And we are back: Please note there are no deaths in this chapter and Sarge Barkin gets his tail handed to him by several people so you may need your meds (legal ones BTW).

I want to thank everyone who has read, fave, followed, alerted and or reviewed book two so far. And this is where I get to answer some of those reviews so here goes: Uberscribbler, disaster is always around the corner although not quite yet, I am working on chapter 80 and it is right before one of the scenes I wanted in all along and is only a couple weeks before graduation (and yes, I will cover it my own way). So, the end is coming. Please be patient; CB73, booster shot of smarts? All the procedure did was allow the sidekick to more easily access the material he had already studied. Yes, Kimmie's ego will come to the forefront soon; Bobtrumpet, Ron drank the freaking tea at Yamanoughi when he got busted up. He knew it tasted like crap, but he also has been taking it pretty regular since Kim removed the necklace and put on the one Eric gave her. If you remember, Eric pocketed the one Kim was wearing.

Shthar, calc is fun for math geeks; Gj agent, Missus Doctor Pea does not return permanently to; Middleton until about two weeks before graduation. Anyway, she is going to have to track Ron Stoppable down (again writing chapter 80 and by then it will be clear.); Jimmy 1201, I am not using Dave, Justine, and Ron's other friends in a story about them and GJ, if you want, I can give you the bios.

Again, thanks to all the reviewers, also a big thanks to CajunBear73 for all his work over the years.

Oh, in this chapter there is an interaction and that is what we are covering.

Well, let's get this ditty on the road,

The Hunter: Book Two

Chapter 23

Middleton High:

Pointing to a chair in front of his desk, "Stoppable, sit down.", the flat-topped school administrator ordered.

The teen complied, although he didn't take the chair the vice principal indicated. Ignoring the glare, "What did I do now Mister Barkin? And can we make this fast, the hospital called and notified me that my Mom looks like she's waking up and I might have to leave."

"You can leave when I say you can leave. Punk.", the large man threatened.

Ron decided to push some buttons so he pointed out, "Sorry old man, but haven't you gotten into trouble lately by fucking with me?"

Steve Barkin slapped his hands on his desk and towered over the teen, "YOU. ARE. CHEATING!"

Ron crossed his legs and put his hands behind the back of his neck and asked, "How am I cheating, since you have accused me of such?"

"You are getting the answers from your fellow students in your classes."

"Can you prove that I am cheating?"

"YES."

"Then who is giving me the answers on the quizzes and tests that I have been taking?" Ron paused for effect before he continued.

"Mister Barkin, I know you have it out for me and I know you have cameras in all the classrooms I am in. Do you have video evidence that I am cheating?"

"I do."

"Good, if you believe that I am 'cheating', expel me from school and my lawyer will have papers delivered to you and Middleton High and the school board suing you and them for defamation of character and denying me my education because I can relate to you the fact that you will find no such evidence." At the stunned silence, he rose from the alternate chair, "And if there is nothing else, then we are through here. I am going to my lawyers' office to notify them that I want to sue your ass into poverty…Maybe winning in court is the best way to win big bucks." Smirking, "My Dad would be soooo proud of me for standing up to an arrogant prick like you." Ron then turned to walk out.

Barkin growled, "I will break you!"

"A threat Sir? Wade did you get all that?"

From the pocket where Ron had stashed his communication device, "Yeah Ron all recorded and I am sending a copy to your lawyer's office…There it's sent."

"Thanks Wade, like Kim says, 'You rock'."

Barkin's voice went up an octave as he paled, "Wait. Please…ah, sit down…We can, ah, work this out."

"I don't know, you've been harassing me for almost four years. I don't know if I can trust you. But if you can stop threatening me, I suppose we can work this out…once."

"Thank you…"

"One thing."

"Yes Stoppable…"

"I want Mrs. Magrath in here to witness what happens next, along with one other person.", Ron stated, "Oh and Kim Possible's tech guy is still recording. On the advice of my lawyer, I have given him a standing request to record anything when you are speaking with me."

"Ah, and who is this other person?"

"Someone who you never wish to fuck with Mister Barkin. Wade are you still copying?"

From inside Ron's pocket a voice said, "Right here Ron."

"Good have ED come in, she's expected."

"She's been monitoring through my feed and is entering the school right now."

"Thanks Wade."

Steve Barkin just realized his bullying just screwed itself and that he might have been monitored the whole time and said, "Excuse me Stoppable, I will get the Superintendent."

Two minutes after Barkin left, he entered his office with a red-haired woman in a suit dress and heels. The woman took her coat off, "Good afternoon Ronald, how is the procedure holding up?"

"Ma'am, the buzzing in my brain is a lot less, but I am still retaining scads of information. It seems to be a success. However, there IS a problem with the school."

"From what we have seen we felt this was going to happen eventually. I'm glad that we are able to confront the problem now and not later, I really didn't want state and federal agencies to get involved, you understand.", Doctor Director related as Steve Barkin and Alice Magrath entered the office.

"Yes Ma'am.", Ron replied.

Betty turned to the school officials and offered her hand, "Doctor Magrath, Mister Barkin, I am Elizabeth Director and I run an arm of the United Nations. Now it appears that the school has a problem with Mister Stoppable doing better in class, correct?"

Barkin growled, "Stoppable is cheating on his homework, his quizzes and tests."

Betty smiled sweetly, "I take it you can prove this Mister Barkin."

"I have not caught him yet…"

Her smiled dropped, "And I doubt if you will.", as her voice flattened. "You see Mister Stoppable was having trouble retaining information. Though he said you would supply tutors, as of yet you haven't. He, to his credit, has found his own tutors, but it still wasn't working for him to really retain the knowledge of the material he was forced to learn. (Alice Magrath stared at Steve Barkin, knowing he had not fulfilled his promised to get tutors for the teen sitting nonchalantly in front of them). You do know that assigning him to classes that he had not taken the required prerequisites for could find the state authorities at your doorstep, Mister Barkin and Doctor Magrath. BUT we found a solution. We put Mister Stoppable in an experimental procedure to 'train' his brain so-to-speak. The effects from that procedure AND studying very hard seems to have allowed Mister Stoppable to be able to do what the school district has not been able to do and that is act as a backup for your screwup. I also would think that this should be extra credit in his science class since my people who designed this are working on professional papers at the PhD level. I am certain that I get him published through the university they are working with. That would give him extra credit in college."

Barkin snapped, "That is cheating…"

"Studying the required material is cheating Mister Barkin? I think that your harassment against Mister Stoppable should be brought to light if you continue down this path and your attitude doesn't do a one-eighty. Now to prove that Mister Stoppable is not cheating, I suggest that you bring your math teacher in and give Mister Stoppable some problems which have not been covered as of yet and see how he does. Doctor Magrath does this look like it would work to you?"

"Ms. Director, I will page the teacher and have a replacement sent to his class to allow him down here, is that acceptable?", Alice got up and walked out of Barkin's office.

"Mister Stoppable?", Betty inquired, "Will you be able to participate in this experiment? For extra credit of course? I would say testing over material that has not been covered should count to three exams, don't you think?"

"I would like to try.", Ron responded.

Two minutes later:

Alice returned, "Mister Browne will be here in five minutes with the appropriate materials, Mister Stoppable this is your chance to backout."

"Nah, I'd rather go out in a blaze of glory than fade away…"

"Stoppable,", Steve Barkin frowned since this could be going oblong for him, "if you fail you will have to do your whole final year…"

"Don't worry Sir, you won't be my football coach next year."

"And why is that?"

"RICO.", was Ron's one-word response.

"Huh?"

Doctor Alice Magrath's eyes narrowed as she heard the word. People who thought Alice Magrath was oblivious, did not really understand her. She read the newspapers daily.

Betty Director stepped in, "The Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act is basically a federal crime that goes into a lot of different things but is used for large organizations like the Mafia in crime. Being found guilty of RICO violations means federal time in federal prisons, but sometimes the state comes after you too. It's a good way to end your days behind bars. The FBI usually investigates and prosecutes offenders."

"Racketeering? How do you know anything about that?", he asked the dark red-haired woman.

"I didn't say what I was a Doctor of, did I?"

"Uh no."

"I have been in the FBI and the CIA and the NSA as well as a detective in several state agencies in my younger years. My organization is responsible for arresting criminals around the world and charging them with crimes internationally and incarcerating them.", she gave an answer that almost froze Steve Barkin.

Betty Director, before coming into the school, removed her patch which had neural implants onto her face inserted her fake eye so that she would 'blend' in more easily. She asked, "Mister Barkin? Are you well? You seem to be upset."

"Um, I must have had something at lunch that disagreed with me."

At that point Ron's math instructor, Chad Browne, entered carrying two books and a satchel. "Mrs. Magrath, I have brought the requested materials. I finished this test just last week so no one has seen it yet.", he announced.

"Are you sure?", Barkin inquired.

"I am certain, no one has access to the safe but me.", Browne responded.

"Stoppable, it's time for the moment of truth, agree to the consequences that you are cheating and we'll only make you retake your classes next year…"

"Cut the crap Barkin," Ron frowned, "if I fail, then I'm moving to Lowerton to play football for them and go to school. I'm done in Middleton when school gets out."

"Your funeral, punk.", Barkin snapped as he couldn't help himself, as Alice Magrath snapped, "Watch your language Mister Barkin, I am finished with your crude behavior towards our students, no one wants to join the Marines after they graduate because of your attitude."

Betty Director nodded, "Ronald are you ready?"

"Yes Ma'am, but do I have to show my work? I do it faster in my head."

Browne frowned, "I want to see your work on the first and second problems Ronald. Then you may compute them in your head, but I want you to be able to explain your process to my satisfaction afterward."

The teen rolled his eyes, "Let's get this show on the road…Oh Mister Barkin?"

The flat-topped school administrator responded, "Yes, Stoppable?"

"Remember what I said about RICO, Wade Load is looking into it and when he finds enough, he's going to hand it over to the FBI all wrapped up with a bow and everything.", Ron grinned evilly, then the teen advised, "You might want to start carrying a toothbrush with you all the time and start walking around in shoes with no laces. They take them away when you're in the joint to deter attempted suicides."

"Ronald,", Elizabeth Director chastised the teen, "please don't scare the adults. You don't know some people have weak hearts and could cause cardiac arrest."

Shrugging, "I'm not the one they should be afraid of, Ma'am.", the sidekick replied as Mister Browne set the test papers in front of Ron.

X

An hour later:

"Welp, Mister Browne, there you are."

The teacher scanned over the test and began to look at his answer sheet.

Incredulous, "I can't believe it! I designed this test to challenge Miss Flanner and Mister Renton…Ma'am,", Chad looked over at Alice Magrath.

"Yes, Mister Browne?"

"Ahhh, except for where he showed his work, Mister Stoppable has an 'A', the only problem with the work is the columns are not quite the way I want them."

Doctor Magrath inquired, "But is the work correct?"

Sighing, "Yes Ma'am."

"Then I take it Mister Stoppable did not 'cheat' as Mister Barkin concluded?"

"No Ma'am, ahh, Mister Stoppable did not cheat, there was no way of him getting the answers to the test…He ah, understands the material."

"Sooo, Mister Browne I take it you will post new scores that shows Mister Stoppable has not 'cheated' for the last couple weeks then."

"Yes Ma'am, I will update Stoppable's scores to reflect that he has not cheated."

"Good, I expect to see his new scores by the time you go home this evening. Mister Barkin, have Mister Stoppable's instructors meet me in my office tomorrow morning thirty minutes before the start of home room. I want to make sure that any uptick in Mister Stoppable's grades is recorded correctly…If they are not, there will be disciplinary action taken on those teachers to attempt to follow their own ways."

Then to Doctor Director, Alice asked, "May I have the date Mister Stoppable undertook this 'procedure' to upgrade his retention in learning?"

Betty already had this ready and handed her a sheet of paper from her purse and the tests results from GJ's initial tests.

After Ron, Betty and Steve Barkin filed out Chad Browne pulled Doctor Magrath away, "I want you to know Ma'am that this wasn't my idea nor was it the science teacher's either."

Alice rolled her eyes, "Let me guess, Mister Barkin?"

Chad nodded.

"I will expect you and Mister Morris to testify to this before the school board, you understand. He has to be there in April. I will contact the Teachers' Union to make sure their lawyer is available for you."

"Yes Ma'am."

"Very well, I have to go see Mister Morris and have a chat with him. Thank you, Chad. I will take it from here. Oh, and no word to anyone about this."

"I understand Ma'am."

XX

Ron walked along in the hall as class let out, Felix wheeled up, "I heard you and Barkin got into it again."

"Yep, but I think we've resolved some issues between us.", Ron grinned.

"Such as?"

"Him being anal retentive; I think I've proven that I haven't been cheating for the last couple weeks like he accused me of and all the hard work in class and at home with you guys is finally paying off. Also, I think ole Stevie finally got his ass in a sling that he may not be able to talk his way out of.", Ron chuckled.

"How so?"

"Wait and see if Barkin and a few others end up in front of a federal judge sometime this summer.", Ron hinted, "I do have to give fair warning to a few guys though."

"Who is that, Ron?"

"Just some people, you don't have to worry. Oh, and you remember what happened over the summer when those guys broke into your house when I was over?"

"Yeah…"

"Do me a big favor…please."

"What do you need Ron?"

"You and your Mom need to forget everything that happened. Wade has already scrubbed his servers last fall."

Nervously, "What's going on, Ron?", Felix inquired.

"I…I can't tell you, but it's heavy and you guys need to stay out of it. All I know is that there is a good chance that there will be casualties…on our side if anyone mentions anything."

"Ron, you're scaring me…"

"Get in line, but promise me if anyone asks you anything that you have no idea and that all you know is that some scary dudes broke into your house and tried to steal your wheelchair and beat you up. It's in the police report anyway. If you can't do that, I know an organization that can remove precise memories. And if you want that I can get them to escort you in and erase them."

"Not sure I want to do that; I have to talk to Mom about this…"

"Well, you have a while, but don't take too long and don't tell anyone, including Zita. The less people who know the better."

XX

"Hey GF, how has your day been?", the fashionista inquired.

"Ron.", was all Kim could say.

"What about the sidekick Kim?"

"He's getting on my last nerve…What. The. Hell?", the cheer captain stopped in her tracks.

"What are you going on about GF?"

"Uhh, ah, that lady walking with Mrs. Magrath.", the red head pointed out.

"The red head? Not bad for an older lady. I hope I look that good when I get that age.", Monique observed, "Anyway, do you know her?"

"Ah yeah Monique, we've met she's in the state government…overlooking…toxic, ah, waste dumps…you know like super fund sites.", Kim lied. (Yes children, Kim Possible is capable of lying, but she's not as good at it as Ron is…AN)

"Then you ought to go over and say hi."

"Monique, she looks busy right now, I'd better not we might be late for class."

XX

"Shit.", Steve Barkin growled as he took a sip of his brew.

"Steve, you're scaring me.", Ernie Roberts told his football head coach.

"Have you ever heard of something called RICO?"

"Yeah, that's what they hit organized crime with. Why?", the assistant Middleton High football coach responded.

"Had a meeting with Stoppable, it went south.", Barkin explained as he took another sip of his beer.

"So, he's a stupid punk."

"Actually Ernie, his grades have been getting better and I took that as he was cheating in those classes and had his homework and tests 'zeroed' out. He was gonna flunk out…"

Ernie Roberts laughed and slapped his leg in glee, "Good, we have him for another year. All we have to do is pay off Jerry…"

"Not so fast Ernie…"

"What?"

"Stoppable was experimented on as a way to increase his attention span by some school or something and they can prove it. That idiot then took a test set for later in the year and aced it…right in front of Hippy Alice and some other woman whose agency Stoppable took the mind enhancing thing at. Not only that…"

Ernie's eyes narrowed hoping he would get one more chance to screw with Ron Stoppable.

"That punk mentioned something about that RICO law. Something is going on and it may not be good for us."

"Steve, I think it's time we cut the Stoppable kid out the herd and make him disappear, if he tries to make legal trouble for us…well I'm not ready to sit behind bars because of him and it will send a message to other rats out there not to mess with us."

"Disappear? You make it sound good…Give me a few days to think about arranging a hit.", Barkin told his friend and fellow coach, "I don't know if Mister Rockwaller can do it, though."

"Why is that, Steve?"

"Jacob lost most of his enforcers last fall, it looks like they left town as a group."

"It could be that another member of the consortium hired them…"

"Not really, they left their possessions and everything."

"Maybe a hit?", Ernie asked, "Maybe someone getting even for something Jacob has done in the past?"

"I don't know, but we'd better stay low for a while.", Barkn informed Ernie.

XXX

"There you are.", a voice brought Ron to a halt outside the gym. The end of the day school bell had just sounded only a few minutes before.

The blond teen stopped, "Hey Bonnie how have you been?"

"Good, great Christmas on a beach with Junior. You've been elusive since your Dad's funeral, why?"

"Huh?"

"Sometimes you used to watch cheer practice. Now you don't.", teal eyes narrowed.

"Kim is allergic to me and I don't want to cause her to sneeze or anything, also I have a ton of other stuff do. Mom's still in the hospital ya know and my sister takes up a lot of time.", Ron explained, "Tara shoulda told you that."

"She did, but I wanted to make sure it wasn't a bullshit excuse."

"It's not, I'm really busy with these classes Barkin tossed me in. For a while I was drowning in math and science although it's been better lately."

"Good…"

"Hey listen Bonnie, I need to speak with your Dad. Do you think maybe he can he call me tonight?"

"I'll give him the message, is there anything I can help you with?"

"Nah, something came up and I thought he might want to know about it. How are you and Junior doing?"

"Still trying to break him of being a pop singer. It's harder than I first thought, but Papi is on my side.", the teal eyed brunette chuckled lightly.

"Papi?", Ron inquired, "Who the hell is Papi?"

"Junior's old man.", Bonnie clued Ron in as she gave him a light punch to the shoulder.

The blond teen chuckled, "Senor Senior, Senior?" (Bonnie nodded) "Being on a first name basis with a super villain? I don't know, he's already been kicked out of the billionaire's club the next thing you know he'll have his subscription to 'Villain's Monthly' revoked."

"Maybe, but you know he just took it up villainy as a hobby."

"Yeah, I know, Senior was bored out of his mind when I first met him. I mean if he shut the lights off of another country from his island, he could have taken up astronomy as a hobby,", Ron continued to laugh, "but the way it is now he'd never have dark sky. "Anyway, it was a lousy idea to tell him about spinning tops of doom, lasers and piranha."

"He took the cannibal fish out; Junior slipped and almost fell in and they hadn't fed them in a while."

"A little fear goes a long way I guess, you'd better get to cheer practice and try to remember to tell your Dad that I need to speak with him, it's sorta important."

"I will Ron, but you still look tired…"

"Huh?"

"Tara clued me in, even Josh is worried about you…"

"Josh is a good guy; he and Tara make a nice couple I hope they can make it last for about sixty or eighty years."

"And you?"

"What about me?"

"You need someone…"

"I have Hanna."

"You'd better find someone to at least speak with or I'm gonna clue Kim on what you guys had…"

"Don't do that Bonnie, Kim's happy so I'm happy. Not everyone ends up on easy street. It looks like I'm gonna be one of those who doesn't have a 'happy forever' thing to look forward to, maybe not everyone even deserves it."

"I know I crapped on you for years, but you helped me when you didn't have to…"

"Yeah, I did, if someone is trying to be a hero, he has to look past being 'crapped' on sometimes I didn't. Anyway, he has to focus on being a positive influence…"

"I'm trying Ron."

"I know you are, like I said I have to go and pick up Hanna after I go up to see Mom."

"I hope she wakes up soon, you need a break.", Bonnie patted Ron on the shoulder then she said, "It used to be someone else would say comforting words to you…"

"Kim's more than a little annoyed with me Bon Bon, I've been avoiding her…."

"The allergy thing?"

"Some of it, but I don't trust her boyfriend and yes I know you dated Eric, but he creeps me and my sister out and if Kim comes around, she might insist that Eric be there with her. I don't want to get in a fight over that.", Ron enlightened the teal eyed cheer leader.

"He was nice to me as I remember although I guess I can see your point Ron, but are you sure it's not because Kim is your ex and you're mad at him?"

"Not mad, just weirded out…" Sigh, "Listen I think you weren't that far off when you snarked at us all those times…", Ron informed Bonnie as her eyes hardened, "Hear me out…" She then nodded.

"You and I both know that I'm from the 'other' side of the tracks that most people try to stay away from. I'll admit I have a few talents, but most of them I sorta slid into. Let's face it, Kim is going to be at a great school and I guess with Eric and I'm going to be lucky to get in to juco part time because I'm gonna have to work full time."

"Football…"

"Yeah Bonnie, I know about football, but I only wanted to do that to make Kim proud and to torque your head bolts…for a while it worked…now, I don't need to impress Kim Possible and don't want to mess with your head, soooo, I am not going to play anymore…at least in Middleton. Barkin being the dick that he is, thinks he can force me to stay in high school….and I know that this May I'm done even if I fail."

"What would you do then Ron?"

"I may move to Lowerton to get my last year in or I might take the GED test…I've already been scoping out Lowerton you know."

Bonnie frowned.

Ron, seeing the annoyed look in her eyes, quickly told her, "I know there are people won't be happy, but I'm done here. Right now, I'm just marking time and I want to get on with my life, that's just about it. I'll catch you later Bonnie and remember I need to speak with your Dad."

"Sure…"

"One more thing…"

"Yeah?", Bonnie asked.

"Go easy on Kim, you can snark on me instead, I've got a tough hide…it'll be better for everyone."

XX

"Hey Liz, Tara,", the teal-eyed brunette motioned to her cheer mates who had just come out of the locker room.

"Yeah B.", the platinum blonde asked as they got to the girl who used to be the top of the food chain, but just didn't care about it anymore.

"You've been spending time with Stoppable, right?"

The normally bubbly blonde nodded, "Yeah, Josh and I sometimes babysit his sister while he either does homework or housework, so do Liz and Dave."

"So, you guys are around him more than most people?"

Liz agreed, "We take turns. Ron's schedule is to leave school and go to the hospital and sit with his Mom for a couple of hours. Then he'll bring Hanna home and start her dinner. When we get there, we feed her and take care of her while Ron either works around the house cleaning, making bottles washing dishes and fixing us dinner as a way of saying thanks."

Liz glanced around, "He doesn't clean the house every night, but he does his sister's stuff. Sometimes he holds her in his lap when he's doing homework with Justine or Zita and Felix with his science."

Bonnie frowned as Tara continued, "Not much of a life, but if it's early Ron goes back up to the hospital and lets us watch the baby, if it's late he takes her with him so we don't have to stay out late. Usually on the weekends he does homework and takes care of Hanna and spends more time sitting with his Mom, although he has gone to Lowerton to look at jobs and places to stay."

Klein Insurance office:

The older man stood up and stepped around his desk. Marvin Klein asked the new Patriarch of the Middleton Branch of the Stoppable family and inquired, "How are you doing Ronald?"

"It still hurts Mister Klein…"

"Call me Marvin or Marv like your Dad did. Now my secretary mentioned that some bills are coming in so I expect you are needing some cash through the life insurance policy. Am I correct?"

"Yes Sir, I mean I have to pay utilities, groceries, daycare…I haven't seen anything about the house payment though."

"And you won't, or shouldn't. Dean paid the house off a few years ago.", Marvin revealed.

"Well, that's one thing, but I am going to need some money to make sure that we have heat and electric in the house and food and stuff. The money in my account is sort of going dry."

"I'll cut you a certified check to go into your account so that you can take care of those things Ron, you might think about having those bills sent to me in the future."

"Paying them won't take long.", Ron replied, "But I'd still need some money to make sure Hanna gets something to eat."

"True, but make sure you get a receipt if you do it that way…And speaking of eating…you don't look so good."

"I don't have much of an appetite anymore, I read up on the grieving process and it said that this is normal and should be better in time."

"If I were you, I'd be shook up.", Marvin confided.

"I am, I've spent years being a coward, now my friends and my sister are counting on me and let's face it I can't afford to get too down or school would kick my ass."

"Please sit Ron, I'll have the check cut for you. Is thirty grand going to be enough?"

"Thirty thousand dollars, gee except for when I got my Bueno Naco check for ninety-nine million this will be the largest sum I've ever had."

"Well, I think you should have some in your wallet and the rest in the account where you can draw on it from an ATM. So, go to the bank and deposit it and I will call them to make sure you're all set up.", Marvin advised then asked, "Do you use an ATM?"

"Yeah, even I know how to use my debit card, Mom and Dad used to put money in my account so I could pay the bills when they traveled."

"Good, I'll be right back."

Two minutes later:

Marvin sat down, "How are you sleeping at night, Ron?"

"Truthfully, not well. I sleep on the couch so I can hear Hanna if she wakes up…My room is in the basement."

"How many hours do you think you get?"

"Maybe three or four, if I try to sleep more, I start shaking. So, I get up and do homework or something, maybe the dishes."

"How much TV do you watch?"

"I don't have time for that. Sometimes I put some 'Flippies' video on and Hanna and I dance to it…that makes her laugh."

"When do you do anything for fun?"

"Sir, uh ah, Marvin I don't have time for fun. I just want Mom to wake up and get up and around. When she is ready, I am going to sleep for a weekend then I am going to have a nice long breakdown and punchout Steve Barkin for grins."

"Why do you have it out for the vice principal of Middleton High?"

"Because I think he's trying to flunk me for some reason. Asshole Barkin has been on my skinny butt for almost four years and I am tired of it.", Ron informed his insurance agent.

"Well, my advice is that if you do that, make sure there are no witnesses.", Marvin laughed as the secretary entered and handed Marvin a check. He called the bank and told them that Ron was coming in to deposit the check, how much it was for and to give the teen some cash."

He then handed the check to Ron, "Go over there before they close and get it over with."

Ron grinned and offered his hand.

Middleton Memorial:

Nurse Tom Bridgestone raised Barbara Stoppable's bed after he pocketed the pneumonia vaccination drug vial. Earlier in the day he had lowered her head down and raised the feet, now he was reversing the process following Hans'/Eric's orders.

The blond teen walked from the elevators and waved at the nurses as he walked to his Mom's room.

"Hello Tom, how's my Mom doing today?", Ron asked.

"She seems like she's closer to regaining consciousness very soon Mister Stoppable…"

"Ron, Mister Stoppable was my Dad, but thanks I'll sit with her for a while."

After Ron entered, he pulled a chair over to the bed. He checked his Mom out satisfied that IV bags appeared to be working as the monitors were.

"Well Mom, me and asshole Barkin really got into it today…"

GJ:

"General, it is good to see you again. How are things in the Gray World?"

Winston Cree chuckled as he rolled his eyes, "I wish I could tell you Doctor, but then I'd have to kill you."

"That joke has been going around for over thirty years, now what can I do for you?"

"I would like to test Miss Possible and her ah assistant again. She is in her final semester if I recall."

"You are correct. One thing, though,"

"Yes?"

"Miss Possible and Mister Stoppable are not romantically together any more…Also Mister Stoppable has responsibilities at the moment that may not allow them to be tested together."

"Oh? Excellent! That way you could recruit one I could recruit the other.", General Cree slapped his hands together.

Elizabeth Director's eyes narrowed, "Did your group do something to cause Miss Possible to be allergic to Ron Stoppable Sir?"

"What do you mean?"

"Miss Possible is now allergic to Mister Stoppable and they cannot be in close proximity to each other unless Mister Stoppable wears a special suit so she can't smell him.", Betty informed Cree.

"When did this begin?", Winston inquired now curious even more.

"The same evening that Mister Stoppable returned from his student study from Japan.", Betty informed the general.

Now General Winston Cree never believed in coincidences then asked, "Has anything else happened around those two?"

"Yes, Ronald's parents were in a severe automobile accident. His father passed away from an operation after the accident."

"Was the reason for the death investigated, Betty?"

"Yes, I have the report on my desk. A damned booboo, a needle biopsy punctured a mass. It was over before anyone could do anything. They even opened up Mister Stoppable, I have run a covert investigation and nothing came up on anyone involved. The young surgeon is in therapy, he almost resigned. The surgeon in charge opened up Ronald's father immediately and tried to repair the damage."

"Still…"

"The father was known to the people at the hospital, they were friends with the next chief of staff and everyone knew. These. People. Are. Good.", Doctor Director's eyes flashed knowing that Ron Stoppable would defend the staff of the hospital, "And Ronald's mother is still in a coma and he is being pulled all different directions at the moment."

The General's left eye twitched, "I know you are watching these two heroes, but is anything else going on with them?"

Sigh "Yes, Ronald is having…errrr was having trouble in school…"

"He's not smart?", Cree's eyes narrowed again, "He seemed to adapt very well from what I remember…"

"The school decided because of Miss Possible's allergies to Mister Stoppable that they would move him to other classes…but in truth they moved Mister Stoppable into honors classes where he began to have trouble."

"Bullshit! Why didn't they move Stoppable into classes that were at the same level he was already working at?"

"They said they didn't have the room."

"Again, I call bullshit.", Cree now crossed his arms.

"We were able to stop Ronald's grades going down by focusing his brain though?"

"You experimented on a teenager?"

"We had to give Ronald a chance to get through school without interference. This will also help when he moves to the next level. I should remind you he has a natural knack for languages and is very resilient physically."

Cree nodded, having seen the tapes, "It looks like you want the girl then Betty."

"I have always wanted Miss Possible in GJ, you already know that. Before though, I wanted Mister Stoppable as well. If they cannot work together when deployed I would rather have the girl."

"Then I have no reason to test Miss Possible, however I do want the boy after they graduate. Is there going to be a problem with that?"

"No, I don't think so. I do have to warn you that Mister Stoppable is very worried about his Mother and Sister. If something happens to either of them, he might back away from both of our organizations and just leave for Japan."

"Japan.", Cree scoffed, "Why would a Jewish teen leave for Japan?"

"Young Mister Stoppable has had a connection with a school there, they like him. If it weren't for his friends and family, I'd bet he'd be on the first flight over there.", Betty informed the General.

"Then what about his Miss Possible?"

"After they graduate from high school, she will be leaving town. If there isn't something here to tie Ronald Stoppable to Middleton, Colorado we assume that he will be gone."

"We can't make her stay here.", the general thought out loud, "Another romantic interest for the boy then?"

"He loved that girl, but she forgot him…She was his world, now she has moved on. All Stoppable has is his Mother, Sister and friends, most of those friends will also be leaving for college as well.", Betty added, "I don't think loyalty to a place that hasn't really shown him loyalty in return would be a very compelling argument."

Middleton Memorial:

"Hey Tom,", the head nurse got the man's attention.

"Yes Amy, what can I assist you with?"

"We are going to be short-staffed till one in the morning, do you think you can work a double again?"

"Which floor Amy?"

"Right here."

"Yes, I can stay. I don't really have an outside life.", he replied.

She giggled, "You need a girlfriend…"

Tom chuckled, "No commitments from me. I just want to have a beer or two once in a while."

The blond teen leaned over and kissed his Mom on the forehead. "Wake up soon Mom, I miss you and so does Hanna. I might be back up later."

Ron then put the chair back and exited the room. He waved at the nurses on the way to the elevator. "I hope to be back by seven."

Seeing the blond teen leave Tom said, "Well, I am going to make another round. I'll see you later Amy."

Nurse Bridgestone then went to Barbara Stoppable's room and closed the door. He then lowered the head of the bed and raised the feet. Then lowered the IV drip rate of the antibiotic.

Hi, I know there will be a question about Bridgestone….yes he is one of 'Eric'/Hans' helpers. He was a medic in the British army if you want any background on him and yes, it is not normal practice for someone in a coma to have their legs above their heads.

Kim Possible, Ron Stoppable, Hanna, the Doctors Pea, Tara Josh and all the other canon characters of the show 'Kim Possible' belong to Bob, Mark and the Disney Corporation, not me or CajunBear73. We do this as a hobby not to make money, but to annoy people.

We'll see ya down the road,
