= TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES 2003 =
= THINGS CHANGE PART 2 =

After the cave in had ceased, Raph and Louie were finishing off all those robots that were still online and twitching. After finding one such individual, Raph angrily stamped its head inside with his foot while Louie spotted one that had lost its leg and was limping away. The turtle in black quickly went after it and picked the robot up from its remaining leg before he ran his blade through of its head, destroying it.

By the time Raph and Louie had finished off the remaining invaders, Mikey, Domenico and Artemisia were observing one destroyed robot on their feet.

"Nasty little things!" Artemisia commented with disgust.

"You say it, sister." Mikey replied without taking his eyes off from the robot's remains. "But what the shell are those things?"

Raph and Louie soon joined the trio to observe the remains of the robot.

"Well, if you ask me, judging by the looks of them..." Louie started.

"They're now nothing but…" Raph continued, before he kicked the remains of the robot aside. "…A PIECE OF JUNK!"

However, all of their attentions were drawn by Leo's voice, while he was with Donnie and Mary searching for Splinter from the pile or rubble.

"Guys! A little focus here, please! We gotta find Splinter! He must be here somewhere!" Leo said while desperately moving away the rocks and other rubble.

"Let's hope so, Leo." Mary said, though she feared that the worst has already happened, because the cave in had destroyed a huge part of the their lair. The center of the destruction was mostly there where those robots had managed to corner Splinter, so the cave in had sealed him to the other side of the lair and had probably left him with no space to move nor any cover against the rain of falling rocks. Even though their master was already an experienced ninja master, Mary knew that even ninja is powerless against the nature's powers, though this disaster was deliberately caused rather than natural.

"Splinter? Master Splinter! Can you hear me?!" Leo called for him yet again.

Seconds passed but there was no answer.

"Donatello. Anyway to…" Leo started, turning to Donnie, until he was suddenly interrupted by the sounds of the opening device, which was then followed by the repeating beeps.

"What are you doing?" Leo questioned, turning to Donnie, who was holding the mobile phone-looking device which appearance resembled the turtle's shell.

"Remember my latest invention? The Shell-cell. I'm calling to master Splinter… or at least I hope." Donnie replied before lifting the Shell-cell in next of his ear.

"Uh, Donnie? You know that Sensei's not very good with today's technology. Are you sure that he knows how to answer to the call... if he even managed to make it through of that?" Domenico questioned.

"Like is said, Dom... I hope." Donnie said.

Some seconds passed and eventually turned into the minutes… while Donnie's Shell-cell kept beeping. The turtles held their breath while awaiting for their father to answer to his Shell-cell... hopefully.

Until after a few tensed minutes...

"Hmm, which button do you press to answer this thing? Hello?" Master Splinter called from the other side of the line after the beeping stopped.

Everybody around Donnie's Shell-cell gasped in shock at hearing their master's voice. Then the wide and relieved smiles appeared on their faces after learning that that their master was still alive.

"He's alive!" Louie let out happily.

"What a relief!" Arcee sighed in relief.

However, their attentions turned back to the Shell-cell as they still heard a beeping noises coming from the cell phone, even if the line was already on.

"Hello? Is anybody there? Hello?" Master Splinter called as he apparently kept pressing buttons, which could explain the reason why the repeating beeping continued.

Leo then snatched the Shell-cell from Donnie's hand and lifted it next to his ear.

"Master Splinter, are you alright?" Leo asked, but Splinter just kept calling and pressing the buttons in the other side of the line.

"Hello?"

"Master Splinter?" Leo said again while the pressing of the buttons kept going.

"Stupid device!" Master Splinter groaned with frustrated voice in the other side of the line, which strongly justified Dom's earlier point that unlike Donnie, Splinter was not in his element with modern equipment. Dom also shot a "I told you" look at Donnie while referring with his hand to the Shell-cell in Leo's hand.

"You don't have to press every button. You already answered it." Leo explained as he put the Shell cell's speaker on so that everybody else could hear him.

"The beeping sound of the pressed buttons eventually ceased, implying that Splinter got Leo's message.

"Ah, well. Leonardo. Whatever those mechanical menaces are, they have managed to eat through the support structure of our home. We must leave right away before this place is swarming with people investigating the situation in here. Meet me at the old drainage junction at south point." Master Splinter instructed the turtles via the Shell-cell. Even though the speaker was on, some of the turtles moved in to listen closely. Mikey, while trying to get a good spot, accidentally pushed Raph away, provoking the turtle in red to shove his brother roughly away.

"The old drainage junction? Any idea how far that place is?" Artemisia asked from her siblings.

Donnie instantly dug the map of the sewer network from his duffel bag - one of the few and at this moment the important things they've managed to salvage from the ruins of the lair after the cave in - which he then opened to show it to the others.

"Not far, Arcee. If we take the south conduit tunnel, it'll intersect with the old drainage tunnel and to our meeting point." Donnie explained.

"Then we shall take that route." Domenico declared for the whole group, whom gave him the agreeing nod.

"We'll meet you there, Sensei." Leo said before he hang up the call.

Mikey then ran to Leo and Donnie, the eager grin on his face. "What did he said?! What did he said? Did he mentioned me?" Mikey asked, only for annoyed Raph to push him over again with the one single but sarcastic reply "No".

"We better leave immediately. Leave everything useless and take only what we need for now. We'll find the solution to our housing problem after we've reunited with our master." Leo said as he turned to his brothers and sisters.

There was not much what they needed right now, because majority of their furniture and all the other objects were buried under of the collapsed rubble.

###

And once all the few salvaged useful stuff were packed in Donnie's duffel bag, the turtles prepared to leave their ruined lair.

For some of them leaving from this place was even bitter than even they could imagine.

Mary and Leo noticed that Arcee was eyeing the ruins of their home: The breached walls, broken leaking pipes in the ceiling and the entire pile of rubble with the expression of the bitter sadness.

"Arcee? Is everything alright, sister?" Mary asked calmly as she and Leo walked to their little sister's side to check that was she okay.

Arcee let out the depressed sight.

"I can't believe that after all these years of living in this sewer chamber, we're finally leaving it and everything we've known since childhood behind for good, though not out of our own will but because of those robotic menaces. What are we going to do now? Where we are going to live after finding Master Splinter, now when this place is officially history?" Arcee asked with the sad and bitter voice.

"We'll think about that once we've reunited with Master Splinter, Arcee. Now heading to that old drainage junction is all that matters right now." Leo said gently to Arcee.

Mary moved to stand next to her sister, sharing the same depressed feelings towards their homeless situation and that that they have to leave everything behind now. The turtle in turquoise then put her right hand on Arcee's shoulder to comfort her sister.

"Don't worry, little sister. We'll find a perfect new place of which we can call our new home. It will take time to find the perfect place that has been long time abandoned and thus forgotten and secure, but we will. You'll see." Mary said, prompting Arcee to turn to look at her sister with the weak smile on her lips before she put her own hand on Mary's own shoulder.

"Let's hope so, Maria." Arcee said, to which Mary gave her a positive nod.

"Now, come on. Let's go." Mary said as she gently grabbed from both of her little sister's shoulders and gently made her to turn her back to the ruins of their former home and head towards the breach in the wall.

Someone else was also deeply saddened of the loss of their home, though he took it a bit far too dramatically.

"Goodbye broken pipe that gave us a shower every night. Goodbye grungy payphone with which we ordered the pizza everyday. Goodbye dented manhole that granted us the fresh air from surface world. Goodbye home sweet home that we're about to leave behind." Mikey dramatically wished goodbyes to many things - such like from the middle broken pipe in the ceiling from which was leaking the water - what they were about to leave behind with their home.

Raph moved to his brother, though he was less sympathetic towards his little brother's saddened and mourning state than what Leo and Mary were with depressed Arcee.

"And say hello to the cruel world that is lurking ahead of us." Raph said sarcastically, before he pulled Mikey rather forcefully with him to the others.

###

The turtles eventually left the lair, going through of the same breaches through of which the robots came from in the first place.

Domenico was the first one out, along with Leo, and he noticed the same breaches on the floor behind the breached wall… and they were surrounded by the dozens of three-toed footprints that most likely belonged to those robots.

"Looks like those things came from down there." Domenico informed to the others, pointing with his middle-finger at the holes.

"Who can be so nutso that even thinks of letting such of deadly menaces to roam free in the sewers?" Arcee wondered, recalling the robots' ferocity.

"Well, whoever that "nutso" is, I have a feeling that he or she isn't the good news." Leo responded.

The turtles kept heading towards south conduit that could lead them to the drainage junction's tunnel and to the meeting point as master Splinter advised them.

Donnie was the the first one to break the brief silence.

"Check on these walls. They've been seriously compromised. It's either wonder or out of luck that this roof hasn't caved in." Donnie said to the others, until the entire group stopped in their tracks as they saw the discouraging sight in front of them... forcing Donnie to take his words back.

The cave in had reached to this tunnel from their lair, blocking their only safe way to the south conduit.

"You were saying, bro?" Raph said sarcastically to his brainy brother.

"Aw, shell! The way is blocked." Louie complained loudly.

"Which means that we cannot go forward and we cannot go back neither." Leo muttered with a disappointed voice.

"Is there any chance for the short cut? Can we go around of this?" Domenico asked from his siblings.

"Forget it, Dom. It's the dead end in the other side. Remember?" Mary reminded

Raph then came up with an idea, which was based on Dom's' mention about the short cut.

"Actually, there is a one short cut indeed." Raph started, prompting the others to look at him for explanation. "When there's a no way to keep going nor go back… I'll say we take a short cut by going up." Raph added, heading towards the ladders leading up to the manhole and to the surface.

He was about to climb them up until Leo rushed to him to stop his brother from going up there.

"To the surface? You gotta be kidding me! Heading to the surface is a very bad idea." Leo protested.

"I agree with Leo. Going to the topside is the king of all the bad ideas you've ever come up with, bro. Besides, we do not even know what will be waiting for us up there." Dom tried to reason with Raph, showing his pessimistic view towards anything new. In this case, going to the topside.

"But we got no other way to go, Leo." Donnie argued.

"And that ain't the king of all the bad ideas, Dom. Besides, we do not even know what is up there waiting for us if we don't find it out first." Louie said, earning from Dom an annoyed glare when Louie tried to use his own words against him with the smartass-talk.

Mary then returned them back to their main topic.

"If our shovels survived from the cave in, we can go to get them and dig our way through of that pile of rubble, if you want, Leo. But that will take days and we do not have that much time." the turtle in turquoise pointed out.

"Besides, the last time I checked the clock, it's the midnight. The darkness of night will give us a cover we need, if we just stay far enough away from the lights." Louie remarked.

"It's of course risky, but we just gotta try." Arcee declared.

Leo let out the bitter sigh in defeat. He really hated when the others bombarded his better judgment with the heavy fire of loopholes that justified the circumvention of some clear rules, and the reasons that sounded reasonable enough in some tight situations.

"Alright. But we're only going up to go down the next manhole, got it? Everybody stick together and no fooling around up there. Remember what Sensei had said; It's too dangerous for us to be seen... let alone captured! We need to stay out of sight!" Leo said to his brothers and sisters, firmly reminding them to stick to the shadows.

"We got it the first thousand times, Leo." Raph said dismissively, before gesturing the others to follow him while he kept climbing up the ladders… followed by Louie, Arcee, Leo, Mikey, Dom, Mary and Donnie.

It did not take long from them to reach to the manhole cover, which Raph moved out of their way and opened their way to the dark alleyway. He peeked out to see if the coast was clear, before he jumped up from the hole, followed right behind by Louie and Arcee.

Arcee remained for a moment in the hole and pulled in a deep breath, filling her lungs full of fresh night air.

"Ah, fresh night air." The turtle in pink sighed. "I have to say that I sometimes hate living among of the smell of the underground tunnels. Hopefully we can have a better ventilation and air conditioning in our next home." she said, before jumping out the hole.

Leo, however, appeared out of the hole far more cautiously than what the others did, peeking from side to side to ensure that the coast is truly clear.

"Come on, Leo! Move it! I don't want to stare at your butt any longer than I have to." Mikey complained a couple steps beneath of Leo, waving his hand in front of his face.

However, before Leo could reply, Arcee gave a warning cry.

"People coming! Hide!"

Leo retreated back into the manhole, while Arcee hid behind the nearby garbage can and Raph and Louie pressed themselves against the dark wall. Soon, some guy in the scooter drove pass them. And after he was gone, Raph carefully peeked out of the alley to the streets.

The streets were mostly empty, but there was still people walking in distance and the lamp posts were on, limiting the darkness of the night and at the same time the free space for them to move, plus increasing the risk to be seen.

However, it was the risk that must to be taken.

"Louie? Arcee? Come with me. Let's go to scout ahead." Raph said, earning from Louie an approval nod. Arcee, though a bit reluctantly, agreed to come along them.

Raph, Louie and Arcee carefully emerged out of the alley, ending up next to the Night Club's doors. However, hearing the voices coming from inside of the club's doors as well as approaching steps, the trio quickly leaped onto the pink canopy above of the Night Club's doors, narrowly avoiding a couple of laughing people emerging out from the doors.

To hide themselves from the light, the three turtles jumped off the canopy and held onto the metal trunk of the nearby lamppost that wasn't luckily for them on. The three turtles, Raph on top, Arcee in the middle and Louie in below, remained hiding up there until the people were gone.

This height, however, allowed them a wider view around, so the three turtles began to observe their surroundings while searching with their eyes the next manhole cover.

They eventually spotted one… in the opposite alley.

"Aah, manhole cover. At twelve o'clock." Raph said before turning to Arcee.

"Arcee. You go back to the others and inform to them that we found the manhole cover from the opposite alley." Raph said, before turning to Louie. "Louie. You come with me. We need to secure our way down."

Arcee nodded and left to report and fetch the others, while Raph and Louie jumped from the lamp post towards their target.

Both of them landed to he street and quickly flipped over the nearby parked blue car and hid behind of it as the yellow car passed by, missing the glimpse of the shadowy figures of the turtles in red and black moving across the street.

However, the two turtles saw a large blue armored truck that was heading towards them. The vehicle then came to stop and backed up into the alleyway… driving right over the manhole cover in the process.

"Now what?" Raph mumbled, as he and Louie rushed behind of the corner of the entrance and peeked into the alley to see that what was going on there.

The parked truck suddenly extinguished its head lights and the doors were opened from the driver's and passengers seats as well as from the backside, and out of the van stepped in six tough-looking guys. Each one of these guys were bearing in their uncivilized clothing the S-shaped red/purple dragon in their shirts, bandanas or sleeves.

One of them was a quite large and fat with the dark hair. He was dressed in the grayish green pants held up by the chain belt and blue torn sleeveless tank top and he was wearing a blood-red bandana over his head. He also had the S-shaped dragon both in his shirt and bandana.

Second one of them was the group's shortest guy with orange hair, with the dragon branded olive green shirt with elbow-length sleeves, red bandana tied around his head beneath of his hair and the bandaged arms.

Third one was African-American man with sunglasses, gray and green shirt with the dragon branded on it and a reddish shorts. He had also a reddish 70s style disco hair.

Fourth one was a pale-skinned man with the red and blue long-sleeved shirt, green shorts and spiky blue hair. He had dragon in one of his shirt's sleeves.

Fifth one was a quite muscular and tough-looking guy with tan skin, black sleeveless tank top shirt and blue pants with the chain hanging from his pant's belt. He also had the yellowish green bandana around of his head and beneath of his straight and reddish spiky hair and the bandaged arms. He also had the chain-necklace with the metallic S hanging on it. Along with the dragon branded in his bandana, he also had the dragon tattoo on his left shoulder.

And the last guy, apparent leader, had the blue and abundant hair with two notable strands of falling over his shoulders. He was dressed in the black pants and shirt and he was wearing over a red jacked with the yellowish-green sleeves. He had two purple dragons in his outfit, one in either sleeve.

The group disappeared inside of the building next of them, leaving the coast clear for now.

"Keep watch, Louie." Raph told to turtle in black before going in to investigate, leaving Louie behind of the blue car on the watch

Once Raph reached to the truck, he knelt down next to it to see where the manhole was.

However, once he found it, he found out that the van had been parked so that one of its front tires was standing right over the manhole cover, thus blocking them from sneaking back into underground.

"Great, just great! The old turtle luck working true to form." Raph moaned sarcastically, before he got back up to his feet and vent his frustration over of the situation by kicking the truck's side with his foot, causing a quite loud sound from every kick.

"That's a perfect way to be stealthy, Raph." Said the familiar voice with the sarcastic tone that caught Raph's attention.

Leo, Mary, Donnie, Dom, Mikey and Arcee were staring at him from behind of the corner and some boxes with Louie.

"Yeah, I don't think they heard you over in Joysey!" Mikey said jokingly.

"Give me a hand, will ya?" Raph said, pointing with his thump at the van next to him.

Mikey was about to do something stupid or make another joke as usually, judging from his wide grin and upright raised hands.

"Don't... you... even... think about it, Mikey." Raph warned strictly, prompting the younger turtle to step down.

"Raph, forget this one. There's no point of risking ourselves to be seen because of this manhole cover. We can find another one." Mary said, attempting to reason with Raph.

However, as usually, Raph rejected the wisest suggestion.

"No way, Mary! This is the closest one and only usable at the moment. Now, can you guys quit voicing the alternate suggestions and come over here to give me a hand with this thing?" Raph impatiently asked again.

However, none of his brothers and sisters moved to help, seeing Mary' suggestion of alternate plan more sensible.

"Fine! Just forget what I said. I'll push this out of the way by myself." Raph mumbled and moved to the backside of the van, starting to push the van with all his strength… with the extremely little effect as the van wouldn't budge due to its weight.

Dom stared at his stubborn brother with the dumbfounded expression. "Why he thinks that the mere physical force gets this thing to move?"

"Why else do you think he has muscles in place of his brain?" Donnie asked sarcastically.

"I heard that, bro! You'll be first on my list for that!" Raph let out from behind of the van, making Donnie to gulp, as he knew that Raph had a reputation to get back at anyone who makes fun of him behind of his shell.

"Well, you know Raph, bro. He never thinks with his brains, only his muscles. Because his muscles are the only brains he has." Louie joked.

"There's room for you too in my list, Louie!" Raph shouted.

However, soon enough, there was heart the steps and laughing voices coming from behind the door next to Raph, implying that the owners of the truck were coming back.

"Those dudes are coming back!" Dom snapped.

"Hide, Raph! Hide! Hurry up!" Leo urged Raph, who was like the sitting duck in front of the door.

"Get over here, bro! Quickly!" Arcee urged.

And because there was no time for Raph to go anywhere else to hide, the turtle in red jumped inside of the vehicle just when the door was opened and the owners of the truck came out.

"NO!" His brothers and sisters gasped from shock and horror when they saw their hot-tempered brother disappearing inside of the van.

"YOU GOTTA BE KIDDING ME!" Dom snarled as the turtle in white facepalmed himself in annoyance.

"Not there, stupid! No there!" Mary sneered between of her gritting teeth, although it was already too late.

"Poor choice, Raphael." Mikey said, mimicking Splinter's earlier comment for the turtle in red.

The rest of the turtles were unable to do anything else but to watch as the tough-looking guys walked chuckling out of the door and headed to the backside of the armored van, carrying several duffel bags with them.

"Did you see the way that guy squirmed when we took his cash? He was just like the other guys. Sheep, man. And the sheep are to be fleeced by us wolves." The blue-haired leader said to his buddies while they tossed the bags inside of the van.

The turtles were for now relieved that their brother wasn't yet seen by these people as they simply closed the doors of the truck without any surprised reactions nor shouts at the sight of the giant turtle in the backside of the van.

Those people, who were some kind of thugs due to the way how they spoke and the mention about the cash, with which their bags were most likely filled, closed the back doors and headed to their seats in the truck's cab.

The truck then took off to the streets… with Raph inside, leaving behind the rest of the turtles whom were hiding behind the blue car till the van was gone.

"Aw, man! I knew this called 'shortcut' was a bad idea from its birth!" Dom retorted with sarcasm.

"Just Imagine their surprised faces once they opened the back of that truck." Mikey joked to lighten the mood.

"Such of pity that we won't see their faces once they see him." Louie added.

However, the other turtles, especially Leo, Mary and Dom, were far from being in the humorous mood.

"Mikey! Louie! This is far from the matter of laughter!" Mary scolded her younger brothers.

"Our idiotic hot-headed brother has just put the secret of our existence into high risk!" Dom exclaimed in annoyance.

"Which is exactly what the Master Splinter was talking about. We gotta get him out of there before he's seen." Leo told to his siblings with firm determination.

"Well, despite the darkness, we certainly cannot run after them in the streets." Dom reminded.

"That's why I suggests taking the similar shortcut like Raph did earlier... only from higher this time and safely out of sight." Louie said, pointing with his finger at the opposite building's fire escape that led to the rooftop, which even the turtle in the white considered perfectly safe for them to pursue the van without being seen.

"Then… Last one to the rooftop is hatched from the rotten egg!" Donnie joked as the turtle in purple pulled out his Bo-staff and used it to pole vault himself to the fire escape and started to climb along it floor by floor, heading to the rooftop.

"Oh yeah?! Well, you're on, bro!" Mary shouted in joy, accepting Donnie's challenge before the turtle in turquoise struck her own Naginata's blade to the ground and pole vaulted herself to the fire escape right after Donnie.

The rest of the turtles followed the brainy and turquoise turtles to the fire escape.

"And the first one on the roof then eats it!" Louie jokingly shot back as the turtles started to climb up the fire escape after the others.

Once all the turtles had reached to the roof – Donnie as first one and Mikey as the last one – they quickly hurried to the direction to where the truck had went.

It did not take long for them to locate the truck down from the streets.

"There they are!" Arcee alerted the others by pointing at the moving truck.

"And they're moving fast. How we can ever catch them?" Louie questioned.

"We can cut them off at third and first!" Leo informed to the others.

"Depending on how many bends they make on their way." Mary pointed out.

"And how fast we can run." Donnie added.

"Is there any other way to run?" Mikey asked, but none bothered to answer as they all took off after the van.

Taking the advantage of the bends and turns the truck made on the streets, the seven turtles ran like crazy across the rooftops and made the long leaps or flips over the wide gaps between the buildings to keep up with the moving vehicle.

Arcee greatly enjoyed of jumping along the rooftops and the feeling of the fresh air and cold night wind on her skin. This felt from her far more better than jumping from pipe to pipe and breathing mostly the musty air of the sewers.

Mikey also took all the fun out of their very first experience of the rooftop trip by showing off his jumping skills with sideways leaps and front or back flips over the gaps.

And because of their quick empathy to the surroundings, Arcee and Mikey took the lead, leaving others behind.

"Hey, guys! Are you dragging anchors with you, huh?" Arcee called for the rest of their siblings after noticing them to be falling behind.

"You guys are too slow!" Mikey teased.

However, both Arcee and Mikey soon witnessed the cool move all their sibling performed together.

First, Leo and Donnie jumped from the edge of the building at the same time, flying through the air in the cross-positions. Leo and Donnie soon performed together in the mid-air the front flip while Louie and Dom picked up the higher spots and jumped towards and almost over of their flipping brothers. The turtles in black and white then landed onto the bottoms of Leo and Donnie's feet in mid stage of their flip before the turtles in blue and purple boosted their brothers upwards with their legs at the same time as Dom and Louie jumped even higher into the air, while both Leo and Donnie went back into upright positions and landed on their feet to the roof. Louie and Dom then mimicked their brothers' earlier move as Mary at the same time pole vaulted herself into the air with her spear. The turtle in turquoise flew smoothly through the air as if she had just dived into the water, before she flipped over and landed onto the bottoms of her flipping brothers' feet. And by their turn, Louie and Dom boosted their sister up with their legs at the same time as Mary herself jumped even higher into the air, and she even flew against the bright full moon in the sky, which silhouetted her.

Both Mikey and Arcee were left dumbfounded and in awe at such of stunt.

"Whoa." both the turtles gasped, while one by one all five turtles landed onto their feet to the rooftop and kept running after the truck.

And soon as every last turtle was off from the sky, Arcee and Mikey finally snapped out of their trance and saw that their brothers and sister were already far ahead of them.

"Hey! Where did you learn that move?!" Arcee called, as she hurried after them.

"Hey, guys! Wait for us!" Mikey called for the others to wait as he rushed after Arcee to catch up the others.

Mikey and Arcee were not the only ones whom took all the pleasure out of this. Louie enjoyed of this opportunity as well. Before this day, the daredevil turtle had felt himself somewhat bored as all the daredevil stuff in the sewers have been gone through for, what, five hundred times over. The turtle in black was hungry of something new.

As the seven turtles kept jumping along the rooftops, Louie hopped along some chimneys that stood in line before he leaped for the rooftop's water tower and started to climb it to its roof. Once there, the turtle in black fearlessly leaped off the towers roof. He then curled into a ball and made at least three somersaults during of his free fall, before he uncurled himself and landed onto the washing line and started to slide along it forward and over the gap between of two buildings.

"BWA HA HA HA HA HAA! I'VE NEVER FELT MYSELF SO ALIVE!" the turtle in black let out happily while sliding forward along the line.

The turtle in black then hopped off the line and flew towards another building and grabbed with both hands from the flagpole at the edge of the building's rooftop. Louie swung himself around of the pole one or couple times before he let go of it, sending himself flying towards the other side of the roof. However, he landed back on his feet a halfway from both edges of the rooftop, though he quickly resumed the pursuit of the truck that took Raph away.

Mikey had witnessed Louie's recent stunt and scoffed.

"That's the best you have, bro? Take the look at this, you amateur!" Mikey called with the challenging tone, before he leaped on top of the next building's doorway's flat sharp-angled rooftop and slid down a length of it, before he flipped himself forward.

As Mikey started to fall down, he took out one of his Nunchucks and swung it over the washing line, intending to use his weapon like a zipline to slid forward along the washing line. However, Mikey ended up crashing face first into the green shirt hanging on the line, causing a blind and from out of nowhere into his face crashed cloth startled Mikey to accidentally let go one of his weapon's handles and the turtle in orange fell down onto his butt to another rooftop beneath of him, the green shirt still over his head.

"LAME, BRO!" Louie teased as he ran past him after Leo, Donnie, Mary and Dom. Only Arcee hurried to Mikey's side.

"You okay, Mikey?" the turtle in pink asked with a slight worry as she crouched down next to him to check if Mikey had injured himself.

However, she heard Mikey sniffing the shirt that was still hanging over his head, before he moved it off from his face.

"Hmm. I smell the springtime fresh." the turtle in orange said with the smirk.

Arcee rolled her eyes at her brother, before she got back up and held out her hand for Mikey.

"C'mon, you goofball. Up on your feet."

Accepting his sister's help, Mikey took Arcee's hand and let the turtle in pink to help him back up. With her brother back on his feet again, Arcee turned around and hurried after the others while Mikey, throwing off the shirt, followed her right behind.

To Be Continue.
