Here's the next chapter. So far no sign of Season 5 yet, but keep your chin up.
Intro: (song) "Transformers! More than meets the eye! Transformers! Robots in disguise!" Optimus Prime with axe in hand, Tom, Jack and Thunder beside him breathing lightning. Ratchet with his hands transformed into swords fighting Deceptacons with D'Angelo, Miko and Plowhorn fighting beside him. Bulkhead bashing with his wrecking ball fist June and her dragon Wu and Wei fighting with ice and fire. Bumblebee with his right arm laser gun and left arm a sword with Alex, Raf and Feathers beside him. "Autobots wage their battle to destroy the evil forces of the Deceptacons!" Blizwing, destroying buildings. Lugnut lifting a bulldozer over his head. And Galvatron leading his army. The Team Prime and modern Dragon Riders lined shoulder to shoulder in the Hidden World. "Transformers! (Robot voice) Transformers!"
Inside the Hidden World, three static pods were scattered in three different locations, the first one reveals a scanner. Male computer voice says: "Scanning. Scanning." The machine scanned for a suitable beast mod. As does the other two, in different areas. Male computer voice says: "Scan complete. Beginning transformation." As the protoforms were now being given their robot and beast mods.
The next day at Tom's house, as his friends gathered, seeing him on his bed listening to rock music, while humming to the lyrics out loud. They were shocked and confused by all of this. June says to him: "Hey!" No responds. "Kullersen!" She said a bit louder but still no responds from him. "Tom!" She yells, finally gaining his attention, he removes his ear buds and asks: "How'd you get in here?"
D'Angelo feeling insulted replies: "Did you really just asked that? I'm highly trained in multiple methods of…" Alex simply answers while interrupting D'Angelo: "Your mom let us in." D'Angelo pauses for a moment and continues: "Okay, sure. Mom helped us this time. Next time, I'm going fully covert." Rad states: "I doubt that. You could be a ninja for all I care, and my mama would find you." He said which shocked D'Angelo.
June says: "The better question is; what are you listening too?" Jack also asks: "Did Miko gave you one of her songs?" Tom answers: "First off; no. Seconds I thought I was alone. What are you guys doing in my room?" The Chinese girl answers the question: "It's Saturday morning." D'Angelo adds: "We always hang out with the dragons on Saturday. Plus we thought we visit the Ark. See what the Decepticons are up to." The blonde haired boy says to his friends: "You're right." He picks up his backpack from his chair. "Let's wake them up and have some fun." The Latino girl and the Japanese girl stops him. Alex says to Tom: "Wait! Before we go, can you rock out one more time? It really made my morning?" Miko adds: "Yeah. If anything you could play the base player in my band." So Tom plays the air guitar and sings it out, while some of the members laughed but silently.
Back at June's home, her brother Eugene wakes up, yawning and stretching. He opens the fridge to find something to eat, he callout to his mother: "Mom, are you gonna make breakfast?" There was no responds, he looks down the hallway. "Mommy? Are you home?" He walks to the counter while cleaning his ear with his pinky finger. He looks to see a clipboard, picks up and reads it out loud: "Spreadsheet of chores for the day? 'Clean the bathroom, do the laundry, vacuum the crumbs out of your bed. Love mom'. Well I'm not doing this." He said with little effort of doing them.
He then bangs on June's bedroom door. "June! Mom left us a bunch of chores!" He kept banging but no reply. "Am I talking to myself?" He asks but again no responds. "You seriously no here?" He tries to open the door but it's locked from the inside. He goes outside to look through the window and she isn't inside her room. "(Grunt) Where'd she sneak off too this time?" He openly asked.
In the cave where the Dragon Riders, enters, Tom yells: "Thunder, Plowhorn, Feathers, Winger, Phoenix, Charcoal, Firebites, Sparky, Cloudster, Wu and Wei! Rise and shine." All the dragons came rushing to their riders minus Thunder. June hugs Wu's head and then turns to Wei, she giggles and says: "Now, Wu hugged you yesterday. It's Wei's turn." She hugs her heat head. D'Angelo and Raf rushed to meet their dragons, only to bulldozed over by them, Charcoal and Firebites licks Raf like a dog greeting it's owner, Raf says to them "Easy you two. I only got two arms." As for D'Angelo he greets his dragon: "I miss you too."
As for Miko, Alex and Jack they too greet Cloudster, Sparkey, Winger and Freathers. Jack says to Winger: "Great seeing you buddy." He then turns to Phoenix. "Sorry, Phoenix, Fowler isn't coming today. But you still have us." Alex notice some wrong with Feathers, and says: "Feathers is upset about something." Tom stops and looks around to see Thunder is in the cave. Tom calls out to his dragon: "Thunder!" But no responds not even a grow. He walks to a large rock, uses his pick by hitting it, but still no responds.
Tom says regarding his dragon: "Thunder's not here." June questions: "What do you mean? He's gotta be here." Jack speaks of a theory: "Maybe he's roaming around. Kinda like cats do." Tom states: "He's not a cat. He maybe independent but, still he should've responded. Thunder!" D'Angelo calls out: "Yo, Sparky! Come out!" Sparky's head up him. "Not you, I meant Thunder. Sorry for the mixup."
They began searching around the cave, but no sign of him, every time Tom uses his handheld pickaxe to call for his dragon, he can't seem to find him. "Thunder!"
He rejoins the group, and he openly asks: "Where could he be? He wouldn't just fly off." Then a beeping sound made, June asks: "What is it?" Alex and Raf pulls out their tablet and laptop. Alex says: "It's Thunder's saddle tracker, he must've passed one of the sensors." Raf adds: "If he's in the Crystal Realm. Then we need reinforcements. More hands could help." Tom says to the group: "Come on, we need to catch up, and figure out what's going on. And get help from Optimus Prime, Bumblebee, Arcee, Cheetor and Tigertron."
As the Dragon Riders mount on their dragons, Tom jumps onto Feathers with Alex, who turns with a surprise look asking: "Wait, you're riding with me?" Tom answers: "Yeah, co-pilot. Give me your tablet. I'll watch the sensors while you fly the dragon." She gives Tom her tablet. "Okay, let's roll!" Alex openly asks: "Why do I get the feeling, this gonna be a rough ride?" As they flew beginning their search.
Meanwhile back at Icarus base Alex's mothers are working on some yard work, as Eugene walks up to them, and greets them: "Good morning misses and misses Gonzalez. What a beautiful day for gardening." Carla replies to the young man: "Yes, wanna grab a shovel a dig with us? It's planting season." The teenage Chinese man trying to avoid manual labor but replies: "Oh, you know what I love nothing more. But I'm actually looking for June. She seems to have disappeared again. Is she here perhaps?" Hazel answers: "Nope. Alex was up and out early." Her lesbian wife adds in a happy tone: "Which warms our hearts. Something about dragon club." This intrigued Eugene's interested.
Eugene asks: "Dragon club?" Hazel answers: "I believe its some sort of game." Carla asks her wife as she puts her hand on her shoulder: "Remember how we met Hazel? Couldn't stop playing that post-apocalyptic video game. What was it called again?" She remembers it and speaks the name: "Hoard of culture shock!" They giggled remembering their youth and how they fell in love. The Chinese teenagers: "Yes, favorite game. Well June's probably over at the Baker's residence. Now you two ladies enjoy your garden and your beautiful memories." He leaves with a smile but turns around with annoyed glare on his face as he leaves.
As the two lesbians stopped laughing, Hazel says regarding Eugene: "Such an interesting child." Her wife replies: "Yeah. We could probably fertilize the garden with that good boy act." She saw through his ruse seeing him for what he is. The two went back to their gardening.
Back in the Crystal realm, the Dragon Rider search for Thunder, and catch up with the Transformers and added Botanica. On Feathers, Tom asks Alex: "Can we go any faster?" Alex replies: "We all can't have lighting dragons Tom." The blonde haired boy asks openly: "Why would Thunder just leave?" The Latino girl answers: "Maybe he heard something and went to investigate. He can be a bit impulsive. (Under voice) Like someone else I know." Cheetor in beast mod says: "Its possible. Fury species have great sense of hearing. And I remember one Fury dragon who kept running off on his own."
Tom states in disagreement: "He's never done it before." D'Angelo points out: "Or maybe he's found his family. Isn't that what you want?" Tom answers: "No. I mean yes, yes, yes!" He quickly changes his answer. "But not without me. I mean I wanna find them too. But I wanna be there, so that I know he's okay." Optimus Prime in flight mod up to Feathers' level says: "I understand Tomas. You've grown attached to him. As we all have come to grow attachments to you, Thunder, and all of you. And it's more painful to let him go." Miko says: "Wow. Sounds like you've got experience in this." Arcee states: "We weren't from the Hidden World. We were once on the surface, even on our own planet, we've some made friends. Lost some friends." She said remembering all the ones she's had over the last 1,300 years.
June says to her friend: "We'll find him Tom. And sorry to bring back painful memories." Bumblebee speaks: "It's alright. We gotten use to it. We know you human's life span is limited than us." Raf openly asks: "Okay, I get many of you, but why bring Botanica? No offense." The plant themed Maximal answers: "None taken Rafael. But we detected three statice pods inside the hidden realm." June asks: "What's statics pod?" Tigertron answers: "A static pod, holds a protoform, think like a transformer before being given a form." Miko simplifies: "So they're like transformers babies." Botanica explains: "Not exactly. A protoform can be a fully adult transformer. All they need a spark like the ones we have." Then a transmitter begins to peep. "It would seem we found one of the pods."
The dragon riders land and Transforms gathered around the pod. Tom asks feeling impulsive: "I hate to be insensitive but do we have time? We need to find Thunder." Arcee answers: "Look, I know you're worried but we have help our own." They open the pod but to find it empty. Optimus Prime questions: "It's empty?" Then they hear a sonic squeaky sound, they turn to see a bubble-horn the size of a mule. D'Angelo shockingly says: "Wow! That's pretty big Bubble-Horn." June adds in agreement: "Yeah, it's as big as a horse or a donkey." Bumblebee not impressed by the dragon and says: "I say he's not so big." Then a voice says: "Not big?! I'll have you know, I'm bigger than those little bubble making horses with horns sticking out of their heads."
The group was shocked to see the large version of a small-unicron-like-dragon was talking. Tom says regarding the obvious: "I think we found our missing protoforms." Arcee replies sarcastically: "You think." Optimus Prime steps forward and greets the new member: "Greetings. I am Optimus Prime, leader of the Autobots. These are my companions; Bumblebee, Arcee, Cheetor, Tigertron and Botanica. These are human allies and friends, Tomas Kullersen, D'Angelo Baker, June Wong, Alex Gonzalez, Jack Darby, Miko Nakadai, and Rafael Esquivel. We are here searching for you and two other Maximal protoforms. As well as a missing Night-Light Fury named Thunder. What's your name?" The Bubble-Horn Maximal answers: "The name's Quillber."
June says to him: "Well pleasure to meet you." Alex adds: "I don't know. Remember the last time we dealt with the Bubble horns?" Botanica corrects: "True Alex, but he's a Maximal. So he's more robot than dragon." Quillber says to them: "Well, if what you say is true. How do I…Transform is it?" Tigertron answers: "It's quit simply really. Just speak the command code, 'Maximize'." The transformer in a dragon's mode says: "Okay, Quillbert, Maximize!" He then transforms into robot mode, his rear horse legs began to turn into wheels, his front legs extend into arms and has fingers. His upper torso was also enlarged to fit his robot body and his head is robotic with the bubble horn spikes as a mohawk. "Wow! Check out this new bod!" The group was impressed by the new appearance. He rolls closer only to see he's 5ft, he's shorter than Tom, "What?! I'm shorter than I was before!" He said in an upset tone.
D'Angelo whispers to Jack: "Apparently he suffers a Napoleon complex." Jack agrees: "Short-man syndrome." The Hispanic boy tries to comfort him: "Well even short people have benefits." The Maximal says: "Well at least I'm taller than you." Raf grumps feeling smaller than he is now. "So, now we're caught up, you say you're looking for a dragon?" Tom says to him: "Yeah. We're looking for him, his name's Thunder. Here's a picture of him." He shows his phone a picture of his dragon. Quillbert looks closely at the picture and says: "Oh yeah. I saw him like a few hours, just when I came out of that pod." Optimus asks: "Will you join us? We could find more of your missing friends along the way." Quillbert says: "Okay. Besides, these wheels are itching to burn rubber."
So the Dragon Riders and Transformers along with their newest member continues to the search, Tom says to Feathers: "Come on Feathers, let's pick up the pace." He gently kicks her in the side like horse, which causes her to turn invisible, which freaks him out and grabs hold to Alex. She asks Tom: "Will you relax and enjoy the ride? You're steaming up my neck." As he lets go of Alex, Feathers reappears visible, Tom apologizes to her: "Sorry Alex." They continues to fly until they stopped.
Alex looks on her tablet, and notice one of the sensors is bleeping. Tom asks her: "Is that Thunder?" She answers: "No that a electro magnetic signal on the sensor board. In laments terms." Tom still questions: "Why are we stopping?" The Latino computer genius answers: "Because the trail's gone cold." Tom exclaims: "Cold?! Then trail can't go cold! Take us down."
The Dragon Riders land on the ground as the Transformers regroup with them, Tom dismounts off of Feathers and begins searching, he calls out: "Thunder!" But no responds, Bumblebee also calls out: "Thunder! Here boy!" He whistles like a master calling for his dog. Soon they all join in even Quillbert. They searched all over the area, but no sign, Tom quietly asks: "Where are you?" Cheetor and Tigertron were in beast mod smelling the area for Thunder's scent.
D'Angelo says to the group: "Guys!" He and Plowhorn may have discovered something. "Plowhorn got his scent. Thunder must've gone into this cave. Good job girl." He comments his dragon. Tom says to his whole team: "Okay Riders, lets mount up!" Optimus Prime says to his team: "Autobots and Maximals, transform and roll out!" They transformed into their alternate mod minus Cheetor and Tigertron who were already in beast mod and Quillbert was staying in his robot mode.
Tom was about to mount on the featherhead dragon, but Alex stops him and asks: "Don't you think you should ride on Plowhorn, now? Since now she's taken the lead?" The blonde haired boy agreeing with says: "Yeah, yeah good idea." D'Angelo feeling irritated but Tom was smiling as he sat behind him. "Okay let's move!"
As they enter cave, riding on their dragons walking on the ground, Plowhorn strong on his sent, Tom continues to whisper regarding of Thunder: "I just don't get it. Is Thunder looking for something, or chasing someone?" D'Angelo says to him: "When Plow finds him, you'll get your answer." Tom heavily sighs and asks D'Angelo: "So Plow can smell Thunder?" The African American army ranger/veterinarian answers: "Plow can smell everything." As the Gembreaker dragon continues her sniffing of Thunder's sent as the others follow. Tom asks D'Angelo feeling board: "Are we getting close?" D'Angelo replies: "We do not rush Plowhorn. Her nose is a miracle of nature" As they continue, Tom starts to feel uncomfortable. He asks his friend: "(Grunting) You should really get her a saddle. It be a lot more comfortable." The driving Rider replies to the backseat rider: "Maybe it's just your boney butt." He said in an irritated ton. Tom defends: "My butt's not boney." Plowhorn felt insulted by that thinking she's the problem.
Tom realizes he's the problem and takes the responsibility: "Okay, maybe a little." As they continue the search, Alex says regarding Tom: "I never seen Tom like this." Jack adds in agreement: "Yeah. He must really be worried about Thunder. Who could blame him?" June finishes: "Yeah. But we'd all be freaked out if our dragon was missing." They all nod in agreement. Then they hear something, a noise like thunder.
D'Angelo says regarding the sound: "Sounds like thunder." The blonde haired boy speaks up to his friend: "Thunder does make that sound." He mistakenly thought he meant his dragon. The African American teenager corrects him: "No, I mean actually thunder." Botanica recognizes it and says in agreement: "Yes, a electronic atmospheric discharge." Tom now starting to understand and says: "Yeah, and it came from that cave."
When they reach the cave entrance they see its too small to fit in. D'Angelo says regarding the entrance: "No way, Plow or the Transformers can fit through that." June says to her dragon: "Wu, Wei. Freeze and reheat." The ice and heat dragon head fires at the entrance causing it to explode and increases the entrance size. Cheetor asks: "Okay, who wants to go down the creepy tunnel first?"
They entered the cave and all say at the same time: "Wow!" The Autobots and Maximals transform into robot mode and turn on their high beams. The new cave has black stone walls, and it looks like it has a sky but with clouds.
As the Dragon Riders dismount, Tom calls out again: "Thunder!" But no responds again. "Thunder!" Alex asks openly: "Where are we?" Raf speaks: "I don't know but it gives me the creeps." D'Angelo speaks his mind: "This feels like a completely different world." June quotes from mythology: "'She should abandoned heaven, abandoned earth and descend into the underworld.'" Most everyone was disturbed by her poetic responds. "Its a Samarian myth. Lots of cultures of dark realms. Places no one should go. And no one returns." Alex says how she feels: "That's how I feel at the mall."
Then a new voice says: "'Abandon all hope, ye who enters here." They looked around, and saw a very large spider-wing. Arcee says: "We just found another transformer." Bumblebee says to him: "Hello, my name's Bumblebee, we come… the new transformer interrupts: "You should leave while you can." The team was shocked to hear this, Quillbert asks: "Hey buddy. I'm a transformer like you. We came this way to find both you and a dragon named Thunder." He shows the dragon's image to him. The Maximal spider-dragon says: "Hmmm. I saw this dragon, not too long ago." Tom walks up and asks: "You've seen Thunder?"
He answers: "Yes." Tigertron walks up and asks: "Care to join our quest?" The Maximal answers: "Yes. Besides wouldn't last long without me." Optimus Prime says: "Welcome to the team. What your name?" The Spider-Wing answers: "Call me Webster. Webster Maximize!" He transforms, his spider legs are on his new forearms, long robotic legs he has crab claws for hands, his wings are on his back, his head is a robot head with visor eyes, a regular mouth pincers on his mouth sides. June disgusted by the appearance, and whispers to Miko: "I thought regular spider-wings were creepy." Miko agreeing with her: "No kidding." They whispered to each other.
Then they hear lighting this time, Tom pulls off his backpack, pulls out some binoculars, he sees lighting striking, only it was upwards not downwards. Tom says to his friends/teammates: "It's lightning. It could be Thunder. Come on!" He rushes to mount on Plowhorn, D'Angelo speaks of a possibility: "Or it could be a thunderstorm. Look at those dark clouds." Alex with a stork tone: "Thunderstorms underground? This just keeps getting better and better." Tigertron says regarding this new world: "How, ironic? No matter how long we've been on and under earth. It's mysteries are still kept secret." Tom corrects them: "No guys, the lighting is shooting up!" They turn around to see the lighting was shooting upwards. D'Angelo says as they turn around: "Oh. You could've open with that information."
As Tom sat on Plowhorn who groans in tiredness, D'Angelo with a nervous smile says to Tom: "You know, it might be easier for Plowhorn, to keep tracking with just one rider. You know, less weight, she can move faster." Tom sees through him: "You just want me to ride with someone else." D'Angelo replies in denial: "No, no, no, no." He puts on a fake smile, but feels he can't lie to his friend. "Yeah, I can't lie."
Soon, Tom was flying with June on Wei, as the other Dragon Riders flew on their dragons, as the transformers including their newest members were with them. Plowhorn and Charcoal even Firebits don't like it. D'Angelo and Raf tries to calm them down. D'Angelo says to his dragon: "Easy girl, easy. You're not the only one creeped out by this place." Raf says to his dragons: "Its okay, I'm here. But even I don't like this."
Tom says to everyone: "Let's just keep moving forward." As they remained quite for a moment June breaks the silence and says: "You know what's strange?" Jack answers within the form of a question: "You mean besides the face we're in an unknown world?" June replies: "Well that, and we haven't seen any other dragons." Just then a flock of Terrible Terrors comes flying in through the Dragon Riders, who all dodge them. Alex sarcastically says: "You had to jinks it."
Tom questions the dragon's behavior: "What was that all about? Those dragons usually the frenzied." D'Angelo speak of a theory: "They look like they were fleeing from something." Miko asks: "What can scar a flock of dragons, even small ones?" Alex answers in omnibus tone: "Something very big." The Blonde haired boy speaks with concern in his voice: "I hope whatever it is, Thunder's okay." They were quite for a moment, until Optimus says to everyone: "Everybody keep your eyes peeled. We in uncharted territory. We have no idea what's lurking in the shadows." The transformers were in ready mode.
At the Baker's home, Chief Baker was leaving his house until Eugene walks up and says to him: "Chief Baker!" He startled the chief of security, who turns and replies to the young man: "Eugene Wong. Do what I owe the pleasure?" He asked as he leaves, and Eugene follows him and continues: "I'm looking for my sister June. She left without doing our chores this morning." He chuckles a bit. "Kids, am I right?" Chief Baker seeing through his silver tongue and asks: "You mean left without doing her chores?" Eugene thought of what he said and quickly replies nervously: "Yeah. Of course that's what I mean. (Nervously chuckles) Well since you know, everything that goes on around here. Do you know where they like to play?" Chief Baker simply answers: "Nope."
The young Chinese teenager continues asks the chief of security: "I mean, dragon club sounds like a wonderful way for the younger kids to spend their free time. I just wish June finished…" Chief Baker interrupts and leans in closer to him: "Have finished, your chores Eugene?" He saw through his twisted words Eugene nervous laughs has his eyes shifted in all directions. "And while watch the skies for a well polished responds. Let me answer that question for you. Nope." He leaves the young man, he waves him bye and says: "Thanks chief." The security chief wave but doesn't turn around. "(Frustrating groans) Where do does little pukes play Dragon Club." He whispers to himself.
Back with the Dragon Riders and Transformers, who are still searching for Thunder but in the cavern the black walls surrounding felt strange. June asks openly: "Is it just me, or does it feel like the walls are close in on us?" Cheetor replies in agreement: "Yeah, I feel it too." Tom says in disagreement: "I'm sure it's just your eyes playing tricks on you." As they continue to fly, even Quillbert's feeling cluster phobic.
Alex frighten asks: "Ever get the feeling your being watched?" Webster asks: "I know about that. But my spider senses are telling me we're being watched." Then the wall holes began to reveal red glowing eyes. Botanica says fearfully: "We are now definitely being watched." D'Angelo himself is also has fear in his voice: "Occasionally." The Latino girl whispers: "Maybe we should turn around." Miko also whispering: "Yeah. This place went beyond creepy. It's almost haunted house scary." Tom determined still: "Keep moving. They're probably just cave rats." Arcee sarcastically asks: "Cave rats? Really?" Jack says to her: "I get he's still look for Thunder, but this is getting dangerous." He spoke as the red eyed creatures began to shoot fire, which causes the Dragons Riders to dodge and avoid the shots.
D'Angelo exclaims: "Cave rats that shoot flaming webs!" June points out: "These webs have spider-wing written all over them!" Webster speaks: "Nasty vermin. And my beast mode's one of them." As they continue to dodge the attacks, Jack says: "Miko, Raf, Alex watch out!" The trio heard their friend's warning react quickly. One Spider-wing fire web his Bumblebee's right rear wheel. Bumblebee exclaims: "Ah! I got burned!" Arcee transforms into robot mode providing her friend cover fire.
As for another Spider-Wing who emerges from her hole and fires, at D'Angelo hitting him in the boot. D'Angelo exclaims: "We're hit! My boots! My boots! My boots are on fire!" June says to her dragon: "Wu, chill him out!" So the ice head dragon extinguish the fire on D'Angelo's boot.
Optimus says to his transformers: "Transformers engage!" So Optimus and the others transforms into robot mode and unleash their weapons minus Botanica. They open fired in all directions blocking most holes, Miko says to her dragon: "Cloudster give them some gas!" So the gas headed dragon breaths the flammable gas into the wall caves, which fill in and out some of the holes, then Raf yells: "Ok Charcoal and Firebites light them up!" So both the Gronckle and Terrible Terror fires igniting the gas causing some to be costumed by the fire or scattered.
The remaining spider-wings, Alex and Jack on their dragons deal with them. Alex says to Feathers: "Feathers sing them to sleep." Jack says to his dragon Winger: "And Winger blow them a kiss goodbye." So the Featherhead dragon uses her sonic scream on the spider-wing dragons disorienting them, and Winger using his four wings creates a powerful gust of wind sending them flying backwards. Tom congratulates them: "Nice one Alex, good job Jack!" June asks D'Angelo: "You, ok D?" The African American Dragon Rider replies: "I'm good. Although my feet are a little sweaty." Tom says to their other members: "Hey Miko, Raf. Way to go of cooking them spider-wings." Raf replies: "Thanks. I think I like y spider meat well done." Then they see lagoon. D'Angelo says irritated: "Ho now the big watering hole shows up. Where were you a minute ago?" The heat and ice dragon began coughing feeling dry. June says regarding her dragon: "Wu and Wei could use a water break." Alex says in agreement: "Yeah we could all use a water break." Tom acknowledges their need for rest so they head to the spot.
The team rest near the watering hole, the dragons drink from it, as the Autobots and Maximals rest. Arcee uses inna spary on Bee's web covered wheel. Jack walks up and asks: "What's that?" Arcee answers: "Just some thing Ratchet, Rhinox and Preceptor created in their spare time to combat Spider-wing webbing." After the spray on Bee's wheel is done, he transforms into robot mode. Miko says openly: "Well this was great and all. And I'm sure Thunder's alright. Can we please go home now?" Bumblebee stretches felt being in vehicle mode for too long.
Tom sees the lighting going upwards, and whispers: "If that's you pal. Just hold on. I'm coming." D'Angelo feeling tired and hungry, even says as he pulls out some candy bars from his vest: "I don't know about you guys. But I'm starving. Any one ride a ration bar?" June says: "Sure." Jack adds: "I can eat." Miko says in a tolerable tone: "Even army food sounds good at this point." Alex finishes: "No time like the present for a last meal." He gives his ration bars to everyone minus the Transformers. Tigertron says regarding the need for energy and food: "Well, you know the saying goes; 'a army can travel fast and so far. But a lion, runs on its stomach'." The group eat the bars, D'Angelo offering food ask Tom: "Tom?" The blonde haired boy replies: "No thanks. I just wanna keep moving." The African American content with the answer: "Suit yourself." While he enjoys his ration bar, the others not so much. "Good hu?" The Chinese member replies: "Its interesting." Alex questions/complaints: "Interesting? I feel like I'm chewing on the backseat of my moms mini-van." Miko adds also complaining: "I swear day old sushi taste better than this." Both Raf and Jack disliked it but kept eating it. D'Angelo openly asks: "Can't we try to enjoy this moment of peace?"
As for Botanica she walked closer to the pond and her roots began to absorb the water. Botanica sighs in relief and says: "(Sigh) That feels good. My techno-organic systems needed this." Raf walks up to her and asks: "Hu, Botanica? No offense for me saying this but, you need to drink water like that. Almost makes you more plant than robot." The plant theme Maximal answers to the Hispanic boy: "None, taken. You see a techno-organic parts of my system makes me more than a simple machine. For you along ago when the great upgrade of Autobot to Maximal, we have become more. When we take alternate forms it is if our machine parts has melded with living tissue." Miko over heard it and asks: "So what are you? Robots or animals and plants?" Tigertron simply answers: "We are both. And neither." Alex stoke tone says: "Well that sure clears it up." Her expression was also stoke.
As for Cheetor he says to his friends: "Me and Tigertron are gonna scout ahead, see if there…" he's interrupts by a bubble. Soon more and more bubbles shows up and they know what it mean. The whole group says: "Tom. Optimus." The leaders turn to see the bubbles, one popping/exploding. Everyone says at the same time: "Bubblehorns!"
Then flying above them are a flock of the bubblehorns. The human teenagers ran as the dragon unicorns chased after them. The dragons, Autobots and Maximals fight against these creatures. June yells: "Wu, Wei!" Alex also calls out her dragon's name: "Feathers!" The chameleon dragon sonic screams at the bubblehorns. As for the Maximals including the new ones fight in both beast and robot modes. As for the Autobots they fought in robot mode setting their weapons on stun. As June, Alex, and Jack hid, Alex says in announcing: "There's nothing worse than a flaming unicorn." Jack adds in agreement: "Yeah. Who would've thought a unicorn like dragon be a nasty monster?"
Then the leading Bubblehorn with it's horn still burning with a flame and an angry look. June recognizes the one and says: "Its Nibbles! He's back for revenge." Quillbert questions as he grabs the tiny beast: "You scared of these little guys?" Optimus Prime warns him: "Don't be fooled by appearances." Then Wu uses his ice breath on three of them, knocking them out cold. As more Bubblehorns came swooping in launching their explosive bubbles. The Autobots and Maximals continues to fire at the bubblehorns, Cheetor exclaims: "There's too many of them!" Webster fires his web shots imprisoning some of them. Webster says: "I got a few. But they just keep coming." Tigertron says as he stun shoots five Bubblehorns: "We better think of a plan, otherwise they'll just keep attacking."
Tom thinks for a moment and says: "Alex, Botanica, Jack help me lead them towards the watering hole. D, Miko, Raf we need Plowhorn's and Charcoal's ultimate cannon ball and smokescreen. June have Wu ready for a freeze blast." The African American teenager comments his friend: "I like the way you think Kullersen." But the plant theme Maximal says as doesn't fully understand the plan: "I fail to see the strategic of this plan of yours." So the team splits up.
The Bubblehorns sees this and pursues them. As D'Angelo, Raf, June and Miko mount on their dragons, one Bubblehorn flies towards them, only to be stopped by Quillbert in beast mode who stand on his two rear legs while his front ones kicked. Raf says to the newest member: "Thanks Quillbert." He replies to the Hispanic boy: "Anytime kid. Anytime." As for Webster, and Tigertron both in robot mode were back to back. Webster says to the tiger-bot: "I'm starting to run low on ammo." But he reassures him: "Don't worry. What we lack in weapons, we make up for in claws." As a swarm of the Bubblehorns appear all screeching. "Now, who's the first to sample my bite?" He asks the unicorn dragons.
Optimus, Arcee and Bumblebee kept firing. Arcee says in annoyance: "Did I ever mentioned how much I hate these things?" The Autobot scout replies: "You never met them before, this is your first time." She answers: "Well I hate them more than I hate Arachnid. And that says a lot." They kept firing.
At the watering hole Alex, Tom, Botanica and Jack stood at the edge as Feathers and Winger were behind the flock of Bubblehorns lead by Nibbles. Alex says her dragon's name: "Feathers…?" Tom yells: "Now!" So the featherhead dragon and stormcutter dragon jumps onto their friend concealing them in their wings for protection. As the unicorn dragons were over the watering hole, then Miko on Cloudster and Sparky creates a cloud of gas ceiling them in. Then Plowhorn and Charcoal jumps into the watering hole splash the bubblehorns. Then June exclaims: "Freeze them Wu!" The ice head dragon incases the remain inside large block of ice, with Nibbles' horn sticking out, he even ignites it.
As the riders dismount, and transforms regroup with their friends. June walks up to the ice incased dragon Nibbles and says to him: "I can't believe I fell for your cuteness." She then blows out his flames. Alex says after the experience they had: "Well I've had enough excitement for one decade." D'Angelo agrees: "I'm with Alex. We should head back, at this point we don't even know if we're still on Thunder's trail." June turns to Tom: "They're right Tom, first it was the terrors and then the bubblehorns. Whatever this place is, it's getting pretty dangerous." Jack finishes: "Yeah, Besides we ran into Spider-wings and Bubblehorns. What else will we run into?" Tom is still determined to find his dragons says: "No, you guys…" he turns to see the lighting. "Look! There's still lighting on the horizon."
Alex says to Tom unsure of the lighting's source: "We're not even sure that's even Thunder, Tom." D'Angelo states: "And if we stay down here much longer, we're gonna end up as dragon food." Raf agrees with his friends: "Tom they're right. Besides down here, humans aren't exactly at the top of the food chain." Optimus finishes: "Tomas I understand your concern for Thunder. But allow me and my fellow Autobots set up a marker here. That way when we return we'll be more prepared and more equipped."
The young blonde haired boy answers: "No, no we can't go back. I need to find Thunder. And I need some answers." Alex questions: "Answers?" Miko also questions: "Like what? Some ancient secret?" D'Angelo finishes with a question of his own: "Why do I get the feeling there's something you're not telling us?" Tom was silent for a moment then answers: "Remembers when Thunder burned that symbol in the wall of the lair? I thought it looked familiar." He removes his backpack and reveals a Viking helmet and has the dragon symbol on it. "It turns out, its the exact same symbol on this Viking helmet. The helmet is a family heirloom. Somehow, someway I'm connected to this whole thing. Even possibly Transformers." The teenagers were shocked to hear this, and seeing the helmet the Autobots and Maximals minus the new ones were shocked to see it.
Bumblebee and Optimus leave steadily away and whispers to each other, Bumblebee says: "Optimus, that helmet looks familiar. I'm starting to think he's a descendant of Hiccup more and more every time he's go deeper he goes searching for clues." The last of the Primes agrees: "You could be right Bumblebee. But it's still too soon to tell him. He needs to unlock these secrets himself." As the two return to the group.
Quillbert speaks: "Okay, I'm still new to all this. But you're saying you're connected to all of this and us?" Arcee states: "It's not that surprising. We've been on earth for the last 1,300 years. The friends we made and lost along the way." She said with sadness remembering old friends who are gone. Alex says regarding Tom's secret: "Okay, that's an insane news flash. Why didn't you tell us?" Raf also questions: "Yeah, I thought we were a team." Tom answers: "Because it's not about you guys. And I don't know what it means yet." D'Angelo questions: "Not about us?" Miko adds: "Words hurt Tom. Words hurt." Webster says regarding Tom's words: "Well they say the pens' mightier than the sword. So the word is more devastating than a gun."
June speaks regarding the clues: "And so far, we found nothing to explain it." Alex exclaims: "You told June?! I see how it is." Jack also angered: "What the heck Tom?" Tom tries to explain himself: "Because I needed her help. She know all about ancient myths and stories. And I didn't want to tell the Autobots because well, if the do have secrets they wouldn't share with us. So I try searching for them." Alex still unmoved replies: "That's messed up Tom." Even the Transformers agree. Cheetor adds: "That low Tom. Even at these depths you're so shallow." Bumblebee also agrees saying: "My friends sometimes kept secrets. But the longer you keep it to yourself, the more painful it'll." D'Angelo finishes also disappointing tone: "You broke the Rider's code."
Tom replies to their feeling of betrayal: "You guys just don't get it. This is something I need to figure out for myself." He leaves to continue his search for Thunder, Optimus says to the group: "Everyone stay here. I'll try to talk to him." As he goes to Tom, June says: "Optimus wait, I'm coming." She follows him.
As the blonde haired boy continues his search, for Thunder, as for the last Prime and Chinese girl follows him to get him to understand. June grabs him by the should turns him around and says to Tom: "You should've told them Tom." Tom questions: "What you're on their side?" Optimus Prime adds: "Try to see things from their perspective. They feel betrayed, keeping secrets including personal family secrets, but telling someone else. That makes it more painful. You need to think of the others feels as well." June agreeing with Optimus: "He's right Tom. You're not a lone wolf anymore, remember?" As she leaves and Optimus follows suit.
Tom thinks for a moment and speak: "You guys can head back if you want. I'll go the rest of the way on foot." He's still determined to find his dragon. Arcee heavily sigh and says: "I swear, he's as stubborn as a mule." Bumblebee agrees but differently states: "Or as a long gone blacksmith would say, as stubborn as a yak."
June says to the team: "We can't just leave him, out here. We still have a code." D'Angelo recites the code: "'No rider, left behind'." Optimus remembering the past: "You know, a wise king once said; 'No sacrifice, no victory'." Alex finished still unfazed: "Someone should tell the blonde guy." He arms were crossed and eyes half closed.
Back in the Icarus town, Eugene kicks the door open and says to himself openly: "So June thinks…" The door closes as quickly as it was opened. He opens it normally. "Sneak away with her friends, leave me in the dark. Well she's got another thing coming." He walks to her room and tries to open it, but the door is still locked. "There's something going on with this Dragon Club. And I'm gonna found out what it is." He tries to unlock it, but it won't budge, he even tries to kick it, only to slip on the floor, then a pitcher falls on top of him.
After the pain, he gets up, rubbing his head, "Well played little sis." He comments his sister's cunningness. Then he looks up to the the wall that splits the rooms doesn't reach the ceiling. "Ah. Well, I'll see your locked door and raise you…" Unknown to Eugene, June booby trapped the top of the wall by placing mousetraps on it without being seen. When Eugene jumps/climbs to the top, his hands set off the mousetraps, snapping on his hands. "MOMMMMYYYYY!" He yells/cried so loud, a sheep standing on the edge of a cliff was spooked causing to fall down and tumble down. The sheep finally lands but also survived, even baws to signify its alive.
As for Tom Kullersen he's still determined, to search for Thunder, as for the the Riders on their dragons and Transformers all in robot mode were follow him, to insure he'll won't get hurt. Alex openly questions: "I'm not the only one seeing this, right?" June adds also bewildered: "I never seen clouds move like. It looks like they're alive." Raf states June's theory: "That's impossible. Clouds don't move unless they's wind. But since there's no wind." They see the clouds gathering closer and lighting striking.
D'Angelo riding on Plowhorn exclaims: "Kullersen!" Tigertron adds: "Tomas don't be a fool!" The blonde haired boy replies: "I'm almost to the lighting. I'll be okay." June on Wu walks up to him and Wu lowers his head to Tom's level and June says: "Not without us. If you go, we go. Right guys?" She asks the team. They all looked to each other then back to their friends, and all simply nodded yes with small smiles on their faces. Miko speaks up: "Yeah dude. You can't get rid of us that easily." Tom not giving up and simply says: "Okay. Maybe if we hurry, we can get there before the storm hits." Then a large gust of wind came out of nowhere, they covered themselves and sees the clouds circling in the sky, and more lighting, then a tornado is made causing it to hit the ground.
The African American Dragon Rider yells: "Tornado! Everybody bug out!" As many of them retreated, Tom holds his ground turns back and says to them: "No!" Plowhorn turns around and D'Angelo says to his friend: "You're scarring me Kullersen!" Jack also with common sense says: "Tom, this is insane and suicide! You go towards that tornado you'll get yourself killed!" Tom replies with a way around it: "Stick close to the walls. We can get around it." He said as he mounts on Wei. June comforts her dragon: "It'll be okay." As the Dragon Riders fly, the Transformers were following from behind, but as they drew closer to the tornado, they notice something in the top of the tornado which is a dragon.
Tom says regarding what's controlling the twister: "I don't think that's a storm." D'Angelo order's his dragon dragon: "Plowhorn bomb it!" She fires at the top of the twister, and as it settles down, revealing a dragon. Optimus says regarding the dragon: "It's a Razorwhip! Get back!" The wild dragon roars as lighting clashes in the back. The razorwhip breaths fire ball, D'Angelo yells: "Evasive maneuver!" Cheetor yells: "Incoming!" They jump to avoid the fire ball.
Cheetor turns to the dragon and says: "Retaliate!" The Maximals including Quillbert and Webster ready their weapons, and began firing, as for the Dragon Riders but their hits proven ineffective. Alex says in shock: "It didn't even leave a dent." Raf speaks in agreement: "It's scales are like armor." Bumblebee explains to his friends: "Everyone I forgot to mention, the Razorwhip's scales are harder than titanium steel. Dragon and Cybertronian attacks won't work on it!" Miko exclaims: "Oh, now he tells us!"
Tom asks: "Why is trying to wreck us? We didn't do anything." June theorizes: "Maybe it's like a gatekeeper. Protecting whatever's on the other side." Tigertron speaks of another possible theory: "That or we could be protecting it's territory. Many animals do that."
It charges at the Dragon Riding teenagers and tail whips them, sending them flying backwards. Alex looks back seeing they're drawling closer to the ground, she screams in horror. Only to be saved by Webster's web. Quillbert says to his new friend: "Way to go spider-bot!" The spider-dragon-Maximal appreciates the comment replies: "Thank you."
As the Autobots and Maximals help their friends out of the web, Tom says to his friends: "Get us out of here!" Botanica says to Tom: "That is the smartest discussion you have had all day." Optimus finishes: "Autobots, Maximals transform and roll out! I'll provide cover fire!" As the transformers into beast/vehicle mode they charge forward going through and under Razorwhip.
The said dragon spins it's tail creating another tornado causing, the weight in air pressure to push them down. As they regain their footing, Cheetor says remembering a lot of Razorwhips but nothing like that: "I don't remember them being able to do that." June looks up and asks: "What's it doing?"
They look up to see the Razorwhip rotating around creating, another tornado. Tom exclaims: "It's making another tornado!" Alex fearfully says: "With us in the middle." Quillbert says in a sign of relief: "Well it can't get any worse." As the tornado circles around them, the Razorwhip breaths a fire ball igniting the tornado becoming a flaming twister. Arcee sarcastically asks: "You had to jinks it?"
The African American army ranger/veterinarian teenager says to his dragon: "Plow, blow us a hole." So the Gembreaker shoots a loogy blast but it didn't phase it. June says to her dragon: "Wu, freeze blast!" The ice head uses it's ice breath but it didn't make any effort. Jack speak: "I doubt Winger's wings, Cloudster's gas breath won't help." Miko agrees: "I don't wanna try my luck."
D'Angelo says regarding the situation: "It's starting to get warm in here." Raf asks the Transformers: "Can you guys go through fire?" Bumblebee explains: "We maybe made out of metal, but there's only so much heat even we can take. And extreme heat can hurt us." Tom now feeling helpless says openly: "(Stutter) I-I-I don't know what to do." Botanica kneels down to his level and says to him: "Tom, it's alright to be scared. In the past you were determined to find Thunder. But apparently in the situation you're at your wits end." Tom apologizes: "I'm sorry I got you into this mess." Cheetor says to Tom: "Don't talk like that Tom. We ain't dead yet, and we've been through worse than this."
Then D'Angelo turns to his dragon Plowhorn and says to her: "Plow, we're up." He mounts on her back, Tom tries to stop him, Tom exclaims: "No, D!" He replies to his friend: "You said it yourself Kullersen, you don't know what to do. Plow is built for this. When we knock out the fire tornado, you guys hit him with everything you got. It the only way." Quillbert says commenting him: "You're one crazy S.O.G. And I like it. May Primus and the Matrix protect you." June stops him and says: "Wait a second. Wu chill him out." So Wu ice blast D'Angelo. "That should buy you a few more seconds." He replies while shivering and a thumbs up: "T-T-Thanks."
Alex and Botanica walks up to them, they place their hands on them, Alex comments them: "You are very brave." Botanica also comments: "You truly are." D'Angelo says to his dragon: "Okay girl. Let's go introduce ourselves to that tornado-dragon." Bumblebee corrects him: "Actually it's called a Razorwhip." D'Angelo admitting it and says: "Right, right Razorwhip." So he and Plowhorn circle counter clockwise to the tornado's rotation.
As the Dragon Riders remount on the dragons, D'Angelo and Plowhorn were already at the top, "We're gonna need all the speed you got Plowhorn!" The Gembreaker increased her speed. "Little faster." As the fire begins to shrink. Plowhorn was now reaching new speeds. "Almost…there!" They were going so fast, Plowhorn's crystal horn begins to glow red. Seeing the Razorwhip dragon they are now in the right spot. "Now!" They push through the fire wall, and in front of the wild dragon, the two brace them selves as the Razorwhipe head first clashes into Plowhorn's…horn.
As the fire tornado ceases, the Riders, dragons and Transformers were freed. Optimus orderly yells: "Autobots, Maximals, Dragon Riders, unleash everything you got!" They began hitting the Razorwhip with all their fire power. The very wile dragon was disoriented and caught off guard. Alex exclaims: "Feathers!" Miko also exclaims: "Cloudster!" With a sonic screech and flammable gas, they hit the dragon, Raf says to his dragons: "Charcoal, Firebits, lets bbq this armored lizard!" The little and large dragons fires at the armored dragon while igniting the flammable gas. Jack says to his dragon: "Winger get him!" The four-winged-owl-faced dragon charges and grabs it by the claws, spins around and tosses it. As for the Transformers they combined their fire powers. Quillbert says as he transforms into robot mode: "Yo Webster, give me a boost. I'm gonna burn rubber!" He gives his wheel some extra speed, as Webster turns himself into a ramp. Then Webster releases his wheels and goes off, he shoots flying in the air, he gets close to punch the dragon the face, and transforms into beast mode in mid air.
June exclaims as she and Tom ride on her dragon: "Hit him with everything you got!" With fire and ice heads they unleashed on the Razorwhip. Just then Webster and Cheetor were about to finish it off, but then another roar is heard, they turn to see another Razorwhip. Alex says seeing the second one: "Uh-oh, one was bad enough. Now two?" Tom theorizes: "Must be a buddy of his."
Then the second Razorwhip says in a Ukrainian accent: "Whiplash, Maximize!" He transforms, his upper body is a pure robotic body, armed with two swords on his hands, while his lower body remains as the dragon where the rear legs and tail stay the same, with two new robotic legs emerge from the front making him similar to a centaur. He stood 18ft tall, "Tornado leave, I'll provide you with cover!" He aims his swords at the humans and alien robots. Tom says in complete shock: "Another Maximal?" Raf speaks as well: "Yeah, this guy's beast mode is this Razorwhip." June finishes: "And his robot mode's like a centaur. Like Chiron the teacher of Hercules." She remembers from her mythology books.
As the whole team readied to fight, but Optimus stops them and says: "Autobots, Maximals, Dragon Riders stand down! Forgive us, the Razorwhip attacked us. We retaliated in self defense." The Centaur lowers his swords and speak: "I can see that. He can be a bit violent. Just like the black and white creature that came here." Tom understanding what he means and asks: "Black and white, you must mean Thunder. Was he here?" The newest Maximal answers: "Yes. He was injured when I found him. I took him back to my pod to let him rest, and heal. Which I can see one of your own needs help."
They turn to see D'Angelo groaning. Tom exclaims in shock and worried for his friend: "D!" Plowhorn licks her rider's face to see if he's still alive. June kneels down to him, and asks him: "Are you okay?" D'Angelo flips himself over and answers: "I think so." Miko asks him: "D, how many fingers can you see?" She holding three fingers, Alex asks: "What day is it?" He replies: "6, and marmalade?" They were stunned at first by his injury condition, "Just messing with you guys. It's Saturday, and I saw three. I think." Tigertron says to his head injury: "A small mild brain trauma. Nothing to severe." As they help their friend and he says to Tom: "I hope your Viking helmet was worth all of this." Optimus says to him: "I think it will be. Whiplash was it?" He ask the third Maximal, who nods yes. "We're looking for the lost Black and White dragon named Thunder. Can you take us to him?" He replies: "Yes. He's in the pod where I emerged before taking my form."
As the group follows the Razorwhip transformer, he leads them to the place where he found him. "This is the spot where I found him. He sustained heavy injured from here. Not enough to kill, but enough to leave a few scrapes and bruises." They saw it and saw the scorch marks, D'Angelo says regarding the area: "It looks like some sort of battle took place here." June adds to the scene: "I don't see any crystals, from the first Razorwhip dragon. And all these marks are from lighting blasts." Alex questions: "So…Thunder was in a fight with another lighting-dragon?" Botanica states: "It is possible. There are many species of dragons, and we've seen both old and new versions." Tom sees a scale on the group and picks it up and says: "Guys, look at this." D'Angelo asks: "Is that one of Thunder's scales?" Tom answers: "No. must've come off the dragon he was fighting." Jack asks Whiplash: "You didn't see what he was fighting against?" The Razorwhip dragon answers the Japanese American's question: "No. I only arrived after the battle. Whatever beast did this, clearly overpowered Thunder."
After sometime, they reach the stasis pod, Whiplash opens it, revealing Thunder who's rested and healed. Tom joyfully yells: "Thunder! I'm glad you're okay." He hugs his dragon's head, the Night-Light Fury smells the scale recognizes the odor from it and growls angrily. Jack speaks of Thunder's expression: "It seems what Thunder fought against. He wants payback." Optimus says to the team: "Well, Everyone. We came this far. Who wants to go further?" They didn't reply with words but simply nod yes.
Here's the latest chapter, sorry it took a while, but I have a reason; one of the sheep my cousin asked us to babysit till spring gave birth to twins, A boy and a girl. The mom didn't let them suckle so the boy didn't make but the girl did. I know I'm not supposed to grow emotionally attached to livestock, but we did with this one. I even answer Athena after the Grecian goddess of wisdom. We decided to keep like a pet, then another sheep gave brith to twins as well a few days later. What are the odds?
In fact Athena's a fighter, she's not giving up on life that easily, she even has one hell of an appetite. I swear when I give her a bottle of milk, she almost drink the bottle half way, come up for some air.
