Chapter 6: The Crown:
Alice's POV:
I was using the Chronosphere to travel through Underland's time. I then saw Time and Cyrus was with him. "Cyrus, what are you doing," I asked.
"Alice, you have to listen," says Cyrus.
"You kannot outrun Tim Naturlich!"
"I can confirm that," says Cyrus, "I tried!"
"I'm sorry, Cyrus, I'm sure you have an explanation, but I have to do this!" I then knocked them away. "Cyrus." I then continued on.
. . .
I then landed in this town. I saw so many people there. I then found the Hatter. "Hatter," I said. I then hugged him.
"Do I know you," asks the Hatter.
"Not yet," I said, "but you will when I'm younger."
"Oh, and when will that be," asks the Hatter.
"When you're older," I said.
"When you're younger and when I'm older," says the Hatter, "you're bonkers. I like that."
"Hatter, we have to find your family," I said.
"Sure, this way," says the Hatter.
. . .
It was the Red Princess' birthday. Everyone was there. The Hatters made a special gift for her. I then saw the Queen of Hearts. She looked as terrifying as I remember. Last time I saw her... she ordered for my head to be chopped off.
"It's going to be a birthday she won't forget," says the Hatter.
"Perhaps, Brother, but do you ever feel you were meant for more than just making hats?"
"I don't think so, Pimlick."
The Hightopp Family. The Hatter's Father presents the gift they made. A hat... but they didn't count on head size. It was too small. The Hatter started laughing and they others joined in. "Who laughed," asks the Red Princess, "who?"
"I would like to know who forgot to measure head size," asks the Queen of Hearts. She then looks at Pimlick. "If it was you, then off with your head!"
"Your Majesty," says Pimlick, "it was all a-"
"I will have revenge on the entire Hightopp Family," says the Red Princess. She then looks at the White Princess. "Why don't you tell them the truth?" She then storms out.
"Did you have to laugh," asks the Hatter's Father.
"I couldn't help myself," says the Hatter.
"A hatter must always take his work seriously," says the Hatter's Father, "none of this nonsense!"
"In his defense, Father, Underland is made of nonsense," says Pimlick.
"Fair point," says the Hatter's Father, "but you will never earn the Hightopp name!"
The Hatter then walks out.
. . .
I tried to talk to the Hatter. "Listen to me," I said, "you're going to be a great hatter like your father-"
"The last thing I want is to be like my Father," says the Hatter, "but you are invited for tea at what will be my new place!"
I then heard the White Princess talking to Pimlick. "Ever since she hurt her head, she's been very... difficult."
That's it! I just have to prevent that incident!
