help conserve your magical energy rather than taking a long trip from Point A to Point B with just a Striker." Minna explained thoroughly the plan as the slide switches on the screen. "Once we arrive within the air space, we will drop from the bomber and proceed with the plans."

"Question, Lady Minna." Eihn said as he stood up. "Poznan is a Polish city. Are you really a Karlslandian?"

"I am Polish by birth, Eihn. But through and through, I'm still a Karslandian." Minna continued. "Which is why I want to see my birthplace freed from the Neuroi control. Thus, this operation will be called Operation Breakpoint. As I want to see this operation succeed with no casualties. I, too, also have an announcement to make."

Of course, Minna would announce this right now rather than hold it back. Whenever she flies on her own at the air base, all she can feel is her magic slowly weakening, only to hear her Strikers sputtering and coughing as her magic propeller flickered. Of course, she's at the age of 20. And she needs to say it now.

Background Music | Persona 5 OST - Regret

"Operation Breakpoint will also… be my last mission…" Minna said as this caught both Gertrud and Erica by surprise. Along with everyone except Bronislava who was aware of it.

"M-Minna!" Gertrud gasped. "Y-You can't possibly even…!"

"W-What are you talking about, Minna!? The Witches still need you more than ever! They still need you to lead!" Erica shouted as she was deeply concerned about it. Of course, everyone in this room started to talk and gossip to each other about this happening.

Karlslandian Witch 1: "Is… Is this true, Minna? Are you truly leaving us after this?"

Karlslandian Witch 2: "Who is going to lead us when you're gone? Without you, there's no direction!"

Karlslandian Witch 3: "Don't go! Please! We still need you!"

"As much as I want to continue leading for the sake of our country…" Minna continued with her eyes closed and sighed. "I can't…"

"Can't…?" Erica asked.

"My magic is starting to fade away slowly now that I'm at the age of 20. My familiar Krawatte is struggling to keep up to help me with my magical energy. And my Third-Dimensional Understanding is failing at any time. That is why…" Minna continued as she opened her eyes and spoke to everyone present in this room. "Once the Twin Neuroi is destroyed and Operation Breakpoint succeeds, I will be stepping down and leaving my military life behind. Instead, I want to put my focus on living a normal life. Both as a Witch and a human being. Thus, I can no longer return to the sky with you all on the next day but… I have a loving husband and a child now. And my daughter will one day carry my hopes and dreams."

"T-Then… once you leave your military life… What happens now? Who's going to be the new Wing Commander?" Gertrud asked her until Minna looked at her friend and pointed at her.

"You will." Minna continued. "I will make you the new Wing Commander of this base once this is all over."

"M-Minna… I… I don't know about this… Are you sure you want to entrust this role to me?" Gertrud asked as this was too much for her.

"I understand how you feel but… You are the example of Karlsland's pride. You are their symbol of hope." Minna said with a small smile. "And of course… I'm deeply sorry, Barkhorn, Hartmann… and everyone present in this briefing… for hiding it from all of you. I… I've made this decision and it's final. I'll always remember the days when I led the 501st Joint Fighter Wing, and helped liberate Gallia, Venezia, and including Berlin in our world. But here? Here in this world… we're all given a second chance in life. But in turn, experience the true horrors of war…"

"Minna…" Erica said to her as she became saddened.

"We may have failed to protect our world but… we will protect this world, no matter what. But it brings me pain that I cannot continue fighting and leading you all to a brighter future as I envisioned." Minna continued. "Which is why I trust Trude more so she can lead you all with care and compassion."

"M-Minna…" Trude had a hard time speaking as she was lost for words… Minna has kept her secret away from them and what led to this… Minna's intention to step down and leave the military for good in exchange for a happier civilian life as both a Witch and a human being. It's not common for a Witch in their twenties who wants to return to the norm of the society. "I… I…"

Background Music | Persona 5 OST - Alleycat

"Then I say let Trude be the new Wing Commander when this is all over." Keiwa spoke up as everyone looked at him when he stood up. "Think about it… Minna has a child and a husband to take care of! She wanted to have a happy family life rather than being chained down by the shadows of her past. Look, I know… a Witch's dream is to protect the skies from the Neurois… and rotten shitty people with rotten hearts."

"K-Kaburagi…" Minna said with a slight astonishment in surprise.

"You guys just can't rely on Minna for far too long. I believe it's time for someone new and familiar to lead you all. And I can wholeheartedly agree that Trude-san… would be a great fit as the new Wing Commander." Keiwa continued. "Just imagine her tactics, her strategy… With her leadership, she can make this country's military more prosperous than ever before! When I first met Trude the moment we stepped into their soil. I can tell she's an honest person with a heart of gold. She values discipline above all else and wants to see it thrive. That's the Trude I know."

"He's right, Gertrud!" The voice of Jered came in along with Chris who managed to arrive here after over hearing it. The two would walk down the stairs as they would come up on the stage to talk with his ancestor's counterpart.

"Jered…" Gertrud said his name.

"I can agree with what Kaburagi said." Jered continued. "Minna has given you a role you can't refuse. With you as their Wing Commander. I can only imagine that this would be the first step of putting the Karlsland's military right back on track. And if you're unsure to lead… then let me help you! I want to assist you!"

"He's right, Trudy!" Chris said. "You're not alone. You have me, Jered, Minna, Erica… and everyone else here!"

"Chris…" Gertrud said to her sister.

"B-But… but that's not all!" Chris said as she would concentrate and focus as she started to have magical energy around her… suddenly, her familiar would appear as she has ears and tail of the same familiar that Gertrud has. Of course, this surprised her and everyone here. "I'm a Witch, too!"

"H-How…" Gertrud was all and all confused but surprised at the same time Jered would speak.

"I found out tonight when I was cleaning all of the stuff up back at the hangar, a whole pile of junk fell on me. Heavy stuff that I can't get out. Chris suddenly arrived and used her magic to lift the heavy stuff away and saved me. After all, I think you should believe in your sister, too." Jered said to her as Chris nodded. Of course, Gertrud would shed a tear as she kneeled on the floor and hugged her. She begins to sob and cry the moment that she finally gained the ability of a Witch at such an age like this.

"Chris… Chris… I-I… I'm… I'm so proud of you… Of what you've become…!" Gertrud continued to cry as Chris hugged her back with a smile on her face. Of course, Jered would join in just to comfort the Barkhorns. Keiwa and others could only watch it unfold as Minna begins to shed a tear as well.

"Well either way, Jered gets a vote… and I might as well vote as well. I don't mind seeing Trudy as the Wing Commander. I'm sure everyone would agree here, right?" Erica said with a smile on her face as she looked at them. Of course… the Witches one by one would stand up as they would agree to vote. And of course, Gertrud would look at everyone where they would agree on seeing her as the new Wing Commander of the Neu-Luftwaffe. "Well, Trudy. Here's your answer from everyone. They really want you to take over Minna's place after this, huh?"

Background Music | Persona 5 OST - Alright (Elp Version)

"If they really want me to be their new Wing Commander… I'll do it…" Gertrud then stands up as she wipes her tears away and looks at Minna. "Minna… It'll be my honor to take over your role. I won't fail you."

"Thank you, Trude… I'm sure you will lead the Neu-Luftwaffe well towards the new future." Minna said as she nodded. Then, she continued. "Now then… I hope you all understand. After this is all over, I will leave and start a new life. So I expect all of you to help liberate Poznan. Dismissed."

[Flashback End]

As the flashback ends… Minna couldn't help but smile as Richard looked at her. Knowing that this will be her final battle in this world, she is prepared to move on and leave her military life behind. Of course, her dream is to sing her heart out for the world. Both her Idol career and traditional singing back in her country. Of course, she sang the song back in her world which she did in this world. Her name is well respected here in this country since she is a Wilcke. Well, a Braun-nee-Wilcke now that she's married. And Richard is willing to help lead the Wilcke bloodline back to its former glory.

"As I was to ask you, Minna… Are you nervous about tomorrow?" Richard said to her as she would admit it.

"I am. But that doesn't mean I won't back down from a fight, Dear." Minna said with a smile.

"Of course you'd say that." Richard said with a chuckle as he finished up his paperwork. "And done! Now then… Why not call it a night and prepare for tomorrow. While I understand that I can't come with you to Poznan. But perhaps when this is all over. Maybe you can give me a tour of your birthplace?"

"Of course, I'd love to show you around. Though, I expect to see a reconstruction happening after the battle but still. I'd be happy to do that." Minna said as the two would approach each other as they had a deep affectionate kiss from lip to lip as their tongue touched each other from their saliva. Then the two would stop kissing as both of them blushed. "Goodnight, Dear.~"

"You as well." Richard smiled as the two would leave the office as they would prepare for what's tomorrow… The battle of Poznan will be Minna's final fight against the Neuroi. And hopefully move on to a new, better life.

8/14/2018 Schnaufer Winery & Goods, Calw, Market Square, Karlsland Daytime - Clear Sky [PREVIOUS]

Background Music | Persona 5 OST - Beneath the Mask

In the town in the middle of Baden-Wurttemberg located in the south of Karlsland… formally Germany. Here in the town of Calw. The market square was filled to the brim with tourists, civilians, childrens, and animals due to the town being this historical. Of course, Calw would have bridges and riverbanks as cars drove down the road whereas people are simply going about their day to day lives. But that's not all… ever since the Witches came to this world in Early 2018. Everything has changed for sure. Witches would roam the skies above Karlsland… including those who wish to continue serving in the military… Heidemarie-Wilhelmina Schnaufer is that very example. Ever since she came to this world, the first time she visited Calw which was her birthplace. It was to her surprise that her town is still standing, even in the world with no Neurois at all. And of course… She and a lot of Karlslandian Witch had to go through their world of what's called a History Education to understand if this world has gone though. When she first saw their country's heinous atrocities were extreme… they would cry, scream, hide their faces, or retort in anger. She only cried and feared it. Of course, she wasn't too keen on experiencing the real horrors of World War II. That even includes people killing each other for the sake of dominance. Of course, she was young and had to go through it. But that was back in Early 2018, most likely the first day of January. But when she found out that she has a counterpart as well as a descendant who is residing in Calw, she could only do but go there on her Striker Unit. By the time she arrived, she saw her last name there to her surprise that her descendant would run a winery store here in this new world. And of course her name… her name was based on this world's counterpart named Heinz-Wolfgang Schnaufer, as well as her title… the Spook of St. Trond. As well as meeting Heinz's descendant, Lukas-Severin Schnaufer. He was a calm, kind, and collected young man. Sometimes introverted. But when he met his ancestor's counterpart from another world. This surprised him. Despite their age differences where he was 20 and Heidemarie is 16. It was the most confusing and awkward meeting. However, the two did talk as she would explain her beginning of her backstory of how she had a backlash in her lonely childhood. Like how she wanted friends of the same age. But ever since she became a Night Witch, her skills in commanding were top notch. Of course, she even made friends with the two Night Witches such as Helmina and Heinrike. Lukas couldn't help but cry over her sad story. He even told his own side of the story. Lukas was a troubled child who lived in a very strict family where perfection is everything. And he was forced to be the Schnaufer Family's greatest example. However, he would receive abuse from his father as he also abused his mother. Though, at the age of 8, his mother succumbed to an illness that killed her in just a few days. Of course, he would have to live in a wine cellar basement since his family lineage is both military and winery business. But in truth, he wanted to steer away from the military and choose to live a free life. Of course, the two would understand each other's pain that they need to go through. When she asks where his father is… he told her that he took his own life because of his depression. Being the last member of the Schnaufer family, he aims to continue the Schnaufer lineage. Though, he knew that Heinz's counterpart was indeed military. He doesn't want her to start fighting in wars as he convinced her to live a normal life with him. And so, he would view Heidemarie as his younger sister as they would continue to run this winery store within the market square. But not only do they run a store here, they have a residential room above as well. So, it was August 8th, 2018. A hot summer day in Calw where the would live normal lives here as Heidemarie has settled in and finally returned to normal life… a life without Neurois. A peaceful life where no wars are happening here. In her mind, this is the normal experience in life she had felt. And there was one time when Lukas asked to use her magic ability for example, he was bewildered of what she could do. Not only manipulate radio waves. But also capable of playing music which works here in this world. As well as her ability to have night vision but it did come with problems where she wore glasses with a very strong prescription to counter it. And of course, the two were busy.

[CLANK! CLACK!]

The sounds of wine bottle clanking a bit where Heidemarie was seen wearing a casual clothing as she wore a green apron with a black t-shirt under it and a blouse-like skirt as she was carrying a red basket of wines as she placed on the floor next to the shelves as she would restock them on her own while being silent. Of course, she would proceed to stock them up where there were a few customers who were actually regulars here who always loved coming here to buy the store's finest wine here. Lukas had white hair but… it wasn't his natural color. He once had brown hair as a child but at the age of 18, he would dye his hair pure white to stand out from the public because of his choice. Weirdly, her hair is also white but her eyes are red. And Lukas' eyes are brown. He wore his green apron with his white t-shirt as he had black denim pants and wore sneakers. Of course, he would run the cashier register as he performs a checkout to one of his regulars who would come here sometimes.

"Thank you for your purchase, Mr. Adelbert. I hope this one will live up to your expectations, I presume?" Lukas said kindly to maintain his good image for the public as the older young man named Adelbert said as he took the wine which was inside the bag.

"Oh, I sure hope so, Lukas. You're doing a great favor for me and all of the people in Calw." Adelbert said to him as he chuckled a bit to let off a small smile as he scratched the back of his head. "Though, I must say… I never knew you had a younger sister. What was her name again?"

"Ahh, you mean Heidemarie?" Lukas continued. "She's the only sister I have left in the Schnaufer family. After all, she's been a great help in keeping our store up and running."

"She's not much of a talker is she?" Adelbert said to him.

"Not really, she prefers to remain silent and get things done. It's her way of things she does in life." Lukas added as he would look at her newly-accepted sister where she continued to stock them up as she went to the next shelf.

"Hey, I did hear rumors that the Schnaufer family are from a military lineage. Heck, people here in the market square are telling you that the Messerschmitt Bf-110 G-4 that your ancestor has is in the air museum, is it true?" Adelbert said as Heidemarie listened to the conversation. She stopped midway as she would listen into the conversation.

"…Yes." Lukas continued. "But the air museum has never opened in the long time. While that was in the past, the people at the museum promised me compensation to have my ancestor's plane featured but… it never came to pass. But only I can get access and fly it to this day."

"Wait, did you actually fly it?" Adelbert asked in surprise. Of course, Lukas did fly it during his teenage years. He knew how to pilot it thanks to the instructions left by Heinz. Plus, the antenna on the plane even works as well. He wasn't sure if Adelbert managed to get information from someone or simply guess. But, he had to lie.

"N-No… I haven't." Lukas continued. "It's best to leave things well enough alone."

"Right. Apologies if I was pestering but… you have a good day!" Adelbert said as he would leave the store.

Of course, he's simply a regular through and through. Heidemarie would continue stocking the wine bottles up on the shelves as she had run out. She stood up to see Lukas who decided to walk around the cashier table as it was time to close the store early due to summer by flipping over the sign and locked the door as he watched the people and tourists going about their day here.

"Are we done?" Heidemarie asked her brother as he turned to see her.

"Yeah, it's summer so the schedule is different this time around." Lukas back to her normally as he stretches his arms. "You can stop working now. Good job on stocking them up. How's the wine cellar?"

"Fine." Heidemarie said. "Do you have to lie about it?"

"About what?" Lukas asked as the two would have a conversation.

"About my counterpart's plane? You did tell me the story that you flew it before when you're young, right?" Heidemarie would speak out as Lukas would try to talk to her about this.

"I know but…" Lukas then proceeded to take a deep breath in order to remain calm. "I'm just willing to put those youthful days behind me. Running this store is the only thing I can do- no… we can do."

Of course, with her brother and herself having the same mindset of being introverted. Lukas would speak up as he snapped his fingers.

"Ahh, how about this. I'll cook you your favorite food while we talk. How's that sound, sis? And perhaps I could teach you more of what the world has to offer if you're interested?" Lukas said to her as he would proceed to ruffle her hair.

"I'd… I'd like that, brother…" Heidemarie replied kindly as she blushed a bit after her hair was ruffled.

Background Music | Persona 5 OST - Have A Short Rest

As many minutes passed as it was afternoon… Heidemarie was looking at a large birdcage of what appears to be a Gyrfalcon which was based on Heidemarie's familiar. It was said to be the fastest with speed over 70 MPH as they're considered experts in hunting prey. Of course, she was in the living room next to the kitchen. Though, this was Lukas' pet. According to his story. He found her as a baby whose mother abandoned him. So, he decided to take it upon himself to raise the Gyrfalcon on his own. Overtime, she would grow into what she is now. Though, when Lukas considered setting it free it can live free… He eventually changed his mind and kept her as a pet to take care of which was his responsibility. And indeed, the Gyrfalcon's name is Wallia as he gave her. Everytime he would call her name, she would come right towards him. Of course, Heidemarie was told to keep the cage open because he wanted her to join dinner. Lukas has finished cooking as he placed two on the table where he sat down on the table.

"Heidi. It's ready. Can you bring Wallia out here? I have meat for her as well." Lukas called out to her as she would comply.

She placed her hand into the cage allowing Wallia to get on. Of course, the claws are sharp but learned how not to bring her pain, including Lukas. She arrived at the dinner table as she sat on the table. Wallia then hopped on the top of the table as she walked towards a smaller plate containing meat for her. She uses her claws to lift it up and eat it with her beak. Heidemarie would eat her favorite food that Lukas had cooked for her as she and Lukas proceeded to eat here in this silent room. Yet, he simply lived a normal life as everyone should do… except Heidemarie, who has managed to live her life as a civilian but also a Witch. Even though he was told by Lukas that she needs to continue helping him. She would think that outside of her military life is more calm and easier so she can relax and go about her day with him. She was happy to meet Lukas as her descendant but is also willing to call him her older brother. Wallia squawked loudly once as this spooked Lukas.

"W-Wallia!" Lukas continued in confusion. "There's no need for you to make noises. Eat your food, okay?"

Heidemarie could only chuckle as Lukas looked at her as he was simply curious.

"What's so funny, Heidi?" Lukas said to her as she had a small smile on her face.

"Oh, it's just that you and Wallia get along just fine." Heidemarie said to him as he looked at Wallia eating her piece of meat.

"I mean, yeah… It's kinda ironic that you have a Gyrfalcon as your familiar… Can you understand her? What did she say?" Lukas asked her about it as she would speak.

"She said she's happy, Lukas." Heidemarie interpreted for Wallia as he simply chuckled.

"Of course she is. Just need to keep her constantly fed. Even though I keep telling Wallia that hunting smaller prey is not allowed here in my household… Except mice, she can eat that." Lukas said as he ate his food. Though, he could see her sister doing the same as he would speak to her. "So… maybe after dinner. At nighttime… Do you wanna see me fly it?"

"B-But… didn't you say that you want to leave this military lineage behind?" Heidemarie asked her about it with some small concern.

"Not really. It'll still be there no matter what. I'm a Schnaufer through and through." Lukas continued. "However, I still love flying. No matter what. So yeah, are you interested?"

"I-I'd love too, brother. Perhaps I could find you some fine tunes with my ability." Heidemarie said to him as he chuckled.

"That'd be nice." Luka said with a smile until Wallia squawked again. "Wallia! You had your full! C'mon, let's get you back in your cage."

So, he commanded Wallia to get on his hand as he would walk to her cage, putting her back inside as he lightly closed the cage. Of course, he would look at her.

"Now then, you wanna get going?" Lukas asked her.

"Don't we have to finish our food first?" Heidemarie asked about it.

"S-Shoot! You're right…!" Lukas would only rush to his seat as he completely forgot about it. So they would finish things up right before they would set off into the night in hopes to show his sister the plane that her counterpart flew.

Hangar of the Air Museum, Calw, Karlsland Nighttime - Clear Sky

Background Music | Persona 5 OST - Alright

So as time passes into the night… Heidemarie wore her usual Karlsland Night Witch uniform again as she followed Lukas to the hangar where he had found Heinz's night fighter plane, the white Messerschmitt Bf-110 G-4. The Illusion of St. Trond would look at it as it felt familiar to her as she placed her hand on the front fuselage. Lukas would see her since he knew Heidemarie is Heinz's counterpart.

"So, what do you think?" Lukas asked her as she turned around and looked at her brother.

"It's nice… I never knew my counterpart would fly the same thing as my Striker Unit. It felt like it was drawn to me." Heidemarie explained as it felt strange. However, Lukas approached it as he would climb on and check the canopy as he opened it.

"Perhaps it's fate, then." Lukas continued. "Looks, there's two seats for us. But the problem is…"

"The problem is?" Heidemarie asked as she tilted her head a bit.

"There's no fuel. So we might as well find it somewhere…" Lukas said as he would climb on the cockpit seat as he would look at the dashboard as he flipped the switches. "No dice…"

"Perhaps I can power it with my magic?" Heidemarie suggested the idea as he noticed her as she climbed on the wing.

"Wait, you can?" Lukas asked. "You can do that… Do you?"

"I could try…" Heidemarie begins to concentrate as she begins to sprout a familiar of a Gyrfalcon from her top of her head and her rear as she had feathers, then her Magic Antenna appears floating near her on each side as it matches with the plane's antennas.

It's so surreal for Lukas to see her sister activating her familiar like it the moment she climbed on the passenger seat behind Lukas. He would close the canopy for her and himself as he was waiting to see if she could pull this is. And surprisingly she did. The moment she closes her red eyes to focus… her Magic Antenna disappeared… Thus, it was transferred onto the plane's antenna instead as it proceeded to glow green much to his surprise as well as the propellers glowing as it started spinning as it became clear. The engine roars to life as the front fuselage's exhaust proceeds to shoot out flames as the plane was glowing with her magic.

"A-Amazing… truly amazing… It's actually working!" Lukas said in awe as he would see the dashboard working as well.

"It is." Heidemarie spoke as Lukas noticed. He would use the mirror to see Heidemarie who has her eyes closed, her voice being spoken through the plane's radio system. "For some reason… My mind has seemingly become one with the plane. I can see you inside of the cockpit and what's in front of me. Or rather… in all directions."

"Ahh, got it… Never would I think magic solves anything… Well either way, Ready to take off?" Lukas said to her with a smile.

"Gladly, the door's left open, Lukas. I'm quite excited to see what my hometown looks like during the night." Heidemarie said with slight curiosity.

"Me, too." Lukas then proceeds to push the throttle as he begins to taxi the plane to the asphalt runstrip. "Alright… Time to take off."

[VRRRRRRRRRRRRR!]

With enough speed, the Bf-110 G-4 would take off into the sky as the landing gears retracted in order to have a much better maneuver. Now in the sky with enough altitude where Lukas could see the entirety of Lukas' and Heidemarie's hometown as well as their birthplace. Of course, it was a spectacular view for him. Even for her. However, he could hear Heidemarie humming a song back from her world as Lukas can hear her doing that song that he's not familiar with.

"Hey, Heidi?" Lukas asked her. "What are you humming about?"

"Oh. It's a song from my world. I usually do that when I'm alone. But it feels strange being part of my counterpart's plane. And yet, you're piloting me." Heidemarie said as Lukas looked at the top mirror to check her.

"You're still there so it shouldn't be a problem." Lukas continued as he turned his head to look at the town above. "Do you see it?"

"Yes, I do." Heidemarie said. "It feels nice to see the town from above. By the looks of your face… you seem happy."

"Of course, It's been a while since I flew before you came to our world." Lukas continued. "Can you check the weapons? I'm not sure if it's loaded."

"I did… There is none so you should be fine." Heidemarie informed him as he took a good sigh of relief.

"That's good. I don't want to cause any accidents if I pull that trigger. The town's important to us, after all." Lukas replied was aware of those accidental risks and all. "Anyways… wanna keep flying until we stop? We got a lot of stuff ahead of us in the summer. We're expecting a delivery to arrive by tomorrow so be ready."

"O-Oh… Right, brother. And…" Heidemarie continued as the antenna on the front began to glow pink. "I'd like to continue flying. Would you like me to hum you a song?"

"Please." Lukas nodded as she would continue humming a music for him as they would continue flying in the starry night through the clouds above Calw.

8/21/2018 Schnaufer Winery & Goods, Calw, Market Square, Karlsland Afternoon - Clear Sky

Background Music | Persona 5 OST - Sunset Bridge

A week has passed as both Lukas and Heidi continue to live their happy lives in peace. The two would continue running the Winery shop as usual while she did explore some parts of Calw with Lukas when the store was closed, of course. But here? As they were doing their own routine… They were approached by Adolfine Galland, the Commodore and General of the Witch Corps. Who traveled to Calw in order to search for Heidemarie's whereabouts. Of course… when she told Lukas about Heidemarie being needed back to join the Neu-Luftwaffe…

"Absolutely not." Lukas continued with a stern look. "I won't allow you to take my sister away from me. She has saved me a few times from accidents such as robbers trying to shoot her. Why do you need her?"

"Her skills as a Night Witch are important to the military. Surely she told you of her past, right?" Adolfine asked him.

"She did, yes… but that's not the point." Lukas continued. "She wanted to live the normal life she desired for. Free from all of the fighting she had to ensure!"

"Lukas. You may be a Schnaufer of this world. But you are Heinz… or Heidemarie's successor through and through." Adolfine said to her as Heidemarie was seen still wearing her same uniform as she blushed a bit. But she wanted to talk to her brother.

"Brother… I'd like to return to my line of work if it's okay…" Heidemarie said to him as he blinked his eyes.

"Are… Are you sure?" Lukas asked her as she nodded.

"Of course, living the normal life is one thing I achieved but that doesn't mean my normal here won't end. I'm a Witch, my job is to protect people, including you. And as for myself… you just need to open up the bird cage and set me free. Free to fly whenever. But don't worry… I'll always come back to visit you when I have the time. For now, a bird myself must spread my wings, brother." Heidemarie said to him with a smile. Of course, he would shed a tear as he would proceed to hug her as she did so, too.

"Alright…" Lukas continued. "I'll let you return to your military life. But if you're feeling down or uneasy. You're free to come back. I'll definitely treat you to your favorite food, okay?"

"Thank you, brother. You've been too kind…" Heidemarie said to him as the two would stop hugging as she would return with Adolfine. "Goodbye, my brother…"

"Farewell, Heidi…" Lukas said as he looked at Adolfine. "Please take care of my sister."

"Don't worry, Lukas. It'll be my responsibility. Now then, Heidi. Let's go." Adolfine said to her as she nodded. As the two leave, Heidemarie would turn her head a bit to look at his smile once more. Of course, she would smile as well. And that was all in her past… And one day, reunite with Lukas.

Background Music End

12/9/2018 Neu-Luftwaffe Air Base, Frankfurt, Karlsland Morning - Clear Sky [CURRENT]

And so… Heidemarie begins to wake up here in a dark room where a Night Witch herself must have their rooms dark at all times. Of course, she would begin to yawn and stretch her arms. She is aware that today's the day where the Neu-Luftwaffe would finally take action to liberate the city of Poznan from the Neuroi control. Of course, the Typhoon Witches and the Typhoon Coffin Platoon along with her, the Night Fighter Wings, and the main forces consisting of Witches were briefed by Minna. Indeed, she is aware about Keiwa when Minna mentioned him of his efforts back at the Battle of the Sea of Japan. The Witches still hate him because he is a male. But in her eyes, she sees Keiwa as an honest person. She didn't have time to talk to him but the only thing she would focus on is the mission on the day. And the trip to Poznan… which was apparently Minna's birthplace back in their world known as Posnania, would take about two hours to travel since it's in Poland. So, she decided to get up from her bed and put on her uniform just to get dressed. So, she would proceed with her day as usual. She wondered in her mind if Helmina is doing okay… since she would be the first to know from her that her friend would retire after taking part in liberating Poznan. Then… she'll be completely alone. She misses Heinrike and never has a chance to talk to her. She'll miss Helmina because she wanted to move on from her military life but continue her life as a Witch since she has a boyfriend who's name was Joan Stolzheim. She worries that she'll be alone. There are other Night Witches within her unit but she rarely gets along with them because of her personality. However, she had one mind that popped up… it was Lukas. Her own descendant. Well, a counterpart's descendant. But she would be that only person who would view him as her older brother. She was happy to live a very content life with him, working at the winery store under the Schnaufer name. And she also remembers the time flying with him over the night skies of Calw. So, she decided… After the battle, she desires to see Lukas again. So, she prepares to leave her room…

First Person POV

Today's the third day… all of this early morning training wasn't too special but… when I say the third day. We might be taking part in liberating Minna's birthplace of Poznan. Minna had explained it to us last night in this huge briefing and all, but I received boos and jeers from the Witches as if they still don't want me butting in. But honestly, I've met so many Witches… good Witches. Minna, Erica, Trude, Hanna, Raisa, Helmina… and that white-haired Witch named Heidemarie. I was walking down the hallway of the same quarters where I met Helmina. I shouldn't be here but I'm surprised no one has caught me yet. Suddenly, I noticed the door opening as she went out… it was Heidemarie… She looked at me the moment we ended up approaching each other.

Background Music | Persona 5 OST - Beneath the Mask (Instrumental)

"Hmm? Kaburagi?" Heidemarie asked me as she looked at me.

"Morning, Heidemarie-san." I continued with a friendly greeting. "Today's the day. We'll be fighting the Neuroi at Poznan. Are you nervous?"

"Not really…" Heidemarie continued as she looked down a bit. "U-Umm… is it okay if I can ask you?"

"Really now? Sure, I don't mind. Ask me anything." I said to her as she looked at me as she began to talk.

"Have I ever told you about my story? The story of how I met my descendant from your world?" Heidemarie asked me as I pondered for a bit and looked back at her.

"No, actually. This is the first time I've heard of it. You mind telling me who's the name of your… descendant?" I asked her.

"Lukas-Severin Schnaufer. While he is my descendant… he's actually my counterpart's descendant… Because I happen to be this world's Heinz-Wolfgang Schnaufer. He and I share the same title… the Spook of St. Trond." Heidemarie continued. "When I first met him and told me his story. It actually made me shed a tear. Lukas suffered the backlash of his childhood as I experienced the same."

"That… must have been harsh, isn't it?" I said as she nodded.

"It is. But he and I learned to overcome this pain. Of course, I've begun working at the winery store that he runs as it is also similar to mine." Heidemarie said as I replied.

"Did you like working there?" I responded.

"A bit, yes… Even after work, My brother would sometimes show me pictures of locations around the world from his phone. I wasn't familiar with the technology at the time but he even mentioned fighter jets which are more modern here. But since the Tetras Act is in place…" Heidemarie said as I spoke in.

"The world of aircrafts has regressed as a result. But it's not too damaging." I continued. "Are there any places that captivated you?"

"I do." Heidemarie said with a small smile as she blushed a bit. "Tokyo, New York, Paris… The world itself is such a marvel. I'd love to visit places someday… and perhaps take my brother with me. But of course…"

"He has work." I added.

"Yes… Though, we do get customers aside from regulars who come here almost as often." Heidemarie continues. "I can feel it in my heart that he misses me alot… It has been five months since I last saw my brother. And I miss him, too."

"Maybe once this is all over… perhaps you could rejoin him so you two can continue working at the winery store." I suggested the idea as she would think so but…

"I can envision that but… I remember his words before the Commodore sought me out to rejoin the military." Heidemarie continued as she spoke. "The Schnaufer family comes from a lineage of both military and winery business. And in this world, it's the same thing. He told me this… if our shop isn't able to gain many customers in Calw… He would relocate our store from our hometown to Frankfurt because he's been considering joining the Neu-Luftwaffe not as a worker… but as a pilot."

"Relocating isn't that bad. If he can do that, he has the freedom to do so." I said about but…

"He can… but Calw is our hometown." Heidemarie spoke as she felt down a bit. "I was happy that I get to visit my hometown again ever since mine was occupied by the Neuroi. The people were happy with smiles on their faces. As if they like it here. I talked to some people there, too. And they said they love it here, too."

"Hmm… I see… Well, I do have some ideas in mind…" I continued. "Once we arrive at Poznan. I'll do my best to help you but sadly… Minna has me on the leash. But still. Your country's mainstream news would definitely hail you as a hero back in your hometown if you defeat it. Think about it! Your people in Calw would definitely praise and welcome you back with open arms! Your winery business would be booming right now! Easy as that!~"

"That… that would be nice…" Heidemarie smiled. "Perhaps I do have an idea… After the battle, I would like to talk to the Commodore about establishing an airbase in my hometown. My brother told me that there is an air museum where my counterpart's plane would be. I can have it repurposed so that way me and my brother won't be far from home."

"A great idea of insights from you, Heidemarie. Actually, in fact…" I continued as I lightly pound my palm with my fist with a sparking confidence on my face. "I'm… actually friends with Adi- I mean Adolfine. After all, we met each other in Shousetsu. I can vouch for you so let me help you… I want to make your dreams come true. You and your brother continue to live up your Schnaufer legacy… and I want to push it forward."

"Thank you… Thank you, Kaburagi…" Heidemarie said with a smile as she began to shed a tear of his words. "I hope you can help me achieve that dream… for my descendant-no… for whom I can proudly call Lukas as my older brother. I want to protect him as I protected my friends when we were together."

"I can understand why he's very important to you… But still, go for it. No matter what obstacles or darkness stand in the way. Keep flying towards that light, and you'll reach it there." I provided her the best I can do. Hopefully, it'll be enough.

"Thank you, Kaburagi… You're too kind…" Heidemarie said to me as I chuckled.

"Hey, call me Keiwa. And… I suppose you have a shorter name?" I asked her as she nodded.

"You can call me Heidi if you like, Keiwa." Heidi said with a smile.

"Sure thing. By the way…" I continued. "I think we should get going… They're waiting for us. And by the looks of it, Minna is there as well."

"Yes… we shall. I look forward to working with you, Keiwa." Heidi said to me as I nodded.

"Same to you. Let's do our best." I replied as we both decided to leave the living quarters.

Background Music | Persona 5 OST - Wicked Plan

Then… I suddenly made it where Heidi decided to split off and join with Helmina. Before I was about to rejoin my team… I noticed Mio, Trude, and Erica talking to Minna… It seems there's a conversation going on. I better step in and find out. Of course, Minna, Trude, and Erica were in their strikers as I can hear their engines whirring.

"Hey, girls. Did I miss something?" I casually said to them as they all looked at me.

"Good morning, Kaburagi. I assume you're prepared?" Minna asked me as I nodded.

"Yeah. Can't believe that this would be your final battle." I said to her as she would agree.

"Indeed. However, I can still fly but…" Minna said as she looked at her magic propellers flickering a bit. "But regardless, I'll keep fighting."

"Is that so…? Well, you mind holding still?" I wanted to do something for a while… since Witches have familiars… Would it be okay if I were to do this… as I proceeded to place my hands and rub her wolf ears softly as she would blush and moan in order to soothe her. Of course, Trude and Erica were blushing as Mio watched as she looked away a bit. I can see Minna's tail wagging in the process as her Strikers sputters out white smoke from the exhaust.

"W-What are you doing!? There is no time for… whatever this is!" Trude shouted as Minna spoke.

"D-Don't worry… H-He's helping me and Krawatte to relax… for some reason… Mmm…~ It feels… good…~" Minna said in such a cute tone as I let go of my hands.

"There. Now all your fears are gone." I said with a small smile. "I… I wanted to do this for a long time so… Better?"

"A bit." Minna smiled but continued. "But I need to remind you that you should keep your hands to yourself before you ask with my permission. Understood?"

"Yes, mooooom…" I said with slight sarcasm as Minna only giggled. Of course, I went back to my usual expression to maintain my composure. "So… with these bombers in line… How are you going to load yourselves up?"

"It's simple, we have workers here so it should be no problem. Now we don't have much time. Trude, Erica, with me. The rest of you find a place to sit in those bombers." Minna said as Erica would follow her as they hovered. However, I stopped Trude for a second in order to ask her but… Jered arrived to see her.

"Gertrud!" Jered called out to her as the two approached each other. "Are you really going to Poznan? To destroy the Neuroi?"

"I am. As much as you want to come with… I can't risk having you risking yourself in an open battlefield. The Neuroi aren't easy to kill if you don't know." Trude said to her descendant as Jered nodded.

"I know. I'll remain here in the base. I'll cheer you on. Chris believes in you, too. And don't die, okay? I'll look over Chris for you back at base." Jered said to her as she nodded.

"I won't, Jered." Trude said as I spoke to her while Jered then proceeded to remain here in the base.

"Hey uh… before we really go? Trude-san? Can I ask what your abilities are?" I asked her a question.

"Huh? It's Herculean Strength. Why?" Trude asked as she had a small head tilt and her brows raised.

"A demonstration if you will… Eihn!" I called out Eihn as he arrived with his white tower shield.

"Yes, Keiwa?" Eihn asked as I pointed at him, telling Trude to do it.

"Okay, Trude. You can go all out with one example you have." I told Trude to do it.

"W-WHA-" Eihn was shocked in confusion the moment Trude began to glow in white aura as her right fist was emitting a blue aura as she charged it all right up to unleash a powerful punch as she yelled.

"YAAAAAAAAAAH!" Trude shouted as she hurled a strong right punch right into the shield…

[BASH! KRRRRRRRR! THUD!]

Eihn used his shield to defend himself as he was pushed back by such incredible force until he rolled on the floor. After this was over… Eihn stood up.

"G-Goodness, Keiwa! What are you doing to me!? Why let her punch my shield!?" Eihn said in the utmost but angered confusion as I spoke to him.

"Don't worry. I asked Trude for an example of her ability. Now I understand… Thanks for your demonstration, Trude." I thanked her.

"Pay it no mind but… That was truly a weird question you asked me as well… With that out of the way… I need to get going with Minna. So prepare yourself as well." Trude said as she would follow and catch up with Minna and Erica. They really are indeed the Karlsland Trio, after all.

"Ready to go, you two?" Mio asked us.

"Y-Yes, Sakomoto. I'm prepared as always." Eihn spoke.

"Same. Where's the Typhoon Witches being loaded up at?" I asked her as she pointed at the B-17 in the farthest.

"There. Aurora is waiting for us in the passenger area. Let's make haste." Mio said to us as we followed her in order to prepare ourselves. I turned my head back a bit to see Jered who gave me a thumbs up… Seems he really did apologize to me through Helmina's words… I looked back as I, Mio, and Eihn needed to focus on one task… to free Poznan from Neuroi control.

Poznan, Poland Daytime - Clear Skies

Third Person POV

Background Music | Persona 5 OST - Mental Shutdown

Meanwhile… in the polish city of Poznan. The city was in wrought and chaos after the Anti-Witch group smuggled the Neuroi core three days ago that led to this… A Neuroi in the form of twins with their wings connected to one after another. The buildings were in smoke and fire as a result of the Polish army trying to fight back but failed. However, on the building of the Imperial Castle were a mysterious young man who was seen standing on top of the rooftop to see the Twin Neuroi from afar. Of course, the young man had gray hair, white scarf, and a black jacket with a buttoned up black shirt under it. He was seen on his phone as he was talking to someone…

"You understand the situation, do you?" The voice of a woman spoke. "I've given you a very special chance to make you my Slave in order to throw this accrued world into chaos."

"Yes, yes… I'm well aware. You told me to station myself in Poznan so here I am. So… do I do exactly nothing and let the Neuroi destroy the city?" The man asked her.

"Let the Neuroi destroy the city. I've given you the task. Right now, the Karlslandian Neu-Luftwaffe are heading their way to this city. Your job is to take down any Witch that tries to take down the Neuroi. Oh and one more thing…" She continued. "Best watch out for Keiwa Kaburagi. He's a Slave not to be trifled with when he first made his appearance. His Thunder Magic is not to be taken lightly."

"Him, huh?" The man continued with a small surprise. "Alright, thanks for letting me know… I won't fail you… Keera."

"I know you won't. Good luck on your hunting, Kyo Sakai." The woman named Keera finishes as the call ends.

The man named Kyo proceeds to put his phone away as he proceeds to grab out his book which appears to be a grimoire. He uses his ability the moment it proceeds to hover and flip pages infinitely at a fast pace until the moment he closes it with his hand when he grabs it. Then, he proceeds to look at the group of B-17 bombers in the sky as it approaches above the sky from afar.

"And at last… they're here." Kyo said to himself. "Karlsland must be desperate to liberate this poor sod of a rotten city. Go ahead… attack the Neuroi as you please. But you will not save yourself…"

He had a sinister smirk on his face as he awaited for this moment… The Battle of Poznan has finally begun.

Background Music | Persona 3 OST - Deep Breath, Deep Breath

Meanwhile in the sky where the B-17s proceeded to open the bomb bay as the sounds of buzzers went off. Minna, Trude, and Erica were seen inside as they were released the moment their strikers activated along with the rest of the Karlslandian Witches and the Typhoon Witches. Of course, Minna is also taking command of them along with the Typhoon Coffin Company. Keiwa, Mio, Aurora in her Tank Strikers, and Eihn all jump off the B-17 through the opened bomb bay as they would use their parachutes in order to land down safely. As for Aurora, she was given extra chutes to match with the three. With it, everyone has arrived in the city of Poznan. Minna could see her birthplace being under Neuroi control. Of course, this is her final battle now that she's in a risk of losing her magic at any time. Her Striker started sputtering and coughing as both her magic propellers were flickering at random intervals but she continued fighting it. As well as risking it.

"Everyone!" Minna continued. "Operation Breakpoint is a go! Proceed to attack the Twin Neuroi!"

All of the Witches complied as they all flew towards the Neuroi. But the enemy would proceed to glow rapidly as it proceeded to create a red orb between above them as it was gathering energy…

[BRRRRRRRRRT!]

"All Witches! Break!" Minna commanded all of them including Minna all break formation as the battle had just begun… as for the squad of four… Keiwa, Mio, Aurora, and Eihn all landed safely where they seem to be from what appears to be the Old Market Square. Of course, Mio would act as the sub-leader of this squad as she places her hand over her ear as she had an earpiece as well as those three.

"Wilcke! We've landed safely in the Old Market Square! What are your orders for us?" Mio asked her.

"Your objective is to find these civilians and evacuate them to the nearest shelter outside of Poznan! We cannot afford to have any casualties." Minna informed her and the others as Keiwa would sigh.

First Person POV

"Man, it's like we're the Suicide Squad right now." I said as I stretched my arms.

"What even is 'Suicide Squad'?" Aurora asked.

"Another time." I continued. "Eihn, you think we'll encounter those Anti-Witch Terrorists again?"

"Considering where we're at now, no. However, we need to be on guard. This Neuroi is not like what I've seen… it can create a large orb that releases a rain of lasers…" Eihn pondered. "Mio, we should avoid it."

"Correct." Mio continued. "Squad, let's move out!"

"Roger!" We all complied the moment we started moving through the market.

How do we even find people here? This is literally a ghost town. People might've died from the Neuroi so that's my guess. I've never been to Poznan before but it sucks that the city is now under attack because of this. I looked at the sky where the Karlslandian Witches were fighting the Neuroi. Minna is doing fine all of a sudden but… you'll never know when it'll happen. Trude on the other hand… she's wielding two MG42s as she was going all guns blazing, yelling with all of her heart out to destroy it. Erica had continued firing as she used her shield to block the incoming lasers, but still kept firing. I can see Helmina, too. She's putting in the effort. I don't see Heidi anywhere… Where is she even? However, Eihn stopped moving as we all stopped to look at him.

"Eihn. What's wrong?" Mio asked him.

"I sense something…" Eihn continued. "We've been followed… a Slave is nearby."

"What? How?" I asked him.

"You can sense it as well, do you? Try to find it." Eihn told me as I decided to do so… I gathered enough focus to find the presence… I can feel it above me the moment I look up.

"It's… above us!?" I informed them as we all looked up to see someone… A person. But that person is a Slave… He has gray hair and has a book in his hand…

"Finally, someone with common sense! I was getting bored of following you guys." The young man said in the most casual but hostile tone.

"Who are you!?" Mio demanded.

Background Music | Persona 5 OST - Blood of Villain

"You really wanna know? Alright… I'll enlighten you." The young man then proceeded to jump off the building from the height as he landed perfectly. "Welcome, war supporters of Karlsland. My name is Kyo Sakai. I, too, am also a Slave. And I'm honored to meet the man named Keiwa Kaburagi himself. Now what would a Shousetsu war hero be doing here? Helping the pitiful Karlslandians in their attempt to save the city?"

"So you heard of me. Cool. I don't care." I replied. "Why are you exactly here anyways? This place is too dangerous for you when there's a Neuroi present right now."

"Dangerous you say?" Kyo continued in bewilderment. "That's a bold claim there, buddy. Besides, I'm not here to be buddies. I'm just here to kill you four and be done with it. Once that… I'll go for the Witches next. Perhaps Minna, I presume?"

"Tch… you'll never reach her, scum…" Aurora snarked as we drew out our weapons.

"If you want to go for Minna and the Witches? You'll have to go through us." Mio threatened him as we were ready. However, Kyo would sigh the moment he readied his book as it began to flip pages… "The book…"

"Interested in its knowledge?" Kyo continued as he gathered enough magical energy around him. "I'll provide you some. Once you're all dead, that is. Soul Magic, Seventh Stage…"

[RUMBLE! RUMBLE! RUMBLE! KRRRRRRRRR!]

The ground began to shake as we were nearly losing our balance as we stood our ground. However, the ground near Kyo begins to break and form into something…

"Golem Creation." Kyo said as he used his book he created a large tall stone golem as it stood tall where he was seen standing on its shoulder.

"W-What is that…!?" Mio said in the utmost fascination possible.

"That is what I call Soul Magic." Kyo continued. "I've honed my magic for long enough where I can finally use you as lab rats. Now then… be still and get crushed…!"

As the golem was preparing itself to swing its right stone arm… Aurora acted on her own as she used her tank cannon on her strikers as she aimed at it…

[PANG! BOOM!]

The powered magic shot manages to destroy the shoulder as pieces of stone begin to fall. However, stone from the ground rose up as it proceeded to reform it back.

"W-What!? Impossible!" Aurora exclaimed much to our surprise.

"EVERYONE! BREAK!" I yelled at everyone as he proceeded to dodge the incoming stomp…

[THOOSH!]

"Yes… Yes! Run! Keep running like the lab rats you are! My tests are not done yet!" Kyo shouted as if he's like a mad scientist. Of course, we split off as I looked at Mio.

"Mio! We do this together!" I said to her as she nodded.

"Right!" Mio and I proceeded to perform a pincer attack the moment we combined our attacks.

[SLASH! CRUMBLE!]

Our coordinated double slash managed to slash the stone legs but it was proven no use as it appeared to be ineffective. Me and Mio looked up to see Kyo being too full of himself.

"It is futile. My golem has no weakness. No matter what you destroy, it'll continue reforming itself no matter what." Kyo said to us as Mio grits her teeth.

"Damn it… is there no other way?" Mio said as she tightened her katana.

"Unless we kill the host, that is." I informed her of the idea… Of course, Mio is surprised.

"A great idea, Kaburagi…! Aurora, Eihn! We need to target Kyo in order to dispel the golem!" Mio informed the two as Eihn would go first.

"A good call! Ice Magic, Third Stage… Frost Pillar!" Eihn then slams his tower shield, creating an ice pillar that acts as a ramp. "Aurora! Do it!"

"You got it…!" Aurora said as she revved her Tank Striker as the tank threaded behind to propel her to build up speed the moment she rode on the ice pillar and launched herself from it. In the air… Aurora readied her tank cannon as it had layers of magic circles in front of the cannon as it was charging up. "Mene helvettiin…"

"Soul Magic, Second Stage: Ghastly Wail!" Kyo shouted as his book began to flip pages as he sent out a wall of souls that was screaming at her, of course. This canceled out her charge attack as she fell to the ground as she made an impact.

[THUUUUUD!]

"AURORA!" Eihn shouted for her as he rushed to her side. Then, the golem would slash away the ice ramp and proceed to turn around and look at us.

"With that annoying Witch out of the way… I will take joy in killing you, Keiwa Kaburagi…" Kyo said as he was proven to be a very difficult enemy to deal with. And on top of all that, he's also a Slave. Just who is he bound to?

[BANG! BANG! BANG! BOOSH! CRUMBLE!]

"What in the!?" Kyo said in shock when he noticed that a projectile shot had broken the chest to reveal the magical blue mote of light… is that the core for the golem? However, two more shots as it destroyed the core and the leg of the golem. Me and Mio noticed to look up into the sky where it was none other than Heidemarie herself!

"Keiwa! Are you unharmed!?" Heidi called out for me as she was hovering in her Striker.

"Yeah! You saved us! Thanks!" I shouted at her with a thumbs up as she smiled. Of course, she would shift her focus towards Kyo.

"Surrender now! Any further fights are pointless!" Heidi said to Kyo in order to make him stand down but…

"Errgh…" Kyo was irritated as the dust settled down as he still stands. "This is one reason why I hate Witches… flying around like pests. Never would I think you'd detect its weak point already. Tch. Another soul wasted. I'll congratulate you, Karlslandian. But this is where you've crossed my line."

Kyo begins to gather as much magical energy as he can as the pages flips more and more rapidly as he starts to gather enough focus where he is doing something… it was surging alright… but he began to do it…

"Soul Magic, Eleventh Stage…" Kyo said as he would to a finger gun point directly targeting Heidi… "Mortal Severance…"

[BA-THUMP!]

Third Person POV

Suddenly, he uses his thumb like a trigger, shooting out a transparent blue beam that shoots directly into her chest as it pierces her… There was no blood despite her being hit… yet, there was no damage within her. But the moment she realized… a spiritual manifestation of what appears to be her own familiar… a Gyrfalcon. It was shot out of her body the moment Heidemarie lost her tail feather and the feathers on her head. The striker was instantly deactivated. She saw her familiar being reduced to nothingness as it proceeds to fade away from this earth. And then… her familiar is dead as she begins to fall.

"HEIDI!" Keiwa proceeded to rush towards Heidi as he proceeded to leap a distance, catching her with his arms as he fell to the ground.

First Person POV

The moment I managed to catch her… She was alright the moment she opened her eyes and looked at me.

"K-Keiwa…?" Heidi asked me as I responded.

"I'm here. Can you fly?" I asked her the moment she look at her striker… she tries to focus in order to turn it on but…

Background Music | Persona 4 OST - Borderline of Madness

"N-No… this can't be… No… NO!" Heidi begins to widen her eyes in fear… she tried to activate her magic but… her strikers weren't working… "A-And my Night Vision… my Magic Antenna is gone… Gone…"

"W-What are you talking about?" I tried to ask her as she was completely distraught.

"Incase you haven't noticed… Mortal Severance allows me to destroy the soul of a human being. However… if used on a Witch, it won't destroy the soul but instead permanently destroys their familiar in the process. Therefore…" Kyo then snaps his fingers. "A Witch is no longer a Witch. Their magic? Gone. Their ability to fly? Stripped away."

"N-No… no, no, no NO!" Heidi screamed. "G-Give me my familiar back! Please!"

"Give it back? My lady… You're sorely mistaken… when I say the term soul… Your familiar acted as a shield to protect your main soul. Therefore, it's gone for good. Done deal." Kyo corrected her as this broke her…

"What the hell… How can Soul Magic destroy a familiar!?" Mio shouted. "You're beyond insane…"

"Call me what you like. But I hate Witches such as this bitch." Kyo then glared at Heidi as she was already breaking down. I can't let it end like this.

"Heidi! Get yourself together! Don't give into fear!" I tried to talk to her until it was no use. She was muttering to herself saying that she's no longer a Witch… I grit my teeth and looked back at him. "You… you broke her!"

"Oh did I?" Kyo continued. "Good. That's her fault for getting in my way. Now then… shall we continue this farce?"

"Oh you know I want to fight…" I proceeded to hand Heidi to Aurora. "Aurora, take her somewhere else safe."

"You got it." Aurora nodded as she would Heidi somewhere safe so she won't get caught in the middle of our battle. Mio and Eihn grouped up with me as we readied ourselves as my body and blade was covered in electricity.

Background Music | Persona 3 The Movie OST - Confessions

Meanwhile back upstairs from the winery store where Lukas was seen cleaning the dishes all alone as he was going about his day. He's been running the store without Heidemarie just fine but it felt weird without her around. Of course, he can only pray that she'll come back whatever she wants… that is until his pet Gyrfalcon named Wallia was screeching loudly as he jumped a bit, dropping the soapy plate. He noticed something was wrong when he dried his hands on the tower as he rushed over to Wallia's cage to find out she was acting weirdly.

"Wallia! What's wrong!?" Lukas said to his pet as it was squawking. He couldn't understand her but Heidemarie could. However… the moment he realizes where he finds out that Wallia is squawking. "Wait a second… Heidi? She's hurting?"

Wallia squawked as he would open the cage and have her perched on his hand. Then, he would go downstairs and leave the closed store filled with everyday people. Of course, it's weird for him to have his pet falcon in his hand. However, he knew Heidi's words… she wanted to be free… Wallia wanted to be free. She wants to be with Heidemarie. And so… he made his choice. To let her go. So, he allowed her to fly into the sky to where his sister would be at. Of course, he would smile as he proceeded to shed a tear as Wallia flew across the blue sky with amazing speed. He proceeds to shed a tear as he made the right choice…

"Fly free, Wallia… Find Heidi…" Lukas tearfully said to the falcon as it finally flew and flew… and then… she was gone…

Poznan, Poland Daytime - Clear Skies

First Person POV

[CLANG! CLASH!]

Kyo was fending off our attacks as he was using a tome to create a sword made out of air but… it was souls… Of course, we tried to continue fighting as we were all tired… Then, Kyo uses his Soul Magic again to create a much larger stone golem as he stood on the shoulder of it as he proceeded to laugh.

"Shame that you're worn out after all this time! But I'm afraid that your lives end here!" Kyo shouted as I stood up as I had no choice… I need to use my Singularity Point Thrust-curve… just one shot and it's over…!

Third Person POV

Meanwhile, Aurora who had managed to bring Heidemarie away from the battle where she saw a tall stone golem that was constructed where she looked back at her… she has lost the will to fight and fly because her familiar was killed by Kyo's Eleventh Stage Soul Magic.

"Schnaufer… Schnaufer! Can you hear me!?" Aurora tried to talk to her but she has been continuously talking to herself as her mental state is not in a good concindiction. "Damn it… Just how am I going to talk to her… Hmm?"

The sound of a squawk was heard as Heidemarie stopped talking to herself silently until she looked up to find the Gyrfalcon as it was flying in the sky. Of course, she would remember that bird.

"Wallia…?" Heidemarie said as the Gyrfalcon proceeded to find her as she would proceed to lift her arms, allowing Wallia to perch as Aurora watched. "You were… looking for me…? How?"

Wallia simply squawked. Unfortunately, she doesn't have a familiar anymore as she is unable to understand her. However, she didn't care. She needed Wallia. And so… she would lightly place her forehead onto Wallia's as her mind begins to sink right into her mindscape. And so, within her mindscape. Heidemarie finds herself standing here in the black void where she met herself but… her body was covered by the light but it was definitely herself or rather… Wallia.

"Wallia… Is it really you?" Heidemarie said to her as she would begin to speak.

"I am indeed Wallia, Hieidemarie-Wilhelmina Schnaufer." Wallia continued. "I sensed that something was wrong the moment your familiar was erased from this world. Hence why, your descendant set me free in order to search for you."

"Lukas… my brother freed you?" Heidemarie asked as she nodded.

"Indeed." Wallia continued. "Now that I sense that you are without magic. You have not given up hope. Therefore… I will become your familiar. Become part of you."

"Yes… Please… Become my familiar, Wallia!" Heidemarie said with her new found hope as Wallia then approached her as she held her hand together the moment everything began to glow brightly.

"Very well, then the contract is complete. Now fly, Heidemarie. Fly once again… and protect the skies once more." Wallia said as everything was engulfed by the brightness as everything snaps back to reality.

And back within reality…

Background Music | Persona 5 OST - Awakening

[FWOOOOOOOSH!]

The rush of blue pillars of light rose up that reached the atmosphere as everyone saw… That includes the Witches…

"What on… What's going on?" Minna said in confusion as she watched.

"Hey uh… mind telling me what's happening?" Keiwa asked them as they continued to watch.

Of course, the magic circle is large as it shrinks away. Then… a blue streak flew out as it began to reveal itself… the blue light dies down as it was none other than Heidemarie… who now has Wallia the Gyrfalcon as her familiar as there were some minor differences… Her tail feathers are much longer as well as the feathers on her head which remained the same as the previous but much more refined and elegant. And on top of that, her magic is regained as her Striker Unit works properly now.

"What the… How the hell did you get your familiar back!? Well whatever… Golem! Kill her!" Kyo then commanded his golem as it was ready to swing at right…

"Sensory Illusion Magic, Second Stage…" Heidemarie begins to speak the moment the rocky fist was about to strike at her at direct range until the first went through her as she disappeared.

"H-HUH!?" Kyo was shocked. "She's gone!?"

However… He heard the click where the shot pierced the tall stone golem as the soul core in the chest was destroyed as he proceeded to fall the moment he turned around to see behind her.

"Disillusion…" Heidemarie had used her new found ability aside from her Magic Antennas, which remained the same which was green along with her night vision from her red eyes. And of course, the debris of the stone golem begins to crumble as it creates a dust cloud as they cover their eyes.

Background Music | Persona 5 OST - Blood of Villain

Kyo begins to get himself out of the rubble as he struggles to breathe after what happened. As the dust clouds were gone… he was met with Heidemarie whereas Keiwa and others joined.

"S-Shit…! H-How can a Witch regain her magic that easily… No… Unless… of course! That damn bird I saw earlier! How!?" Kyo demanded to ask Heidemarie for the reason.

"I have no interest in revealing answers to a psychopath such as you." Heidemarie then aimed her weapon directly at him. "You took away my freedom to fly. And you'll pay for your crimes!"

"Tch… Killing me won't solve anything, do you understand? I must complete my mission for her and I will not stop until I see it through!" Kyo then proceeds to stand up as he wields his grimoire once again until…

[RATATAT!]

A flurry of shots shredded the grimoire as it was completely destroyed. There, Minna had arrived to see what's going on but she understood that Kyo was the enemy.

"I'm afraid this ends here, Slave…" Minna spoke as she remained serious as she aimed her MG42 at him. "Surrender now and perhaps you'll see the light of day…"

"Hehehehe… Ahahahaha!~ So! The Wilcke herself has come to arrest me? How cute!" Kyo laughed maniacally. "Good… Good! Since you're here… I might as well take you all with me! Soul Magic-"

[FWOOSH!]

"There will be no second chances for you… Thunder Magic, First Stage… Thunder Surface Slash!" Keiwa had already made his move where he swung his electrified blade as it leaves a slashing trail of thunder as he decapitates Kyo's head as it falls to the floor along with his body.

Background Music End

First Person POV

After I decapitated Kyo using my katana. I proceeded to sheathe it and saw his head and body. Minna looked at me after I finished. Of course… Heidemarie somehow got her magic back which was a blessing.

"Kaburagi?" Minna asked me. "Do you really think it's necessary to do that?"

"What other choice do I have? Slaves don't feel pain." I asked her until we headed to a dying cackle as we all noticed to see… that Kyo's head is still talking…

"He's right, you know?" Kyo continued as he cackled lightly. "You may have won this fight against me. But not the Neuroi. Soon, you'll get to see Poznan reduced to rubble."

"You're sorely mistaken…" Minna continued. "We will save Poznan. As a Witch, it's our duty to protect the skies."

"Heh… You Witches are such a hardass… Fine… you win… But let me warn you right now…" Kyo said as his decapitated body then proceeded to point at us as he had a grin. "You cannot stop what's coming… Keera… will bring this world into a new order… Ahehehehehe…"

And so, both his head and body begin to be blackened the moment it proceeds to disintegrate in the process. And just like that… Kyo is gone… dead for good. However, Trude and Erica arrived as she saw all of it as they slowed down and hovered next to Minna.

"W-Was that a talking head just now?" Trude asked.

"I honestly don't know what happened but… do they even talk without their body?" Erica asked as we all shrugged.

"That's not important but… Heidi-san…" I looked at her as she hovered down a bit. "You got your familiar back but… it's different."

"It's a long story, Keiwa." Heidi continued as she looked at Minna. "Commander, I can still fight."

"Good. Kaburagi, Sakamoto, Eihn, and Juutilainen. Continue your patrol in search of survivors." Minna continued as she looked at Trude and Erica. "And the rest of you Witches, with me. We got a city to liberate."

"Hey, Heidi-san. I know I can't come with you but… I think you can do this. And no matter what…" I proceeded to let out my fist… for a fist bump. "I'll help you achieve that dream for your brother!"

"Y-Yes… gladly, Keiwa…" Heidemarie then fist bumps as Minna had a smile on her face.

"Now then, let's get back to work, girls!" Minna said to the Witches.

"Roger!" Trude, Erica, and Heidi then proceeded to follow Minna into the sky as we watched them fly.

"I pray they got this…" Eihn continued. "The Twin Neuroi is truly persistent as always."

"Trust in them. I know Minna and Heidi got this. Both of their dreams they want to achieve. One wants to focus on a new life. And the other wants to reunite with her brother. In the end… both of them will get their happy endings." I said to them with a smile as Mio chuckled.

"Alright, that's enough monologue. Let's continue our mission. Let's move!" Mio commanded us as we nodded. And so, we continued our task as usual… to find the survivors… Minna… Heidi… you got this…!

Third Person POV

[FWOOSH!]

Minna, Trude, Erica, and Heidemarie flew up to rejoin the battle as the twin Neuroi continued to fire a rain of lasers at the Witches.

"Girls! Break!" Minna said as the four would break off and dodge the incoming laser.

Of course, Gertrud would continue to fire both of her MG42s with no stops at all. Erica had her shield up as she continued to fire through the shield from the incoming laser attack as she would fire the left body of the Twin Neuroi as white flakes began to fly out of it. However, Minna would handle fighting the left Twin Neuroi as Gertrud would assist Heidemarie in destroying the right Twin Neuroi. As they were firing their World War II weaponry with no end… until the point where Minna and Heidemarie managed to find the core. At the same time… they pulled their trigger.

"It's over!" Both Minna and Heidemarie fired their weapons as they would shoot bullets from below as both cores were destroyed. The Twin Neuroi then proceeds to envelope itself into the white light and shatters as it is defeated… The Karlslandian Witches celebrate in victory now that Minna's birthplace is saved. She decided to place her hand over her earpiece to inform everyone as Keiwa and others watched.

Background Music | Persona 3 OST - Memories of the City

"Everyone, Ponzan has been liberated. Operation Breakpoint is a success. I repeat, Operation Breakpoint is a success. Hmm?" Minna then noticed to see below within the fiery area within the destroyed part of the city where she saw a young little boy with dark velvet-red hair as he was walking through the destruction and fires of Poznan. She knew that he had to be saved. So, she decided to fly down in order to meet the young boy. For some reason… he has both her hair color and eye color which felt similar. Of course, she would meet him. "You there… it's too dangerous out here- Huh?"

However, she noticed to see the soulless eyes from him as he suffered from this wreckage and destruction in Poznan. She doesn't know who he is but… the moment she would place her hand over his cheek… a strange sensation pains her head as it begins to show a split second of the boy's memories that showed his parents… most notably his mother who looked just like Minna but older yet young. However, his parents were killed when the Neuroi attack happened as the young boy walked. And so, she snaps back to reality the moment she begins to shed a tear and holds him with her arms and starts to grieve for him. Yet, he was alive but didn't know how to cry or to find joy.

"So it's you…" Minna continued as she continued to cry as her tears began to fall on the boy's face. "After all this time… I'm finally glad that I was able to save you… my own descendant… I-I'm… I'm happy… that you're alive…!"

Of course, Trude, Erica, and Heidemarie didn't say anything as they would look at Minna, finally letting out of her emotions to cry all through the echoes here in this city. Poznan… Minna's birthplace… is finally freed.

12/10/2018 Neu-Luftwaffe Air Base, Frankfurt, Karlsland Morning - Clear Sky

First Person POV

Background Music | Persona 3 OST - Joy

And so it was the next day… With Minna and Heidi destroying the Twin Neuroi yesterday, we were forced to participate in the awards ceremony at the government building where the Chancellor has handed both Minna and Heidi medals for their efforts in destroying the Neuroi. Oh and… Minna and Heidi were regarded as heroes in their country now because of their efforts. Even the news media are making headlines, too. After all, that was yesterday… and today? Well… We were gathered here outside of the airstrip where all of us. Including the Karlslandian Witches who were present to see where Minna is making her announcement of her retirement from her military life. Well, more like stepping down and wishing to move on but… this is her path she'll walk on. Sure, she's on stage today where she is no longer wearing her uniform. Instead, she wore a white turtleneck sweater and jeans in order to fit in with the society as she stood close to the mic. Me, the Typhoon Coffin Platoon, and the Typhoon Witches were way far back from the crowd of Witches. Erica was with us, too. Since she didn't want to stand out too much. Oh right! I hear Helmina is stepping down, too. She has a boyfriend, of course.

"Guess we came right on time.~" The voice spoke to me as I was not familiar with it. I turned to my right to see who it was. It was a young woman with long orange hair and blue eyes. She wore her red uniform-like outfit but… hoooooly shit! My eyes began to stretch out like a cartoon the moment I saw her large breasts the moment I had my jaw dropped! Who is this beauty!? "Hmm? You're interested in my breasts, huh?"

I retracted my eyes to go back to normal and pushed my jaw back up. Of course, I was blushing… calm down, me! You already have Adi! Don't add her to your collection! Resist your harem urges!

"Y-Yeah…" I said to her… goddamn it! Then, she proceeds to fondle her breasts as if they were bouncing. Of course, she blushes and has a smirk on her face.

"If you like them that badly… Why not grope it and see what happens?~" She proceeded to lure me as if I was getting hypnotized. The moment I tried to lay my hands on her breasts…

[THOK!]

I was smacked in the head as I was interrupted. I groaned in pain as I covered my head from it. Damn… who the hell was it just now?

"How about you hands off my wife, kid." The young man spoke as I turned around… it was a black haired man with brown eyes as he wore his bomber jacket. "Shirley, you gotta stop luring this kid with your breasts. Who knows when it'll happen?"

"Ahaha!~ Don't worry, Matt. I was merely playing." The woman named Shirley laughed a bit as she looked at me. "Ahh, I suppose we owe you an introduction. The names Charlotte Elwyn Yeager, Wing Commander of the Yeager Air Force Base stationed in my hometown of Myra, West Virginia. And I also happen to be a famous NASWITCH Daytona Racer, too. You can call me Shirley, though."

[Charlotte Elwyn "Shirley" Yeager - Wing Commander of the Yeager AFB and Famous NASWITCH Racer - Liberion/America]

"And the names, Matthew Elroot Yeager. Call me Matt if you want. I act as the Vice Commander at the Yeager AFB. In case you don't know, Shirley here is my gramp's counterpart of Charles Yeager. And don't forget… Shirley's my wife. Try to touch her breasts again, I'll give you a dempsey roll of a lifetime." Matt introduced himself as he was not pleased after I tried touching her breasts…

[Matthew Elroot "Matt" Yeager - Vice Commander of the Yeager AFB - America]

"Pleasure to meet you, dude…" I said as I covered my head from the pain I received. However, Shirley noticed Erica and Mio who were apparently stoked to see her again… I guess the two know her.

"Never would I have thought to see you in our soil, Shirley. It's been a while." Erica said to her as she chuckled.

"Same to you as well, Erica. We actually came here not too long ago when he first arrived here. Our Skytrain is parked at the next airstrip." Shirley continued. "And good to see you again, Sakamoto.

"You as well, Yeager. I see this is your descendant?" Mio asked her as she nodded.

"Technically, yes and no." Shirley continued. "I actually met my counterpart when he was at the hospital in Charlottesville because he didn't have enough time to live. I'm glad that I was able to spend time with him till the end. With my counterpart giving me his insights. I've become the new me, of course.~"

"I see… I'm glad that you were able to meet your counterpart before death takes him… You are truly a lucky one." Mio said with a small smile as Erica had both hands behind her head as she was acting relaxed.

"And I haven't even got a chance to meet my counterpart… I only heard from Commodore that he died." Erica said casually as she let off a sigh. "Anyways, what's this Yeager AFB you mentioned?"

"Me and Matt came up with it. We got full permission from the US Air Force that the base will be Witches only. There are male workers, sure. But still, it's meant to be a Witch-only air base." Shirley said as Matt nodded.

"Our assistant Alyssa is doing a good job of holding down the fort while we're away. Actually… Erica Hartmann, right? We actually came here to drop off your sister since she was visiting our base at the time." Matt said as he turned around where we saw Erica's sister… she looks aside from her lab coat, uniform, and glasses.

"Oh!~ Sis! You're back! Yaa-ho!~" Erica happily greeted her sister with a wave. Of course, her sister would chuckle and adjust her glasses.

"Thank you, sister. I've learned alot of how American modern weaponry works such as the M60. This is truly indeed an experience to learn by. But that's not all, there are people using this… social media on their phones called RikRok where they post short-form content. Sister, did you check it out?" Her sister asked Erica about it the moment she brought out her smartphone as she showed her the app. This made her sweatdrop…

"Where did you even find that, sis…?" Erica said in an unamused tone. Of course, she would put her phone away.

"The advertisements." Her sister continued as she looked at me. "And you must be Keiwa Kaburagi, the Slave who destroyed a Neuroi back in Japan, yes?"

"That's me… and the Witches all around the world hate me for it." I said to them as she simply giggled.

"I can understand why. My name is Ursula Hartmann, Erica here is my twin sister. Inventor and Head of Karlsland's Ministry of Magi-Technology. It's an honor to meet you." Ursula introduced herself the moment she stood near her sister.

[Ursula Hartmann - Head of Karlsland's Ministry of Magi-Technology - Karlsland]

"Ursula? Is that you?" Tomoko arrived to meet her old friend. "It's been a while! How long have you been since those days when we were members of the Silent Witches?"

"Way too long. I hope you've been well, Anabuki. Never would I have thought to see your Slave, though." Ursula said as I spoke in.

"Gotta thank Tomoko-san for saving my life back at the Tokyo Dome." I said as Ursula would look at me. Of course, Shirley and Matt listened in.

"So I've heard. I heard news about the terrorist's attack on the Tokyo Dome that gassed thousands of people inside there. I can guess you're one of them. As well as being Patient Zero with the birth of Slaves." Ursula is actually informed… wow.

"Y-Yeah. But still, the past is the past. Are you two actually twins?" I asked them the moment the Hartmann sisters would hold hands together and posed just to look at me.

"Yes. We're indeed twins." Both Erica and Ursula said in unison.

"That's some real creepy twin stuff right here." I said as I looked at Shirley. "And you, Shirley-san… if you're Charles' counterpart… I guess that means you're a Witch, too."

Then, Shirley would concentrate her magical energy as she would proceed to have white rabbit ears and a long hare tail as she smiled.

"Yup. That's why I'm the fastest one out here. Even in the 501st, too." Shirley said as we noticed to see that the announcement is finally starting. Minna is finally prepared to speak. Wait, is she going to sing, too? Plus, Richard is here with their daughter.

Background Music | Persona 5 Tactica OST - Beneath the Mask - Tactica

"Ahem… As you all know, after the battle in liberating Poznan from the Neuroi control. I have said that my magic is waning. And it is true to this day. While I still may be a Witch. But I want to live as a human being in order to reintegrate myself into society. Starting today, I will be stepping down and leaving my military life behind in order to start my new found life with my loving husband Richard and my loving daughter Ann. For the longest time, I'm more proud with the achievements I have earned back from our world and now here. While I can understand your pain and sadness. But know that I led you all well. So, the air base needs a new leader." Minna then called Trude as she stepped up onto the stage. There, she got a new outfit. It was similar to Minna's outfit except that it's dark brown. Of course, she stood on the stage next to Minna.

"Well now…~" Erica smirked. "She looks better in that new uniform she's wearing."

"That's Barkhorn for ya." Shirley continued. "Never would I have thought to see her as the Wing Commander now. Sucks that Wilcke is moving on in her life. I hope we can see her again…"

"One can only dream, Shirley." Matt added.

"Starting today, Gertrud Barkhorn will be your new Wing Commander of the Neu-Luftwaffe. And I'm sure she will lead you all well in order to bring forth a new future in this world. But that's not all… Helmina, our resident Night Witch… will also be retiring as she wishes to move on. Therefore, we will respect her wishes as you have respected mine." Minna said to them as Helmina stood next to her as she wore her casual clothing as well. The scarf looks pretty nice to fight the cold.

"I wish the best of luck to these two. Don't you think so, Keiwa?" Eihn asked me as I spoke.

"You're not wrong. If Mio can finally move on from her past life as a Witch, so can these two." I said as Mio spoke.

"That is true. Perhaps I'll speak to Minna next time when I have the chance. Unfortunately, we still have a lot of work to do back in Shousetsu, remember that." Mio added as I sighed.

"Of course… Can't wait to get my ass kicked by Alexandra again…" I said in a sarcastic deadpan as she heard me.

"What was that…?" Alexandra said with a glare as I jumped.

"E-Eep! Nothing!" I replied quickly.

"Now then, Barkhorn. I hope you have your speech ready." Minna said to her friend as she nodded. So, Trude then stood next to the mic as she would proceed to speak.

"U-Umm… Err… I know I'm not a good talker when it comes to speeches but… One thing I can say for sure is that under my leadership. I will do my utmost best to look after you all and train you to become the best Karlslandian soldier there is. It doesn't matter if you're perfect or not. All that requires discipline, and performance. Of course, everyone here will have to get through the hardships but in the end, everything will turn out fine as long as you dedicate yourself towards the one goal that you desire. But remember, you are the Witches of Karlsland and pride itself. Protecting the skies is our utmost duty and oath we must uphold. But rest assured, I'm not alone. I have all of you looking after me. And again, I'll look after you. Thank you for understanding…" Trude had finished her speech as everyone clapped at her for an applause. Of course, we did the same. So, Trude decided to step away from the mic as Jered after he vows to look after her. Of course, he's helping her after she makes a speech. She took a bottle of water from him as she drank it. So, Minna walked back to the mic as she spoke.

"Truly a round of applause for Barkhorn." Minna continued. "That will conclude today's announcements here. And… thank you everyone… While my story ends here. But a new chapter opens for you all. So I ask you, please believe in Wing Commander Barkhorn… as you believed in me. Dismissed… and farewell."

Minna had a smile as the announcement was over. Of course, the group of us decided to approach Minna and Trude since the two really did their best.

Background Music | Persona 5 Tactica OST - Hideout - 1st

"Congratulations on becoming the Wing Commander, Barkhorn. I hope you can lead them well." Ursula said to her as she nodded.

"Thank you, Professor Ursula." Trude continued. "If I may ask… are there any updates on acquiring modern weaponry?"

"Fortunately, yes." Ursula continued as she tipped up her glasses. "The Commodore has talked about this and you'll be expecting the delivery sooner or later."

"Ahh… that's a relief." Trude continued. "The MG42s have been nice to me. But it's time for us to get an upgrade."

"Don't worry, I'll upgrade your MG42s to rival that of Modern Weaponry if you want. Fully magic-powered as promised." Ursula added.

"Even better." Trude smiled until she noticed Shirley as she met with a glare. "Oh… So you've come, Liberion."

"Yup. Never knew you'd take over as a Wing Commander of this base now. Does that mean it's all going to be discipline?" Shirley asked as Trude simply sighed.

"What do you think…?" Trude said with a deadpan.

"I can assume much… Oh yeah! To celebrate you being the Wing Commander here… Matt! You have the gift ready?" Shirley smirked as Matt would nod, smirking as well.

"Oh, definitely!" Matt continued. "Here, Shirley. She's gonna like this.~"

"Aaaaaand here you go, Barkhorn! I hope you like our masterpiece!~" Shirley then gives her a weapon which appears to be a MG42 but… something feels off as if it was ripped straight from Honor of Duty Vanguard. This causes Trude to be in the greatest disgust ever… The MG42 has no butt stock, belt fed, shortened barrel, Thompson grip, pistol foregrip, and a red dot sight that didn't exist in World War II.

"Masterpiece?" Trude said. "You call that a masterpiece!? What have you done to this MG42! It… It looks… HORRIBLE! MEIN GOTT! This is absolutely cursed! Never in my life I would ever trust you to modify one of Karlsland's greatest weapons designed to destroy Neuroi and yet… you ruined it!"

"Awww, c'mon!~ Just admit you like it.~" Shirley teased her as Trude became flustered and angered.

"NEIN! Absolutely not!" Trude retorted. "Get that thing away from me!"

"Can I have it?" I asked Trude as she nodded hastily.

"Yes, yes! Please, just take it!" Trude said as the Wing Commander would give me the Cursed MG42 as a result. Of course, Shirley pouted.

"Geez, you don't want the gift and yet, you gave it to this Kaburagi kid anyways? You're no fun…" Shirley pouted.

"The next time you Liberions try to send me those… atrocious weapon designs based from Karlsland… I will make sure that you two will be banned from coming here!" Trude threatened them as Shirley had her hand to her hip.

"You do know we're your allies and continue to supply you with our stuff, right? You do that, your supplies are gonna dwindle into nothing." Shirley said to her as she realized about it.

"D-Damn… you're right…" Trude said as she looked down. Of course, she would look back at Minna and Richard. "So… this is it, huh?"

"Indeed, Barkhorn. I wouldn't want to interrupt this reunion and all but after all, me and my husband really need to get going." Minna continued as she looked at Shirley. "I apologize we can't talk longer, Yeager. But I'm glad to see you again."

"Same to you as well. But what are you going to do now that you're moving on from this?" Shirley asked her as she smiled kindly.

"I intend to pursue my music career as a whole while looking after my family. Perhaps you'll get to see the new me when it happens. Again, it's a secret.~" Minna then continued as she looked at Trude. "Oh, do you have any questions for me, Barkhorn?"

"Do I have what it takes to command an entire unit, Minna?" Trude said to her as she is unclear about it. Of course, Minna would smile.

"I believe you can. If you're unsure, feel free to call us. I'd be happy to give you a few pointers." Minna said to her as she nodded with a smile.

"I'd be happy to." Trude replied as I noticed that there was a gray wolf next to Minna.

"Hey, Minna?" I asked her the moment I pointed at the wolf. "This your pet?"

"More like my familiar. This is Krawatte. Go on, say hello." Minna said with a smile.

"Greetings, Keiwa Kaburagi." Krawatte introduced himself. However, Minna would speak to her familiar.

"Krawatte, I assume you heard everything, correct?" Minna said to the wolf as he nodded.

"I have, Minna." Krawatte continued. "You intend to leave your military life behind in pursuit of music. Thus, you deserved a permanent vacation after you helped everyone along the way. Does this mean I will merge within Ann?"

"That's correct. Just wait until she grows up within a certain age. I can still feel my magic but it'll surely fade. Which is why I want you to treat her the same way as I grew up with you, and I know you'll work wonders with her." Minna said to the wolf with a kind smile. Of course, the wolf slightly smirked.

"I will gladly honor it for you, Minna." Krawatte replied as I was surprised.

"Hey Tomoko-san. Mind bringing out Konbei? I was hoping he would make friends with this fella." I asked Tomoko as she heard me.

"A-Are you sure, Keiwa-kun?" Tomoko asked.

"Of course! Nothing will go wrong, right?" I said to her as she would do so… Konbei comes out of her body as he would land on the floor. The moment the two meet… that snarled at each other… "K-Konbei…?"

"Hey, Konbei. I said no picking fights, dude…" I said to him with a disappointed look on my face.

"Krawatte… Don't…" Minna said to her familiar face as the two of them stare down at each other…

"Savage barbarian…" Konbei said.

"Snarky fool…" Krawatte spat back as the two would look away. Of course, they decided to return inside their respective owners in the process. Guess they hate each other…

"Oh dear… Well, it happens. Now then, we should get going. After all, we have places to be. Isn't it right, Dear?" Minna said to her husband.

"Yeah. There's something that she needs to do first so we gotta hurry." Richard said as Minna would speak to all of us.

"This may be our goodbye. But know that we'll keep on living." Minna said her goodbyes as she was indeed carrying her Striker Unit as she placed it in the VW Golf in the trunk as she would take the front passenger seat as Richard took the driver seat.

"Take care, Minna. Feel free to come by if you want." Trude said with a smile as Erica shouted happily.

"Bye, bye, Minna!~ I'll definitely miss you! Stay safe!~" Erica said as well. Minna then nodded with the smile through the window as Richard drove the car as they left the base. As it kept going and going… they were finally gone. Minna can finally move on with her life. "She's gone…"

"Yeah…" Trude continued as she looked up at the sky. "This is my responsibility now. To command them. To lead. I made a promise to Minna that I will place my trust in them as they placed their trust in me. After all… I have a descendant with me. Always at my side."

"Your descendant, huh?" Hanna spoke in as Trude looked at her.

"Of course, I cannot forget about you. That I've been appointed as the new Wing Commander. I'll have everyone's back one hundred percent. Here at Neu-Luftwaffe, our armed personnel who have been with us since we came here. And that includes you, Marseille." Trude said to her.

"Really now?" Hanna then tilted her head.

"I'm serious. Otherwise, you can pack up and go, and find somewhere where you'll be treated worse than I do. So what will it be?" Trude gave her a choice whether she would follow under her wing… or leave and have a miserable, meaningless life. Of course… Hanna sighs.

"Fine… I'll fight under your wing. But I'm still going after Hartmann." Hanna said as this made Erica unamused.

"Seriously, you're joking…" Erica was not surprised.

"I am serious… And don't compare me to Yeager over here!" Hanna said as Shirley was confused as Matt sighed in the process.

"Err… What does it have to do with me, exactly?" Shirley asked in confusion.

"Honestly, I don't know…" Matt replied.

"Oh right!" I continued the moment I realized. "There is something back here at this base before we head home. I want to take my time as much as I need here in Karlsland!"

"You sure?" Mio asked me.

"Yeah. We have a lot of time before the sunset. So it'll prolly take about an hour or two. But still, I know what I'm doing." I said to them the moment I ran off in order to find Heidi first. After meeting a lot of new people here. I guess my life did reflect after all. And the moment I saw Heidi… I grabbed out my phone and made a quick call to Adi… So, she picked up.

"Hey there, Kei." Adi said on the phone. "I heard you took part in Poznan, right? Good job out there.~"

"Thanks. You wanna meet in Berlin? We have so much to talk about." I continued. "But first… I have someone you need to talk to… Heidi! Hey!"

"Hmm, Keiwa?" Heidi noticed as I approached her. "There's someone on the phone that you might want to talk to. It's the Commodore."

"T-The Commodore?" Heidi said in bewilderment. "P-Please, hand over the phone. I'd like to talk to her."

I nodded the moment I provided her the phone. Of course, she would be the one to talk to her.

Third Person POV

"Commodore…?" Heidemarie asked her.

"Schnaufer." Adolfine continued. "I assume you have something to discuss?"

"Yes… I do…" Heidemarie said with a small blush and smile. Keiwa couldn't help but smile as he finally helped her reach that dream. A dream where Heidemarie can finally reunite with her brother…

Meanwhile… outside of the base where Helmina was seen in her casual clothing as she walks out now that her life in the military is finished. There, she would meet her boyfriend Joan Stolzheim where he was seen waiting for her as he was leaning at his Porsche Cayman GT. He had brown hair and brown eyes as he wore a black rock band t-shirt and shorts as he looked at his girlfriend.

"Hey there, Joan. You were waiting for me?" Helmina said to him as he smiled a bit.

"Yeah, I was. Heard you're leaving your military life behind, right? You're still a Witch so…" Joan asked her as she was aware.

"That is true. But my magic is still there with me. So who knows when it'll fade away. I've helped a lot of Witches back at base and I've learned a lot. Now, it's my turn to help you, Joan. After all… You still have that job, right?" Helmina said to him as he chuckled.

"Yeah. I got a big delivery happening tonight and I do need your assistance on it on my next night's trip." Joan said as he would get in the car. "Here, get in."

So, Helmina then gets in the front passenger seat as he turns on the car as he takes a deep breath.

"Hey uhh… I suppose one book closes and the new one opens, right?" Joan asked her as she would giggle on that work but would agree.

"Of course. I wouldn't have thought otherwise. Now then, shall we head home before your job? I'll cook something for you. It's something I came up with." Helmina said to him as he smirked.

"Heh. Do surprise me, Helmina." So, Joan would drive down the road to leave the base… Helmina would be the second to retire… And of course… a new start for the Neu-Luftwaffe has just begun…

Vaporsea Coffee, Berlin, Karlsland Afternoon - Clear Sky

First Person POV

Background Music | Persona 5 OST - Sunset Bridge

As time passed I had to make use of my time before me and my team would return home. To do so… I took the subway underground in order to travel to Berlin. And so, here I am. Of course, me and Adi met up as we were seen sitting near the coffee table. However, I decided to take Konbei with me as he acts as a scarf because I want style. The city of Berlin is filled with people as they go about their busy lives. So you'll never know if there's civilian witches there. But the sky taxi does exist as the Witches were flying through the sky road. Adi would take a sip of the coffee as she enjoyed it.

"Ahhh…~" Adi continued in bliss. "Now that's what I call a perfect blend. So, Kei. I heard Minna stepped down and chose to leave her military life behind. Is that true?"

"Yeah. She decided this on herself since her magic is already waning. She's passing to her daughter Ann as she told me." I told her about it as she was convinced but had a smile on her face.

"Good on her. I can always respect Minna's choice since she is a singer through and through. I can only imagine what's next for her." Adi pondered about it as I drank coffee as well.

"Who knows?" I continued. "Perhaps she'll perform live on the concert stage again."

"Ahaha… Possibly." Adi continued. "Oh and… I want to bring you updates about Heidi's request."

"Really? Do tell me." I asked her as she continued.

"I've given an a-ok regarding that air museum in Calw. She wants it to have it repurposed into an air base so she can act as the Wing Commander there. Of course, I can see why she wants to reunite with her brother. I've given her as many Witches available from the Neu-Luftwaffe so she won't feel alone. Of course, some were willing to transfer so all that ends well… ends well." Adi said with those updates as I had a smile on my face.

"That's great. Both Minna and Heidi are hailed as heroes here now so at least they've earned it in the end." I said with a smile. "Anyways, anything new for you?

"Not really. Just more boring paperwork. But I'm glad that you decided to call me for a chat, no doubt." Adi continued. "After all, you seem content with your life. Despite this, you're going to return to Shousetsu to continue your duties."

"Yeah. The same old routine, if you ask me." I continued. "But hey! Once you and I got some free time… Perhaps you and I could have a proper date? I'll show you around Tokyo. I had a lot of ideas in mind. Trust me on this."

"I'll look forward to that, Kei.~" Adi said with a smile. "Now then… I suppose my break time concludes here. I called a sky taxi for you since you need to get back to your squad."

"What about you?" I asked my girlfriend as we both stood up. Adi has her hand to her hip.

"I have a ride arriving soon. No need to worry about me. Just do what you gotta do, alright?" Adi said as I nodded as I noticed a sky taxi carriage arriving as the door opened. These Witches are really doing a good job.

"Right. Talk to you later if possible, Adi." I said to her as she nodded.

"You too." Adi responded as I went inside the carriage as the door closed itself the moment she hovered up and flew me back. With the sky taxi now on the sky road, I looked at the view of the city Berlin as I had a smile on my face. It seems Karlsland will have a bright future, after all.

Air Museum, Calw, Karlsland Afternoon - Clear Sky

Third Person POV

Meanwhile back at Calw, but at the air museum… Lukas entered inside the hangar to check on Heinz's plane. Of course, he locked down the store for safety reasons. But he's been known to be quite alone. In his mind… he still misses his sister who has been working with the Neu-Luftwaffe for months. Knowing Adolfine, she would definitely look after her since her sister is considered the strongest Night Witch back in their world. However, the moment he heard the sound of a plane engine arriving… he turned around and ran straight out of the hangar… and to his surprise… It was none other than Heidemarie who managed to return to him. She had a kind smile on her face as she was hovering on the ground.

"H-Heidi…?" Lukas said her name as she nodded.

"I'm back, brother…" Heidemarie said with a smile as the two would hug each other now that the Schnaufer siblings are reunited. The two would stop hugging as Lukas was stoked to see her again.

"Heidi… You really came back!" Lukas continued as he proceeded to shed a tear. "And… I made a decision to free Wallia… she was squawking a lot but I knew I had to do the right thing. I had Wallia search for you and… she might have flown farther than I thought. Do you know where she is? I can only assume that Wallia managed to find you."

"Ahh… Wallia is right here with me, brother." Heidi said as she would twirl around once to show her new familiar since her previous one was gone. Lukas widened his eyes upon his realization.

"W-Wallia is your familiar now?" Lukas said to her as she happily nodded.

"That's right. She helped me fly again. And she'll forever remain in my heart." Heidemarie said as she placed her hand to her chest, knowing that her new familiar will be with her always.

"That's great… really great…!" Lukas would wipe his tears away as he was happy. Not only was he happy to see her again, he is also happy that Wallia is residing within her.

"But that's not all, brother." Heidemarie continued. "I got full permission from the Commodore that I can return to my hometown. Which is why this air museum will be repurposed into a military air base under the Neu-Luftwaffe, that is."

"Is there a reason why?" Lukas asked as she nodded.

"There is." Heidemarie continued. "Which is why I want to remain with you. You're the only brother… my descendant. I want the real Schnaufer name to thrive once again in this world. But I need your help in achieving it. So… will you fly with me again?"

"Always, Heidi." Lukas smiled as the two noticed to see the sunset sky where the Karlslandian Witches were flying their way to their new home in Calw. The future of the Schnaufer family continues to have a bright future ahead of them.

Orphanage, Berlin, Karlsland Afternoon - Clear Sky

Meanwhile, outside of the building where Richard stops the car nearby, allowing for Minna to get there. Of course, he was curious as to why she would want to go there.

"Here we are." Richard continued. "Is there a reason why you want to go there?"

"To pick up my descendant, Dear. I managed to find him within the wreckage and chaos back at my birthplace. He's… suffered a lot after the Neuroi destroyed nearly everything. The reconstruction will take a while but it would seem our trip to Poznan will have to wait." Minna said with a sigh as Richard looked at her as he remained calm.

"You know, I never got a chance to see what Poznan is like or… perhaps your family back in your world. I was hoping… you could tell me about it?" Richard said to her. But after a small pause when Minna heard him. She had a small smile as she looked down a little as she spoke.

"It is a nice place there. After all, the Polish made it like Warsaw, albeit a little ancient. Family wise, they are nice. My Mother and Father took note of how I'm interested in music, so they decided to bring me to Vienna to study there, which resulted in the entire family moving to Karlsland proper, so that they'll be nearby at a moment's notice." Minna explained her backstory of how her life began. Of course, she would chuckle about it and knew she had to do… "Now then, can you remain in the car and keep watch of Ann? I'll be meeting him now."

"Alright, we'll be waiting. And I'm looking forward to meeting this descendant, too. He'll be a fine addition to our family, don't you think?" Richard said to her the moment she got out of the car.

"Definitely." Minna said with a smile as she would walk towards the building on her own. Of course, her plan is to adopt her descendant into their Braun-nee-Wilcke family.

Inside the Orphanage building where the same young boy was seen sitting on the bed, remaining quiet as usual. He was about the age of 6. Of course, he doesn't remember how he got here but… he was alive for a reason. He was alone here since there were other beds but the kids were out and about, playing as the caretakers were watching over them. That is until he noticed to see the door opening. Revealing to be a red-haired woman Minna who makes eye contact with a boy.

"Klaus-Ekkehard Wilcke, yes?" Minna said to him as she would approach her. "I was given permission by the orphanage to take you in with me."

"Who are you…?" Klaus asked her.

"The one who saved your life from the destruction in Poznan." Minna continued. "I know you don't know me but… I saw through your memories. You lived a happy life until everything came crashing down on you. Confused, directionless, lost. But I'm here now… My name is Minna-Dietlinde Wilcke… or just call me Minna-Dietlinde Braun-nee-Wilcke if you prefer. I'm your counterpart of this world named Wolf-Dietritch Wilcke."

Klaus was confused but for some reason… Minna reminded him of his mother… he couldn't remember the name of her mother or father. But yet, she and mother looked the very same.

"Mother…" Klaus said as Minna tilted her head a bit. "I… I want to go with you… Mother…"

"Really?" Minna said as she had a soft smile on her face as she would approach him and ruffle his hair. "Then I'm glad. Starting today, you'll be joining my family under the Braun-nee-Wilcke name."

As Minna was about to go… she would stop and would talk to him again.

"Oh and one more thing…" Minna then begins to concentrate her magical energy once again as the wolf ears and tail appear on her as Klaus would be astonished. She looked at him with a smile on her face the moment she lends her hand out to him. "I'm a Witch."

And so… Klaus would get off the bed as he would take her hand. Thus… Klaus has found his happiness. And so does Minna.

Neu-Luftwaffe Air Base, Frankfurt, Karlsland Afternoon - Clear Sky

First Person POV

Background Music | Persona 4 OST - SMILE

And so… it's finally time. The time for us Typhoon Coffin Platoon and the Typhoon Witches to leave. The rest of them were inside the transport plane of a Skytrain as there was me, Mio, Eihn, and Aurora remaining. Of course, we do need to say our goodbyes. I did notice that Shirley and Matt had already left since they were on a supply run. The entire Karlslandian Witches are training hard but Erica, Ursula, Hanna, and Raisa were there as we had a decent talk.

"I guess that means you're leaving already, then?" Erica said as she felt a bit down. "Was hoping to chat with you guys more."

"Don't worry, Hartmann." Mio continued. "If your new Wing Commander ever thinks about coming to our base for a collaboration. We'd like to welcome you with open arms. Again, that is for her to decide."

"I guess so… Hey, Keiwa!" Erica then looked at me. "If we do come here… You better show us some cool places in Shousetsu. Like uh… chocolates! Yeah! Chocolates!"

"Sister, is that really the time to think?" Ursula said to her twin sister.

"C'mon, sis! An ace myself must think about sweets!" Erica added as she seemed energetic about it.

"I-I see… anyways, Kaburagi. If we do come to your country. I'd like to know more about you. Perhaps I can create something for you and the platoon as well. But again, you're free to visit our base at any time." Ursula said with a small smile.

"Thanks, we'll consider it." I replied.

"We'll look forward to seeing you again, Typhoon Coffin Platoon." Raisa said as she looked at her wingman. "Tina?"

"Y-Yeah… Feel free to come back, alright?" Hanna said to us as she blushed.

"Thanks. Now then… we should get going now." I said to the four as they all nodded.

"Hey, we don't have time. Get inside." Alexandra said to us.

"We're coming!" I told her as we went in. And then, the transport plane builds up speed and takes off as I look outside the window to see them waving goodbye at us.

With a smile on my face… I'm more than happy to say that Karlsland is in safe hands… their hands.

Background Music End

Third Person POV

Meanwhile inside Gertrud's office… She was seen having a rough time as she looked at the paperwork that she was provided. With her pen in her right hand… she was having trouble with it, apparently. Of course, Jered was seen doing half of her paperwork as well as he looked at his… love interest.

"So this is how Minna has been dealing with this… This is more troublesome than I expected…" Gertrud said with slight visible frustration.

"Either way, you're the Wing Commander now, Gertrud. And it's your responsibility to look after them." Jered said to her.

"I know…" Gertrud continued as she placed the pen on the table as she relaxed on the chair as she seemed to be stressed out. "So, how are things on your end?"

"Decent." Jered continued as he stopped. "You know… I think you made the right decision in bringing Gerhard's plane to this base. We just need the workers to clean it and everything will be fine."

"That is true… Say, Jered… I… I need some comfort. Is it okay if we can take a break from this paperwork?" Gertrud said with a blush. Knowing her… Jered would chuckle with a smile as he is willing to do anything for her.

"We can. Remember, you have me. And I have you. No matter what obstacles we face. We face it together." Jered said to her as the two would get close.

"You're right… Together…~" Gertrud blushed more as the two would proceed to share a deep, passionate kiss lip to lip, tongue to tongue. Gertrud was lightly moaning as they would be ready to lead Neu-Luftwaffe to the new future and face those challenges together.

Thus, the future… is forever bright.

Then next shows Aulis Juutilainen who was seen with Eila as they were helping the civilians in dealing with the blizzard in Helsinki. Next shows Sanya Litvyak who was seen flying alone in the night under the moonlight. Next shows Gertrud who was seen drinking coffee to look outside the window with Jered to see Hanna chasing down Erica as Gertrud sighed and Jered laughed. Then the next scene shows Minna walking with Richard as she was holding Ann while she was holding Klaus' hand as they were walking down the streets of Vienna.

And now I'm sure, I know

The break of dawn is where I'll go

Then the next scene shows Keiwa who was seen drowning underwater until Adolfine and Tomoko were seen diving to reach his hands. Keiwa then opened his eyes as he would proceed to take their hands as it shows the split second of the antagonists of Princess Shino, Zachery Goose, and Chris Keera.

For the highest point is what I will seek

Running through, never stopping on the way to The Peak, yeah

Even though you're numb, you can't help but laugh

'cause it looks like all the pain you felt before is in the past, it seems

Here I stand I'm ready to face the world

Doesn't matter if my legs are quivering, my flag's unfurled, yeah

I'll keep on going, just a little bit more

'cause the moment of awakening, I feel it in my core, right now

The next scene shows Keiwa with Konbei enhancing him as he drew out his katana as he was wrapped in electricity as he falls down from the sky as he pierced through the Neuroi as the core was destroyed as the Witches saw the Neuroi shattering in white flakes. Then the next scene shows Takami Karibuchi flying freely with her Striker Arm as Jane Thatch, Mie Shindou, and Tendou Karibuchi watched her soar. Next shows Tomoko taking part in the film as she was doing stunts. Then the next scene shows Aurora pulling the large wagon as Keiwa, Eihn, and Mio were on it. Then the next scene shows Mio within the middle of the forest as she swings her katana in her stance as she slashes the tree in half. Then the next scene shows Aurora firing her tank cannon from her shoulder as Eihn jumps over her as he slams down his tower shield to create spikes of ice. Then the next scene shows the Typhoon Witches flying through the sky as the view zooms out to show them leaving a cloud on contrails from a far. Then the next scene shows Lukas piloting the Bf-110 G-4 with Heidemarie in the passenger seat as she powers the plane with her magic, soaring through the night sky of Calw. Then the next scene shows Adolfine standing on the top of the Tokyo Skyscraper to look at the view. Then it switches to the scene with everyone present including the 501st Witches as they would join Keiwa as they would stand to join together to see the sunrise. Of course, in front of them is a parallel reflection as it shows the 501st Witches from the previous world looking at them as it created a split screen until the screen transitions to show scenes of the past of the 501st's efforts in liberating Gallia, Venezia, and Berlin along with the character's ambitions as it zooms out from Keiwa's eyes they all looked up at the sky.

It's the time of resurrection, yeah I feel it in my core, right now

And then, the scene transitions shows Keiwa waking up back in his room as he got off his bed as he called Konbei to rest on his neck like a scarf as he would have a smile the moment he leaves as it ends with the picture frame on the table that shows Keiwa, Adolfine, Tomoko, Mio, Aurora, Eihn, and Alexandra along with the Typhoon Witches together at the airbase.

Author's Notes: HOOOOOOOLY! This was the longest chapter I've done. Of course, this is the last Karlsland Arc of this chapter so it needs to go off with a bang… along with a new opening I've decided to choose going forward since it fits as it is meant to be a new era for Witch Musume as a whole. And of course within this arc. This will finally give Minna a good closure on her story as she will finally live a happy life with her family. Trude becomes the new Wing Commander of the Neu-Luftwaffe as she will have to take responsibility for leading them. And of course, there are plans to create separate Witch Musume stories that will be set after the Karlsland arc as I want to try exploring new concepts. So who knows when it'll happen. However, Keiwa's journey is not over yet since he has a lot of things ahead of him. As well as various characters who also need to face their problems, too. Oh yeah, and Heidemarie now has a new separate power similar to Keiwa, Eihn, and Kyo's. That's something. Of course, I wouldn't forget the glossary since there are a lot of characters to go by. So yeah, look forward to what's next. Until then, peace out!
