Chapter 3: The Fish:

Ye Xian's POV:

I was still trapped in this palace.

"Do not worry," says Gold-Eyes, "all will be better soon!"

Dragon King's POV:

I was in my balcony when I saw her talking. "Benbo, Babbo, I want you to find out who she's talking to," I said. "If it's a man, I'll have him executed right in front of her!"

Ye Xian's POV:

I was looking at the jaded green pillar. Why is this so important? It doesn't seem that special to me, honesty.

"Marvelous, isn't it," asks Gold-Eyes.

"I suppose," I said, "but I do not really see it-"

"Yes, I understand, "says Gold-Eyes, "but that is because you do not see it for what it really is. Sometimes, you need to take a closer look."

I tried. "I am sorry, but I just see a pillar," I said.

"Perhaps one day," says Gold-Eyes.

Dragon King's POV:

"A fish," I asked, "that's it? We live in an undersea kingdom! It would be weird if a fish didn't talk to her!"

"See your point," says Babbo.

"I can't believe that I was worried about something so common," I said.

"The Fish has golden scales and golden eyes. The fish is also trying to make her feel better," says Benbo.

"She must be planning an escape," I said, "do you know what a fish is good for?"

"Advice," asks Benbo.

"Why would a fish be good for advice," I asked.

"A servant," asks Babbo.

"Food," I said, "you are going to distract Ye Xian so that I may eat the fish!"

Ye Xian's POV:

After beating the Dragon King's servants in that race. "That was fun," I said.

"I'm tired, Babbo!"

"Me too, Benbo!"

I decided to see the friends I have made while being trapped here.

"Ye Xian, how was the race," asks Dai Zhu. She lost one of her tail fins thanks to the Dragon King.

"At first, I thought it was strange they wanted to race me," I said, "but it was fun. Especially when I beat them."

"Oh look, the future queen is here," says Guo Xun. He's usually that way with everyone.

"Don't be a sour puss," says Hui Zou. She's very perky.

Shui Yi was napping. He's always very tired. Shuren He almost sneezed. "Hey guys, did you know that star fish are shaped like stars," asks Dong Zhen. He's not always all there.

"Hi," says Bao Xing, popping out from behind Guo Xun.

"How do you do that," asks Guo Xun.

I then sighed. "I'm sure you'll get out of this," says Dai Zhu.

"Yeah, maybe the Dragon King will realize there's no way you could love him and then let you go," says Guo Xun, "even he can't be that dumb."

"Watch who you call dumb," says the Dragon King as he enters the kitchen with a sack in his hand.

"Yeah, Dong Zhen," says Guo Xun putting the blame on Dong Zhen.

"I am so sorry that I call you dumb," says Dong Zhen who actually thought that he did call the Dragon King dumb.

"Right," says the Dragon King who then hands a bag to Dai Zhu, "oh and prepare this!"

"What is it," I asked.

"A special dish your friends will be making," says the Dragon King, "goldfish!"
