Chapter 2: Through the Looking-Glass:

Alice's POV:

I was talking to Cyrus. "Well... maybe we can tell Hamish the ship is haunted," says Cyrus, "no, only an idiot would fall for that."

"And besides, if he can't have the ship, he'll take my home," I said.

"Things would be much simpler in Underland," says Cyrus.

"Not as simple as you might think," says a certain butterfly.

"Absolem," I said.

"Both of you," says Absolem, "follow me!" He then started flying.

"Come on," I said.

"Wait, what," asks Cyrus.

. . .

We were then in this room. We saw Absolem go through this looking glass. "Curiouser and curiouser," I said.

"Alice, I have a guess on where that leads," says Cyrus, "and I'd like to point out that last time I was there, we were chased by a red knight, I had to travel in your pocket, and my head was almost crushed by the Red Queen's giant head! When I said things were simpler, I was joking-"

"Did you not say you would do anything for me," I asked.

"I... did say that," says Cyrus, angrily.

"Then come on!" I then climbed up the mantel piece and I went through the looking glass...

. . .

Now I'm in this strange room where I'm small and a tiger skin rug was roaring. Cyrus then came in. "Alice, I swear, sometimes, I think-"

"Come on," I said. We then got on this chess board where these knights were whining at us. I then backed up and knocked this talking egg off the window.

"Wait," says Cyrus, "isn't that..."

"All my horses and all my men," says the King, "put him back together again!"

The chess pieces then start doing so.

"He's real," asks Cyrus. We then got down.

I picked up a piece. "Sorry," I said.

"Still as impulsive as ever," says Absolem, "always let your curiosity get the better of you... but then again, I did invite you."

"And why did you invite us," asks Cyrus.

"Because Alice is needed," says Absolem, "go through that door and watch your step!"

"Wait, why am I here," asks Cyrus.

"Because you need this," says Absolem.

I then went through the door, and I fell from a very high area. Wait, a giant room in the sky... was I in the Giant's castle?
