Alice and Cyrus are appointed to save their beloved Mad Hatter from deadly grief by travelling back to the past, but this means fatally harming Time himself, the noble clockwork man with the device needed to save the Hatter's family from the Red Duchess. It's a sequel to Return to Wonderland.

10. Chapter 10 - Rescue

Chapter 10: Rescue:

Alice's POV:

"Hatter, we are all ready to save your family," I said.

"But wait, what about Cyrus," asks the Hatter, "Time has him and I want him to there too!"

"Don't worry," says Cookie, "the Bandersnatch and me can find him!"

"Thank you, Cookie," I said, "and apologize to him for me!"

"I will," says Cookie.

We then took off.

Time's POV:

I spoke mitt ze R-r-red Duchess. "Sche iss your enemein, you must know vhere sche is Seig Heil!"

"It's not like Alice and me tell each other everything! You have failed for the last time! I'm taking over!"

Sche zen had me schtrapped to a khair undt I saw a dead man sittingkt next to me. I vas vonderingkt vhat happened to him.

Alice's POV:

We arrived at the Red Duchess' lair, but there is just one problem... "Where do we look," asks the Hatter.

"We should split up," says Mally.

"Split up," asks Nivins.

"Let's split up together," Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum say to each other.

We kept searching and each door had some sort of complication. "This is like Mother's maze," says the White Queen, "that is why I try to avoid doing things like that!"

The Hatter and I were in this room. I think it was the Red Duchess' room. "Alice," says the Hatter, "that ant farm!" There was an image that looked like a hat. The Hatter then takes a closer look. "Alice, it's my family!" We have found the Hatter's family. He then kisses the ant farm. "Wait, where's Pimlick?"

"Look who's here," says the Red Duchess. She then takes the Chronosphere from me.
