Great news guys, no need to make sure you are taking meds for this chapter, yes, the body count will rise, but not in this chapter. Just so you know, I am writing chapter 71 at the moment and have cleared most of the points I have wanted to in this story and I can say that it is about time.

I want to thank everyone who has read, alerted, faved and or followed so far as well as those who have reviewed. Speaking of reviews this is where I get to answer them soooo, let's get this outta the way: ubersribbler, thanks; CB73, Ron IS being worn down to a stub, but the blond goof off knows by now how to give out beatings to those who he thinks deserves them….as for Kim….she is in hottie heaven; Jimmy1201, Ronnie boy may have a good heart, but has been dinged up. Something tells me that our little hero wouldn't mind stashing the body of a suave 'teen' somewhere where it wouldn't be found for a few hundred years. Barkin wants to win over anything else…he wants to be the big guy on campus.

Bobtrumpet, thanks and here it is.

Again, I want to thank CajunBear73 for all his work over the years.

Now that all of that is outta the way, lets get this show on the road.

The Hunter: Book Two

Chapter 19

Two weeks later: Middleton High:

"Mister Stoppable, although the answer is correct you must show your work. You just can't give the right answer.", math teacher Chad Browne chastised the teen.

The blond former running back shook his head at the put down, then crossed his arms as he attempted to stay calm.

Justine bristled to defend Ron who had been staying up until two in the morning most days as he tried to learn a subject he wasn't qualified to take. And the result was that he looked like shit, "Sir, I have been tutoring Stoppable and I've found that if he works it out in his head for some reason, he is right if he puts it down on paper, he makes some simple mistake and it throws everything off."

"Be that as it may Miss Flanner, I must see how the calculations were made to make sure he didn't use flawed logic.", Browne countered.

"Sir?", Felix inquired.

"Yes, Mister Renton."

"Sir, I have to agree with Justine, Ron makes too many simple mistakes. I think that is because he hasn't had all the math prerequisites for this class and it's not his fault, he was shoved in here without being prepared."

"Students, I agree with you, but there is nothing I can do. Mister Stoppable needs one more math class to graduate and there is no class under this one that is open for him to attend that he hasn't passed already…I checked.", Browne informed them.

"Come on,", Felix insisted, "Ron could take a trig class at the junior college which is really what he needs if he can't get into one in high school. OR he can take one in like Lowerton and then transfer those grades back to Middleton."

"Mister Barkin would not go for that Mister Renton and it's too late in the session to be able to bring Mister Stoppable up to speed in another class even if one were available."

"Then there is a good chance that Ron is going to flunk this class through no fault of his own.", Felix pointed out while trying to calm Ron down with his words, "If he flunks out the school board is gonna go crazy over this."

Justine frowned, "Flores, Renton and I have been tutoring Stoppable and it's too big of a load on him. If he fails, I for one am going to scream to the school board, maybe all the way to the state board. No one else has to deal with this. It is unfair."

"Miss Flanner you have to realize that I need to know that he knows the material. I am familiar with his tech person being able to communicate with him.", Browne took a breath, "And I find it feasible that Mister Stoppable could receive assistance from Doctor Load during an exam."

The teen in question eyes flashed dangerously, "Are you saying I would cheat?"

"Not that you would Mister Stoppable, but considering your situation and the chance at failing this course one has to assume the temptation would be hard to pass up if you had the capability and it appears you have friends who attend this class with you.", the instructor pointed out. Then he completed his thought, "We have to be above board here, I can't play favorites and considering the rumors that several colleges are pursuing you to play football for them…"

"Sir,", Ron was more than somewhat annoyed, "I am not going to college on a football scholarship. I basically don't care for the game, I'm more of an arcade kind of guy as Felix can attest to."

Chad rolled his eyes, "Nonetheless, Mister Stoppable you must show your work and the method that you use must be acceptable to me for you to pass this course."

X

"Shit, that was brutal.", Ron muttered to Felix as they moved along in the hallway.

Zita frowned as she walked along side her boyfriend, "We are going to have to put more time in Ron…sorry."

"Yeah, I know, but I don't know where I'm going to get the time.", Ron replied.

Felix looked over at his friend who wasn't staring ahead but at his feet and inquired, "How was that mission you and Possible went on yesterday?"

"Another reason I wasn't able to get any sleep. That and I checked in on Mom this morning, too. We got back this morning about three. Then I cleaned the house and then fed Hanna and we went to the hospital."

"How is she? Your Mom I mean.", Felix inquired.

"A little better. The doc thinks Mom might wake up next week or soon thereafter…it's not really an exact science you know.", the blond explained.

"Sorry to get back to you and your Ex, but I thought Possible as allergic to you Ron, what gives?", Zita asked.

"Uh Wade made me up a suit that I wear and seals up so Kim doesn't get affected by my smell or whatever it is that bothers her.", Ron informed the pair.

"Then you could wear it in class and she wouldn't have a reaction…."

"The suit is hot when I seal it up, I might be good for forty minutes, but then I'd have to unseal it and get some water.", Ron explained, Shit head Barkin knew somehow, "Now that I think of it, I don't know how he knew to put me in different classes because she didn't have symptoms before I left for Japan…."

Zita frowned, "That IS screwy, there is no way Steve Barkin is that aware of anything."

Felix asked, "Yeah, but that suit is for when you guys are close…right?"

Ron nodded.

The wheelchair bound young man then pointed out, "How large of an airplane was it?"

"Not large, but I was in the cargo bay, Kim was in the passenger compartment. She had a different air supply than I did, they usually pressurize for about ten thousand feet and mine space was pressurized at about fifteen thousand. Much higher and I would have had a problem. Wade supposed that on that walk back to Middleton during that snowstorm I hit about fourteen thousand at least three times, but I don't remember it. I guess if I can walk at that altitude then I should be able to sit on my ass at that altitude.", Ron explained as he yawned.

"What did you do with Hanna?", Felix asked.

"Oh, Tank and Curt's old ladies babysat the intruder; didn't have much of a chance against the two of them, they ought to start a business…I told them that.", Ron laughed as he yawned again.

Felix inquired, "Find out what they're serving at lunch Ron, if it's anything nasty then I'm gonna order some BN…"

"Not going to lunch Wheels."

"Why?"

"I haveta study, we already know why, I just haveta figure out how."

Zita warned, "You have to eat…"

Ron frowned, "I haveta pass more, see you guys later."

XX

"GF you look old.", Monique complained as they walked to their next class.

"Long night, long mission 'Nique. I got some sleep on the plane, but it wasn't enough."

"You go solo?"

"Ron was there, he pushed the destruct button on whatever Dementor was working on and beat the crap out of some of the Henchmen®.", Kim informed her friend.

"He went? If so, how did you handle your allergies then? They must be getting better…", Monique asked.

The red head explained, "Ron has a suit he wears under his clothes for when we have to work together, but for the flight over to Austria Ron was in the cargo area of the plane. I was in the passenger compartment."

"If Stoppable has a suit then why did he have to be in the cargo area?"

"The suit is too hot for Ron to be sealed in it for a long time, Moni."

"Why is that?", the fashionista asked.

"It's impermeable…it doesn't breathe and there is no air conditioning in this version of the suit, although GJ is working on another one, but it will take a while to get it to Ron.", explained Kim.

"Why is that?"

"Technology Monique, maybe it would be better if I wore the suit too, at least a mask…"

"No GF, it isn't better. The world can stand not seeing Stoppable more than not seeing you…you're a hero…he's a goof off. I hate to say it, but Rockwaller was right when she called him a loser…Anyway, people are inspired by seeing your face, they wouldn't be by seeing Stoppable's. He's sort of plain, you know."

"He wasn't much of a loser during the football season was he 'Nique?", the heroine inquired leaving out the thoughts about cuteness and homeliness that the fashionista brought up, although she wasn't wrong.

"Don't remind me, but I heard from Brick…"

"Oh, what does your BF say?", Kim asked somewhat interested.

"CSU looks like they're dropping their recruiting of Stoppable, seems like he's failing a few courses and won't have the GPA or the credits to graduate with us. I knew he couldn't handle the academic load.", Monique taunted as she raised a fist in the air.

"Ron's failing?", Kim asked to clarify.

Monique clasped her hands like she was in prayer, "Yes GF, I might not have to put up with his sorry ass after we graduate."

Kim frowned, "Ron didn't say anything to me while we were on the mission…"

"I'm not surprised GF, who wants to own up to being a loser?", Monique almost cackled like a witch on TV.

"That's not something that anyone should gloat over Moni.", "Kim cautioned, "It isn't nice."

"Who cares, the loser is history."

(AN here…now remember Monique Jenkins as no idea who saved her and Kim from Jones' island because Ron boy was in ninja mode).

"Some loser, Moni; he carried the football team on his back last fall. Just think, some school…maybe in the same conference like Colorado might take a gamble on Ron and put him in a remedial math science class for a year and then use his new grades if he passes to come in and play as a true freshman because he hasn't used any of his eligibility until he certified to play. Ron could have the advantage of college professors tutoring him. And all that time…the loser just gets faster and stronger…he gets more capable…just think about the nightmare that everyone is going to face if Ron decides to play in college."

Monique's skin seemed to pale as she considered what Kim laid out, "But he wouldn't be at Brick's school…"

"Remember what Ron did on defense? Imagine if he were facing Brick in a game and, well, held a grudge. I can tell you, Ron can hold a grudge and you wouldn't like being the focus of that grudge.", Kim left that thought hanging as she waved to her friend as she walked into the library.

Kim walked over the section where the materials for her project were located and picked out the materials she needed, then looked around for an open table. Seeing one which only had one person sitting, she went over to it.

With a lowered voice, Kim greeted, "Hi Ron."

"Huh? Oh shit.", Ron replied as he looked up and then fell on the floor and crawled away. In less then three seconds he had pulled the hood up the suit sealed up as the red head sneezed. The blond teen quickly pulled the covers over his hands and sealed them as well.

With a strange and lowered voice, "What are you doing here Kim?"

"I have a project that I need to research…uh sorry, I sorta forgot about the suit."

"It's alright, I'm sealed up now, go ahead and sit down. I think if I don't move too much, I might not get too warm."

"Thanks Ron. What are you doing?"

"Practice calculus problems, I haveta get faster and still show all my work according to the teacher.", Ron explained as the heroine dried her eyes with a handkerchief.

"Does it make sense to you?", Kim asked as she wondered what the hell he was doing in that class.

"Not really and it's pissing off my tutors."

"You have tutors?"

"Yeah, mostly Flanner and Felix. Zita helps out when she can. I'm about ready to bug Wade, though."

"Oh, good job on breaking Dementor's nose and the self-destruction switch. Wade said the whole lair went up in smoke about ten minutes after we left with the PDVI."

"Yeah, but I hope GJ locks that thing up somewhere. This is about the tenth time we got it back from that helmet wearing dwarf and I'm getting sick of it. He has about the best goons out there and he keeps hiring more of them.", Ron replied as he turned back to the practice problems in his textbook.

"Ron…"

"Kim, you'd better get on your project. I'd love to talk, but I have a lot of work to do."

"Ron…"

Ron put his pencil down, "Yeah?"

"I heard you're failing math.", Kim realized there was just no easy way to say it.

"Yeah, I am. I went from algebra and doing alright, to calculus and going down the drain."

"I'm sorry…it's not right. You're getting crapped on again."

The sidekick wasn't happy, but didn't want to lash out and cause a scene. "Kim you weren't responsible, I'll figure it out eventually. I always do."

Kim countered with a giggle as she corrected her friend, "Usually do." She stopped and looked at her friend, "Ron, you usually don't come around anymore…"

"I'm sorta busy Kim, it's rough going to school, visiting Mom in the hospital, taking care of Sis, doing homework and housework. I just took a leave of absence from the fire department to give me more time to try and get things done." With that last part Ron realized he had left something undone that he wanted to make sure he got accomplished.

Kim just realized how tough things were for Ron and asked after a moment, "Do you want to stop doing missions?"

The sidekick frowned, although Kim couldn't see Ron's facial expressions, "No. No, I don't Kim. I don't trust Eric to cover your can and from what my sources from Japan said I don't trust Monique to keep you out of trouble either. It's not like either one of them can be trained up in a couple of weeks…and for the most part your buddies have been quiet for a while…too quiet, cept for last night."

"Do you have a plan for Hanna if we have to go again?", Kim inquired.

"Yeah, I have a support network. They even come around and help me with my homework. Then when I get done with all that, I have time to clean the house and make sure Sis's things are ready for the next day.", Ron explained.

"It sounds like you have worked it out…"

"I have friends that help out, I'll never be able to repay them…"

Kim hadn't been asked to help and it bothered her so she asked, "Why haven't you called?"

"I haven't because I've had enough help and…"

"And what?"

"Now don't get mad…"

"What would I get mad about Ron?"

"Okay it's nothing against you, 'cept for you being allergic to me, but usually two people come in to help and well…I just don't trust Eric to be around my sister.", Ron informed Kim.

"WHAT?"

SSSSSSSSHHHHHHH. Came from three different sources.

The red head's eyes narrowed as she blushed in embarrassment while Ron continued with his voice lowered, "I noticed Hanna shied away from Eric and even though he's your boyfriend I think he's a little creepy. And I just don't want him around her and cause her to freak out.", Ron explained as he waited for the explosion.

"Ron, Eric is totally fine…"

"He might be and I might be off base, but since Hanna is skittish around him, I just don't want to deal with an upset sister. I'm having a hard-enough time as it is.", Ron explained although he didn't tell her of the creepy vibe he got off the English teen.

"Then I'll just have to prove it to you Ron, he really does care for children…"

"For me it's better to be safe than sorry Kim, I have responsibilities now. Acting like an adult sucks."

"Ron?"

Sigh, "Yeah?"

"Monique told me that you are having trouble and might not get recruited."

"Yup, if I fail nobody is going to want me because I will not be able to graduate. It's pretty simple, that's why I'm in here during my lunch studying, but I have already talked with some of the recruiters and told them I really don't wanna play again.", Ron explained.

"But you need the scholarship…"

"Not if I don't graduate Kim. Not only that, but I really don't want to play anymore football, like I keep telling everyone. I'm done, so it really doesn't matter." Ron paused and took a breath and calmly let it out causing his faceplate to fog a little,

"I'll just get my GED and when Mom gets back on her feet, I'll get a job and go to college in the evening unless I work at night, then I'll go to school during the day. I'll make it work out."

"I'm sorry Ron…"

"There's nothing to be sorry about, there are a number of people that have to do their secondary education the way I'm planning. Listen, I DO have to work on this stuff."

X

The red head walked into the cafeteria with her BF and BFF. Eric frowned as he wondered if his façade was slipping, "Stoppable said I was creepy? He has room to talk."

Monique giggled, "I have to agree with Mister Hottie, GF." as they headed to the line to pick up their lunches.

Eric beamed, "Thank you Monique, but I was serious. I truly believe he is abusing his sister otherwise why would she be skittish around young men like me?"

"She's fine around a lot of Ron's friends, you bozo.", a slightly deeper voice from behind them replied.

Eric froze.

"Tank, don't scare him, but I agree,", Liz confided, "Hanna Stoppable is quiet around us for the most part even though she does get into mischief occasionally. She let's Dave and Tank here hold her, even Big Mike although she seemed to twist his thumb a lot like she did last week."

Monique tried to take a jab at Ron, "I think his sister would be better off at another of Stoppable's relatives…."

"Shut your yap Jenkins.", Tank Woodson bristled as Eric started to back away, "You don't know shit about what's going on, most of Stoppable's relatives don't live near here…"

"Then she should go into an orphanage…"

Dave Alberts gave the fashionista the stink eye and cautioned her, "Your opinions don't count. Ron is doing as good a job as he can, when his Mom gets back on her feet things will be working a lot better."

Kim stepped in front of Dave, "Don't start anything Dave, the cafeteria monitor is watching us right now."

Liz stepped in, "Kim you have at least half a brain, so make them understand that Ron has a support group and together we are going to make this work."

The cheer captain nodded and told Eric and Monique, "It really isn't our business to judge what is happening to Ron's and Hanna's personal lives, the best thing we can do is support them anyway we can. It seems that Ron has it under control."

Behind them Bonnie, Josh and Tara got in line. The bubbly blonde asked, "Does Ron need me and Josh there tonight? Our homework is caught up."

Monique was by no means stupid and asked, "So you guys help the buffoon…"

The teal eyed brunette stepped forward and lowly hissed, "I'll smack you where you stand Jenkins. I owe Stoppable…and he's no damned buffoon. Even after how I treated him, he helped me when I needed it."

Josh smiled having earned his green belt in Karate now he was much more confident. "I agree Monique, while I can't help with the schoolwork, Tara and I can babysit the kid while Ron cleans the house or does laundry, or makes up her bottles or do any of the other little things it takes to run a household. That reminds me, I haveta go through that parenting class."

"I already set you up BF, in two weeks but you have to give up your study hall."

"Meh, I usually spend that hour in the art room painting, sweetheart. It will be better than going after school.", the artist responded.

"I'm scheduled to take it next month.", Tara told everyone.

"Moni and I took it last year.", Kim enlightened, "But back to Ron and Hanna, I think we should try not to tear Ron down, but help him."

"That's what I want to hear Possible.", Woodson told her and the group, "If it's none of your business which it shouldn't be, just butt out. Now I understand why the cheerleader is interested in what's going on in Ron's house because they have been friends their whole lives, but let's face it Stoppable doesn't like you Trongbottom or whatever your name is and Jenkins, you've had a burr up you ass for a few months. If you aren't gonna be supportive of what he is going through just leave Stoppable the hell alone."

"I second that.", Dave added as the line continued to move.

XX

"Man Stoppable, you know how to run stairs.", Matt Shevitz gasped as he tried to keep pace with the older teen.

"Plenty of practice, me and the football stands are good friends.", Ron Stoppable grinned. "There's no way Sarge can do this, he doesn't have the endurance. You could run his obese ass into the ground."

"I know, but why is he running us like this? He didn't before you came in.", Shevitz told the blond teen running next to him who seemed to have no problems with this tortuous drill.

"Ah, me and Barkin go back three years. He screwed with me and I returned the favor…in spades.", Ron cryptically replied to the younger teen.

"What did you do?"

"Not telling…ole Stevie doesn't even know he was played and I don't wanna spend time in jail for it. Hell, Kim doesn't even know…the only one who knows is Ruf…crud.", Ron slowed, "Dammit…"

"Are you okay?", the younger teen inquired.

"Yeah, yeah. I just remembered something…it doesn't matter. Come on, let's go, Barkin is sure to want me on the mat again and I don't wanna disappoint."

X

Steve Barkin looked over the class, "Alright you pukes, we are going to advance the self-defense from before and this time I am going to be using an Escrima stick to make you block correctly."

'Pukes?', Ron thought, 'Just once I got splatter on his shoes and we have to live with that forever.' Then the intrepid teen raised his hand, "Uh, Mister Barkin, isn't this a little advanced for people who have no experience…"

The flat-topped assistant principal grinned, "Good we have a volunteer, prepare to get knocked around Stoppable."

"Well,", Ron muttered as he stepped on the mat, "at least he's not out for blood like Yamanouchi."

"What did you say punk?", Barkin got in his face.

"Can I bring a weapon next time? Kim has some pretty innocent looking ones for missions."

"Huh, permission denied. Weapons are dangerous and I will be the only one using them for instructional purposes.", Barkin sneered as he stepped back and then without warning charged the blond while he brought the stick up to strike at the teen.

The rest of the class murmured as Kim Possible's sidekick stepped under the strike, which had been aimed at his collarbone, and punched the vice principal in the floating rib from behind with enough force for Barkin to drop his weapon.

Ron then casually kicked the stick off the mat and waited for the former Marine to turn around.

Barkin made to move for the rattan stick, but Stoppable cut him off and hissed, "If you can't hang onto to it you don't deserve to retain possession of it, sir."

By now the pain from the bruise Barkin received began to die off. Then he nodded to the teen as he kicked at Ron's knee. The teen spun out of the way and got on the balls of his feet as he bounced with his hands up in a boxing stance.

The older man knew he had more power than the teen and would be able to take down the kid who had been a thorn in his side for the last three years. "So, you think following Possible around is going to make you tough enough to handle me, punk?", Steve chuckled.

Ron laughed lowly so the other students couldn't hear him in the trash talk exchange, "How are you and Edna Hatchett doing, sir? Most of the upper class knows about your little after school doings."

Steve Barkin's eyes popped wide open, "Punk!" Then the flat-topped school administrator closed the distance and threw a left jab, with a right haymaker combination.

The blond teen ducked as he slipped to the left and threw a right foot roundhouse kick to Barkin's right quad causing it to spasm as Barkin missed with his knockout punch.

The teen then stepped back and asked, "Do you wanna continue this, sir? Or do I get to finish this?"

"You clown, I'm going to break you in half…"

Ron frowned, "Okay the hard way then." The blond teen popped his neck and then stretched his arms. Over his shoulder he glanced, "Give Mister Barkin his stick back, I don't want him to make excuses for getting his old ass kicked by a scrawny kid."

One of the other students tossed the stick back to Steve Barkin who picked it up as Ron grinned, "You attacked me with a weapon, that means I can break your arms and legs and I won't get into trouble, SIR. You see, besides training with Kim Possible, Karate is part of the PE curriculum at Yamanouchi and we didn't pull punches. And since you have a weapon I won't have to now. This isn't going to be like a Karate class in the States. So, let's do this because I'm getting bored."

Now Steve Barkin, while hurting was no way stupid. Stubborn beyond belief? … Yes. But stupid? No. And after Ron explained to him how he was able to get inside the vice principal's defense and cause damage without getting any in return, a light went off in said school administrator's head. "I think the class has seen enough self-defense today, Stoppable. Take fifteen other students and go to the other mat and work on basic self-defense with them."

"Yes, sir.", Ron got out more than a little disappointed by Barkin wussing out.

X

As the rest of the class was dressing after their showers, Ron Stoppable was taking his. Still nervous about showing his ink job, especially since the 'Kim' figure was only an outline now and the 'Rufus' figure was almost gone, he knew if he was seen, word would get out. And, while he had no idea if Kim even remembered the tattoo, if she did, she might start asking questions that he couldn't answer. Something Yamanouchi made very clear that they didn't want the red head to know…any more than she already did.

As Ron walked out to the hallway, he pulled out his Kimmunicator and placed a call.

"Hey Ron, what's up?", Wade Load inquired.

"Do you have the security cameras in the high school hacked, buddy?", Ron asked.

"Yeah."

"Good. Record everything in the gym and then send the school's copy to Rockwell heaven."

"Sure Ron, but why do you want it gone?"

"Barkin was using a teaching moment with self-defense and I kicked his ass. I'd rather that didn't get out. Who knows what that asswipe will do with it if he had video evidence.", Ron responded.

"Sure…Okay, I found it…I will take a couple hours out of it then if anyone looks, they'll just think it's some glitch."

"Thanks Wade. Oh, you might want to put that on a machine that can't be hacked…"

"Ron, I'm Wade Load…"

"And the Tweebs hacked your stuff last fall. Nothing about me except the vanilla things I want to have out where someone could get them."

"Sure Ron, okay. I just put it on my server. From there I will load it to a thumb drive and I will erase it so well, no one will find it…Annnddd the school's copy is gone. But if I remember right, they have a data storage place down in Dallas…I'm gonna have to get into their systems…"

"Just do it Wade…and thanks I owe ya.", Ron disconnected as he opened the doorway into the hall.

With a mischievous grin the master hacker went to work.

Middleton High, varsity football coach's office:

"Whoa Steve, what happened to you?", Ernie Roberts queried his friend as the school administrator limped into the office.

"Stoppable kicked my ass in gym class, Ernie."

"You want me to send the goons out for him to teach him a lesson?"

"No, most of those guys are friends of his now and Hippie Alice is on my case for screwing with his classes."

Ernie smiled, pulled a beer out of the small fridge and handed it to his friend, "We could have Mister Rockwaller's goons take a crack at that punk…"

"Don't even think about it. Jacob would like Stoppable to stay one more year, but it's not just to play football. He owes that rat for helping his kid get to the hospital. There is no way we want to piss Jacob off."

"Shit, that's too bad…"

Steve pulled the tab on his brew, "Yeah, but later on this month Jacob is stepping down. The new guy is Chester Wilmingon…and he can be a real jerk."

"Wilmington? I don't think I've heard of him…"

"His kid was before you got here, his grandkid is gonna be a freshman in the fall. I doubt if we're gonna keep that one more than four, though.", Steve took another sip.

"Not everyone can be a cornerstone. If we have too many of them more people will notice.", Ernie conceded.

"Kid's weak, we'll have to toughen him up a little, but that's about it.", Barkin stopped to take another sip before he continued, "He'll get his varsity letter when he's a sophomore to make sure he's an elite in the food chain."

"Has he played junior ball, Steve?"

"Yeah, a couple of seasons. He'll grow since his daddy has him on juice already. He's already got the kid lifting."

XXX

Middleton Memorial Hospital:

Ron Stoppable opened the door and quietly walked in, "Hey Mom, I'm back."

The blond teen sat soundlessly next to his Mother when he heard someone enter and close the door. "Hello Mister Stoppable.", a woman in navy blue scrubs greeted the teen.

"Oh, hi Doctor Director, how ya doin?", the blond teen replied lowly.

"Do you mind if I sit?", she asked.

"Pull up a chair, I don't think Mom will care nor will she remember you being here.", Ron responded.

After she had done so she began, "Nice work with Dementor…"

"Thanks…And do me a favor and lock up that damned PDVI, I'm getting sick of retrieving it for you."

"We have moved it to a more secure location."

"Good, now I know that we are best buds and all, but for you to come to Mom's room tells me something is bothering you."

"Straight to the point." Sigh, "Remember when Miss Possible was captured by Jones and had to be rescued by someone from your school in Japan?"

"Yes Ma'am, if I remember from the debriefing there was an altercation which resulted in injuries to Jones and his men."

"Injuries, Ronald? It was a massacre pure and simple I am sure if you were there some of the carnage would have been avoided. There was no one on the island when police forces got there. Alive, that is."

Ron shrugged his shoulders, "So? From what I remember they were threatening Kim and the guys took exception to that since we're like childhood friends and all. I think they decided to eliminate some of the bad guys before they became a nuisance."

"Well I thought maybe a little lesson to the person who went around us and tasked Kim on his own might be in order.", she hinted, "But no body count, this time. We want this to be a learnable lesson."

"Sure, but you know Yamanouchi is sorta busy right now.", Ron told her, not revealing that he was the one who killed most of Jones' men.

"I understand where you are coming from Ronald, but I must restate no bodies left lying around this time, otherwise I will task another group with this. I thought you might like the first crack."

Sighing, "Fine, send the mission parameters to Wade, but I am gonna need a babysitter for an extended time to watch Hanna and with this I can't use my normal sources. You are gonna have to do this and make sure Kim has no idea what is going on there."

Betty Director smiled as she sat back in her chair, "Of course, there is no need for Miss Possible to have any idea. But for your concern about childcare for your sister, we do have a daycare at GJ, Ronald, or did you not know that?"

"Never needed to before Ma'am.", the teen responded.

"Very well. I will send directions to our facility to Doctor Load. We expect you Friday after school, bring your sister with you."

"Thanks Ma'am, now if you'll excuse me I haveta get back to Mom."

"I hope your mother gets better soon Ronald."

Betty Director got up and left leaving the blond teen with his unconscious mother.

Kim Possible, Ron Stoppable, Hanna, Felix, Tara, Josh and all the other 'canon' characters of the show 'Kim Possible' belong to Bob, Mark and the Disney Corporation and not me nor CajunBear73. We just enjoy this little hobby.
