The portrait of Anastacia:
Skyla and Raphael were in the drama room, Skyla had heard Raphael playing again and wanted to leave before he would see her, but it was already too late and he had already seen her. Skyla turned to Raphael.
"Sorry, I didn't know someone was here," said Skyla.
"I was about to leave so…," said Raphael, as he started to pack his bag.
"It was beautiful," said Skyla
"I was just playing around, it was nothing special," said Raphael.
"No, I meant the song you were playing," said Skyla.
"That wasn't good," said Raphael.
"I thought it was good, I don't know it, did you write it yourself?" Asked Skyla.
"I wasn't good, that music wasn't okay," said Raphael.
"Why? I don't understand," said Skyla.
"Never mind, you won't understand," said Raphael. "Can you sing?"
"No, not at all," said Skyla.
"Oh," said Raphael.
Raphael walked off stage and left the drama room. Skyla sighed deeply and looked at the floor.
In the meantime in the library, Milo had been discovered by Mr. Danbury.
"Are you trying to hide?" Asked Mr. Danbury.
"Who? Me? No," said Milo.
"Did you forgot your punishment?" Asked Mr. Danbury.
"No, no, we, we, we were for a test," said Milo.
"We?" Asked Mr. Danbury.
"Yes, Percy and I, right Percy?" Milo turned around, but saw that Percy wasn't there anymore. "Percy?"
"Come with me," said Mr. Danbury.
"Oh man," said Milo, as he walked over to Mr. Danbury.
"I have a very nice chore for you," said Mr. Danbury.
"I can't I have to go to the doctor, because I have gingivitis, and I have…," said Milo.
"Shut up," said Mr. Danbury.
"Yes, sir," said Milo.
Mr. Danbury grabbed Milo by his collar and dragged him out of the library in the direction of his office, Percy who was hiding behind another bookcase carefully stuck his head out and saw Milo being dragged along, he grabbed his recorder and turned it on.
"Training Mission 4: Also failed," said Percy.
In the meantime in the house, Arlene walked into Kent's study, he was reading from the book.
"It's has been taken care of it, I don't we should be afraid of Skyla wanting to go home," said Arlene.
"Make sure that all the children stay upstairs tonight, it's crucial we can talk here in private until the morning," said Kent.
"No one will bother us, I'll make sure of it," said Arlene.
"Tonight I'll reveal who will be the first one to be incorporated," said Kent.
A few moments later back at school, Percy was still in the library and he had taken out his recorder again.
"One a scale from one to ten, Milo scores a one, there's no time for new training's missions, I'll have to investigate to door again, tonight I'll..," said Percy.
From the corner of his eye, Percy saw a large plant moving and coming his way, and was pretty sure it was Milo. Percy put down his recorder and grabbed his reaching claw from his bag. He used the claw and grabbed Milo by his ear and pulled him out from behind the plant. Percy let go of Milo's ear and he sat down next to Percy.
"Hey, Percy," said Milo.
"A detective is unnoticeable and is always on guard, dragging a huge plant with you isn't unnoticeable," said Percy.
"Dude, I can't help it, the plant followed me," said Milo.
"Sorry, it's a too big of a risk, I can't take you with me tonight," said Percy.
"Dude, tonight we're going to the door," said Milo.
"I'm going to the door, you're going to sleep," said Percy.
"But dude, I want to come with you," said Milo.
"You failed all of the training missions, it's too dangerous," said Percy.
"Percy, please! Please! Percy, please, I want to come with you," said Milo, as he fell down to his knees. "I'm begging you, Percy, please, dude?"
Percy said nothing and grabbed a laser light from his bag and pointed it at Milo.
"Look at this light and you'll have forgotten everything about the dangerous mission by tomorrow," said Percy.
Milo got scared and fled the library, Percy got a smile on his face and put the laser light away again.
A few hours later the school day was over, the boys were still at school, Milo because of his punishment. Skyla and Anastacia arrived at the house.
"Usually my singing coach is waiting for me already at this hour, I've tennis class before that, but he is always royally on time, he always says that you shouldn't make great talents wait," said Anastacia.
The two girls hung up their coats, Anastacia gave her suitcase to Skyla and together they walked upstairs.
"And after class I always eat tow freshly baked Scottish muesli bars, they are fresh of course, Harry knew everything perfectly, you don't often find people like Harry," said Anastacia. "Are you listening?"
"Yes, you don't often don't find people like Harry," said Skyla.
"Oh yes," said Anastacia.
"What do you think about Arlene?" Asked Skyla
"Arlene? Fine staff, I haven't seen her make a mistake once, said Anastacia. "Why? Do you think she doesn't do well?"
"I do, fine staff," said Skyla.
"Yes," said Anastacia.
Back at school, Raphael was looking at the poster of the musical, when Ms. Mills was heading his way.
"Hey, Raphael," said Ms. Mills.
"I've to go," said Raphael, as he started to walk away.
"Hey, don't run away," said Ms. Mills
Raphael stopped walking and turned to Ms. Mills.
"I was looking for you, it's about the musical," said Ms. Mills.
"I can't play that type of music," said Raphael.
"No, I know, but we can practice, no?" asked Ms. Mills. "You're the best piano play I ever had in my class, it would be such a waste if you didn't try. What do you say, shall we give it a try?"
"No, it's not something I enjoy," said Raphael.
Raphael walked toward his locker, put some books in it and then walked away to go home.
Back at the house. Skyla and Anastacia arrived in their room, Anastacia was startled when she saw a large object with a white cloth over it standing in the room.
"Thingy, did you forget rule 6? Dust irritates my eyes and covers my sunglasses, that's why I've an official limit and that's above it," said Anastacia.
"But it isn't mine," said Skyla.
"Well, my name isn't on it," said Anastacia.
Skyla walked up to the white cloth and saw a card with indeed her name on it. Skyla removed the canvas and saw that it was an easel with painter's canvas and all the pencils on it, Skyla became quite happy with this, Arlene walked into the room.
"I thought you would like to have it here," said Arlene.
"Oh, thank you," said Skyla.
"Rule 6," said Anastacia.
"But first, let's clean up the dust," said Arlene.
Arlene grabbed the dustbuster and began to clean the canvas, Anastacia sat down on the chair right next to the easel and began to pose.
"Well, I've work today, but, okay, you can make of portrait me," said Anastacia.
Arlene walked out of the room and Skyla began sketching Anastacia.
In the meantime, Percy was already back home and was in his room, sitting at his desk and checking his things.
"Tonight, I'll watch the door, first I'll have to double check my stuff, nothing can go wrong on this mission," said Percy.
Percy heard the door open, Milo snuck into the room and grabbed Percy by his shoulders.
"Boo, you didn't see that one coming, right?" Asked Milo.
"No," said Percy.
Percy resumed checking his things. Milo grabbed the laser light from Percy's pouch and shined it on his nose.
"Or I can join you tonight, or you'll will forget everything by tomorrow," said Milo.
"That's just a laser light, a real detective knows when to play a bluff," said Percy.
Percy grabbed the laser light from Milo and put it back in his pouch. Milo sat down on the chair disappointed, Percy looked at him and still felt a little sorry for him.
"Hey, but you paid attention though, I saw improvement," said Percy.
"Really?" Asked Milo.
"Yeah, really," said Percy.
"You only say that to make me feel better," said Milo.
"No," said Percy.
"You don't? So I can join you tonight?" Asked Milo.
"Yes, you can join me," said Percy.
Milo jumped out of his chair, ran to Percy and gave him a hug.
"Yes, I can join tonight? Oh, dude! Yes!" Cheered Milo.
"Milo, let go of me," said Percy.
"Tonight another fun, dangerous mission! Oh, dude, we'll watch the secret door! Percy and Milo, woo-hoo!" Cheered Milo
Milo let go off Percy and started dancing and cheering about the mission. But what the boys didn't know was that Arlene was standing in the hallway and had heard it all and so now knew what the two boys were up to.
A few hours later and all the residents were in their pajamas and getting ready for bed. Skyla was in her room telling Mouse about her day.
"That is sweet of Arlene, right? I really like it, you must too. I promise you I'll draw you soon," said Skyla.
Anastacia entered the room and walked over to the portrait Skyla had made of her and was admiring the portrait.
"I'm really beautiful, I knew that I was talented on picture, but I didn't know anything about drawing, magnificent," said Anastacia.
A few minutes later in the boys' room, all three boys were in their beds. While Percy waited for Raphael to fall asleep, Milo started to get impatient, he hung his head out of his bed and looked at Percy.
"Are we going already?" Asked Milo.
"No, we're not going yet," said Percy.
"Are we going already?" Asked Milo.
"No, not yet," said Percy.
"Are we go..?" asked Milo.
"No, not yet!" Said Percy.
"Can it be a little bit more quiet?" Asked Raphael.
"Just, lay down, I'll warn you," said Percy.
The door opened and Arlene walked into the room.
"I wanted to wish you a good night," said Arlene.
"Goodnight," said Percy.
"Night," said Milo.
At the same time in the girls' room, Anastacia was already asleep, Skyla was still at her desk along with mouse.
"Tomorrow I'll tell Arlene everything, said Skyla. Yes, about the witches, the strange girl," everything,
Skyla heard the door open, she turned and saw Arlene enter.
"Are you going to bed in a bit?" Asked Arlene.
"Yes, soon," said Skyla.
"Yes? Good," said Arlene.
"Arlene?" Asked Skyla.
"Yes?" Asked Arlene.
"Can we talk tomorrow, I want to tell you something," said Skyla.
"Of course you can," Skyla, said Arlene.
"Yes?" Asked Skyla.
"Yes, you can always can come to me," said Arlene.
"Thank you," said Skyla.
"Goodnight," said Arlene.
"Yes, goodnight," said Skyla.
Arlene walked out of the room again. Skyla turned off the light and lay down in her bed, she took off her glasses and went to try to sleep.
Half an hour later, Percy looked toward Raphael's bed but couldn't quite make out if he was asleep yet. Percy grabbed his parabolic sonic scope, put on the headphones and pointed it in Raphael's direction.
"Judging by Raphael's breathing, he is asleep," said Percy, as he also heard the snoring of Milo. "And Milo too.
Percy put the scope down and turned on his recorder.
"Note to self: This is the most dangerous mission yet, way more dangerous than the previous one. I've an opponent now, that's all," said Percy.
Percy took off the headphones and put his recorder on his bed. Percy got up and went to try to wake Milo, but he was pretty deep asleep. Percy keep Milo's nose closed, Milo eyes opened, he was about to scream, but Percy quickly put his hand in front of Milo's mouth. Percy put his finger to his mouth and looked at Milo, Milo nodded his head and Percy took his hand away from Milo's.
"Dude," said Milo.
"We've to go," said Percy.
Meanwhile in the girls' room, both Anastacia and Skyla were sleeping peacefully.
"Skyla, Skyla."
Skyla opened her eyes her eyes and saw the girl sitting next to her bed and was startled.
In the meantime in the boys' room. Percy was checking his things in his bag.
"The investigation can begin, that's all," said Percy.
Percy put his recorder in his pocket, closed his bag and walked toward Milo.
"Dude, I don't have a good feeling about this," said Milo. "Can we do it tomorrow morning?"
"Hey, a detective doesn't choose the moment, the moment chooses the detective," said Percy. "Are you okay?
"Yes," said Milo."
"Be quiet," said Percy.
Percy put on his bag, he and Milo walked toward the door, Percy opened the door and the two boys were startled to see Arlene standing in the doorway.
Were Percy and Milo caught now Is their mission in danger? The girl reappeared, will she ask for Skyla's help again? And which of the Five will be the first to be incorporated?
