Chapter 10: The Festival:
Ye Xian's POV:
Now that I got my dress, I was ready for the festival. I put the stone in my pocket. "I was just thinking," says Hyun-Ah, "what if your boss sees you?"
"She doesn't seem that bright," I said, "and her daughter's almost as dumb as my half-sister."
"How dumb is your half-sister," asks Hyun-Ah.
"Don't ask," I said.

We then got to the festival. All the girls were expecting to dance with Mongryong, but he chose me. We then danced the night away.

"So, what was that about the Dragon King," asks Mongryong.
"He expected me to marry him," I said, "so I ran away."
"And I'm guessing he didn't take that well," says Mongryong.
"Nope," I said.
Hyun-Ah's POV:
While they were dancing, I took the stone and gave it to the Dragon King's Minions.
"Don't be sad. You've done good, girl." says Benbo.
"Go home. Your storm is coming," says Babbo.
They leave while chuckling but still I feel bad about it.
Ye Xian's POV:
Just as we were about to kiss... I started to change, and I was back to my old self, but I was still wearing my azure dress with the cloak of kingfisher feathers, but my golden slippers are now on the ground. "What happened to you," asks Mongryong.
"The water," I said, "throw me in the water!"
He then does so, and the Dragon King comes, and he was wearing the stone around his neck. "Well, hello, you. Now, I'm going to show you why you never escape from me," says the Dragon King as he wraps his arms around my chest and waist.
"Let her go," says Mongryong.
"Ye Xianipoo and Stonypoo both had a momentary fling; I'm taking her and the stone to my palace. In fact, they'll be the guests of honor at my twice celebrations tonight. Invite only," says the Dragon King, then he sees Hyun-ah, "And a warm thanks to you for the help, my child. Tell your village the drought is over. It's all over. For you, your people, and the entire world!" He laughs maniacally as drags me away.
Dragon King's POV:
"And now for the announcement..." says Babbo.
"After his world domination tour..." says Benbo.
"Will be..."
"The grand wedding of..."
"Ye Xian and Ao Guang the Dragon King!" says Babbo and Benbo.
Dragon King: Ye Xian and I are finally getting married tonight

Mongryong's POV:
I confronted Hyun-Ah. "Did you have anything to do with this," I asked, "I saw you going into her pockets while we were dancing. I tried to let her know, in fact."
"I had to," says Hyun-Ah, "he promised to give my village rain if I did what he said! But I have no idea he's going to drown the world!"
"Did you think he's going to keep his word of helping your village," I asked, "I have to save her!"
"How," asks Hyun-Ah.
"I don't know," I said.
