The next morning Mack woke up but never got up as she laid on her side looking out the window of her room. She could hear Tommy in the kitchen moving around.

"Hey" She heard his voice from the door. "How are you feeling?"

She shrugged. "I'm okay".

"I made you breakfast"

"Not hungry"

Tommy sighed. "Mack please you have to eat something"

"I told you no" Her voice stronger. "Now go away"

Tommy walked out of her room and back into the kitchen and looked at the man sitting in front of him.

"How is she?" Ryan Mitchell asked. He had arrived an hour earlier. Tommy had filled him in on what happened.

Tommy kept his eyes down the hall. "I don't know, Hunter warned me this would happen but i have never seen her like this"

"Let me try" Ryan offered walking to the door. He knocked. "Mack?". Ryan softly opened the door and went inside.

Mack felt tears sting at the voice. "Please go, you don't need to see me like this" She begged as his face came into view. She tried to turn away but he stopped her. "Don't Ryan please"

"Mack its me, talk to me it can just be me and you" Ryan locked eyes with her as she rolled over to face him. "Come on lets go for a walk okay?"

Dhe finally gave in. She got dressed and let Ryan lead her out of the house. He lead her to the pond in the back of Tommy's house and they both sat down on the grass. "Why are you being so hard on yourself?"

Mack hugged herself. "Because I deserve it" She said simply picking at the grass. "I don't want to stay here"

"Mack" She looked at him slowly. "Remember what you told me four years ago?" He done something he hasn't done but it signaled their bond. He took her hand as if giving a high five but laced his fingers through hers. "You told me not to let my past define my present or my future now its time you listen to your own advice. Mack you know it wasn'tour fault what happened. Please stay. You know you can get rhough this just like you showed i could back then now let me do the same for you."

Mack looked at their intertwined hands. "How can i stay around the people i care about knowing i hurt them?"

Tommy walked up and sat to her right. "You don't do it alone. You were there for both of us now let us do the same"

"You mean that?"

"We do." Tommy assured her as Ryan nodded. "Here". He took her hand and placed the silver bracelet with the white gem place on top. "Mack this is a dino gem , its how my team and I got our powers. It saw the good in you and it chose you. Mack will you join me and my team and help us destroy Mesogog?"

Mack fingered the white gem. "I know what it is, its not your typical gem though it was Moya's. Her essence bonded with it centuries ago so its a little different then what you have. Yes i will help you".

Tommy and Ryan cheered causing her to giggle and roll her eyes. "I am so proud of you sis believe me i am" He told her as he hugged her tight. "Zordon would be to".

She let go of her brother and turned to Ryan who treated her as a sister. "Thank you Ryan, for being in my life the way you are".

"Anytime, now come on you need to eat" He pulled her to his feet. She wrapped her arms around each of them as they walked back to the house. They came to a halt at the figure standing on the porch and he did not look happy.

"Jason" Mack whispered as the smile she had faded.

"How long" His voice was so low it scared her. "I said how long?"

"Jaso-"

He cut her off. "How long have you been alive?!"

"This whole time but you don't know the truth!" She yelled as tears ran down her cheeks. She could see the look of betrayal on his face. The hurt in his eyes.

Jason shook his head darting his eyes between Tommy and Ryan. "You know what screw this. If you didn't need me six months ago then you don't need me now" He hissed speeding off.

"Jason!" She cried. "This is why i didn't want to stay here!"

"He'll come around let him cool off and he will come back you know he will" Tommy told her leading her found herself being led downstairs to the lab. "This is the dino lab"

"Wow you became Zordon" She managed to speak looking around. "Although i have to say being in one underwater was kind of cooler".

Ryan gave her a high five.

"Tommy this is crazy but i am glad its you mentoring whoever the other rangers are" She told her brother with a smile. They all looked at her stomach as it growled. "I better go eat"

Jason sped down the street and parked outside of Hayley's Cyberspace. He banged his steering wheel in anger.

"Jason?"

Jason got out to see Adam. "Adam? what are you doing here?"

"Getting a smoothie for Mack" He answered.

"You know she is alive?"

"Yeah its why i am in Reefside, wait you don't know do you?"

Jason felt a wave of guilt. "Adam what happened to her six months ago?" Both men sat down at the table outside.

Adam wped his head. "Jason Mack was involved in the boat accident but she got possessed by the spirit of an evil essence. Tommy came to me for help since we knew the legend. We freed her and now she is struggling".

Jason felt like he was hit in the gut. "God i didn't know and i blew her off. Adam is she alright?"

"Honestly, no. She doesn't want to stay here but Tommy called Ryan and they have a bond that is different. Jason she wanted to tell you. She texted me last night and told me she was going to surprise you"

"What do i do?"

"Talk to her let her know that you are still there for her like you always have been. We both know she will be alright. Here take her smoothie to her for me i have to help Hayley anyway". Adam patted his shoulder and headed back inside.

"Okay i am moving to Ryan's if that means i get these pancakes everyday" Mack sighed in delight after eating. "Ryan thank you"

Ryan gave her a huge hug. "Mack you need anything you call, Listen how about you come by Mariner Bay next weekend since the carnival will be back".

"You got it" Ryan waved and left.

She turned to her brother who was drinking coffee. "So what's there to do here besides fighting?"

"You are staying home, your still a little weak and i want you to get your strength back, while you were talking to Ryan Dana called to check in so just one more night of rest please"

"Ugh fine" She huffed going to lay on his couch.

"But if you want we could have a movie night like we used to do" He told her lifting her legs and laying them across his lap. "Mack can i ask you something?"

"Hmmm?" She answered with her eyes closed.

"How did you get the silver eye? i mean know you had them when we found you but why is one of your eyes still silver?"

She swallowed and slowly sat up. "Its a long story".

"I got time Mack, i saw some of it. Naya connected with me and i saw Lothor attacking you".

"Let me go change and i will tell you" She told him getting up to go shower and change into her pajamas as night was falling.

Tommy opened the door as he heard knocking. "Jason? come in"

"I brought Mack a smoothie i was hoping to talk"

Mack walked out of her room to see Jason standing in the kitchen. "Hey" She whispered.

"Mack i'm so sorry" He spoked as they sat down. Mack sat with her legs across Tommy's lap. She leaned her back against the other arm of the couch as Jason sat in the chair across.

She swallowed as she knew it was time to tell them her story. "You guys know i went to Blue Bay for soccer six months ago. I went exploring in the woods and found a temple, Moya's temple. Lothor found me and revived her spirit. Since she was a vengeful spirit i turned evil. I destroyed a lot of things in Blue Bay Harbour. The ninja storm rangers destroyed the weapon she used which freed me from her curse."

"What happened to her spirit?" Jason asked.

"The vengeful part of her found peace. Moya left me her essence as a thank you for freeing her which is why my eye is silver. All Moya wanted in her life was to know people were proud of how strong of a ninja she was and m friends and I did that. After i was freed she blessed me with her own version of a dino gem and her morpher. I made a promise to defeat Lothor with my friends."

"Mack but the accident, what happened?" Jason pushed.

"After i was freed we sealed her evil essence away. My soccer team and I were celebrating our last win when my friend Sarah and I took a boat out. We hit a rip tide and we both got thrown from it after it crashed. When i hit the water i had a vision of one of my students knock over the stone that held the essence so it came back to me as i was the original vessel. For six months i stayed hidden and wreaked havoc once again until now"

Jason and Tommy shared a glance. "Mack i'm sorry i didn't know".

She reached over and grabbed his hand. "Its okay Jase. I know her spirit is out there and at peace i guess i need to find my own"

"Your an Oliver so trust me you will be okay" Tommy told her patting her knees.

"Give me your hand" Mack asked of him. She took his hand. "Now relax. Ninjor created our bond those years ago. Moya is a part of me so since we are blood i am creating my own with you" Tommy watched as his sister's silver eye began to glow. He felt a shiver go through his body as a white orb went into his dino gem. "There you have some of Moya's essence in 'll know what to do when you are ready"

Jason nearly leapt out of his chair as a lion appeared in front of him. Mack busted out laughing. "What is that? Mack. "

"Jason meet Naya. Naya this is Jason. Naya was Moya's guardian centruries ago when i got possessed she became mine and she still is" She could barely hold her laughter.

Naya growled in delight and nudged his knee with her huge paw. Naya laid down on the floor.

"So Tommy you haven't retired?" Mack spoke up to her brother.

"No i got captured by Mesogog and he wanted me to free the black gem. It got freed from a stone and chose me" He told her. "I am also an the best science teacher at the school".

"I heard. I saw you at the school. Under Moya's influence we ventured around Reefside and i saw you. She let me see and feel everything" She let out a yawn.

"Come on lie down" Jason told her laying a pillow under her head. She was out as soon as he pulled a blanket over her. "I can't believe she is actually here"

Tommy lifted her legs and stood up. "I know now we have to tell everyone. I will get her schedule tomorrow at school plus i know she wants to meet my team"

"Tommy is Moya's evil essence really gone?"

Tommy nodded. "Yeah it is, part of her is still in Mack the good part at least. Jason there is one thing she don't know and i had to see it to believe it but Zordon helped free her"

"How? he was destroyed?"

"Trust me i don't know but i saw him. I am waiting for the right time to tell her. I am planning a trip to Angel Grove so i may bring her to the ruins and tell her" Tommy informed him as he drank from his coffee cup.

"Before i forget to ask what ninja powers does she have?"

Tommy grinned. "She can control ice. We should get her to bed".

"I got her" Jason offered walking over lifting her into his arms. He brought her to her room and laid her in her bed. He covered her. "Sweet dreams Mack".

"Listen Tommy i am going to head home. Let me know if either of you need anything".

Tommy nodded. "I will".

Tommy locked the door and walked to his own room. "You got your own spot your not sleeping here" He told Naya as she was on his bed. Naya didn't lift her head. "Naya out"

All he got in reponse was purring from the huge animal. Tommy laid down under the blankets and scratched her head. He let sleep take him.
