Twenty years after they had defeated General Modula, Lance and Iiana were at the palace on Galaluna.
"Looks like things are going well on Dastris, we have been reporting a lot of new material coming from the mines of late," said Lance while going through some papers that he was holding.
"I still don't like mining a whole planet," said Iiana.
"Dastris was already a dead planet, no life signs were discovered when we did our initial and follow up scans of it," said Lance.
"And if we're going to start new colonies then we need all the material we can get to set them up on planets that we can live on rather than dead ones," he said.
"So you have said before," said Iiana.
"But it just feels like there's more we can do than just going around and mining planets even if they are dead," she said. Suddenly, the door opened before two ten-year-old kids ran inside.
"Mom, dad, we need to leave now if we're going to make it in time," said one of the kids who was a boy while the other a girl.
"Yeah, we don't want to be late," said the girl.
"Alright, we were about to finish here anyway," said Lance.
"You two are happy to see your Uncle Octus and Aunt Kimmy, aren't you?" asked Iiana as she walked over to the kids.
"We haven't seen them in three months now," said the boy.
"Yeah, and it's a big time for him and Aunt Kimmy," said the girl.
"Okay, okay, go get your stuff and we'll head to the teleport station once you're back," said Iiana.
"Thanks mom," said the two while hugging her.
"Isic, Jane," said Lance before they could leave the room.
"Leave the hoverboards at home this time, we don't want a repeat of the last time you took them to Earth," he said.
"Accidentally ruin one party and you can't use hoverboards on Earth ever again," said Isic as they left.
