Holly had closed the oven and looked over at Robert. "Good morning darling." She smiled as she looked over at Seana. "Seana has been helping me out as has Jayne. Did you know our daughter took culinary classes?" Holly beamed with pride as she looked at Jayne. Seana was happily sitting in her lap eating a snack.

"I really did love school and I love being able to make a homecooked meal." Jayne smiled at Holly.

"That's a great skill to have. Good morning." Robert gave Jayne and Seana kisses on the forehead then went and gave Holly a kiss. "What was the bang?"

Holly was surprised Robert heard it. "Was it that loud? Seana was helping get some dishes out and you know how the cabinets can be. What did you think it was?" Holly asked, curious.

"A dozen things came to mind but I had hoped it was just something cooking related." Robert spoke truthfully, he worried about Diane crashing their Thanksgiving and hurting their family.

"I am okay, we're okay. I love you." Holly tried to reassure him. "You know what I think? I think there's a little girl who would love it if she got some of her grandpa's attention."

Robert's eyes sparkled as he looked over at Seana. "What do you say babe?"

Seana reached her arms out. "Grandpa!"

Robert went over and scooped her up. "That's my girl. Have you been helping grandma and Aunt Jaynie." Robert asked.

Seana proudly nodded, she had been given little jobs and absolutely loved it.

"She's been a great help. Jayne and I would have been lost without her." Holly gave her granddaughter a kiss on the cheek.

"I think that calls for a break, how about I steal her away and we go watch the parade?" Robert asked Seana.

Seana's face lit up, she didn't know exactly what a parade was but it sure did sound fun. "Yes!"

Robert took Seana out to the living room just as there was a knock on the door. He went over to open it, smiling brightly at who stood before him. "Robin!"

Robin smiled at her father. "Hi dad and Seana. You've gotten so big." Robin had been in Seana's life from the start. Seana reached over for Robin and she took her. She gave her a hug.

Noah ran to Robert and hugged him. "Grandpa!"

Robert scooped him up and gave him a hug. "There's my boy, Happy Thanksgiving."

"You too." Noah smiled.

Robert sat him down and greeted Emma and Patrick. "Have you seen you mother yet?" Robert asked Robin.

"Yes, I stopped by while the kids and Patrick checked into the hotel. Is it okay if I invite her tonight? I wanted to make sure with you and Holly first." Robin sat Seana down. Robert was pretty sure that it would be fine but wanted to make sure first.

"I don't think it will be a problem, you can check with Holly. She is in the kitchen with Jayne. Wait until you meet her." Robert took Robin's hand and led her to the kitchen.

Holly looked over and saw Robin, her face lighting up. "Robin!" She hurried over to hug her. "I am so happy to see you."

Robin's smile was big as she greeted her stepmother. "You too Holly, you look fantastic. I see dad has been treating you well."

"Always." Holly smiled.

Robert went over and put an arm around Jayne. "Jayne I would like you to meet your sister Robin."

Jayne smiled and shook her hand. "It's lovely to meet you."

"You too. You look like such a mix of our dad and Holly." Robin told her as she could see the resemblance.

"Thank you, they are the best." Jayne smiled at her parents.

"Speaking of parents, Holly do you care if I invite my mom? She has been going through a lot." Robin asked Holly.

"Oh please do! It will be lovely to have her here." Holly and Anna were genuinely friends, she wanted her to enjoy this time with her family as much as she was.

Robin went off to call Anna.

Robert smiled and kissed Holly's head. "This is going to be the best Thanksgiving in a long time."
