Robert had gotten permission to go in and see Valentin, he had to know why he had decided to try to kill Holly. He had never trusted him but Holly didn't think badly of him and Anna did love him, at least at some point. The two risked a lot for him.

Valentin looked at Robert. "I don't feel like putting up with you right now."

"Too bad." Robert told him as he went over near him. "Duke told me you were aiming towards Holly, if it weren't for him and Anna you would have gotten her too."

Valentin rolled his eyes at Robert. "You ever think Duke has motives? He's out to make me look bad?"

Robert had no time for his games, there was no way he was going to try to turn this on Duke. "Valentin you do that well enough on your own. Duke has no reason to lie and considering Diane got hit his story is backed up. Now I have a wife questioning why a man she helped save wanted to shoot her and you damn well better believe I want answers." Robert's tone was low and serious.

Valentin was already over this conversation but in true Cassadine fashion had to needle Robert. "Wife? Did you and Holly get remarried? I thought Diane took care of that."

It took everything in Robert to keep his cool but he managed, he knew what Valentin was trying to do and he wasn't going to let him. "You didn't answer my question, why did you plan to shoot Holly?"

Valentin refused to say another word. Robert had had enough and left the room. He didn't want to make his next stop but he knew he had to. He went into Diane's room.

Diane opened her eyes and looked at Robert. "Brings back memories doesn't it?"

Robert didn't have time for Diane's games. "I'm not here to live in your fantasy, You really are something."

"Something that you were beginning to really like DA Scorpio." Diane grinned at him.

Robert shook his head. "Not anymore. Get well, prison is waiting on you." Robert coldly stated as he left the room.

Laura was outside of the room, she had come to see Charlotte and see about taking her home or at least having her moved away from Valentin. "You okay?" She asked Robert.

"I will be once they are both locked up. How's Charlotte?" Robert asked Laura as he gave her a quick hug.

Laura hugged her friend tightly. "Better, I'm going to take her away to get the help that she needs. Jordan will be filling in for me again."

"Well I wish her well. She's a good kid, she just needs help undoing what they've done to her." Robert hated the destruction The Cassadines had done over the years to everyone, including their own.

"That's what we're going to do and I'm going to be with her since Lulu can't. You should talk to Holly about seeing Kevin or someone if not him. I am not trying to push it but it might help her, she's gone through decades of them messing with her mind." Laura suggested, she was not trying to overstep she just wanted her friends happy and wanted to make sure The Cassadines had no power over Holly.

Robert nodded, he knew that was a good idea. He also knew it would be Holly's choice. "I believe we have discussed it in the past, I'll bring it up again. I know we all want this nightmare over with."

"Yes we do." Robert and Laura said their goodbyes as Robert took out his cell phone to call Holly.

Holly and Jayne had stopped to have some tea when Holly's cell phone went off. "Scorpio." She had the biggest smile on her face.

Robert couldn't help but chuckle. "You have no idea how good it is to hear you say that. You two still shopping?" Robert asked.

"We are having some tea right now, we have a little more to do." Holly covered the phone as she spoke to Jayne. "Do you care if I invite him to join us?" She quietly said.

Jayne shook her head no. "I would love more time with both of you."

Holly gave her a warm smile as she uncovered the phone. "Care to join us?"

Robert's eyes lit up as he hit the button for the elevator. "I would love to. See you soon."
