Summary: Mackenzie Oliver was believed to be dead after a boat accident that occured in Blue Bay Harbour. Unknown until now Tommy Oliver believed his little sister was dead, that is until a mysterious Ice Ninja has been showing up in Reefside. What is her motive and will Tommy finally reunite with his baby sister?

Finally posting again since i heard some of the stats and everything is fixed. Mack was Cayleigh but i want to change the name and improve the grammer. Ryan and Jason will still be in this story.

Six Months Ago...Blue Bay Harbour..

Tommy Oliver strolled along the beach in Blue Bay Harbour after recieving news that his 17 year old sister had died in a boat accident along with her friend and soccer teammate Sarah Mercer.

Tommy noticed the crowd dispersing away as night fell. Tommy was broken man but he refused to let it show. He knelt down grazing the little white cross that was placed next to the rocks.

"Tommy". He stood up to face Hunter Bradley and Tori Hanson. Tori handed him a silver and blue case. "What is this?"

Tori blew out a breath as she wiped her tears away. She had met Mackenzie when she came to Blue Bay for her soccer tournament. "Tommy this was hers. I don't know if she ever told you but she was a very powerful ranger here in Blue Bay and a very powerful ice ninja. She fulfilled a destiny in helping us defeat Lothor."

Tommy slowly took the case from the girl. "Thank you Tori." He Turned to Hunter. "Hunter are the crews certain she's not alive?"

Hunter lowered his head before looking at him. "Yeah they searched until daybreak this morning but they believe due to the current..." He couldn't fiinish.

Tommy put the sentence together and hugged both of them. "Thank you for being in her life. I better go i have to let some people know what's going on. Please stay in touch"

Tommy hopped in his jeep and drove to let one person know.

Mariner Bay...

Tommy sucked in a breath as he walked up the steps of the small grey and white house. Tommy knew how close his baby sister and the Mitchell family were. William thought of her as his own daughter. His son Ryan loved her like his own sister along with Dana. They had a history.

Tommy got out of his jeep and walked to the open garage. "Ryan are you home?!"

Footsteps sounded down the steps as the former titanium ranger appeared. "Tommy? hey what brings you here?". Ryan asked giving Tommy and manly hug.

"Ryan, uh, i don't know how to tell you this. Ryan, Mack was in an accident yesterday. Mack died". Ryan stepped back in disbelief. "She was in a boat accident in Blue Bay Harbour."

"No! Tommy she can't be!" Ryan cried falling onto the front step. Ryan felt the tears run down his cheeks. "She can't be".

"I'm sorry. Your the first person i told."

"I'll tell my Dad and Dana." He told Tommy and they both stood up. Tommy watched as he walked quietly into the house. Tommy wiped his own tears and made the drive to Angel Grove.

Angel Grove...

Once Tommy informed as many friends as he could he parked in the driveway of his old house. Their parents had moved to Flordia so the house was sold but he still had his key to get the rest of his stuff since the new owners wouldn't be moving in for a few months.

He smiled lghtly at all the pictures on the mantle of the fireplace. He picked up the one that showed the unmorphed zeo team with Mack on Adam's back. He put it in an empty box and walked down the hall. Tommy swallowed coming to her open bedroom door. It was only a month since he dropped her off in Blue Bay. "Oh Mack"

He turned his head as footsteps sounded behind him. "What are you doing here?"

"I saw your jeep" Kimberly Hart spoke. "Tommy i'm so sorry".

Tommy didn't pull back as she hugged him. "I don't know if i can do this, i don't know if i can just pack her stuff away"

Kim wiped his tears. "Let me help you"

"No its okay i can do it." He croaked out as his hands shook.

Kim took his hands into hers. "Hey its okay i got it". She took the box from him. "Tommy do you know what happened?"

Tommy sat on his sister's bed holding one of her purple pillows. "They were celebrating winning the soccer tournament when she and her teammate Sarah took a boat out. They lost control in a rip current and crashed."

"I know i wasn't her favorite person but i still loved and will always love her." Kim told him. "What are you going to do?"

"I live in Reefside now. I accepted a job once school starts there in six months. Until then i am going to an island with a friend of mine" He told her. "Man that seems like forever ago" He said with a smirk as Kim was holding a photo of a 9 year old Mack in the old command center. "I thought this picture was lost but as to how she kept it hidden from Mom and Dad i'll never know"

"Tommy did Zordon ever make her a ranger?" She asked him as she folded the blankets on the girl's bed placing them in the box.

"No, he wanted to and we would have loved to but we i couldn't have her be in that type of danger. We all knew she could do it but i vowed to protect her and let her grow up normal. We we found the zeo crystal there was a small piece that chose her. I came home one night and found it glowing above her as she slept. Billy made the zeonizer but i couldn't bring myself to give it to her"

"But she has ninjetti powers"

"She does but she never used them, she never had to." He answered as Kim packed away some of her clothes. "I'm bringing her stuff to Reefside"

"Tommy do you and Mack still have your link?"

He nodded. "Yeah we always will believe me i tried reaching out to see if she was just lost out there but nothing. Thanks for helping me" He took the two boxes from her. "I better get home. I will see you all in a week for the service. Mom and Dad are coming, i know we don't have a body but we are doing a memorial and we are all getting together at the command center ruins"

"I will see you then"

One week later...

Tommy stood on the edge of the cliff overlooking Angel Grove from where the old command center stood. They had just from a memorial in her memory.

"Hey Man"

"Hey Jase"

"You okay?"

Tommy shook his head and out his hands in his pockets. "I don't know. It reminds me of howwe all felt when Zordon died".

"You remember how she reacted when she first met him?"

Tommy laughed. "Yeah, she jumped so fast she threw her soccer ball at his tube and it bounced and hit you in the head. Gosh he loved her and she grew to love him."

"You know the Zeonizer is still underground here. I just wished she could have known about it" Jason informed him.

Tommy turned looking at the group of veteran rangers. "I guess we'll never know."

Rocky walked over. "Tommy i have to head home but if you need anything let me or Aisha know"

Tommy smiled knowing she was soon due to have her baby. "Thank's man, give her my love"

They all spent hours just sharing stories. Once Tommy was left alone on top of the hill he could sense a presence as he stood next to his jeep. He turned to his left. "Who are you?" He demanded of the figure dressed in white.

"Soon Tommy Oliver you will be destroyed!" She bellowed as she streaked away. Tommy gave one last look in the direction the figure ran then got into his jeep and went home confused and broken.

Present Day...Reefside 2004

" i know i signed up for protecting Reefside from Mesogog but this!" Kira Ford yelled gesturing to the mess in the dino lab. "This lab looks like a tornado hit it"

Tommy jumped as she slammed files in front of him. "Sorry, but Kira i chose you to help me because i know girls love to have things organized"

Kira huffed and sat down. "Dr.O can i ask you something?"

He glanced at his yellow ranger. "Sure"

"Who is the girl in that picture?" Kira asked him pointing to the picture above the monitor. Tommy took it from her.

Tommy tracked her face. "Mack." It was a picture of his sister inbetween Tommy and Ryan, her arms around their necks. "Mackenzie, Mack for short. She's my sister"

Kira's mouth dropped. "You never told use you have a sister!"

"She died six months ago" He swallowed placing the picture on the desk. "Six months ago in a boat accident. This picture was taken three years ago when we got back from our moon mission"

Kira frowned. "I'm sorry"

"Thanks. Some days i still feel her. Mack was my whole world. Every ranger she met loved her."

Kira leaned back. "Were you close?"

"We were. Look Kira how about i finish this you can do and get ready for your gig at Hayley's" Tommy suggested with a sad smile. Tommy watched as she walked out of the lab. Tommy's eyes went to the case that Tori had given him but he never opened it. Tommy blew out a breath and lifted the lid.

Tommy'seyes went to a picture of his sister posing with the ninja storm rangers. He squinted as he noticed she had an icy blue left eye and a scar running down her left cheek. "You never had that last time i saw you" He whispered. Tommy felt a click on the lid as the bottom popped open. "No way". He looked to see a ninja storm morpher but it looked different.

The morpher was white and silver. It had the head of a lion on the front of it. "It can't be" Tommy knew exactly what the morpher was so he called the only person that Mack would have confided it. "Hey its Tommy. Adam can you come by Reefside i need to talk to you"

Tommy hung up and headed for the park. "Adam!" He called greeting the former black ranger who was walking in the parking lot. "Man its good to see you"

"You to" Adam replied with a smile. "You sounded desperate on the phone"

Tommy was about respond when a blur circled them. They grunted as they were both kicked to the ground landing on their backs. Once the blur stopped both men stood up.

Tommy' eyes glared as he realized it was the same figure he encounted six month aso. "You again?"

"Me" The figure hissed.

"Friend of yours?" Adam asked getting into a fighting stance.

"No" Tommy answered. "It not our first meeting though"

"It will be your last" The firgure snarled launching ice bullets towards them.

Adam back flipped out of the way. He ran grabbing the ninja's arms. He stared into the icy eyes glaring at him. "Stop! we're the good guys!"

"I have no time for you" The niinja threw her head back headbutting him. She grabbed his arm throwing him into a tree.

"Back off!" Conner Mcknight yelled helping Adam up. "Hey! your Adam the black ranger"

"Yeah" Adam spoke patting Conner's arm. Tommy joined them. They watched as an ice box formed around them trapping them.

"Tsk tsk tsk" The ninja wagged her finger as the three men banged to get out.

"What do you want?" Conner demanded. "Are you working for Mesogog?"

"I do not know of this Mesogog".

Everyone covered their ears as Kira let out a ptera scream breaking the ice sending the ninja back. "This is not over". She vowed as she streaked away.

"Thanks Kira" Conner spoke.

"No problem. Who was that?"

"I don't know but lets get back to the lab" They all followed Tommy back to the lab. Once they got back Tommy introduced Adam.

"So your the black ranger to. Dr.O stole your colour" Ethan giggled out. Tommy rolled his eyes. "So who is this ninja?"

Adam crossed his arms as Tommy gestured for him to share what he knew. "I know you guys saw the video diary of our ranger journey." He took the ninja morpher from Tommy. "This morpher was owned by a Sensei centuries ago. Her name was Sensei Moya and she was the most powerful ice ninja on the planet"

"What happened to her?" Kira asked.

Tommy stepped forward. "Ninjor, the one who helped us get our ninjetti powers told us about her years ago. Moya became vengeful against her family when they chose her sister Sensei Freya to become head ice ninja in their family. After that Moya went on a revenge spree destroying their home and almost destroying her family. Freya stopped her by puttng her into a deep sleep in a coffin of ice"

"This was her morpher" Tommy finished. "Tori from Blue Bay gave me a box with Mack's stuff and this was inside. As to how Mack got this i don't know"

Kira held the morpher in her hands. "How did you guys find out about the legend?"

"Mack". Adam whispered. "Shortly after we got out ninjetti powers Mack stayed behind in the command center while we were out in a fight. See Mack never listened so she ran out to help but the monster froze a lake trapping her underwater. We got her out but she was freezing. Ninjor found her animal spirit inside of her which helped save her life."

Tommy stepped in. "Thats when she got curious and wanted to know more about ninjas so he told her the legend"

"Whats her animal spirit?" Kira asked Adam.

"An eagle. Her ninjetti colour is purple"

"But why dId Mack have the morpher? what is the connection?" Conner asked crossing his arms. They jumped as Tommy punched the wall.

"We'll never know because she isn't alive to tell us!" He bellowed in sadness. Adam placed a hand on his shoulder.

"Um guys what is that?" Ethan managed pointing behind the two men. They turned to see a purple light twirling around them.

Tommy gasped and grabbed his chest as his chest erupted and a white falcon flew out. The purple light formed into an eagle as the two birds flew towards each other. Once they parted the light went away and the two older men shared a look.

"Mack" was all Tommy spoke.
