I got my first review for this story! Someone's actually read this! Thank you to everyone that's reading!
Ugh...What happened? Naomi Hunter opened her eyes and groggily looked at the definitely-not-her-bedroom room she was in. What the hell? She sat bolt-upright and inspected her surroundings. She was in a small room with stone walls and no furniture other than the bed she was sitting on. She was pretty sure she was in a dungeon, but the barred window on the door across the room really drove the point home. Great...just great.
She swung her legs over the side of the bed and rubbed her temples. What happened? The last thing she remembered, she'd been at home, hiding and watching those...Earth Fairies...look through her family's belongings. One of them had picked up the picture of her and her family, and then... She winced, remembering how their intrusion had finally become too much, and she'd completely lost it, shifting into a wolf and tackling the blue-haired fairy. The fairies had fought back, and one of them had hit her with an attack that had turned her back to her fairy form. So they know I'm a fairy...Perfect. That's just perfect. They'd kept fighting...and then... A memory of a crackling orb flying towards her flashed into her mind, and she flinched, remembering the electrical energy slamming into her. The attack had knocked her out, and after she'd been knocked out, the fairies must have brought her here.
'Wherever here is,' Naomi said aloud. She had a pretty good idea of where she was, but she wasn't quite ready to admit it to herself yet. She tried to shape-shift into something small enough to get out of the cell, but nothing happened. The cell must be warded against magic. She tried to think of another way out of this, but nothing sprung to mind.
Suddenly, her heightened senses picked up footsteps walking down the corridor outside the door. She sniffed the air, detecting the scent of other fairies. Earth fairies. Uh-oh. The door opened and a woman with short blue hair walked into the room, accompanied by two fairies dressed in what looked like guard uniforms.
The blue-haired woman looked at her. 'Ah, you're awake. Good.'
'Really.' Naomi folded her arms and raised an eyebrow. 'And here I was hoping this was a bad dream.'
'I am Nebula, Queen of Tir Na N'og,' the woman said.
'...Am I supposed to be impressed?' Naomi rolled her eyes.
The woman looked at her a little uncomfortably, but pressed on. 'You attacked my fairies.'
Naomi shrugged. 'You broke into my house. Call it a really good security system.'
'Your house?'
'Yeah, that's what I said. You know, for a queen, not so much with the listening.' Naomi may not have known what exactly was going on, but she sure as hell wasn't going to let this woman intimidate her, fairy queen or not.
'You live in that house?'
'Yep. You know, that really doesn't seem to be sinking in. Should I explain it some other way? Perhaps with smaller words and some visual aids?' Nebula looked a little offended, and Naomi smirked.
'Can you explain this?' Nebula produced the photograph of Naomi, Ogron, Gantlos, Anagan and Duman.
'Yeah, totally. Y'see, a photo is an image of something that happened in the past, taken with a camera of some description.'
Nebula blinked a few times. '...I'm fully aware of what a photograph is.' She was starting to sound irritated. Good. 'I am asking you to explain why you are in this one.'
'Well, I'm not a vampire, so I show up in photographs.'
'Why are you sitting on a couch with the Wizards of the Black Circle,' Nebula said through gritted teeth.
Naomi was starting to have fun with this. 'Uh, I'm not sitting on a couch with the Wizards of the Black Circle. I'm sitting on a bed in what I'm willing to bet is the Tir Na N'og dungeon.'
'...' Looked like she'd rendered Nebula speechless. Well that was easy.
Nebula finally found her voice. 'How do you know the Wizards of the Black Circle?'
There didn't seem to be much point in hiding her relation to the wizards, so Naomi leaned back, crossed her arms and coolly said, 'I'm their daughter.'
Nebula looked shocked. 'You're their what?'
'Daughter. Again with the listening, Nebula.'
'Which wizard...'
Naomi rolled her eyes. 'Adopted daughter. I'm their adopted daughter. The name's Naomi. Naomi Hunter. I'd say it's nice to meet you, but, honestly, I'd rather be stabbing myself with a fork than having this conversation.'
Nebula was silent for a few moments. '...But you're a fairy.'
'Yep.'
'They're fairy hunters.'
'Again, yep.'
'How can you be their daughter if you're a fairy!? Why would the Fairy Hunters adopt a fairy!?'
Naomi shrugged. 'You'd have to ask them, honestly. Oh, wait, you can't. You froze them in Omega a week ago, and that f*ing wizard Nabu killed Duman the day before that. So I guess that question's going to have to stay un-answered. Oh well.' Her voice dripped with venom as she thought of what had befallen her family.
Nebula's expression hardened. 'The wizards got exactly what they deserved.'
'Did they?' If looks could kill, Nebula would have been dead several times over from the contemptuous glare Naomi was sending her way. 'Duman deserved to be killed by the person who promised to help him? He deserved that? Ogron, Gantlos and Anagan deserved to be sealed in the harshest prison in the Magic Dimension without a trial?'
'They were given a trial!' Nebula said harshly. 'And at that trial, they betrayed us all and tried to seal every fairy on Earth in the Abyss!'
Naomi got up, cold fury burning in her golden eyes. 'Yeah, and the justice system is based completely off the willing participation of criminals! If someone doesn't take the trial they've been given, that's totally a green card to do with them as you please! Because that's how justice works.' Calm down, Naomi. She took a deep breath and flopped back down onto the bed. 'But, hey, what do I know? After all, you're the queen. And you've never done anything wrong in your entire life, have you, Nebula? Well, except for when you tried to crush Gardenia with a giant iceberg and staged a coup, but let's not think about that.'
Nebula flushed pink. 'Well, I...' Naomi smirked. 'Where did you come from?' Nebula changed the subject.
Naomi shrugged again. 'Don't know.'
'You don't know?'
'You really like repeating things I've already said, don't you?'
Nebula opened her mouth to say something, then apparently thought better of it and took a deep breath. 'If you're not an Earth Fairy, what planet are you from?'
'I just told you, I don't know. Have I mentioned yet how lucky Earth is to have a queen that catches on so quickly?'
It seemed to be taking all of Nebula's self-restraint not to scream. 'How old are you?'
'Sixteen.'
'How did the wizards adopt you?'
'Wouldn't you like to know?' Naomi wasn't about to tell Nebula how the wizards had adopted her; what right did she have to that information? She gave a catlike yawn and lay back on the bed, inspecting her nails. 'I'm done being interrogated; you can leave now.'
Nebula stared at her. 'You don't end this interrogation.'
'Think I just did,' Naomi replied. When Nebula didn't say anything for a few seconds, Naomi lifted her head a little to look at her. 'Are you still here?'
'Your Highness?' One of the guards looked at Nebula questioningly.
'...Let's go.' Nebula turned and walked out of the cell, her guards following quickly.
'See ya.' Naomi gave them a distracted wave.
Whatever Nebula had been expecting when she'd gone to talk to the girl they'd found at the wizards' hideout, Naomi was definitely not it. She'd seemed utterly unconcerned by being in a dungeon, being interrogated by a fairy queen. And she was the wizards' daughter. Their daughter. Try as she might, Nebula couldn't imagine the Wizards of the Black Circle as parents, caring for a daughter. Though Naomi evidently cared about them; she'd made that perfectly clear when she'd brought up the wizards' fates.
What was she supposed to do? Leave Naomi in the dungeons? Fairy Hunters' daughter or not, she was only sixteen. She was just a teenager. Locking her up felt wrong, and besides, as far as Nebula knew, the girl hadn't actually done anything wrong. She had attacked Nadine, but she'd had a point about it being her house they'd been breaking into. But she wasn't sure about just letting Naomi go, either. For starters, she was only sixteen, so she couldn't just send her on her way, not to mention that she was clearly very powerful, as they'd all seen back at the house, and without guidance, her powers could cause some serious problems. Nebula slammed her head onto her desk. Being queen wasn't as easy as Morgana had made it look. But she had to do something, and an idea finally came to her.
'Juniper?' Nebula's attendant appeared in the doorway of her office.
'Yes, Your Highness? Did you sign that paperwork I gave you?'
Nebula winced; she'd shoved the dozens of documents Juniper had foisted upon her that morning to the back of her desk drawer and completely forgotten about them up until now. But, in her defence, Juniper gave her a lot of paperwork, and she wasn't sure that all of it was completely necessary, like the form to establish that she was using a specific pen to sign a different form.
'No, not yet. But I'll get around to it!' she said quickly as Juniper's expression turned into a frown.
'Okay, just make sure that you sign the form establishing that you're signing the other forms when you do.' Seriously? How is that necessary? 'Now, what were you calling me through for?'
'Juniper, I need you to convene the Major Council.'
Roxy shifted uncomfortably in her throne, trying not to look as out-of-place as she felt. She was sitting in a grand hall in the palace with six thrones around the edge of the room, each one belonging to a Major Fairy. Including her.
Roxy wasn't quite sure yet if she qualified as a Major Fairy (or how one qualified as a Major Fairy in the first place), but she was the princess of Tir Na N'og, and that apparently meant that she sat on the Major Council, a gathering of all the Major Fairies of Earth that came together to make important decisions.
'Roxy, don't worry; you'll be fine,' her mother murmured reassuringly from her throne on Roxy's right. Despite having given up the title of queen, Morgana still sat on the Major Council thanks to her status as Major Fairy of the Mind. Roxy gave her mom a weak smile and went back to worrying.
The other Major Fairies looked so natural sitting in their thrones, so regal and majestic. Wow, did she feel inferior. Aurora sat on a throne made entirely of ice, her cool gaze surveying everything around her, making Roxy feel about ten degrees colder whenever it fell on her. Among the arctic fairies accompanying Aurora stood Nadine, who gave Roxy a casual salute when she saw her looking at her.
Next to Aurora sat Diana, whose throne seemed to be an actual tree that was growing out of the floor of the hall, curving its branches to accommodate the Major Fairy of Nature. Sienna gave Roxy an enthusiastic wave from up in one of the tree's branches, and Roxy raised her hand slightly in response.
Sibylla's throne was almost exactly the same as her throne back at her cave: simple grey stone. Despite being very minimalistic next to the other fairies' thrones, it was probably Roxy's favourite. The plain grey stone suited Sibylla's straightforward nature perfectly: there was nothing ostentatious about her whatsoever, and the throne matched that. Rustic Fairies stood next to their lady, talking quietly.
Sibylla noticed Roxy looking at her and gave her a warm smile, which Roxy attempted to return.
'Her Royal Highness, Queen Nebula Starborn of Tir Na N'og!' Roxy sat up straighter as Nebula entered the hall, flanked by warrior fairies.
'Major Fairies of Earth,' Nebula began when she had sat down. 'As you are all aware, earlier today, using scrying and tracking magic, we managed to discover the Wizards of the Black Circle's hideout, and I put together a scouting party to investigate and ensure the hideout contained nothing dangerous. Princess Roxy Wilde and I were both present, along with Nadine Frost, Corinne Borea, Sienna Mendoza and Harebell Ceris.
'When we entered the house, we initially found nothing of great concern, aside from some texts on dark magic that have since been confiscated. However, about twenty minutes after arriving at the house, Roxy came downstairs and called us all to her. When we came, Roxy showed us this.' Nebula used an enchantment to project an enlarged image of the photo Roxy had found above her throne. Confused murmuring broke out among the Major Fairies and their attendants as they saw the girl in the middle.
'When we saw the photograph, Nadine took it to examine it closer, but as soon as she did so, a wolf burst out of nowhere and attacked her. Nadine kicked it off her, but it continued to fight. To our surprise, the wolf transformed into an eagle midway through the fight.' More confused murmuring. 'But our biggest shock came when I used my Electric Storm attack. The eagle, when hit by my magic, turned into a girl. The same girl from the photograph you all just saw. Even more shocking was that she was in a fairy base form.' The murmurs got louder. 'She was very powerful for a base-level fairy, but we managed to subdue her, and we brought her back here, where, two hours ago, I interrogated her in order to discover why she was present at the Wizards of the Black Circle's hideout.'
'And why was she present?' Diana asked curiously.
Nebula took a deep breath. 'When I asked her how she knew the wizards, she told me that she is their adopted daughter.'
'What?!'
'Their daughter?' The entire hall was talking over each other, while Roxy just sat in silence, trying to process what Nebula had just said. The girl was the wizards' daughter? The wizards had a daughter?
'Silence!' Nebula yelled, quieting the hall. 'Yes, she is the wizards' daughter. Her name is Naomi Hunter.' Naomi Hunter. The name felt so...normal. Not like the name of the daughter of evil wizards. 'In light of this unexpected development, I have summoned you all here to discuss what we should do next.'
'If she's the wizards' daughter, she could be dangerous,' Aurora said.
'I am aware of that, yes,' Nebula acknowledged. 'But she is also sixteen, and as far as I am aware, she hasn't actually done anything wrong.'
'So do we just...let her go?' Diana sounded unsure.
'If she's sixteen, wizards' daughter aside, she can't just be sent on her way.' Morgana was firm.
'Do we lock her in the dungeons then?' Aurora looked uncomfortable with her own question.
'No.' Everyone looked to Sibylla. 'The girl has done nothing wrong, and she cannot help being adopted by the wizards. As Fairy of Justice, it would be remiss of me to allow you to countenance such an idea.'
'Then what do we do?' Diana asked. 'If the girl is a fairy and a shapeshifter, she will be very powerful, and I don't think that keeping her on Tir Na N'og is a good idea.'
'You are correct that Naomi will need guidance with her powers,' Sibylla acknowledged. 'You are also correct that Tir Na N'og would likely not be a good place for her, given her adoptive parentage.' There were general noises of agreement.
'Then what do you suggest?' Aurora looked at Sibylla curiously.
'Roxy, you are leaving for Alfea tomorrow, correct?'
'Um...Yeah?' Roxy wasn't sure why Sibylla was asking her that; it seemed a little irrelevant.
'I recommend Naomi goes with you.' There were a few moments of dumbstruck silence as everyone took in what Sibylla had just said.
'...What?' Roxy's question was followed by dozens more utterly incredulous questions from every fairy in the hall, all massing together in one giant, loud, incoherent cacophony of confusion.
'Quiet! Quiet!' Nebula finally managed to silence the hall. 'Sibylla, what are you suggesting?'
'Exactly what I said,' Sibylla said simply. 'I am suggesting that Naomi be enrolled at Alfea with Roxy in order to control her powers.'
'And you think that's a good idea?' Aurora sounded incredulous.
Sibylla turned to the Major Fairy of the North. 'Yes, I do. She's sixteen; let's give the girl a chance.'
'But...sending her all the way to Magix...if she's the wizards' daughter, we definitely need to keep an eye on her!' Nebula replied, still sounding thrown-off by Sibylla's idea.
'I'm not saying we won't keep an eye on her,' Sibylla said calmly. 'Roxy will be at Alfea, won't she?'
'You're suggesting that Roxy be responsible for this girl?' Morgana exclaimed.
'Not completely, no.' Sibylla remained calm and collected even under Morgana's shocked stare. 'For the most part, Naomi would be the responsibility of Alfea and its staff. But I am suggesting that Roxy keep an eye on her, a role I believe she is completely capable of handling.'
'But Roxy shouldn't need to spend her time at Alfea keeping this girl in check!' Morgana responded.
Up until now, Roxy had just been listening to the other fairies talk, but now she spoke up. 'I'll do it.'
'And another thing...What?' Morgana turned to look at her daughter.
'I said I'll do it. I'll keep an eye on Naomi at Alfea.'
Morgana stared at her. 'But...Roxy are you sure about this?'
She was. She didn't know why, but Roxy felt completely sure about Sibylla's idea.
'Yes, I'm sure.'
'...Well, alright then,' Nebula said. 'Are we all satisfied with Sibylla's suggestion?' The other Major Fairies nodded, Morgana a little reluctantly, but still. 'Then it's decided. I will contact Faragonda at once and have it arranged. Major Council dismissed.' Nebula stood and flew out of the room.
'Well that was certainly interesting.' Diana got to her feet. 'As much as I'd love to stay, I need to get back to the Amazon. Good luck at Alfea, Roxy.'
'Thanks...' Roxy watched the Major Fairies of Nature, Justice and the North leave the hall to return to their homes.
'Roxy...' Morgana looked worried. 'Are you really sure about this?'
'Yeah, Mom, I am.' Roxy hugged her mom tight. 'Don't worry, I'll be fine.'
'Well, okay.' Morgana kissed the top of her daughter's head. 'Then I'm going to go see if Nebula needs help calling Faragonda.'
'Bye.' Roxy walked outside to a balcony overlooking Tir Na N'og. She took a deep breath, savouring the cool, fresh night air as she stared up at the night sky. Only a week ago she'd stared up at the stars and thought it was all over, and now she'd volunteered herself to supervise the daughter of the Wizards of the Black Circle. Despite what she'd said to her mom, she was nervous. Not just about Naomi, but about Alfea, about being a princess, about other dimensions...all of it.
She pulled her cellphone out of her pocket and scrolled through her speed-dial, stopping at a picture of a smiling redhead. She clicked on the number, and waited a minute while the phone dialled.
'Mmf...Hello?' The voice on the other end of the line was confused and sleepy, stifling a yawn.
'Bloom?'
'Roxy?'
'Yeah, it's me.'
Roxy heard a loud yawn and a scuffling sound, probably Bloom sitting up in bed.
'...What's up? How'd the scouting go?'
Roxy sighed and leaned against the balcony. 'It's complicated.'
'What happened?'
'Well, long story short, I just volunteered myself to keep an eye on the Wizards of the Black Circle's adopted daughter Naomi at Alfea.'
'...'
'Yep.'
'...The Wizards of the Black Circle's daughter?' Bloom sounded a lot more awake now.
'Yep. Her name's Naomi Hunter, and she's a fairy and a shapeshifter. She's also sixteen, and soon to be a student at Alfea.'
'And you're keeping an eye on her?'
'Yeah.'
'That's...a lot.'
'Yeah.'
'Whose idea was it to send her to Alfea?'
'Sibylla's. Nebula convened the Major Council, which I apparently sit on, and Sibylla suggested sending her to Alfea.'
'...Aisha's going to flip.'
Roxy snorted. 'Probably.'
'How'd you find her?'
'She was living at the house, and she attacked Nadine in wolf-form to try and get us out.'
'I see.'
'Bloom?'
'Yeah, Roxy?'
'I'm really nervous.'
'About Naomi?'
'About everything. I feel so out of place here. I'm so not prepared to be a princess, and I don't know how I'm supposed to act. What if I start an international incident at Alfea because I use the wrong fork or something?'
Bloom laughed. 'Roxy, Alfea doesn't place that much emphasis on proper cutlery usage. And you're going to be a great princess.'
'But I don't know anything about being a princess.'
'Neither did I, when I discovered my parentage and freed my kingdom.'
'But you were the fairy saviour of the Magic Dimension.'
'True, but I was also still a teenager from Gardenia that worked part-time in my mom's shop, spent math class doodling, and ate Pot Noodles with ketchup.'
'What?'
'Oh my Dragon, don't tell anyone about that last one.'
'Ketchup?'
'What, it's good.'
'Ketchup?'
'Okay, we're getting off-topic here. The point is, I was totally un-prepared to be a princess, but I figured it out. And my mother, Marion, told me something that completely changed my perspective on being royalty.'
'Don't put ketchup in Pot Noodles?'
'Okay, you're gonna have to let that go.'
'Can't, it's stuck in my brain.'
'Anyway, Mother told me that being a princess isn't about corsets, or dancing, or tiaras, or etiquette or any of that stuff. Being a princess is about one thing, and one thing only. Being ready to protect your people, no matter what. Being brave, and loyal, and fierce. And, Roxy?'
'Yeah?'
'You've already got that down. You freed the fairies of Earth, and you fought the wizards to protect Gardenia, even though you were inexperienced. You stood against Morgana and Nebula when they wanted revenge, and you helped protect the wizards, because you have a strong sense of right and wrong, and you stand up for what you believe. You take in any animal that needs you, because you care fiercely about every living thing. You are brave, you are just, you are compassionate, and Tir Na N'og is lucky to have you as a princess.'
Roxy struggled to hold back tears. '...Thanks, Bloom.'
'Any time. And, as for the Naomi thing, you got this. Plus, the Winx and I will be at Alfea if you need any help keeping her under control.'
'Thanks.'
'No problem. I guess I'll meet Naomi tomorrow, when we get to Alfea. Speaking of tomorrow, are you coming back to Gardenia for the concert?'
'No, I'm gonna stay here in case anyone needs me for anything. Mom's going to collect my stuff and I'll leave from here.'
'Oh. Well, we'll certainly miss you, but good luck with everything.'
'Thanks. Hey, I forgot to ask, how'd the coronation go?'
'We don't know. Something happened, and Tressa got cut off.'
'Oh no! Is everything okay?'
'Not sure. Aisha tried to call Tressa back, but she wasn't picking up, and then we got a whole new problem to deal with.'
'What?'
'You know the oil rig just off the coast of Gardenia?'
'Sure.'
'There was a malfunction, and the entire rig was leaking oil and on fire!'
Roxy gasped. 'That's terrible!'
'We all flew out there, and fortunately we saved everyone. But, trying to get everyone off the rig, I really missed my Believix. Strength of Life would have made it so much easier to calm everyone down.'
'I bet. Did you manage to deal with the oil?'
'We only got some of it. Loads of oil made it into the open ocean, and even with our Enchantix powers, we couldn't stop it. But Flora, Aisha and Tecna used an Enchantix convergence spell to turn the rig into a green-energy power-plant!'
'Won't the oil company have something to say about that?'
'Probably, but I doubt it'll have much impact. There's evidence that the foreman knew the rig might break down, but he kept pushing it anyway, and the rig hadn't been inspected in way too long, so the company will probably face charges for criminal negligence. An eco power-plant is the least of their concerns.'
'I bet this'll make for an interesting legal case.'
'Yeah...But there is some good news...'
'What?'
'Well, after we saved the workers on the rig, Sky took me to the side and gave me the Pendant of Eraklyon! It's an artefact from Eraklyon that represents the undying devotion of the crown prince for the girl he loves!'
'Bloom, that's wonderful news!'
'I know! It's kinda like being engaged to get engaged.'
'Well, congratulations.'
There was a pronounced yawn from Bloom. '...We should go to sleep. We've got a big day tomorrow.'
'Yeah. Goodnight, Bloom.'
'Goodnight, Roxy. Good luck tomorrow.' There was a click, and the call ended. Roxy stared up at the stars again. Maybe Bloom was right. Maybe she was ready for all of this.
'...So, to summarise, you want to enrol the adopted daughter of four evil wizards at Alfea fewer than twenty-four hours before the start of the new school year.' Faragonda looked like she really hadn't been anticipating this call from the Queen of Tir Na N'og. Well, Nebula hadn't been expecting to make this call, so they were pretty much even.
'Yes, that is correct.' Nebula crossed her fingers as Faragonda considered what she'd said. She really hoped that the headmistress was going to agree to this unorthodox turn of events, because they really didn't have any better ideas and she didn't want to have to call all the Major Fairies back only half an hour after dismissing them.
'...Okay.' Nebula breathed an enormous sigh of relief.
'Thank you. I'm aware this is unusual...'
'Oh, it's certainly unusual. Grizelda is going to have a heart attack when I tell her.' Faragonda looked a little concerned. 'You're sure this is a good idea?'
'Sibylla's never led us wrong before.' That wasn't exactly an answer, but Nebula did trust Sibylla, and if Sibylla thought sending Naomi to Alfea was the right decision, Nebula was behind her.
'Alright then. I'll assign Naomi as Roxy's roommate, then, and I'll see them both tomorrow.' Faragonda tapped a few keys on her keyboard. 'Goodnight, Your Highness.'
'Goodnight, Faragonda.' Nebula watched her screen turn black and sagged back in her chair with relief. Thank goodness that was sorted.
'Nebula?' Nebula looked over at Morgana, who'd helped her make the call.
'Mm?'
'Aren't you forgetting something?' Morgana raised an eyebrow.
'What?' Nebula couldn't think of anything she'd forgotten...Oh right. She still needed to tell Naomi where she was going.
'Uh-huh.' Morgana nodded.
'When is this night over?' Nebula asked, covering her face with her hands. 'I just want today to end.'
Morgana shrugged. 'That's being queen for you. Come on, she needs to know what's happening.'
'Coming.' Nebula dragged herself to her feet and followed her friend through the corridors of the palace, eventually coming to the door to Naomi's cell. She unlocked to door and walked in. Naomi was lying on the bed, staring at the ceiling, and she turned her head when Nebula walked in.
'Naomi.'
'Naomi.' Naomi swung her legs off the bed and sat up. 'You see, I can repeat things other people say too.'
Nebula took a deep breath and tried not to grind her teeth. This girl was so frustrating!
'Naomi, in light of everything that's happened today, I convened the Major Council to discuss what we should do.'
Naomi folded her arms. 'Let me guess. I should get comfy in here, right?'
'Not exactly.' Naomi looked confused. 'You're going to Alfea.'
Naomi's mouth dropped open. '...What?'
Yeah, I let Sky give Bloom the pendant of Eraklyon. It wouldn't have been relevant to this story anyway, so I figured, why not give Bloom and Sky something nice?
Next chapter, everyone's at Alfea. Can't help but think that Bloom might be right about Aisha not being thrilled about Naomi coming to Alfea.
