Chapter 3: Mad as a Hatter:
Alice's POV:
I landed in the middle of a tea party, and I saw the White Queen, Bayard, Mally, Thackery, Nivins, Tweedle Dee, Tweedle Dum, and the Bandersnatch.
"Alice," says Nivins.
"She's late," says Mally.
"It's that girl again," says Thackery.
"Hello Alice," says Tweedle Dee.
"I think I see Cyrus in the air," says Tweedle Dum.
"Alice, we need your help," says the White Queen.
"With what," I asked, "and where's the Hatter?"
"The Hatter's gone mad," says Nivins.
"That's kind of his thing," I said, "he's the Mad Hatter!"
"It's different this time," says Bayard.
Cyrus then lands on the table. "Your Majesty," says Cyrus, "it's good to see all three of you again!"
"What happened," I asked.
"Something dreadful," says Cheshire, as he appears.
Bayard's POV - Flashback:
We were just going for a walk. Tarrant finds a stick and asks me to play fetch. I then grabbed it. "It's your turn," I said. I threw the stick and Tarrant goes to pick it up, but then he finds something...
Alice's POV - Present:
"And he hasn't come out since," says Bayard.
I looked at the hat shaped building. "I'll talk to him," I said, "Cyrus, you rest here!"
"Sounds good to me," says Cyrus.

I then knocked on the Hatter's door and he answers. "Alice? Is it really you," asks the Hatter.
"It's me," I said.
"It can only be you!" He then takes me inside.

"I knew that you would believe me," says the Hatter, "I found this! It's the first hat I've ever made! It's a sign! I thought my family was lost, but they're still alive! They're out there! I have to find them!"
"Hatter... your family's gone," I said, "they're all dead! You said so yourself!"
"Get out!" He then pushed me out the door.
